Flight delayed - Luggage lost/delayed Crew was good
The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
Seat and knee space is narrow.
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.
No free food and free drink only one small bottle of water.

Miinukset: "The connecting flight to Bremen from Munich was missed due to delayed flying from Munich. Then we had a reconnecting flight and 15 minutes prior to boarding it was cancelled. No more flights to Bremen so we then were redirected to a flight to Hamburg. We had to fly from Munich to Vienna and then from Vienna to Hamburg. The flight from Munich to Vienna was delayed by 40 minutes which made us lose the connecting flight. We had to wait until the next morning for a flight to Hamburg, where as we arrived our luggage was lost. The staff ensured us that our connecting flights were waiting for us, however the flights had left 20 minutes prior to our arrival. The staff was nice but the communication was poor."

They rushed the final food service with less than 1hour left to LAX and had to eat very quickly before descent and had little/no time to fill out customs cards. Miinukset: "Lufthansa’s people are mostly good. But there are some obvious opportunities for people to be more friendly. Also, LH like many others continues to serve cold rolls and cold butter on international flights. KLM warms the rolls! It’s the one small touch that would make Lufthansa’s meal service so much nicer."

Miinukset: "Only two passport gates for non EU passengers at Frankfurt. Four employees at EU gates sat there and laughed at the angry crowd. Lufthansa should have anticipated this mass of people and had appropriate passport checkers there from that company. "Not our fault" does not cut it. Two planes 600 people each landed at same time. I'd guess a quarter missed connection. The process of rescheduling was a comedy of lies and inefficiency and lack of concern. Worst air travel experience ever. Ruined first two days of my vacation. Oh yea forgot the worst. No air conditioner running on runway at Houston at three in afternoon. Passengers visibly sweating before a nine out overseas flight. Blamed it on a mistake."

Miinukset: "We needed to place special request on vegetarian meal, couldn't do it at booking or at checkin, was told to let crew know, they said it's too late. They brought us an "unclaimed" vegetarian meal, but it wasn't, it was Asian halal meal with lamb! After I let crew member know wmy husband was served meat instead, she denied it and said "its not possible" as the wrapper says "vegetarian". I informed her it actually said "Asian halal", she the proceeded to say, well, "i am sorry if it's wrong, but I gave you vegetarian". That said crew member collected my husband's plates while I was in the bathroom and came back later with a "vegan" plate that they now have available."

Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.
Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.
Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.
Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

At LAX, allow time for transferring from the regional terminal to the main terminals via shuttle bus. Survived a late gate change and equipment change. Really disappointed in the A321 Transcon, First and business classes looked great but main class seemed even more cramped than usual. 110v outlet at my seat did not work, fortunately I finally found the USB port. At least the chicken curry sandwich was good!

It was nice to have an on time flight
Guy sitting next to me didn’t wear his mask the entire time and flight attendants didn’t ask him to wear it. Strange since they usually do, but he took it off immediately upon sitting down and it wasn’t addressed for the 2 hour flight. WiFi wasn’t operational.
It was three hours delayed. If they knew people were delayed from other planes they shouldn’t have boarded us yet. We spent two hours just waiting on the plane
The puddle jumper from Charlotte to Asheville often appears to be a low priority, if not for American Airlines then Charlotte International Airport. We had a tight connection (45 minutes), made worse by malfunction of gateway which took agonizing time to repair. I got no less than 3 gate changes, all in Concourse E, the farthest away from B where we landed. Fortunately airport people were great with a wheelchair for my wife, without which we would have missed the connection. Then, when we arrived at the resigned gate, the wheelchair attendant had to try times to get gate personnel to direct her to the right gate. Finally, when we went down stairs, we were redirected to a plane at least 300 yards from where we went down the stairs. If all that weren't enough, the two flight attendants appeared more interested in flirting with each other than paying any attention to the travelers. Avoid this connection if you can. Delta much better customer service.
Miss two days of my trip . Now I have to go back to AZ. Nov 14.
Delayed little by little, so there was no chance to sleep longer or go out to eat. Missed connection flight and did not offer allocation, had to request it and $12 for lunch dinner and breakfast. No transport to hotel provided so there is another $120 in uber to get there.

Spend 10HOURS on the phone to get on scheduled plane. BA made wrong date and was send in circles. 11houts before flight I bought different tickets to get back on time to LAX. No help from Finnair, British Airways and Kayak. Had so much stress and insanity from representatives about my flight. Kayak MUST have 24 hours live person. Was calling from Vilnius and getting machine from noon until 6pm, Vilnius time. Does Kayak knows calling rates!!! This was WORST experience ever!!!
The flight, plane and flight crew were great! The flight itself was not a problem at all. The HUGE issue was the mess at Heathrow airport. It was mass chaos, no direction or aisles for the connecting flights customers. Hundreds of people were trying to get through the boarding pass scanning to get to security. We were traveling with two children and after at least a 1/2 hour waiting on one side of the immigration hall, were told we had to move across the entire mass of people to another area. We stood there for another 1/2 hour without moving, then were told we had to move back to the first area because we had children! An employee looked at our boarding pass and told us we had missed the flight to go to the rebooking area. So we went there - stood for 1/2 hour again and then were told to go to a different area since we had children. We went to the next area - stood there for 45min, the employee looked at our boarding pass and told us the flight was delayed to go to the gate. SO we returned to the SAME ORIGINAL area, tried to explain to an employee we were told to go to that area. The employee became very upset and was rude, complaining that someone had moved the barrier? (We had not touched it - we were simply trying to follow directions) We finally made it to security after an hour wait, one of our bags had to be inspected. At this point we were resigned to missing the flight - we still had to get to Cgates in terminal 5. We did manage to make the flight. BUT someone needs to figure out the mass confusion in the immigration hall. If there are only a certain number of scanners available. perhaps indicating the lanes as soon as you enter the hall would be a solution?? Instead of having lines 50 people wide trying to funnel them down into 5-6 scanners? I understand staff shortages, short tempers, etc. I am not an airport export, but I imagine there are people that can determine a solution to this MAJOR problem at such a huge and busy airport. Surely determining a solution to better movement of customers would save rebooking costs, etc for the airlines.

Flight was delayed and they didn’t have any vegetarian meal options. You had to reserve online for a vegetarian meal. On other airlines you don’t have to reserve your meal restrictions. I was left starving the whole flight because they only had one meal option which was meat.
The seats in the Airbus flight from JFK to HEL were a bit uncomfortable. The layover in Helsinki airport was boring because there were no stores open in the terminal and there was almost nothing to do for 3 hours.
Miinukset: "Food service was pay only on a 3.5 hour flight. This meant there was a good cart blocking the aisle THE ENTIRE FLIGHT! Nobody could get by to use the bathroom or to walk around. There was almost always two people in each direction blocked by the cart. From what I could observe, the cart wasn’t even stocked with the items people were ordering, as a flight attendant was CONSTANTLY running back and forth to the galley to get items that weren’t on the cart! The setup of this food service was HORRIFIC even for me who didn’t order anything. They never even were able to take orders from everyone- never even asked if I wanted anything. I don’t think I will fly British Airways again."

Plussat: "Crew fantastic. Seats very cramped so hard when travelling alone with people crammed next to you. I am very short and still found seat cramped. Blankets skimpy. Heathrow to San Fran. Johannesburg to Heathrow was more comfortable."
Miinukset: "Most things I give a high rate on BA but travelling economy these days is very cramped especially as I did two long international legs with short four hour break between."

Miinukset: "The plane was at the gate for almost 2 hours due to the fuel tanks - apparently the engineers didn't know which tanks were refueled. Sounded a bit weird. I bill at $800 per hour - I think I should be compensated for my time."

Stuck sitting in the middle with my carry-on bag, handbag and winter coat, glad I didn't buy any duty-free since there would not have been any room. Food service has declined, no snacks w/drinks, only packaged chips or cookies before landing."

I would appreciated it very much if they talk to me when they serve water and juice. Otherwise I get dehydrated. Happened last year on my flight back to the US, too.I had to get up and walk back to get water(2016). breakfast Breakfast used to be better with fresh fruits and cheese.and roll The pizzas are like cardboard, I do not care about. Had to purchase another flight and it cost me 1200 dollars and I already paid you Sent a letter for a reimbursement of my funds Extremely upset for all the stress i had and the extreme inconvenience my daughter and I endured I had to fly another airline land in Amsterdam then to Newsrk New Jersey Airport then take a train with two large suitcases"
Plussat: "The flight was fine - nothing exceptional but nothing bad!"
It is virtually impossible to hear the announcements on this plane. Very poor audible equipment. The attendant did a nice job with serving drinks and snacks to everyone on this tiny plane. He was efficient and pleasant.

Miinukset: "Drop-off bagage agent made me line up to get a new baggage tag even though my luggage had been checked up to my destination via COPA Airlines. A United Airlines check-in agent told me that the baggage agents don’t work for the airline therefore didn’t know what to do. These people need add training."
Miinukset: "United Airlines were curt and unhelpful. The refused to allow me to board my flight unless I arrived at least 1 hour before takeoff. There were 57min until takeoff after I checked in at the counter. I have a trusted traveler card and TSA express."
Plussat: "Supe easy flight."
Plussat: "The flight from MSO to DEN on United always involves small planes. Almost always the crew and attendant() are efficient and friendly. Tonight though our attendant made us all feel like we were in 1st class. She called everyone by their names when serving (Mr. O'Connor could I get you a beverage?), checked on us multiple times and was so friendly that she stood way out!"

Plussat: "This airplane was older and it seemed there was more leg room than on other planes I've ridden on. I'm 5'11 and my husband is 6'4. This was really appreciated. Nice attendants. Boarding was orderly the different groups waited in rows. Older gentleman greeted us with Merry Christmas as he took our tickets. Overall nice feeling."

Miinukset: "United has recently added a 9th column (not row) of seats in economy, further narrowing the seats (and removing padding). The comfort has gone from barely tolerable, to intolerable. Also, this is an 8 hour flight, and food is only available for sale. Finally, they've changed their inflight entertainment options to work only via wi-fi. The problem is, the wi-fi on the plain is insufficient to handle the load of the people on the plane, so it keeps cutting out/crashing."

Miinukset: "Was FAR too cold on the plane. The way bags were being distributed the large carry ons from under the plane after landing was unorganized and poorly planned. Tried to reschedule my flight, to do so is a cost of $200 not including the price difference in having to buy a new ticket. May not be flying United anymore"
Miinukset: "I had to go in and out of security 3 times to try to make alternate flight arrangements. The United staff was slow, unsympathetic and made several errors. I spent 7 hours in the airport due to errors."

Miinukset: "I sat in 3A. Almost every passenger getting onboard hit me with his or her bag. The guy across the aisle stepped on my foot. There simply was not enough room for people to move in the aisle."
Miinukset: "The plane was not prepared to travel; snacks and beverages were note available during our flight because someone forgot to stock the plane."
Plussat: "Not much, crew was pleasant enough."
Miinukset: "Flight delayed 2 hrs, missed connection, had to spend day in limbo at DIA. Seats were rock hard on aircraft. I flew on UA because of the timing to my destination. 6 hours of travel time turned into a 13 hr experience. boo"
Miinukset: "Our flight arrived at LAX 20 minutes early so expected to get my connecting flight on time. Boy was I wrong, we sat inside the plane on the runway for over an hour. It was getting hot inside and people were getting upset about missing their connecting flights. We went around in circles on the runway, about 3 times. As people were getting agitated, so was the stewardess. Also people had to use the restroom, and the stewardess kept asking people to stay in there seats and she begin to lose her cool. What do you expect when your on the runway for over an hour. When people got to go, they got to go. So after finally arriving at the gate, "late" United did get me on another flight thru Alaska which was great. Will I fly United again, hmm I'm sure I will, One bad experience won't scratch them off my list, but I will choose other airlines first and United will be my last resort."

Plussat: "I have food a low score as there basically was none. I was offered a glass of water. I paid $74 for an emergency exit seat, and while it gave extra legroom, the seat hardly reclined at all."
