Miinukset: "I din't like the fact that Lufhtansa company uses double standards for the countries where they have their flights. From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

A lot of the passengers got frustrated cuz we had connecting flights and the workers by the plane didn't care including the bus driver. We finally went but we almost missed our flight .we had to literally run to the gate to make it."

Miinukset: "We had two legs on Lufthansa and the third was Air Canada. Lufthansa was great; great service, great food. But on Air Canada there was no food on a 5-hr international flight, the video screen didn't work well, and the flight attendant was having a rough day. And we took off at least 30 minutes late due to a couple of technical issues."

Confusing security situation at airport - multiple passport controls and at the final point there was only one check in line for all departing US flights. Since most of these flights left within an hour of each other it was bad news. Once again another chance to stand in line for way too long."
Miinukset: "No seating area at or near the gate we boarded at, and as boarding was delayed, many people ended up standing for some time because we did not wish to wander too far and then be late for boarding."

I just had come off 20hrs of travel. Phone on mute. No e mail. Now they say will deliver this evening - but no time slot so another wasted vacation day waiting for them to get their act together. Why can't they call/text me with a 30 minute window."

Smiling faces genuinely concerned about the passenger experience aboard the aircraft. In contrast, on a previous International flight via a US based carrier...there too was lots of cabin crew attitude...but not the pleasant type."

Miinukset: "We were allowed to choose our seats from SFO to Amsterdam but not for the return flight. I like to be able to choise my seats when I book the flight. Choosing seats 24 hours before is not convenient when traveling for the return trip."

Miinukset: "I paid €60 extra to sit in the emergency door seat to get more leg room but once.i was in the plane learned for more leg room I accepted a smaller seat next to a bathroom and no entertainment. I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Miinukset: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Plussat: "From downloading the KLM app to the final touchdown of my final flight, everything was an ease, checking in, the option to change my seat, the service received was great."

Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!"

Plussat: "Overall, my trip to Cardiff via Amsterdam was smooth and delightful. I've flown a few short trips this summer and I was pleasantly surprised to find KLM still offered complimentary snacks. What a refreshing change!"
Miinukset: "There was no entertainment which is why I assigned that category only one star. The boarding process in Amsterdam could have been a bit smoother. Announcements were no clear."

Miinukset: "Don't levy excess baggage charge in Biz class for minimal overweight. Much room for improvement in food. Partial recline seats not comfortable in Biz class Update movies. Allow on-line check-in Monte Carlo (to Oslo)."
Miinukset: "On a 9.5 hr flight, drinks and a light snack should at least be served. Some of the the crew members were rude and not very helpful. We bid hundreds of dollars for an upgrade and didn't find out until 6:30 am the day of the flight that we didn’t get it, so we had to scramble to then add baggage."

It was extremely difficult to even tell if I needed to pay for checked luggage at all, when I tried to login to checkin I got an error that said "A technical error has occured""
Miinukset: "Baggage fees are a total scam. $35 over 24 hours ahead of the flight paid online or $100 at the airport. No where does the ticket tell you this."
Plussat: "The travel as such was taken care of very well."
Miinukset: "Berlin Schönefeld is not a professional level airport. The appearance is sloppy, temporary. The service there slow, unresponsive and apathetic."

Miinukset: "Kind of a bumpy landing and the flight was delayed. Baggage check in terminals were down as well, which caused quite a bit of delay"

Miinukset: "I tried to add an additional bag online, but server kept freezing up. Decided to check bag at airport. I was charged 80 Euros instead of 35 shown online. I then had to take the small additional box to another counter, because it wasn’t a suitcase???? Staff were very rude, and at best the crew was indifferent. I have flown all over the world on many airlines, and this was by far the worst experience. I will never fly Norwegian again."

Miinukset: "Bathroom doors slammed and made horrible banging noise that could be heard and felt 5 aisles in each direction. This is on a 787 and not a DC 9. Imagine this sound and vibration 109 plus times on an 11 hour flight. Fresh food and several kinds of liquor sold out in first 90 minutes of takeoff what was left was chips, candy an instant soup. Bottom line: I’ll buy a more expensive ticket on a traditional carrier from now on"
Miinukset: "I missed my flight waiting at the wrong gate( there was another flight to Stockholm, my connecting city, being conducted by another airline) I did not notice until it was too late. The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."
Plussat: "Comfortable planes and great prices"

Plussat: "The Dreamliner is a really nice plane to fly in. maybe not as much legroom as I've had in a Delta 737, but the new TV screens, large windows and swish lighting were all great. The way you can order and pay for snacks through your screen is also great."
Miinukset: "Everything. The check in machines were broken so I was FORCED to miss my flight. I had to pay $329 to get the next flight which was the next day and I paid for insurance. I'm across the world with no working phone, nowhere to stay and barely have anymore money yet instead of the desk right in front of me helping I had to call Norwegian. I've never heard of an international airline that doesn't feed you for 10 hours and then runs out of food for you to even purchase. It's madness. I will NEVER fly Norwegian again and I will let everyone know not to either."
Plussat: "787 Aircraft is nice. Decent selection of in-flight entertainment options. The main reason to fly Norwegian is low cost."
Miinukset: "Boarding was delayed 30 min because Norwegian isn't very well organized. The boarding lounge at Gatwick has half the capacity of the aircraft, so people were packed in to a tiny space until boarding actually started. In-seat USB charger didn't work."
Plussat: "Crew is always nice. Like the aircraft."
Miinukset: "Not your fault, but it took 15 minutes for JFK to allow us to get off the plane. I also miss the days when everyone got food and drinks/snacks. I never see an option to pay for a meal, I thought even on cheaper flight search engines they would give you the option."

Miinukset: "Check in took forever. You had to first weigh your bag and we’re charged for 1Kilo over 65.00. You had to stand in lines that took longer than they should’ve been. First to check in bag and then another one to pay."

Miinukset: "No terminal was used. Upon arrival in Seattle they brought a bus to take passengers from the tarmac into the building. It took them almost 30 min to deliver bags upon arrival in Seattle."
Miinukset: "I got to the airport at 8:45 for a 10:25 flight with carry on only. Carry on I have used with Norwegian in the past, and was actually packed minimally as this trip is only 4 days. The person at the kiosks who did the weighing of luggage was barely understandable. No one was helpful, instead it was like some game t weigh the bag and tell someone it was a kilo over. After I stood in line for 45 min, the bag weighed in at 8.6 kilos!! Clearly under the requirement, but as I was told to stand in line I was forced to check that bag and pay $65 (and to pay you had to move to a separate line that took another 30 min). As you can imagine 40% of the plane was in the same spot and then even with the flight boarding, no Norwegian staff assisted all of these passengers to get through security. Miserable!"
Plussat: "Good staff. Clean aircraft."
Miinukset: "austerity style seats with a stick for an armrest."

Miinukset: "For a premium business ticket, the service, comfort, and food is extremely poor."
Plussat: "Value was great. Though not lie flat, seats had a good recline and were comfy."
Miinukset: "There were no pillows or amenitt kits and video selection was thin but for the price, who cares?"
Miinukset: "It took them 3 1/2 hours for them to give us the opportunity to buy some water. I've never seen a more inept flight crew. The in-flight entertainment was broken but that's not really the fault of the flight crew. So instead of turning at them off they just left the screens flash in our eyes for the eight hour flight."
Plussat: "The cabin crew were personable and professional. The seats were comfortable and there was a good amount of leg room."
Miinukset: "In-flight entertainment was not working. Within 40 minutes of take off, hot snacks were no longer available. Poor distribution of seats - many people (not travelling together) were seated 3 in a row yet several people had 3 seats to themselves. Captain did not address the one hour delay with an apology or an explanation."
Miinukset: "Broken seat, no movies "they didn't download", we were promised a drink as a lame compensation for a 7 hour flight with no entertainment. Drink offer was rescinded to no alcohol. You have to buy everything you need and there are extra checkpoints at every possible juncture to weigh bags, check status and docs. Not worth the small savings."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed 6 hours, the food was sub par"
Plussat: "The engine purred like a kitten. Seats, free videos, easy access to order drinks & food w tap of your finger. Friendly, courteous greets you w a warm smile. Spacious airplane."
Miinukset: "Norwegian airlines needs to tell their customers that their luggage was left behind in Stockholm. We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("
Plussat: "Efficient and cheap"

Plussat: "The plane itself and the entertainment system. The captin flew the plane very welll!"
Miinukset: "No good no snacks and having to ask for water . You have to pay for everything from water to a snack. Not even nuts are included in the purchase . Don't think i would fly again with them"
Miinukset: "I asked for a glass of water between drink services and was initially refused by the crew. Apparently Norwegian has a policy of requiring passengers to pay for water. Appalling."
Plussat: "Leg room was excellent."
Miinukset: "I was quite surprised that no drink or food was offered freely on the flight. All items were for sale at a higher price. This was a flight of over eight hours and to be offered no water was abominable. Preboarding left you in an enclosed room where you were not able to go outside to purchase food or drinks. There was a vending machine but if you didn't have current currency, you couldn't use it."
Miinukset: "Seats were small, did not have modern amenities (movie screens at each seat, USB ports)"
Miinukset: "Flight was handed off to another airline - both airlines blamed each other for any problems. Misinformation regarding seat upgrades. Flight ran out of drinks."
Plussat: "The plane was modern and spacious. A 787 Dreamliner."

Miinukset: "€70 per person fee for not printing a boarding pass 2 hours prior to departure. No JTR kiosks to even try doing this. The check-in was not avail' via the app. The Skyserv staffer lied to us about sending an email notice & SMS about this. There was ZERO flexibility by the Skyserv staff to enforce this horse$#;t policy, just a hardlined pay the fee or don't fly. Thus we had to double, triple the cost of our flight just to get to Athens. JTR is worse than flight terminals in Iraq & Afghanistan. The flight - who cares, they ripped us off, made our morning miserable, and we'll never fly RyanAir again."
Miinukset: "The time of the layover between a Ryanair flight that requires you to check baggage and then pick up from the carousel, go through customs, and an Aer Lingus flight that you then had to check into at the Aer Lingus desk (online check in was not an option) and go BACK through security IS NOT HUMANLY POSSIBLE. This was a huge waste of time and money and I do not recommend using two airlines, especially not if it involves RyanAir and the Manchester airport. I have to cancel reservations that I will not be able to make the rest of the time I’m at this destination. Moving flights cost me €60 and missing my reservation at an escape room is an emotional cost that cannot be compensated. Very unsatisfied."

Miinukset: "Staff seemed a bit irritated with each other. The boarding took so long - we were towards the end of the queue but still had to wait a long time for the dooors to close - not very ryanair as they usually have all of us waiting to get on the plane. This was especially weird as the plane was quite empty Might need to lower the up selling - the flying time was 55 mins approx and the poor cabin crew were wheeling the cart about 3 minutes after take off with the plane still climbing quite steeply. The crew are trying to sell the same as a 3 hour ryanair flight - hot food, snacks, drinks, scratch cards, and the perfumes"
Plussat: "Check-in / boarding etc was all fine."
Miinukset: "Some noisy passengers behind us who swore a lot and the cabin staff did nothing to quiten them down sadly. Not much legroom."
Miinukset: "I was seated in 1A next to the window and main door and the one side of my body froze. My nose started to run. An hour before the end I got up and found another seat. But it was cold there too. Also hated the emails they sent me in advance which had me inputting all info before leaving - only to find that “free check-in is not allowed.” I will not fly with them again. It’s not worth the money saved."
Plussat: "Ryanair is a budget airline, so the flights are cheap and the service is ok."

Miinukset: "We only received emailed in Greek while we were in the United States and didn’t receive any emailed while we were in Greece prior to our flight to Santorini from Athens. When we went to the airport we were told that we had pay 66 euros per person because we didn’t register online for checkin. We were told that if we didn’t we wouldn’t be let on our flight. This happened with many customers that were inline with us. Terrible flight, would not recommend it to anyone."
Plussat: "Simple budget flight. You get what you pay for."
Miinukset: "Unexpected manual checking of bag into hold. I hadn't packed with that in mind and was concerned about breakage and the fact that my bag had no lock. But the bag survived intact."
Miinukset: "I booked, thinking it was in military time, then realized a couple hours later and tried to cancel or at least rebook. They wouldnt cancel and wanted to charge me almost the whole ticket to rebook and would only give me 24hrs to do so. Most airlines give 4-24hrs to change or cancel, allowi f for human errors. I don't advise booking with Ryan Air."

Miinukset: "If you don't pay to choose your seats, they intentionally split you up from your traveling companion and then pester you to pay in order to sit together. Literally, a significant part of the plane were not sitting next to their spouse/companion. And then the crew announced that people were not allowed to switch seat because "assignments were made based on weight and balance calculations"! Wait, what?! No one asked me or my wife our weights, size, or even weight of any carry-ons, so what calculation were they making?! I'll tell you. They calculated how much money they could squeeze and, dare I say, extort from their passengers!"
Plussat: "Fare was reasonable."
Miinukset: "Boarding process was slow and tedious. Asked for boarding pass by gate agent and flight attendant. Created unnecessary delay getting everyone seated."
Plussat: "I liked nothing about this flight."
Miinukset: "I didn't like the fact that I was never allowed to board this plane and I ended up having to book a hotel for a night and then fly out the next day on an Air Lingus flight. As I found out later, Ryanair did send me an email saying that I would need to print out my boarding pass early. However, I had already left the U.S. and never saw that email. Then when I arrived at the airport, I was told that I would have to go to customer service in order to obtain a boarding pass. Then the line was so long that I could never obtain a boarding pass in time. No one was willing to help me even though there were plenty of employees standing around doing nothing. So I ended up buying three Ryanair tickets that were worthless. I will never fly Ryanair again and I would recommend that no Americans ever fly on that airline."
Miinukset: "Needed more self service bag drop off terminals and better instructions on how to use them. Queue to drop off bags was ridiculous."
Miinukset: "Very small space..no basket on seat Staff asked customers for change to give the change that they owed to other customers Couldn't sit with my family due to odd number of seats together Needed entertainment for children"
Miinukset: "Delay to board was exhausting. No information or explanation why. Everybody was pushed outside with stewards pushing us out of airport building to the exterior where everybody had to stand for 45 min (including elder people and parents carrying babies)."
Plussat: "I arrived at the airport at the last minute, and the staff was very helpful ensuring I get onto the plane on time."
Miinukset: "I confirmed and booked online to avoid the fees, however they did not show it in the system. They confirmed I had paired for a new such but still charged me. My bag was overweight and I have to pay a small fortune for that. I was instructed to contact their customer service to get the bill taken care of."

See examples: - to print out your boarding pass at the airport -to check EVEN ONE bag -to get a cup of water - multiple small inconveniences & lack of service on every front, even compared to other stripped down no frills carriers Delays! Cheap seats with an ad for food purchase plastered on the back seat in front of you. Repeated attempts to sell extras - food, drinks, jewelry, perfume up & down aisles by embarrassed flight attendants Bad service & total disrespect for & misunderstanding of their customer and even their own employees. It's unbelievable. Skip this airline!"
Miinukset: "Had my boarding pass on my phone but it wouldn't load because no wifi at santorini airport so they charged me $20 per boarding pass (there were three of us)"
Plussat: "Much easier than couple of years ago. We only needed cabin bags so passed through check in effortlessly. Took it own food, but can't understand why Ryanair don't sell cheaper drinks and snacks - they would probably sell so much more. Only gave one star for entertainment because there wasn't any which is just fine by us as it keeps cost down."

Plussat: "Flight was problem free. A few delays when boarding but hardly any time delay overall. Seats were comfortable. Flight attendants were friendly. Time from start to finish was unbelievably quick."
Miinukset: "Not applicable as everything was fine and problem free."
Miinukset: "I flew from Cork Ireland to PMI and unfortunately a large group of young adults boarded as well. They were drunk, obnoxious, adding around a bottle of alcohol singing loud songs over the announcements. The crew did not control them properly and even had to call the police upon landing. Poorly handled situation that made the rest of the passengers suffer through the appalling behavior."
Plussat: "The flight attendants were very friendly and always smiling."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed by more than an hour and we weren't given any notice or information as to why. When we were finally given a gate number to board (barely 30 mins before our scheduled take off) we were directed to a closed gate with no staff or plane and waited there for over half an hour before Ryanair staff arrived. When staff members arrived (after the scheduled departure time) they had no idea what was going on or why there was a delay. I clearly heard one of them say, "I don't know why all these people are here." The lack of information was frustrating and it was unfortunate the staff at the gate had to try to deal with a problem they had absolutely no clue about let alone seem to even care about. I do not plan on flying with Ryanair again because of this horrible customer service experience."
