Miinukset: "Missed connection flight in Chicago due to a technical delay in Munich, the tank vehicle had a defect and the ground power in Chicago went out. It is now the 4 th time that we got stranded in Chicago. So Condor, Lufthansa and Chicago are getting on our shitlist......"

Miinukset: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Miinukset: "45min to 1 hour is barely enough to switch the plane in Frankfurt. Distances between gates are very significant and if you are not running there is a possibility you not going to make your connecting flight. Information how to get to the Z gates are not clear and it really takes a long time with all passport check points and security to pass through."

Miinukset: "For the whole journey I had a small child kicking, knocking, tapping behind me. Kept waking me up also nearly ten hours of whining. I was genuinely uneasy and uncomfortable for the whole trip. I think there should be a designated child with adult area as I really don’t think this is acceptable. It is stressful enough traveling for 30+ hours this really is not welcome."

Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Miinukset: "Unable to pick seats in advance,, were assigned seats that did not recline for 11 hour flight. One bathroom not functioning. Very limited movie choices for inflight entertainment. Seat belts much shorter than other airlines, so very confining, unable to loosen to relax in any position other than sitting straight in seat. In Rome had to check in & go through security at Terminal 5 then get bussed to Terminal 3. Only airport where we had to take out all electronics, including converter plugs, headphones, etc, place in a flimsy clear plastic bag ( that broke ) to go through security. Line to check bags pretty slow for number of passengers. Glad we had plenty of time."

Miinukset: "I was charged 70 Euros per bag for two bags a total of 140,00 Euros which is more than the airfare per person for flying one way from Tallinn, Estonia to Stuttgart, Germany. I had no other option except cancel the trip which was not an option and so I paid. There should be some fairness! Rampur"

Miinukset: "It’s the first time i try these low cost airlines, which sometimes they are not that cheap compared to others, no entertainment whatsoever, i wasn’t allowed for any check in luggage and the prices for ever peace was literally expensive ticket price was not that competitive"
Miinukset: "the staff constantly refused to help when they could and provided wrong information that caused me to miss my flight. i will never book through kayak because of this experience."
Miinukset: "Limited selection of movies No food choices No snacks offered during flight First European airline to fall below the standards of US airlines"
Miinukset: "Our suitcase was damaged. Because we did not notice this until we got to our apartment we found that it is not possible to make acclaim, rather you just have to make a general complaint with a response according to SAS likely in 3 weeks. This process took over an hour of my time. The three tel numbers given to report damage are in Scandinavia and not much use when travelling within the UK."

Miinukset: "We couldn't check in online because we had an infant in arms. So we tried to check in there. There were 3 different terrible queues. One to use the machines, one to check bags and another for special situations. We tried the machines, didn't work. A rep told us to go to the special situations line. There was a rep there that was trying to prevent people to getting into the line because it was sooo long (1+ hr). So we tied the machines again. Didn't work. So we convinced the guy to let us in the special line. It was nuts. We waited as our flight got closer and closer. Right when it looked like we might make the flight, one of the TWO reps left. When we finally made it, they said we wouldn't make the flight. We rebooked and had to pay extra. WORST travel experience ever."

Plussat: "This flight was also one of the best I have taken. I enjoyed it very much."
Miinukset: "It was a little upsetting to see and hear one of the crew members be a little nasty with my sister when he asked her about the meal. She misunderstood and asked for chicken andvhe was quite nasty when he corrected her and gave her the two options."

Miinukset: "Loud engine sounds. I wore ear plugs but they were not enough. Must invest in noise cancelling headphones if I fly with SAS again, apparently."

Miinukset: "When purchasing the ticket there was no mentione that bagage was NOT included something which I assume when flying with an All Star airline. Ended up paying an extra 70 € for my luggage - not happy."
Miinukset: "A very dishonest experience. The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."

Miinukset: "I had the same seat as I originally chose, but my husband's seat was changed without any consent and he had to change from the isle seat to the middle seat. Due to this, he could not sleep at all in 8-hour flight. I bought the ticket well in advance and chose the seats, and that was all in vain. I have no idea why it happened, and we are very disappointed."
Miinukset: "Bought tickets 8 months before flight. Was put on Standby status. Unable to get confirmed seat assignment until about 15 minutes before flight. Wasn't sure we would make flight until new boarding pass was issued by gate agent. And that boarding pass bounced when trying to board plane. New boarding pass had to be issued with another seat assignment. SAS is on my no fly list."
Plussat: "My flight was changed to a different airline by SAS to delta. Cannot comment on flight from Nice to ORD. The flight from ORD to nice on SAS was good."
Miinukset: "I was not informed of flight change until I went to the airport that morning. Had to rush from SAS terminal to delta terminal to check in on time. If I had received an e-mail, I would have been better prepared."

When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund."

Plussat: "I'm so happy to be able to travel with my small dog in cabin. I've travelled from Miami to Helsinki and back with a dog at least 30 times in the last 16 years. The service has always been very good. I choose the airline always based on what's best for my dog."

The crew was not very attentive during good service. It was more of a routine / rush job rather than making sure that everybody was served and got what they needed ( had to ask for my dinner as my row was skipped and was never offered coffee before landing). The crew seemed rather young and inexperienced. The food was below average!!!! Especially the chicken patty before landing - seriously!!!!! Why not include a little bit of Finnish / Scandinavian cuisine to emphasize the Finnair brand!!! Entertainment was also below average. There needs to be more variety - especially for the TV selection, which had only 2 options!!! No music and no games?? Also, it would be nice to have access to a flight map. Too few accessible WCs"
Miinukset: "There was no reason given why the flight left Helsinki 35 minutes from schedule. Boarding aircraft seem to take a longer time than usual for a full flight. The flight crew during boarding in economy didn't have the push needed to get everyone seated in an efficient manner. The tv screen does not move out far enough to view when the person in front has their seat all the way back. Selection is limited compared to the non stop flight previous from Miami to Helsinki. There isn't an option to view the flight details in flight which is interesting to some passengers. At least have the option."

Finally of the most irritating of all annoyance was that there was no movie. This was an international flight and there was no entertainment. I will never fly American Airlines again."

Plussat: "I require a wheelchair for getting around the airport. When I first checked in at LHR, they claimed to have no record of my wheelchair request and my seat change, despite my very clear notations of who and when these were made. They did have a record of my paying for one suitcase. The agent at LHR promised to make these corrections so I would not have the same problem when returning to London. Furthermore, to turn this into a humiliating situation, at the gate I was informed that the jetway was broken and they would have to find some other way to get me onboard the plane. I cannot believe that British Airways has no contingency plan for a situation like mine. After many discussions between BA reps and ground crewmen they decided to bring me down in a lift at Gate 34, though my plane was at Gate 32. I was then loaded onto the freight platform of one of those food delivery trucks and driven over to my plane. The truck backed into place and again I hoisted up to the plane. However the plane door was locked and we had to bang on it for them to finally open it. To my great embarrassment I helped down the aisle to my assigned seat, looking back at the curious looks and glares from all those passengers who had no explanation for the delay and humiliating scene. Officially the flight was listed at 28 minutes late, when in reality it was 40 minutes till we taxied away from the gate My return flight from Brussels was little better because the changes that were supposed to have been entered at LHR never were and so I had to go through this whole routine again costing me over one hour in delays. Fortunately I was able to board the flight through the jetway and did not have to be hoisted up again, and delivered like freight. How would you rate these flights. I had problems with every single British Airways flight!!"

Once we finally arrived st Heathrow for the 2nd leg of our journey, we were put on a later connection, no apologies whatsoever from any of the employees. Overall we spent over 4 hours in the air. We were never served even a glass of water or a bag of pretzels. The seats were very tight with very little leg room, and I am only a 5'6" female."

Miinukset: "Boarding the plane. I do not know why the airlines load the people who are at the front of the plane first. Load the people on the back of the plane first. That way, when you call the next section, the people in the back are not blocking people as they enter. An alternative is to call people in sections based on where they sit in a row. If you have window seat, you should be called first. Why? Because so many passengers who have aisle seats have to get up to let people with middle or window seats get in. So, they hold traffic up as people are trying to get to their seats. After window seat passengers get called, then call middle seat passengers, and last, call aisle seat passengers."

Miinukset: "Food/ beverages only offered with a charge, NO entertainment despite having individual screens (couldn't even watch flight path). Crew a but obsessive with seatbelts."
Plussat: "I was prepared with my smart phone and iPad and external batteries, turns out I needed none of those things! What a pleasant surprise for the in flight movies, music and tv to be perfect. I didn't even have to use my external battery on the flight because there is a perfect USB port in the screen in front of you. The food was as good as airplane good gets, the plane incredibly comfortable and staff was attentive. I don't love the long flights but this BA flight is now my go to anytime Im headed to Europe."

Miinukset: "The seats on this British Airways flight were so tight and pitched forward that my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and I felt as if I was being launched forward the entire flight. Not comfortable or safe."

Miinukset: "Online check-in was not possible, neither on ba.com nor on aer lingus (flight was operated by aer lingus). I had not possibility to choose a seat. I called are lingus consumers services who said this was due to the fact, that I had a BA booking. At the airport I was told most seat were pre-reservered. There was no indication during the booking process that this might be the case. The plane was rather small, with litte space. I am rather small person and had difficulties."
Plussat: "All was fine ......cabin crew, pilot updates, seat comfort . Keeping hydrated is a well-known health fact. Why BA does not offer free water wa a shock to me . Yes a kind steward let me supplied with tap water, but I find it appalling that the corporate office does. It consider customers health important."
Miinukset: "Each rep we spoke to said they couldnt help us and to just open a support ticket online.. Kept telling us they dont have a customer service team who can help us and its only available online."
Plussat: "Great flight - on time and right price!"
Plussat: "Food was ok - rest was terrible."
Miinukset: "Boarding was troublesome due to the fact the person made an error and changed my seat that I had already reserved. I noticed this while walking to the gate and then informed the person at the desk. After some time they determined the error happened at check in and she then returned me to the original booked seat. While in the flight, the lady behind me kept kicking my seat and complaining that I should not have the seat leaning back. Of course this is a fully acceptable function of flying in that the seat can be tilted back when not having food - the crew did not help at all and I was forced to fly the whole time with soon being rude behind me."
Plussat: "They changed my seat when I asked them too."
Miinukset: "The stewardess told me for the last meal, that they ran out the no. Vegetarian meal so I must choose the veg one. Later he said he gave me the preference for the earlier meal so this one shouldn't be a problem if I didn't get what I asked for. Totally blew my mind. The audacity with which he gave me his explanation was extraordinary. Sorry British airways, don't need that attitude. Wrote to them about this, haven't yet replied back. The flight was pretty old by itself. Not like the ones that go from London to United States. The Seats were smaller and had a very uneasy contour, the entire plane just looked a little banged up. The crew always seemed in a rush, to busy to even hear or look around."
Miinukset: "Missed the flight and the next flight was to expense had to take a train to my destination and pay $400 extra dollars. Was at airport and checked in 2 hours early sitting at what seemed to be the only London flight going out. Our flight was not listed on the computer monitors and we checked it several times. Our names were not announced over loud speaker and no one helped us to rebook."
