Miinukset: "They turned the air conditioner to a higher temp to accommodate a few complaints and the rest of us suffered. First and cabin crew had it at a refreshing temp . For the last 20 minutes of the flight they turned it down again. To late"
Plussat: "The flight was very late taking off, but the crew was very helpful organizing assistance upon deplaning"
Miinukset: "The flight should have been on time. I was very nervous about missing our connection, but lucky for us that plane was also very late!"
Plussat: "Entertainment was fine"
Miinukset: "On my ticket I selected the lacto-ovo vegetarian meal and I never received it. I told the flight attendant and he said “we don’t have any more, chicken or fish”. I said “I am a vegetarian” and he gave me a tiny salad, a bread roll, and a chocolate mousse. I was very hungry as I hadn’t eaten in 9 hrs"
Miinukset: "I fee cheated because it is the first time that I have. to pay for luggage. In their website it states that the basic fare allows in check-in bag. They said to me that there are different categories of basic fare, which is not disclosed in their website. Additionally any seat change cost"
Plussat: "Crew was caring and attentive to plane cleanliness. Smiling, friendly, yet, fully professional."
Miinukset: "Company plays games with attractive low fares but extra charges for seating and luggage"
Plussat: "The tripulation are very nice people. The food is better last year. Is good."
Miinukset: "The space between seats are small."
Miinukset: "I arrived 13 hours late, had two extra flights. I was delayed 3 hours first flight, 1.5 hours second flight after watching two flights that I “wasn’t allowed” to be on depart right in front of me at 9 and 10 instead of the 11 that they rebooked me on. Once I landed in Lisbon after the second flight that o wasn’t supposed to take. We missed the connection by 5 minutes and there were many people flying to my same destination. I had to wait 5 hours in Lisbon when I shouldn’t have ever went to Lisbon. I bought a ticket from Newark to Zürich through Porto 10 hours in total. I think TAP overbooked everyone and seated us on purpose. The secondflight was delayed due to “bad weather” and it was perfectly nice outside. Shame on TAP. I’m sure other people are complaining."
Plussat: "Cancelled flight. Charged for bags even though we prepaid for them."
Miinukset: "Flight#1 was late. I missed the connecting flight to Basel. I have to stay overnight in Brussels and fly VERY early to Basel in the morning."
Miinukset: "It was nice to get a snack but the quality was mediocre."
Plussat: "The flight crews were polite. The short flight journey included a simple light lunch with drink."
Miinukset: "The flight departure time was delayed for one hour."
Plussat: "Smooth flight"
Miinukset: "We had to pay extra for checked baggage which were not aware of earlier. The counter person told us we could have saved if we purchased it earlier online and would have saved us 15 euros per person"
Plussat: "Food was good, but no champagne offered. The attendants were nice, though."
Miinukset: "It was not a business class at all. I was put in the same big bus together with econom class passengers. There was not supposed to be any business class in this airplane, since chairs are all the same and not comfortable. No entertainment of any kind at all. It's a waste of money."
Plussat: "Food snack was okay. Flight attendants were polite."
Miinukset: "Gates were switched with no notification. Sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes before takeoff apparently waiting foR the little truck to tow us to the runway. The seats are incredibly short in length, zero room for a 6’3” person. I was terribly scrunched up and uncomfortable. Knees are raw from rubbing the back of the seat in front of me. I’ll be watching flights to be sure I never take this model of plane again or chooses another airline."

Miinukset: "Flight was canceled which was out of their control. Unfortunately, what wasn’t out of their control was the amount of people handling the rebooking. One person was handling alternate flights. I was the 6th person in line (which was the time equivalent of an hour and half wait. I missed all possible reroutes due to flights closing. The customer service of tap airlines is severely lacking"
Miinukset: "The flight was oversold and we got bumped off with 20 other passengers even though we had all booked months in advance. I’m still not in Marrakech, now a flight to New Jersey. I’m so sad and it’s my wedding anniversary."
Miinukset: "We had to pay $200 each way to check in a luggage and just pick regular seats. That was not clear when we bought tickets. Additionally, they don't announce the gate until 30min before boarding. If you're going through passport control that can be a 45min process. On top of that even though I paid $100 to reserve seats, when we arrived at the gate the seats we reserved weren't reserved. Why did I just pay $100?! Luckily I had receipts. Our connecting flight was delayed 4 hours, making our layover 7 hours! For an hour flight. This is the worst airline."
Plussat: "Customer Service was excellent."
Miinukset: "Viewing options in 38E where i sat, were terribly uncomfortable. The screen i had to look at was off to the left and i had to sit sideways to see the screen."
Plussat: "The flight was direct to Lisbon"
Miinukset: "TAP a total disappointment. The biggest surprise of which you guys at Kayak are somewhat responsible is the ridiculous fees of $90 dollar per bag checked in. Obviously the face value of the ticket is cheaper but in practice I had to pay 360 dollars to check in my bags going and coming."

Miinukset: "Be aware at check-in. It seems TAP never keeps the promise on the seats you reserved/paid for. The seats reserved appear in your e-ticket and in their app after purchase. But at check-in you find you were moved to the back and to the middle. All good seats gone. Has happened frequently with us!"
Plussat: "We were traveling with a 7 month old so boarding was made easy by the crew. Most of the crew were quite pleasant during the flight."
Miinukset: "The entertainment system hand piece failed so you were unable to select channels, turn the over head light off or ever call for assistance. We had to get another passenger to do that for us. Ultimately the light bulb had to be removed from the fixture. During the flight, we asked for more refreshments and were told we could only have water by a flight attendant. Upon arrival at our destination with a child in hand, our stroller was not unloaded at the gate so we had to carry our child and all that travels with him to the baggage area. For anyone travelling internationally, you will know this is generally quite a distant from the gate in major airports. The strollers and car seats arrived in baggage 30 minutes after the main luggage. When staff were approached they were short and appeared very disinterested in helping. TAP failed on this flight home."
Plussat: "Seats were comfortable in economy although no one is ever happy with how little they recline, crew was friendly and helpful. Entertainment selection was larger than most airlines I've flown on."
Miinukset: "Flight left Toronto at midnight, the crew served a meal and it was about 2 hours after departure that the cabin lights were finally turned off. On an overnight, overseas flight, turn off the lights and service breakfast with a noon arrival like all the flights I've taken to London do."
Miinukset: "No vegetarian option The last seats mean can't lean backwards when someone in front goes backwards :("
Plussat: "Attendants were great throughout. Prompt takeoff. Food was good; drink service even better! Best movie selection I've seen on commercial planes. Seat was comfy. I enjoyed the flight very much and will always consider flying with TAP."

Plussat: "The service they provided us reminded us of how airlines used to treat their customers in the past. From the customer service to the services provided and the legroom on the flight -- everything was more than what we expected and we would consider flying TAP Portugal again."

Miinukset: "Not TAP's fault, but long lines at customs and security at Lisbon Airport made us run to arrive at gate for next flight. Again, not TAP's fault, but additional security check at the waiting area, opening carry-on baggage and emptying my purse seemed over the top."

Miinukset: "Tv screens didn't work because they didn't sign contract and the airline was very difficult to view or make changes to reservation. No way to contact them from a US number."
