Plussat: I spent one short night here while traveling between my home in Mexico and Houston. The hotel was easy to get to from the interstate. Check in was fast. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Miinukset: The location is a little hard, especially in a first staying. There are little details in the bathroom that need attention, bar, shower water (it was a disability access room).

Miinukset: Rm 216 had roaches. Had to throw away some of our take out food the items were contaminated by the bugs.

Miinukset: The weren't clean, and the restrooms floor made lots of noise. Not to mention I was awaken by the construction workers working on the roof of the hotel at 8:00AM on a Saturday.

Miinukset: It was a little noisy and messy around the outside of the building because the roof was being replaced. Pool and hot tub we're closed because of the roof project.

Miinukset: Front staff was unprofessional, unwilling to give even reasonable customer service. I did not stay ended up leaving hotel because of the customer service and the way I was treated upon check in.

Miinukset: I messed up on hotel reservation. Should have been for 2 days, my fault, and they did not want to work with me to give me the second day at the same rate, in fact they doubled it. And the lady was not nice.
