Check in at Chennai was painful
It was bad experience i has booking on business class Bombay to doha but they changed airline equipment and had to fly on couch. They promised to get me voucher at get but no voucher or any email Please call me to resolve this problem. Shilu patel 281 948 1724
My TV screen was freezing, it was hard to navigate. Everything else was just excellent.
Plussat: "i was told i miss my flight by 5 min and and they told me they wil book mw next flight and gave me a phone number when i called the ph9ne number i was given they asked ms 1400$ more and that was for a week latter flight when i asked for atleast refund or flight cridet they dniede me and wasnt even want talk to me."

For a daily if their system, they denied service to passenger. This is the second time with them. Last time when another airline missed connection and this time a ticket that I purchased. Doubt if I would, again."

Miinukset: "-my seat did not recline, which I understand that I was close to the emergency exit but the person in front of me could still put their seat back way farther than they should be able to and I was unable to do simple things like put my glass of water on my tray -I had a vegetarian meal which was literally just rice and ground up brown mush-I have no idea what that much was -I asked twice for new headphones because my was broken but they forgot -When the flight attendant was coming around with water and she looked me to see if I wanted any and I said yes, she just skipped over me. I didn't pay a few hundred dollars extra for this."

Miinukset: "Seats in economy very uncomfortable for long Doha to LAX flight. When person in front of us reclines seat for entire flight, it is almost impossible to get out to stretch legs or go to restroom. At the minimum, crew should ask all passengers to raise seats during meal service as a courtesy to those behind them. This is done on other airlines."
Plussat: "The food and entertainment systems were good. The staff on the plane were pleasant."
Plussat: "Liked the raw vegetarian meal as it was perfectly plain. Attendants also very solicitous and went up and down several times with water after the meal."
Miinukset: "Seats are small and huge line for the toilet, but that is the nature of the plane and not Qatar's problem. Boarding was only good because passengers did not cooperate adn stood up when they were asked repeatedly not to."
Miinukset: "Attendant was rude and never really finished service, never remembered any requests and consistently skipped guests when providing food or drink service, cabin kept oscillating between either too hot or too cold."
Miinukset: "We took off in a terrible storm with lightning striking all around the plane. Very rough, lightning which scared the hell out of both me and my wife."
Plussat: "Lots of disruptive kids, one of the ethnically chinese (sorry didn't catch her name) was very attentive and supportive of parents trying to keep their kids happy on a twelve hour flight."
Miinukset: "Long flight, infrequent water distribution, half the staff just chatting in the back. Filthy bathrooms not cleaned in flight."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed by an hour which made us muss our connection transfer flight. E then were expected to fly the next day which I refused to do as I was a bridesmaid for my friend that evening so had to be there on Friday"
Plussat: "Lots of leg space, good seats."

Plussat: "Amazing service the whole way, extremely polite and helpful even though I'm not one to ask for much. Food was great and also the entertainment, definitely flying with them again."

Miinukset: "They delayed boarding by over 30 mins (without any notices on any screens), and then kept us on the flight for another 30 mins after doors shut before pushing back from the gate. Overall flight was delayed over an hour. The pilot tried to make up the time on the way, and we had a connection officially scheduled for 45 mins layover. We requested the crew if we could disembark earlier but she said no. We missed our connection."
Already submitted a review for my flight prior to this from Athens to Frankfurt. Very disappointed with this leg of our trip with Lufthansa since the journey TO Athens the week prior was so much better: Lufthansa changed traveller requirements without email updates during our trip and then somehow expected us to know how to adequately prepare. They also made me pay for checked bags when my booking already included a checked bag for my partner and myself... an extra $120 charge that I didn't have time to dispute in the moment, as my partner and I had to race to fulfill Lufthansa's new "all passengers MUST be covid tested" requirement within a slim time frame or risk missing our flight (in spite of arriving at the airport 2 hours early). We even tried calling Lufthansa the day prior since we were having difficulty with online check-in and there was no way to speak directly to an employee. Only voicemail or a chatbot at the website (you can imagine how helpful that was in resolving our inquiries...)
No screen map on in front of you to track the flight like Turkish air! No food or coffee for 2h30 just a small plain water and a very small piece of chocolate🤔

Plussat: "Seats were ok and crew was kind and professional. Food was terrible on all flights. They gave mayo or cheese or something I can’t figure out in a sandwich on multiple flights. That thing though slightly different was terrible every time. Also gates changes and pilot landed in wrong part of the airport for its-fra leg and we had to have passportA checked while exiting the plane and had to take a bus. My transit time was short but gladly made it"
Miinukset: "I missed my second leg from fra-ist. The gate was changed and I was given wrong directions by airport employees so I went through a very long and painful wait at a security line that I didn’t need to go through had the airport info employees knew what they were doing or saying. I ended up missing the flight because of repeated wrong directions"
Plussat: "Crew was very warm and friendly"
Miinukset: "The experience in the Frankfurt airport was terrible! We had arrived from Rome with an hour between landing and boarding. When we were directed to security at Gate Z, there was a huge mob of people, not really in lines. We didn’t know what we were waiting for or where to stand, but we and others around us were very worried about missing our next flight. There was no Lufthansa representative to help. Finally someone directed some of us to a long roundabout back way to Gate Z security. We did get to our gate in time for boarding, only because it had been delayed. Then we sat in the plane for over half an hour. Altogether, it took off more than an hour late, so we missed our flight from Chicago to Minneapolis."
Plussat: "Crew was friendly and attentive. Piloting was on time and precise."
Miinukset: "Space in economy seats is minimal and not comfortable for a 6' 190# guy like me."

Miinukset: "Lufthansa warse company ever fly with . everything was bad . delay like two hours , food only meat because No enough chicken and No socks to warm my foot because I was feeling cold ."
Miinukset: "Lufthansa has a horrible website. I wanted to check in online but I had to no reservation or ticket number is provided so I had to go to my old reservations to find it. .Next I wanted to pay for my luggage online but there was no link given. It says you can do it cheaper on Lufthansa.com but I could not find where you can actually do that. All in all spend 30 minutes with no result. Had to pay at check in $44 instead of $27. And it was just one of many other problems and inconveniences with their website."
Miinukset: "Didn't get meal of my choice. The crew was very friendly and responsive. Overall very good experience."
Plussat: "We were late on arrival due to a delay in our connecting flight. Lufthansa had a courtesy van waiting for us on the tarmac and ushered us directly to the flight being sure we did not miss our flight. Lufthansa went above and beyond in their customer service!! We are truly grateful to the airline for their assistance and superior service!!"
Plussat: "Comfortable seats, nice they still give a snack"
Miinukset: "We paid extra to have a bassinet as we were traveling with a baby. The entire row (a family) behind us was very sick, coughing, sneezing, and blowing their noses the whole flight. As we were concerned for our daughters health, we asked the flight attendants if we could lmove to the bulkhead that was open at the front of the plane. They wanted to charge us $500 EACH to move, even though the seats were open. One of the flight attendants even commented how terrible it was for our baby to have a row of sick people behind us, yet they refused to move us. Fast forward, our daughter ended up getting sick during our trip to Florence, and now my husband is sick. As such, we’ve had to miss out on things during our vacation. It would not have been difficult to move us to empty seats in the front of the plane, so we could use the bassinet we paid for. This small gesture would have made our flight and our trip much better."
Plussat: "5 Star: Comfort 4 Star: Crew 5 Star: Boarding 5 Star: Entertainment 5 Star: Food.. One of the best flights of 2017 by far. Premium Economy will deliver the basics of luxury comfort."
Miinukset: "I am 5'4" and weigh about 110 lbs. I was seated between two very large men who could not fit into the cramped seating and caused me to sit with my legs cramped and no arm rest. One was drinking heavily and the other watching open on his phone both of which made me even more uncomfortable. To make it even worse my TV was broken and there was nothing for me to do but be miserable for an 11 hour flight. Worse trip of my life."

Plussat: "The best in-flight service I have ever had on the Lufthansa flight from Denver to Munic!"
Plussat: "Boarding was done very quickly. Unlike the norm nowadays, people weren't cramming every single inch of space in the overhead. In addition, the flight wasn't full so my travel companion got to enjoy a full row to himself while I enjoyed an empty seat next to me to stretch out. The food was very good. The staff came by quite a few times to offer orange juice or water. The entertainment syren was excellent. I watched four full movies on the trip and have in mind at least a couple more for the return leg."

Plussat: "Service is good, you actually get food and drinks, thanks for that."
Miinukset: "The seats in the economy class are too small. Not once did I have someone sitting next to me who could actually fit in his seat. They weren't particularly large people, just average men but their arms were in my space all the time. Also if I drop something, I cannot pick it up, there's no room. For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

Miinukset: "Nothing out of the ordinary regarding the flight itself. The gate was changed twice, which was inconvenient. Not much leg room or no adjustable pillows on the seats."
Plussat: "I really enjoyed my flight with Lufthansa. My gluten free meals were very good and the service was excellent!"
Miinukset: "It would be nice to be able to reserve seats ahead of time without charge"
Plussat: "The crew was pleasant, and the food just fine. The entertainment options of movies or music or news were quite good."
Miinukset: "The first plane left too late to make the connection. The Lufthansa staffer who reorganized my trip considered two options and picked the best one. However, she didn't stress to me how far the next gate was at another terminal -- luckily I asked someone else who helped me get a bus. I am not fluent in German so that may have added to my uncertainty. And my suitcase, which she said she was making sure would get to me in Marseilles, did not come for 24 hours."

Plussat: "This was still a Lufthansa flight. Meaning there was a lot of leg room, the food was nice and the staff was great."
Miinukset: "The only thing i did not like is that for such a long flight (5 hours), also being an international flight, i was expecting an entertainment center, but there was none."

Miinukset: "No seating area at or near the gate we boarded at, and as boarding was delayed, many people ended up standing for some time because we did not wish to wander too far and then be late for boarding."
Plussat: "We try to fly Lufthansa when we go to Europe (2x a year). This trip we upgraded to more leg room in economy and what a difference! Everything else was the same, which has always been excellent. Munich Airport has great food and shopping. Lufthansa's service is truly impeccable, the airline staff were constantly walking up and down the aisles offering food and drink and comfort. Great end to a three week trip in Italy, Croatia, Slovenia and of course Germany!"

Miinukset: "Would have been nice to have an entertainment option, but I had a book, so the 2.5 hrs went fast enough."
Plussat: "Lufthansa did put us up in a nice hotel after we missed our connecting flights."
Miinukset: "While the delays associated with the flight weren't Lufthansa's fault, they could have kept us better informed as to what the plan and potential alternatives were."
Plussat: "Service was good, boarding was fast, no other issues."
Miinukset: "The seat pitch is inhumane. I could barely fit into the seat without hitting my knees on the seat in front. And that was before the person ahead of me reclined. It's not like Lufthansa is a budget airline. It's a full-fledged major carrier charging full-fledged prices. Seriously, I was expecting more."
Plussat: "Crew worked hard to make the journey pleasant, including the second crew for my connection to New York JFK, a much longer flight. Even some of the food was edible."
Miinukset: "The plain in Denver landed very hard, hit the ground with a very loud noise and people were very scared. After that the pilot said "sorry for the hard landing but at least you guys are awake"..."
