Overall, a huge inconvenience for my family waiting for us overseas. Plus we had to book a place to stay in Miami for the next 24 hours. Whew!"
Plussat: "I used the prime lounge in Istanbul and when it was time to go, I was able to practically walk on the plane without any wait. The seats were comfy and didn't have a ton of legroom but it wasn't bad. The staff we're friendly and helpful. The in-flight entertainment had a pretty impressive selection and had one of the best-designed interfaces I've seen so far (and I've ridden a variety of airlines). Last and most important, the food was hands down the BEST I've had on a plane. Turkish is killing it, they're my new go-to airline!"

Food was prettt bad and it's also an hour plus to even get a drink of water. I was constantly dehydrated and thirsty."

Only when we missed the take off time by 10 minutes they bothered to update us and inform us that the flight is being delayed in 2 hours."

The food was okay, entertainment excellent, comfort good, boarding good, crew okay. On flight to Paris, the crew did not serve water during the period between dinner and the service before landing."

Plussat: "Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport"

Miinukset: "The overall travel was good, no wifi and the entertainment system had a faulty headphone connection, and no place to charge devices other than through a USB port"
Plussat: "The flight arrived a few minutes early."
Miinukset: "The plane was extremely old and in poor repair. The seats were extremely close together. The inflight entertainment system, wifi and passenger electric outlets were all non-functional. Even the wastebin in the lavatory was full and an extra bag was put on the floor."
Plussat: "The flight AMS to MEX was smooth, very helpful personnel on board, we enjoyed a bit more space and the seat seemed a bit more comfortable."
Miinukset: "Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."
Miinukset: "Flight canceled, poor communication from the airline to the passengers. Møre than 5 hrs delay"
Miinukset: "None of our 4 checked bags arrived with us. This was despite ample connection time (2+ hours) in Amsterdam."
Plussat: "The crew was really friendly."
Miinukset: "There was a Force Majeur delay in Helsinki due to wings freezing that caused 20 minute delay to Amsterdam and made the interchange stressful."
Miinukset: "Landlords gave an unpleasant service! Which continued with late of 50min of the flight, they didn’t do anything to help/ to provide the passengers the answers. The food was cold It was comfort place to sit. Bad experience with KLM"

Plussat: "The seat was spacious and the concept of the evening meal being the lighter option was innovative and well thought out"

Plussat: "The food rocks! I know that I will always be eating well with KLM. The staff is always so nice, professional and cordial...I always know I'll be in good hands with the flight. KLM #605 from Amsterdam to SFO---please pass the praise to all of them."

Miinukset: "The seat was not comfortable compared to my prior leg of the journey. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not clean, I understand that it's not the sole responsibility of the crew and passengers need to be mindful too."
Plussat: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Miinukset: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."
Plussat: "He missed it due to having a 32 minute layover, which he ran all the way to board."
Miinukset: "he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

Miinukset: "KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Also, really tired of the fake business class on these flights..."
Miinukset: "Late Cabin extremely warm Full flight and centre seat means no room to relax or carry out work"
Plussat: "Speed, crew, and reliablity."
Miinukset: "Food wasn't good, no entertainment or accessory plug ins, and seats were worn out! Not comfortable at all. Great leg room though."

Miinukset: "Worst aircraft I have been on in years. No wifi or entertainment, no power outlets, only bad wine/beer for a 3+ hour flight is mediocre at best..."
Plussat: "Unexpected surprise--even on a 1 hour flight at noon, they gave us a sandwich!"

Miinukset: "We had booked business on our flight to Milan, and it was extremely disappointing that on this sector they put us on the last seat in the back of the plane. There were plent of seats on this flight that had extended legroom. A bit of a mystery, why Westjet elected to put usin the last seats on the plane?"
Miinukset: "Because of slow boarding process flight was delayed by 15 minutes. I had short connection in Amsterdam."
Plussat: "Service of the staff was great"
Miinukset: "Turbulence, with all our technology we still cannot avoid this?"
Plussat: "They flew full speed to catch up with the delays."
Miinukset: "Departure was scheduled with one hour delay. When everyone was boarded they mentioned a leaking toilet. It took them 1,5 hours to disable the toilet. In the mean time, no drinks, no snacks, nothing. So we should depart at 18:00 but it became 19:30. Our first drinks and meal was no earlier then 21:00. The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least."
Miinukset: "Since we had two extra bags (paid for in Chicago), they demanded to see my receipt before we could board in Amsterdam to Nairobi. We had trouble locating the receipt and we were not given an explanation as to why we needed it again. We were traveling with 5 kids including an infant and we were not allowed to board until we found the receipt. I thought surely they would have record that I had paid, but I guess not. We were the last to board and all very stressed out. The staff seemed not to care the least in our troubles."
