I didn't pay a few hundred dollars extra for this."

It has several grand pianos, tons of iMac stations, a freaking golf simulator, and different food stations. Thai, Turkish cuisine a salad bar. It it the best lounge I have experienced 10 fold. It’s the size of a mall."

To sart with, we were told by Turkish Airline staff to go to the gate more than 1 hour EARLIER than the flight to Houston. Once we arrived at the gate, we were told "I cannot help you with anything about your flight. That is another department" and we to wait our turn and wait for someone to take us down the jetway. We waited for 75 minutes (1.25 hours) until after EVERY OTHER PASSENGER was on board. The flight attendant was unresponsive to us, talked down to my husband and me in a way that was insulting, rude, demeaning and very nasty. When another passenger complained that he did not get the seat that the attendant just changed for him, FOUR flight attendants helped him - one person got on the phone with someone (I don't know who), another went down to his seat to see where he was sitting. Yet another came and tried to explain why they couldn't help and finally a fourth tried to speak with another attendant on board. Whether or not his problem was solved, I don't know, but this was in the middle of our conversation (with only one attendant, I will add), and so his attention was taken away from us and put on him. Our seats were changed from seats closest to the bathroom to the middle of the plane. My husband cannot walk so 14 rows walking was not possible. I will say that finally, it took three volunteers who offered their seats to us to sit near the much needed bathroom. Regarding being seated near the bathrooms, when we asked for an aisle chair (that they told us they had on board) we were told to "stand there. we will get one in around 10 minutes). And, the wheelchair was sent all the way to the BAGGAGE CLAIM and NOT GATE CHECKED, when we arrived in Houston, we can clearly see the frame is bent, the wheels are out of alignment and the brake is also bent out of shape. The wheelchair is a custom made chair just for my husband. We will be sending Turkish Airlines the bill for a new chair if it cannot be repaired. I hope you can see to address these problems. I am not hopeful it is not normally like this for Jews who wear their head coverings. We would welcome a further conversation about our experience in hopes that others do not have the same one we did. Vivian and Henry Blum"

Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.

Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Plussat: "Kenya Airways changed their flight schedule 48 before our departure. The change meant an extra night before departure and an 11 hour layover in Nairobi before our connecting flight. The KA booking agent provided us with accommodation for the delay and the long layover. We appreciated that."
Miinukset: "We lost 24 hours in our travel. It was reasonable of the airline to provide accommodation during the delay but the night in Nairobi was at a very dismal hotel where the food quality was terrible."

Miinukset: "Kenya changed my flight to two hours later 18 hours before I was to leave. Making me have a 10 minute connection. Then after an hour in a airline office they promised to hold my connection. When my flight landed on time, they did not hold my connection. So they changed my flight and didn’t follow through on the fix. We would now miss wedding activities and business meetings. Then my partner got sick and they refused to taxi us to hotel for the night but take a bus that leaves every three hours. Her sickness got worse and there was a Kenyan airlines doctor who evaluated her at the airport after waiting 40 minutes laying at check in with her crying due to pain. We had a medical release from the doctor saying she needed extra space to lay down but the check in manager refused to make room for her saying the flight is full and she would not upgrade her to accommodate the medical release because we had an economy ticket. My partner looked so bad that the flight crew considered kicking us off but eventually made the space for her to lay down and were helpful on the flight. This is this disgraceful and the worst experience I’ve had with any company."
Miinukset: "The flight to Nairobi was so late that I missed my connection and have to wait about 10 hours for the next flight out."

Plussat: "customer service was superb entertainment screens and selection was excellent seats were among the best on any airline. The plane was a seemingly fairly new Boeing Dreamliner, very nice"
Miinukset: "Food was good but not spectaular - not up to Singapore Airlines for example but better than most other long haul carriers"

Miinukset: "Food which was the same as previous flight. We, at back, were told there was only the vegetarian option left for breakfast. We all declined. Later we were brought non-vegetarian food ie had a 'poached egg' on it. This was marginally better. Also, I couldn't use 'entertainment' as connection in arm rest bad. Occasionally, on testing, it worked briefly."

Miinukset: "Made it to the airport 1hour and 15 min before the flight and was denied boarding. Airport would not allow me to see the ticket agent. Terrible experience."

Miinukset: "Late take off, no concern for transfer at Nairobi - consequently we nearly missed our connection to London and our luggage did not!"
Plussat: "Generous carry on limit, good prices, complimentary food on flights, on time departures, on demand entertainment"

Plussat: "The staff in Addis was pleasant."
Miinukset: "My original flight was cancelled and I was only given an hour notice before arrival time at the airport! I was rerouted from a one hour direct flight to a 7 hour delay through Nairobi then to Djibouti."

Miinukset: "I didn't like the fact that i couldn't reach out to a representative at the airport at 1am thus missing my flight. When their offices opened trying to get them to book me on the next flight, i was told to pay full price. Their customer service is a complete joke. They should stay out of business."
Plussat: "It was a great flight except for food"

Miinukset: "The airport staff sucked!! VERY RUDE! Acted annoyed when I asked how long the flight delay was or for directions to the next gate. I know I am an American and used to different services. When a foreigner asks me for guidance, I go out of my way to help. When out of your element, rude staff just add to the stress of being delayed! I hate Kenya Airport staff!!!"
Miinukset: "I was not informed by either telephone or email that the flight was being delayed by 3 hours until I have arrived at the airport, despite having the customer contact information. Moreover the delay eventually turned out to be about four and a half hours; disgraceful and unprofessional! I no longer plan to patronize Kenya Airways if I can help it!"

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed by nearly two hours. my baby stroller was left on tarmac in rain and was soaking wet when we received it at JKIA so I could not even put my exhusted son in it. Kenya Airways needs to step up its customer service."
