Almost the only airline that offers free coffee and bread even in short 1 hour flights
Delays. Endless walking at Schiphol, most exits closed. No staff or signs.
The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM

Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"
Miinukset: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Baggage drop Tukholmassa oli vaikeaa löytää. Terminaali 5 on sekava remontin takia, siksi ohjeistus/kyltitys pitäisi selkeyttää. Lyhyellä lennolla on typerää tarjoilla mitään. Finnairin mustikkamehuinnostus on outo: se on roiskuessaan tahraavaa nestettä, jonka jakaminen ahtaasti istuville matkustajille on täysin turhaa. Vesi riittää, jos sitä on erikseen tarjottava 45 minuutin matkalla.

Oli kylmä. Aika moni aivasteli tai niiskutti 12 tunnin lennon päättyessä.
Ihan hyvin toimi kaikki, paitsi jalkatilaa oli melko vähän pitkälle pohjoismaalaiselle.
Koneeseen pakkautumista voisi järkevöittää, esim. rivi tai muutama kerrallaan, jottei syntyisi ryntäylyä ja hässäkkää.
Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.
Delays, re-routing upon re-routing, and lost luggage.
I like basically everything, except the space between rows was very limited. But of course that’s the airline problem, not yours. On the other hand, purchasing tickets through you was no problem however, seats were not assigned at purchase. There were 3 of us traveling, unfortunately we could not be seated together, which was frustrating. Is there a reason why can’t you assign seats when a ticket is purchased?
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.

Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.
We were an hour late which certainly wasn’t Finnair’s problem since we boarded on time. The bus ride from the airport terminal to the plane was almost as long is the flight itself. I my first flight with Finnair and so far I am pleased.
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.
Hyvä, nopea lento, Hki lentoasemalla hyvä palvelu
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.
Premiere economy -luokkaan voisi kuulua ruoka

Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺
Lähtöselvitys hidas vimeisimmillä tuli kiire lähtöportille
Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.
Teneriffan matkaselvitys tosi hidas ja ruuhkainen
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Lentoemäntä joka oli Lennon takaosassa oli todella mukava!
Tässä odottelen laukkua vieläkin niin missähän olis parannettavaa!

Movie listing not good. Food ok, not good for growing people, good if you need to control your food intake; nutritious but not enough… okay food The pressure to my ears is too much, that was my first time to experience like that… I’ve been flying every year , that’s the worst kind of ear pressure I ever experienced…. I even chew gums on the flight and at home…. I’m not 24 hours at home I still have it in my both ears, the tendency when you talk is loud and high pitch… my husband understands me.
Everything was fine with the flight. Terminal 5 caused delay with vehicles obstructing bus coming to pick us up. But flight & crew were great.

Miinukset: "Due to my husband’s knee replacement, he is always taken to another area to be searched and checked while his wallet and all of his valuables ate left on the conveyer belt unattended and could be stolen by anyone. I grabbed his stuff but they didn’t know who I was. They need a more secure policy."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed too much for the connecting flight to Leeds. Detour to Vienna - Amsterdam - Leeds. I had to run to catch the Amsterdam flight - not easy for 72 yrs old with newish hip! Now 2hrs at Schippol and may get home by midnight."

On July the flight was schedule for 9...pm then delayed for two hours because of a fire, other passengers said, in London. At around 11pm, we were asked to line up for boarding. We stayed on line for an hour and fnally to be told the flight was cancelled. We were treated less than animals by British Airway. No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!!! No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!! We slept on benches at the airport. To be fair to you, I will not recommend British Airway to anyone."

After 30mins still no wheelchair, BA agent would not call to check; said keep waiting "we don't know how long for, but its on them (Deutsche Red Kross) to get you to gate without missing flight"! After 60mins, airport info agent checked & said chair was coming. After 75mins, DRK agent arrived with 2 wheelchairs and wasted time trying to find a second passenger needing assistance. Agent then rushed us through terminal with no opportunity to get food or drink or use bathrooms. Got to very remote gate 15mins before departure, and boarded last. Don't use BA Hamburg if you need assistance."

Plussat: "overall the flight was smooth. they had a video about collecting leftover coins, but but no one came by to collect, and no information as to where to leave your donation, so i just took my envelope and euros with me. price is the only reason I flew British airways again. If I could afford a better ticket I would fly a better airline."
Miinukset: "the armrest between the seats did not go up all the way. the storage area next to the window seat was dirty on the inside with food crumbs. after the recent news about bed bugs, i was uneasy on the flight. the actual flight was smooth, some turbulence but not the worst. they have absolutely the worst food ever. i have no idea what the awful purple stuff is, but they really should get rid of it. it is really unappetizing by the look of it. the carpet was coming loose in a number of places, just in our seat area. how long would it take to put some tacks in, or even some tape? bathroom was nasty and the sink was clogged.and full of water"
Miinukset: "I needed water to take my medication and they only offered water for purchase. No other complimentary beverages were offered for the 2 hour 10 minute flight. I then tried to purchase water and the machine rejected 3 times. My card worked perfectly on all flights and during my entire trip in Portugal. After assuring me if was probably their machine not my card, I was still not offered water."

Plussat: "The treatment and service you get no matter what class you flying. With BA you are always "first class" passenger. Amazing new aircraft with enough room in the economy class that makes an oversea flight very comfortable. the flight attendants are very friendly and serve you as fast as possible. I always order two drinks before the first meal and I couldn't even finish the 2nd one before they came around and asked me for another one. I would always go BA if I could. Amazing airline."
Plussat: "That BAA have WiFi on the plan and the flight back did not even have USB charger . In new York at at the BAA terminal they only have 30 min worth of wifi"

We then had to paid €100 each to get on a flight to Manchester 2.5 hours later & then we had to take 2 trains from Manchester to Liverpool We missed our tour in Liverpool & had to pay £45 for it anyway."

Miinukset: "First of all, this airline needs to train their staff better. The gate agent I dealt with on a flight has no business in any field where she would be required to work with people. Second, this airline needs to get their s*@t together when it comes to baggage. I was humiliated (by the creature they hired for a gate agent) when I was forced off the boarding line and then demanded to pay 200 euros (cash only and in euros only) for carry-on luggage that was under the size and weight requirements, and had already flown, without incident, on numerous flights during the same trip. I filed a complaint with Ryanair and weeks later received a very passive, useless, response from some brain-dead individual in corporate I suppose. No one at Ryanair cared about the mafioso-type treatment my family and I, including my 80-year-old mother, received. Avoid this airline at all costs (literally and figuratively)! It will not save you money, or anything else. It will only cost you more!"

Miinukset: "Needed to catch connecting flight after Milan to Liverpool flight .. which was Liverpool to Belfast.. already delayed couple days due to weather.. long story short - they put tags on bags to put in hold which meant I wouldn’t catch connecting to Belfast as I’ve have to wait at carousel (Dublin not operating due to snow) , explained my story that I needed to catch this flight in order to have any chance of making uncles funeral but she completely ignored it, and said that’s not my problem!! Couldn’t believe my ears.. Disgusting behavior"

Miinukset: "I was seated in 1A next to the window and main door and the one side of my body froze. My nose started to run. An hour before the end I got up and found another seat. But it was cold there too. Also hated the emails they sent me in advance which had me inputting all info before leaving - only to find that “free check-in is not allowed.” I will not fly with them again. It’s not worth the money saved."

Plussat: "Fly was moved from 18.00 to 22.00 After that 30 minutes delay. They tooks my 2 bags because of leak of space Inside a plane. So I spent anothet 30 minutes with my 2 kids awaiting for collection of my lagguge after arriving. Horrible experience!"
Plussat: "Easy online check in with no need to visit a desk anyway, unlike Jet2 who enforce an online check in only for you to have to do it all again in person."
Miinukset: "Unnecessarily held at the gate for 45 minutes as the departures boards showed the flight as boarding - no way to get out of this area so stuck. Flight left late and then had to queue up to get access to a drop off area so missed my onward train connection. Paid for food in pounds but given change in Euros - disgraceful - don't offer to take payment in a currency you can't provide change for. Overall a poor experience, will not be flying with RyanAir again."

I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."

In particular the fact that they allow a second small bag in the cabin make them now a lot better than easyjet (My experience with easyjet recently has been much more pedantic & fussy & awkward). Ryanair gets you there cheaply and with a decent degree of comfort and service."
