Pd for biz class, close to front, ran out of better options, didn't make sense. Cod is not on my list of something I would eat. Had problems with crew not requiring people on both sides of us at windows to close them so harder to sleep. Contacted CS, they wouldn't help in any way. Won't use them again, other choices.
Boarding was slow. Zones 3,4and 5 are grouped together. If you are used to boarding by group number, it feels like a free for all.

We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."

And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."

Not getting an aisle seat was disturbing at my height. Then there was the guy in front of me not willing to forego putting his seat back on my knees for over half the flight. The ticket it’s to expensive for what they offer. It was no order in the line and because of that they make me check our luggage without any other option because there was no capacity en the cabin. They deliver the luggage 1 hour late of our landing. The seats are very uncomfortable, no food and entertainment included. Not recommended.
More people at check-in but I understand there is staff lacking.
American Airlines is the worst. Every time I’ve flown with them, there’s constant delays or cancellations. This particular flight was delayed four times
The service was absolutely terrible, check-in had a line that wrapped around the corner, that took about an hour and a half, boarding began late, our plane was scheduled to depart at 5:10 we didn’t depart till 5:50. The service on the plane was absolutely terrible as well. They had no cabin wifi as advertised, no amenities as in drinks or food/snacks. Only to buy, for a 9 hour international flight! I don’t know how or why American Airlines chose to be partnered with this airline. Wouldn’t it make sense to partner with airlines that provide the same care for their customers/guest? Never again.

I requested a special meal 2 weeks ahead of my flight. It was impossible to find a way to do this on the website so I filled out the request form and today (the day after my flight) I receive an email that you are working on my request. While the crew was nice and apologized I think there should be an easier way to request a meal. Please review your website. It is not clear how to go about requesting a special meal. The rest was ok. Had to do an all out sprint to the gate since the 50 min layover was not enough to get to the different terminal in Madrid to my connecting flight. I went straight there. No bathroom stop or time to refill my water bottle. Not sure how less mobile passengers would cover this distance in 35 min before the gate closes, especially when also having to show Covid test etc. at the Gate. American Airlines could also do better on sustainability. What’s with all the single use plastic? Other airlines are able to provide silverware and reusable cups. Why can’t you?

The gate agent made it clear that it was all on me to go back to the agent at customer service to get it addressed and make it back in-time. The other passenger was my 80 year old mother who a I had to leave unaccompanied at the gate so i’d have some chance of running across the terminal and making it back in-time, which fortunately I did. The complete lack of interest in helping or even acknowledging that this was their mistake is the reason why I will never fly Iberia again."

Air Europa is out of my dictionary, erased from my language. I had never felt the worst that a passenger can go through like the experience with this Airline and especially with the agency we bought from, which is worse than them, I'm talking about KAYAK. Our flight was canceled without notice for August 8th, we began the nightmare of starting to try to refit on another flight to return home from July 23rd when we found out and no one could help us for thirteen days calling every day. Kayak blamed Air Europa and vice versa. Finally we were stranded thanks to Kayak and Air Europa from August 8 to August 13 because we had to buy other tickets to our destination incurring an expense of $5,000 USD since their options were never given and they kept moving the dates for the 18 of August. Incredible, disastrous, disrespectful to one as a passenger, disorganized, insensitive, nothing professional and I could continue writing negative words there. They did not give us help for hotel expenses ($1,000 USD), or for meals, or transportation. Everything came out of our pocket and money without any approach from them (Kayak and Air Europa). If we had waited for an option from them when they wanted, we would have stayed living in Madrid. Not even if they give me a ticket with all payment I will travel on this airline again. Think about it before choosing them so that they do not harm your vacation or work trip. My recommendation for them is negative 100%
Flights from MADRID to CARACAS and back Seats on the plane were too uncomfortable for a 9 hour trip, especially when the flight was completely full. Crew treated passengers as if we were cattle. Desperate rush to get food served so they could enjoy First class food at the back of the plane... I went twice to the back of the plane (no one answered the flight attendant button) to ask for coffee and was met with a very abrupt response... 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT'. The only thing staff could think of saying to me was 'la mascarilla senior!'.... In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!

When we boarded and realized the plane was half empty we shrugged our shoulders. Why? Airlines have become so greedy, I am sure if they could charge for seat belts and toilets they would. We bought priority tickets which was supposed to give priority boarding before others so that we can get to our seats and easily place our luggage in the bins before others. However, the priority boarding is only into the bus. So we get off the bus we were in a crowd with everyone who did not purchase priority tickets. So the very purpose of purchasing priority tickets was gone.
The flight from Milan to Warsaw was terrible - not enough time for the change, had to check-in at the airport, smart pass didn’t work, and the flight was delayed by 2 hours.

Because the scale includes two terminals, we almost lost our flights. That data was not referrenced to us. The check-in process was a pain too.

Miinukset: "I was not able to check into the flight online as the Kayak link sent me to an unknown page. It was not an Iberia flight but was operated by Veuling airlines, however was still unable to check in by going directly to the Veuling website. If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."

Miinukset: "Ryanair’s app was down preventing me from check-in for my flight. When I went to the counter to get my boarding passes printed, the agent informed me that they where going to charge me 55€ per ticket. I think this is unfair! Never flying again with this airline!"
Miinukset: "I was there 10 minutes from my flight because of a lot problems from airline doesnt matter and they supposed to take a flight at 15:30 my flight was delay but we arrived at 15:40 and i was thinking i lost but suddenly i saw that it was missing 10 people more and i was running like hell on it and at the gate they didnt let us to take a bus ... The funny was that the plane departure at 16:20 that was freaking out and Im never gona take that airline ! I always chose Norwegian but i was thinkkng that they have change little bit ° , in Norwegian one time they wait for me 20 minutes 20 minutes ! Ryanair is the most Bad and i feel sad if i m writing for them as well !"

I get that the tickets were "non-refundable" but at least offer vouchers, credit, or be totally a stand-up company and refund the tickets. It wasn't buyers remorse, trust me, we would have preferred to be in Portugal, rather than sitting in a hospital hoping and praying for his recovery."

The woman working at the airport was very calm and helped us understand the mistake. We are lucky that we didn’t have a connection. I don’t understand how this could happen."

Miinukset: "We were forced to get on the aircraft when it arrived late, with another 737 taxiing next to it( I know illegal). Then forced to sit on the plane for nearly 3 hours on the ground in heat. Staff were rude and awful. Everything was stupidly expensive, even water!!! When we eventually got to Manchester we had to wait in the plane again for 45minutes for the bus to arrive to take us to the airport. Only one person on passport control. Where our bags were all in a pile on the floor because of some malfunction. Ryanair flights are hell!!"

Miinukset: "Their website is difficult to navigate, if you are overseas and do not have access to a printer, they will charge 15 Euros to print your boarding pass at the airport. The seats cannot be reclined. It is not inexpensive, as they will make you believe, a charge of 40 euros per checked baggage.... you are better off taking a regular airline, sometimes."

It doesn't make sense that you must pay 30 euro before you get to the airport and it seems as if you are checking in. But then you find out you have only paid for luggage and not checked-in. Every time I went to website to check-in got diverted back to main check-in page. So, I had to pay 63 euro for them to print. T boarding pass which is absurd! I ended up paying double what I originally paid. I would not fly them again And would recommend that people just pay extra $50 or so for a better quality of airline, seating, customer service, and fees explained up front. These outrageous surprise fees are crazy!"

By the way the first person was a customer service attendant and he swiftly moved us on to the next line to stand in which was completely unnecessary and a waste of everyone's time. I will never fly with ryanair again."

Miinukset: "There was no priority boarding at the Palma airport. We boarded like the rest of passengers, even when paying for the ¨privilege¨. And they made us board and wait in a line 20 minutes before the official boarding time. While checking our bag, it had one kilo overweight, and at the desk, they made us take things out of the suitcase and put it in our hand luggage. Making us do that for one kilo overweight is ridiculous."
