Not sure why everyone has to go through literally 7 different security check points (not Qatars fault) but besides that, everything went very smooth.

Miinukset: "Although for some technical reasons the flight was considerably delayed, there was no action taken either by Qatar Airways or Geneva airport authorities to make the waiting more confortable!! The passengers of economy class and business class were all stacked in the same space (it looked more of a hangar...) Access to this space was only possible by stairs (No elevator - No escalator !!) No drinks offered, not enough chairs to sit and wait......etc The main blame is to put on Geneva Airport Authorities. This airport is a total mess From the moment one arrives at the airport area (access - parking - ..) till the moment of boarding... It should be boycotted by major and quality companies such as Qatar Airways and many others."

No where in the world has an airline ever asked me for this, and I fly a fair bit. Since I didn't allow them to extort me, they forced me to throw away my brand new Delsey hand carry at the airport. I had no cover as they threatened to if load my luggage and not let me fly home. Not a 5 start airline from any angle. Will never use Qatar again!!! This was my first and last flight with them."

Miinukset: "This was beyond the worst travel experience I have ever had. First, there was no gate information desk so we could only see our flight was delayed on the flight board with no further information. When we tried to ask a person working at a gate we quickly got "I don't know, there's no information for you", until eventually after an hour of no information we knew we would miss our connection from Zurich-Boston. We couldn't possibly figure out any other way of getting home to Boston because again, there were no information desks for this, just gate check points. When we got to Zurich, we had missed our connection by about 30 minutes which meant we had to wait in a line for a transfer desk and be put on a new flight. After 2.5 hours of waiting at the transfer desk we were told was the only one we could go to, we had enough and went to a different transfer desk where there was a minimal line. After 30 more minutes we were helped there but by that point there was no chance of getting home to Boston that night. We were put up in an "airport hotel" 35 minutes out of Zurich with a voucher for 20 francs for dinner and 20 for breakfast. The problem with this accommodation was that we didn't get to the hotel until 11pm when the restaurant there had closed. They gave us water, an apple and a hot sandwich that was one of the soggiest things I've ever attempted to eat. We only could get 4 hours of sleep because there were only 2 shuttle times back to the airport and we would miss our new flight if we had taken the second one. People were turned away from the first bus so I can't imagine everyone was even able to make their rebooked flights. Because of the bus schedule being so early, we didn't get breakfast from that voucher either. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences flying I have ever had and what made it especially terrible was the complete lack of any communication or helpfulness from anyone dealing with our situation beside the woman at the transfer desk who helped get us on a new flight. From this experience, I hope to never fly Swiss Air again and get a refund plus some for the debacle we went through."

Miinukset: "I asked for Isle seat, got window seat with isle seat filled with 500 LBS (230+/- Kg ) young man - his legs were longer then the seat spacing - full plane - not an ideal situation."
Miinukset: "Pre-boarding experience was horrible. A young airline representative was walking among passengers waiting for boarding and forcing persons arbitrarily to check in carry on luggage claiming that there is not enough space in overhead compartments. In reality many bins were visibly half empty when boarding concluded. I was one of the persons selected for "special treatment". One is asked to walk to the counter to "prove" that the carry on follows regulations. Mine fit nicely into the measuring bin (was bought to fit and used on many flights over the years with no problems). Passing this first test is not enough, the next step is to weigh the luggage. For my carry on the weight was 8.5 kg which apparently is 0.5 kg above the limit so they took it away as a check-in luggage. It did not matter to them that I was connecting in Zurich to Los Angeles flight and needed items in my carry-on for a long flight as an elder person (e.g., in all this commotion I forgot to take out my medicine from the suitcase to have it with me on board). Despite being a long time frequent flyer in the Star Alliance I'll be avoiding in the future booking flights on Swiss as a plague."

Very bumpy ride with lot of turbulence. However, the flight landed 25 minutes early, which shortened the time.

Miinukset: "1. Aweful legspace and overall space: I am 5'11'' and an average guy. It was like fitting myself into a cage. 2. Ground management is very bad. I felt that in both Boston and in Istanbul. They make people wait and the queue becomes long to adjust their delays. My flight from Istanbul to Dhaka was scheduled at 3:40 am. They started boarding passagers at around 3:10 am. Before that, they even bothered to show up at the boarding bridge, let alone informing people about their delay. The behavior of the groud crew was an embarrassment."

We hadn't received anything like this on any of our other flights. These were small jesters that make you feel great!"

Miinukset: "I have lactose intolerance and I tried ordering the special meals. However the lactose free meals are not good. I got it more than once, it's always dry grilled chicken, steamed veggies and plain rice. Overall it's a dry meal and no flavorful at all. On this trip I didn't order a special as I was hoping one of the options wouldn't have lactose."

Miinukset: "You dont have your own air vent and regardless of how much money they make from your ticket, they try to conserve in air. Asked multiple times because myself and everyone around me were fanning themselves off, staff didn't care and temperature didn't change."

Miinukset: "First of all I have tons of complaints regarding the airport at Istanbul. They have a poorly managed airport and it was so crowded. The cafeteria and places to eat around in the airport were horrendously expensive and they didn't have services like wifi(had to buy it for $8 an hour and it sucked) and drinking water. As per Turkish airlines, the staff in the airport were poorly equipped to deal with emergency situations such as snow. I was flying during the snowstorm and wasn't expecting my journey to be easy. But they should have increased their resources to help people out in such cases.Their help desk was crowded with almost 500+ of people all the time and they only had 2 people to answer their queries. Also, the staff couldn't understand English properly and seemed irritated when I was trying to explain things in English. I had to stand an hour on a line to get my temporary visa issued only to be referred to another line (yes! i waited for an hour to get to the desk and was told to go and sit in another effing line). It was also because most of the signs/boards in the area were written in Turkish only and I didn't know what they were saying. I had to pay for my own hotel during my transit because the line for the hotels was almost two miles long. And when I arrived at my destination, both my luggage went missing. The crew on board were nice and helping people. I do not blame my bad travel experience entirely on Turkish airlines however, the airport and airlines both are not prepared to deal with situations that are unexpected. I also realize the snow storm was the main factor behind everything however any airlines that boasts itself to be a top class international airlines should have means and resources to manage(at least try) their passengers and airport during any situation. No matter what I am never flying with Turkish airlines again."

Miinukset: "- there was a gate change less than half an hour before boarding, which was not announced via speaker or on the screen in the previous gate - therefore most people were still in the previous gate and only because one of the passengers realized and communicated the change everyone else became aware of it as well -> then everyone ran to the new gate, which did not have enough seating and where children were crying because they did not understand the hectic - On board - just before departure - two families got into an argument and yelled at each other and the crew. They were very loud and aggressive. - Usually I love the food Turkish Airlines serves, but this time I had dry and oily pasta and a very strange and too sweet chocolate mousse. I did not enjoy eating this and it did not taste fresh at all. - There was no entertainment."

Turkish Airlines refused to check our luggage to final destination, so we had to go out in Istanbul, take our luggage and do check in for SIA flight to Singapore. We were lucky that flight from Odessa arrived in time and we had one hour to do so."

Plussat: "It was an uneventful flight. The entertainment system worked well and food was good."
Miinukset: "The lights kept coming on every few minutes making sleep nearly impossible."
Plussat: "Full bottle of water and continuous refreshments in flight."
Miinukset: "Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies"

I was supposed to arrive in DFW at 2:15 p.m. and did not arrive until almost 2:00 a.m. My luggage came to a different terminal and did not arrive with me. In the end everything was okay but it was not a pleasant trip"

Miinukset: "cause it was a sauna. Temperature of the airplane was waaay to hot. Individual seats didn't have control of any vents. I had to get up and walk to bathroom area just to cool off."
Plussat: "Everybody was very courteous and tried to accommodate us and our baby!"
Plussat: "The food was okay and the crew did their best to make us comfortable once we were on board. We flew business class, so that was probably a factor."
Miinukset: "Everything else was horrible. When we got to the airport, they didn't even know we were coming. They sent us to two other airlines, assuming we were flying with a partner airline, then tried to shift the blame onto Kayak. When -- and ONLY when -- we pointed out that we'd actually booked directly through Condor and Kayak had only served as the intermediary, they gave us a direct line to call. Then their agent said "You can't always trust the people at the desk, you know." Oh, really? If I can't trust your own agents, who can I trust, exactly? It turned out that we had an initial flight to Minneapolis, which was NOWHERE on the itinerary, on Sun Country. The Sun Country folks, thankfully, were enormously helpful and we made our flight with 2 minutes to spare. But it doesn't end there. We'd paid for business class all the way, but only got it on the interseas portions of our flights. And they lost our luggage on the way home, to boot. Take home lesson? NEVER FLY WITH CONDOR. I'll walk to Europe before ever booking with them again. And I'll make sure that all my friends and colleagues, all of whom travel extensively, know of our experience."

Miinukset: "There is no possibility for me ti eat. I have a sugerless diet without any aotmeel, rice, corne and other wheat. Just almendraflour is allowed and cooked vegetables and fruit and chicken and fish. I always have huge difficulties in flying intercontinental."
Plussat: "Having own TV moniter and many options for entertainment. The meals were good and staff friendly."
Miinukset: "Every seat was taken and the flight was cramped. But the plane was configured so you could get up and walk around every few hours."

Plussat: "I have a servere hearing problem and was concerned (since we were late leaving Zurich for my changeover in Frankfurt), that I would be late because I can't hear any loudspeaker systems (either on planes or in airports). I felt that I could get easily lost between flights and not have time to get to the Frankfurt/Denver flight. I told this to the person at the gate in Zurich, and he immediately arranged for someone to meet me in Frankfurt and take me there. I was met by Maika in Frankfurt and she was just excellent--personable and efficient and really helpful. I'm sorry I couldn't remember the name of the person at the gate in Zurich. He was also great. I wouldn't have done this if I had had more time, but this really made my day (and my flight!) ! Thank you!"
Miinukset: "Boarding in Zurich is tough for infrequent travelers because all the desks say SWISS. And it took me a long time to realize that SWISS handled many airlines. Perhaps the signs could be bigger."

Plussat: "I love flying with lufthansa. Staff is friendly and chatty. Personal service is excellent. Food could be better compared to other airlines, but is not so important to me when it comes to flying."

Very slow boarding and a huge arrival delay resulted in many missed connecting flights. Luckily we were not one of those. Barely made it to our transfer.

There was a delay - weather + French strike. Pilot was helpful/informative, flight crew was nice but simply talking loudly in galley and not communicating at all. No preflight water or drink even though delayed.

Short flights there is no food and no drinks, such as coffee juice, only water.

Easiness

24 hour delay due to a crew member arriving 1.5 h late. People clapped for this? Obscene. Will never fly delta again. A simple error could have been resolved by holding connecting flights for 15 minutes. But no, not enough passengers to cross the 8-10 person threshold. Lost $800 due to this malfeasance. Never flying delta again.

Almost the only airline that offers free coffee and bread even in short 1 hour flights

The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."
