The flight never happen, they overbooked the flight and they put me in another one 15 days later and I had to pay 250 dollars more, the worst experiencia of my Life, never will use kayak or iberia again

The flight was overbooked by 40 people. We waited for 2 hours after the flight to get news of rebooking. No communication from the ground crew.

Miinukset: "My flight was cancelled and I had to wait in the Madrid airport for seven hours before getting a new flight and retrieving my luggage (five for the new booking, 2 for luggage). It's understandable that flights get cancelled due to weather, but the handling of re-accomodations should be much faster. Iberia did not have enough people to handle it and made no effort to bring in more help. Instead, workers were continually leaving. By the end, there were only two people helping the line of dozens of stranded travelers. I was very disappointed."

Both British airlines and Iberian airlines posted conflicting information as to the flight cancellation, hence affecting hotel reservations and proceeding flights. The whole process has been a nightmare. I will have serious reservations booking future flights with either airline. Very disappointed !"

Great service and adequate food on inter continental flight, but inter-Europe flights they charge for EVERYTHING including water!!
The crew managed the covid guidelines very well in a friendly way. Wearing a mouthmask does not feell ok in a 2 hours flight. As long s people are sitting still, I would consider periods of taking it off all together, (keep it on up to departure and then again before landing. People moving shoud wear a mask.

A big disappointment versus the flight we had from BXL to PORTO !"

There was no entertainment inflight, so nothing there to rate. The staff were pleasant under the conditions. Nothing else was positive."
Plussat: "This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day."
Miinukset: "Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP."

The screens for entertainment had a lot of trouble reading touch for both my seatmate and I and the selections were very limited. My seat did not recline which made for a very uncomfortable flight as I had hoped to be able to sleep. They lost one of my bags and somehow still have not found it more than 36 hours later."

One flight attendent got upset or acted a little nasty because I asked her for another custom border slip. She said was going to bring one but I guess she forgot and an atleast 30 minutes to an hour went by till I asked her again and she got nasty. The same lady along with the other flight attendants snatched trash out peoples hands like they were diseased...and they had gloves on. When it came to entertainment they didnt have much variety. Unless the price for the flight is dirt cheap or below average I would choose to fly with them again other than that I'll go to another"

Miinukset: "Neither the JFK counter agents nor the flight attendants knew if I could transition in Brussels onto Bulgaria Air without exiting and re-entering. In fact, it is a simple process in the Brussels Airport transition zone, with the friendly help of Bulgaria Air agents. Breakfast is a box of sugar: shrink wrapped muffin, Toblerone bar, orange juice. These are all sugar delivery systems."

Miinukset: "First time on Brussels Airline - flying from IAD to Budapest and back via Brussels. On the long haul to/from Europe, the seats in coach did not have any type of individual air flow control above the seat. I was sitting by a window which must have been directly facing the sun. I have never been so hot and uncomfortable on a plane. Some kind of air conditioning did kick on for a short duration, but it was not enough."

Miinukset: "Had to change a tire on the plane - they checked us through at the gate but didn't allow us on the plane - which makes sense. However, they should have NOT checked us through at the gate. Dozens stood for over a half hour waiting to move forward. They wouldn't let us back into the gate area to sit. Poor planning"

Miinukset: "Power outage at Brussels airport caused a delay (no ones fault), a drunk man was let on the plane, which led to us detouring from taxi to another gate to have police escort him off. This led to extra security checks of hand and checked baggage. They found an extra bag? Which led to extra, extra security checks. Worker fell off the luggage conveyor belt, plane was surrounded by medical staff and an ambulance. We finally took off, 3 hours late. I arrived at St. Petersburg, but my luggage did not. The next day I found out it had been sent to Frankfurt. An absolute disaster, many of the problems could have been prevented by more diligence from the airline."
Miinukset: "Airfair.com is terrible. They re-ticketed my mother who was traveling with me on a different flight and would not acknowledge this. I was able to get it resolved but took many calls and emails - a huge hassle. I would never book another flight through this "travel agency"."

Plussat: "This was a cut-price flight. Considering what we paid, the flight was amazing value for money. The plane was new. There was plenty of overhead space. The seat pitch was adequate. We took our own food. We slept for most of the flight. We arrived on time. If Norwegian can continue to keep the price low, I'll happily choose to fly with them again."

Also, it was a major pain in the neck to be stuck at CDG with all our luggage (which we had to claim after the previous flight — surprise! — since we bought out ticket through Kiwi.com) for hours, due to Norwegian Air not allowing us to check in yet."

Plussat: "The Dreamliner is a great plane and it's as comfortable as you can expect from an Economy flight. Entertainment options are limited but sufficient. Check-in and boarding are very efficient. Overall, flying Norwegian is a good experience."
Miinukset: "- Dehydration: In a 12 hour flight, there wasn't any single drink offered outside of the meal ones. Seriously, 12 hours without bringing water to people? It's great to have higher air quality for better jet lag, but water is prime in that regard. It seems to be a recurring pattern in this flight, no water service. Of course, you can just go and walk up to them and ask for water, but chances are you will get frown at for the annoyance. - Upset staff: Another passenger was seating on my seat when I boarded and asked me to swap places so that he wouldn't have to move. I agreed, and I notified the flight attendants of the change so they knew where to take the meals. I thought I was being nice to them, but I still got rolling eyes and lost stares whenever they came for meal service and they had to revisit the situation. I don't get it."

Miinukset: "There was a 5 hour delay and I was not notified by Norweigan via email or text, even AFTER CALLING AND REQUESTING that they notify me. No drinks were served-not even WATER to those that did not pay for a meal plan. This is unacceptable and possibly illegal. Awful experience."
Plussat: "There was a medical situation on board. The crew kept us informed as to why we were delayed and updated us on the situation and when we would be leaving. A dispute between two passengers was solved by the steward wisely moving one of the parties involved."
Miinukset: "Water should be available free of charge on all flights longer than two hours."
Plussat: "It's a very nice plane, everything seems new and updated. I like that the cost of the flight didn't break the bank."
Miinukset: "I don't like that I had to pay for food (being that it's an international flight 8 hours). It's the first international flight and the first flight ever that I've had where they didn't at least offer you a drink. I also didn't like how phony the baggage system was. I had to pay 65 dollars for one bag...because I paid it at the airport vs paying it online. And last but not least I wasn't satisfied that I wasn't able to check in online beforehand, the line was ridiculous."
Miinukset: "Overcharged on luggage because I had 10.5 kg of carryon luggage instead of 10kg. The flight was virtually empty and so much space and still can’t understand why I had to pay usd 130 for 0.5kg over the 10kg. Felt exploited and cheated"

Miinukset: "No Wi-Fi on 787. If they had Wi-Fi, my review would have been excellent, but lack of Wi-Fi makes the flight 10 times longer."

But be prepared: even on an 11-hour flight you must also reserve meals (i.e., prepay), or you'll be looking forward to buying from the "snack bar"--$9 for a small sandwich. Other items they charge for: water, earbuds, blankets... Don't even ask if there are free snacks. I'm surprised I wasn't charged for speaking with a crew member (when I could flag one down--good luck with that). They begin "boarding" 2 hours before departure. Why? So you can stand in a long line, no food venues nearby, to then be sequestered in an enclosed waiting area until they condescend to let you on the aircraft (no fee for that, surprisingly). Unless you prepaid another fee for expedited boarding. But if you're a common peasant I suggest taking a different discount airline where they actually care about their customers."

Miinukset: "Weight limit on our carry on bags made it basically impossible to carry anything on board. Had to check our luggage. Flight was delayed. Seats were so small and uncomfortable. Didn't specify that I was a vegetarian before the flight so I was fed chicken and told to pick out the salad and rice. Travel all the time and never had such a difficult time with an airline."

Miinukset: "They overbooked and denied me from boarding even though I was on time. They first told me the next available flight with an opening would be 48 hours later, and a couple hours later they told me never mind, the next available flight wouldn't be avIlble until 5 entire days later. Trip ruined, my first international flight ever. After 6+ hours of battling on the phone with them and looking for other flights (prices starting at 700% of my original booking price) I accepted defeat, left the airport, headed home and went to sleep. When I woke up the next day version of the same flight on the same airline was available for only about 210% the original booking price, a flight they specifically told me would not be available to me for a transfer. They ultimately booked the transfer "free of charge" although they tried to tell me I would not be refunded for the original flight, nor granted the voucher for a future flight that they originally tried to offer me to pacify me, nor would they pay me the compensation I am legally entitled to in these circumstances for 400% of the original booking price up to $1,350 for international flights delayed by at least 4 hours. In other words, I had to choose between getting to my destination a day late after incurring many additional expenses as a result of their overbooking practices and being told the next flight was in 144 hrs (a day before my originally planned return date), or canceling the trip maybe possibly being partially compensated for all the money I already put into the trip. All in all about the worst experience I could imagine short of the plane crashing or them punching me in the face and then laughing at me just for fun."

Flight was ok. The problem is the lack of information about transit or the lack of it at Stansted airport. I was travelling with food (chese) from the EU to the EU and just because Stansted I was held by border control in Poland and had to pay a fine for bringing food from outside of the EU.
The plane was filthy again
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.

Miinukset: "Plane seats are very uncomfortable. I thought it was just me on the way out but it was as bad on the return and even my husband was complaining of being uncomfortable. The seats made this journey seem much longer than our 9 hour flight to Florida earlier in the year and the backs of my legs still haven’t recovered from yesterday’s flight. I am 5ft 1in and the seats are too high off the floor and too deep for my legs to be comfortable and not have too much pressure in the wrong place. They need foot rests to allow legs to be raised and pressure eased."

Miinukset: "i booked my ticket from 5 december 2017 to 10 january 2018 by mistake. it was suppose to be from 5 dec 17 to 10 dec 17. i called the customer service to change it . she said that there will be a fee applied and i was okay with it . but she give me the return ticket on 7th dec 2017 instead of 10.. i called them back to rectify the error.. they couldnt help me and i didnt accept the proposal in my email. i went to tenerif and had to booked another seperate ticket on 10 dec from there to get back. !!"

Miinukset: "If RyanAir reads these reviews can I make a small suggestion that would make a big difference? The plastic cups provided with drinks are tall and narrow making them unstable inflight.Simply changing to a more squat shape would increase passenger comfort."
Plussat: "Cabin crew handled the gypsies well, flight arrived home ahead of schedule. Plenty of choice of food and drinks although expensive it was nice."
Miinukset: "We managed to choose a flight and sit next to a party of 17 gypsies. It was non stop. The kids couldn't stay still, always shouting or just screaming, running up the aisle. Banging seat tables and armrests up and down. At one point a young boy maybe 3 yrs old was stood on the table with his hands on his own seat back bouncing on the table. I have never wished for turbulance and the seatbelt signs to be on, But I did on this flight! The adults looked drunk while bording and one even asked me if I'd been to Tenerife while we were in Tenerife airport!"

Plussat: "For any of those who hadn't realized, ryanair has changed: gone are the annoying squeezing of one bag into another at the gate, gone are the battleaxes who used to humiliate you...now it is ine of the most pleasant services...love the fact that you can take an extra small bag on board, & the flight attendants seem to always be super nice now...& all that at prices which enable me to travel frequently. Well done ryanair!"

Security moves very slowly, too, is very far from Ryanair bag check, THEN another queue to get through to your boarding gate. It was worst experience ever."
Miinukset: "CHAOTIC. Found the Ryanair booking site difficult to log into with my booking number constantly not being recognised. Once I'd booked it was pay, pay, pay for luggage and seats making the flight expensive. Biggest insult was they took my money for a transfer, return email saying it was accepted. A later email saying it was cancelled with no refund of money. A 12 month credit note ( not seen yet ) which I can't use in 12 months. Now feeling ripped off Will not be flying with Ryanair again."

Didn't expect a refund for the flight, but also Couldn't get a refund on ANY of the EXTRAS I'd booked for checked bags, preferred seating or early boarding. The were rude on the phone after waiting 3 hours on chat to talk with them. Will never fly with them again."

Miinukset: "The customer service agent was horribly rude. When asked her name, because she wasn't wearing a name tag, she said "Oh, you'd like my name? I'll be sure to write it down for you." I never ended up getting her name, but the way she treated me and my fiancé - as two customers that were very much over paying - was inappropriate and unprofessional. Never again will I fly RyanAir."

Miinukset: "Extortionate prices for water!! Water of all things should be complimentary on flights in my opinion! Air-conditioning on flights can make you dry and when you have to pay for it at this price it makes it hard to fathom how they get away with this kind of pricing!!"

Miinukset: "Carry on restriction was much smaller than on US flight so our normal carry-on had to be checked in at $40 apiece making the overall ticket price not a great deal. Online check in system very dated. No electronic boarding passes available and you had to print your boarding pass yourself (tough to do while traveling ) or face a $50 fee for checking in at airport"
Miinukset: "Big unadvertised feea. You end up paying much more in the end & feel like you're trapped in a scam after you bought the tickets. See examples: - to print out your boarding pass at the airport -to check EVEN ONE bag -to get a cup of water - multiple small inconveniences & lack of service on every front, even compared to other stripped down no frills carriers Delays! Cheap seats with an ad for food purchase plastered on the back seat in front of you. Repeated attempts to sell extras - food, drinks, jewelry, perfume up & down aisles by embarrassed flight attendants Bad service & total disrespect for & misunderstanding of their customer and even their own employees. It's unbelievable. Skip this airline!"
Miinukset: "The plane was way too hot and stuffy. I am usually cold on flights but this was the hottest flight I've ever been on. Three of us travelling together and all too hot. We had the air vents on full all the time and even though we were wearing only thin sleeveless tops or vest t-shirts we still couldn't get cool. My husband felt claustrophobic from the heat and found it very difficult to get any sleep on this night flight - which is a first for him as he's usually asleep as soon as the plane lifts off."
