Miinukset: "On the registration checking in in Boston Logan Airport they did not tell me that I as an american citizen must have a visa. After arriving to Turkey they refused me to get in and sent me back to the states. I want refund all my expenses on this trip."
Miinukset: "Unrelated to your direct service, but as the largest user of the Istanbul Ataturk airport, the airline should address the lack of insfrastructure and personnel to deal efffectively and timely with x.ray inspection for the immense passenger traffic in transit. The LONG lines (crowds is a better word), makes the connection in Istanbul completely unacceptable."

Plussat: "Electronics confiscated from passengers (all passengers, no profiling or consideration for who is dangerous and who is not, which is NOT WHAT I LIKED, I hated it, this political correctness, so everyone "suffers the same", while bad guys still have all the freedom to do terrible things. It is not a security, it is a stupid put on!) but at least our electronics were carefully packed and delivered to Boston. It took whole hour afterwards to retrieve them!!! Terribly inefficient."
Miinukset: "Stupid, completely idiotic security, caused, of course, by our completely idiotic president Trump rulings, but... Turkish air workers took this stupidity up to an unseen levels. I fight stage 4 cancer, it requires timely medicine. I was not allowed to take on board several critical supplements because they were either in powder, granulated or liquid form (all in their original medical packaging), my custom made crocheting hook was labeled as a dangerous weapon and I was not allowed to take it on board either, so I had no means to alleviate my air flight anxiety. they were going to confiscate and throw it away. Cold "sorry for your loss" was their only reply. They tried to scare me by calling police. Extremely impolite personnel. It took almost two hours, when TA security threaten that I won't fly, to make them pack this little darn crocheting hook together with my iPad. Funny that food on board comes with real metal silverware, forks and knifes included, which are far more convenient and dangerous if I was to use it as a weapon in comparison to a hook (3 inch wooden handle and 1 nah of a metal shaft ending with a small blunt hook, thin - size 2). TA said they provide us with free wifi to compensate for confiscated electronics. I was not able to connect to that wifi all flight long. Movie selection is below mediocre, little choice, practically no quality. Food is bad - not appropriate for my condition at all, but of course I can't bring on board cancer-appropriate food - security labels it as a threat to passengers. No leg room at all for a medium-built lady like myself, can't imagine what thicker or taller people do to survive 9+ hours flight, seats do not recline, pull out tables are of terrible quality- very unstable, so food and drinks fall off even without turbulence, just because of no leg room our knees are always interfere with these flimsy tables. With a comfort and restrictions like I had tickets must cost not a penny over a bus or metro ride, not hundreds of $$. It took about two hours to get my suitcase too - they said our luggage had to go through a second inspection before it gets onto baggage carousel. All in all, I will avoid TA for long flights by all means. Never again. They were an huge downshift to my perfect vacation. I had to go to an emergency treatment today because of the way TA treated me yesterday. Unfortunately, I can't measure how much yesterday's abuse advanced my disease, I am disturbed and frustrated enough to go to court to bring a suit against... yet again, those imbeciles from security do have a good alibi - their actions were triggered by US government regulations."

The crew was unprofessional at best, no one knew his or hers duty. the most was the cook who took the orders for food and 2 hours later came to apologize that he did not have the food or that the food was ruined. It was like a joke all along the flight. I hope the at crew do not work for your company anymore."

Plussat: "Seats were really good despite the fact that it is economy class. Food was very good، and entertainment was a blast، watched 4 movies during the flight. The crew members were really polite and helpful. Lufthansa will be a choice for me for any further travels."

I could not go to transit hall until someone took my luggage so I was able to board but no place to leave luggage like other airlines, that was not fun since the transit halls had the sleep pods I could have used"
Plussat: "Unfortunately, I was sick when I had to start my flight (non-contagious). The crew did an excellent job at making sure that I felt comfortable, they left me alone to sleep. In Charlotte they offered to call a doctor and also provided a wheelchair to get me out safely to my transportation without an incident. It was, despite my miserable condition, a pleasant experience of courtesy and service."

Plussat: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Miinukset: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Had to new walk in the sweltering heat to the plane can climb up steep stairs in the heat! We were now kept in the plane for another hour with no aircondotion. It was boiling hot in there. We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

Truly the best experience flying I have ever had."

They used 15-20 minutes calling the first class and premiere class passengers. Then announce everyone else can board in 20 minutes. I ordered a lactose free meal and got curry with caramel cream, butter, milk stick for coffee and bread. Snack was a snack sized kit kat bar."

I finally went to the counter and ask and the lady said, she couldn't accept it as it was 30 left before departure. She pointed me to another lady who also washed her hand. They were both reluctant and finally accepted my baggage but the security line was too long for me to reach departure on time. Horrible. The ladies who at the departure counter have different asnwer for my checked in baggage. I/m so tired from this domestic flight that I haven't completed."

The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."

After a lot of people trying to find out where to go, we get to the line and they were very long. With all this families in line trying to book flights, it took me 3/4 hours to try to book a flight to Glasgow. Another reason that it wasn't moving was because people kept coming to the express line and they would get them first, I don't know why they had priority, I wasn't there because of my fault, very frustrated). After about 3 hours in line, this lady comes to the line to ask people about flights. There was a few people in front of me by this time so I asked her that I was alone and just needed a flight to Glasgow if she could help me because I thought I would be fast and I didn't want to miss the last flight. She didn't care and said I had to wait. I told her that it was taking too long because the other bookings were for more than one person and farther than where I needed to go and it was taking too long. When it's finally my turn (about 4 hours), I told the guy that I had payed extra for a window sit. The guy that helped me re-book my flight told me that I would have to call for that. Which I did now but the first phone # I called, the guy said that I had to call this other #. I called the # he gave me and a recording comes out that they are too backed up with calls and cannot help me to go to the website. At the website, they are asking for the flight # of the re-booked flight (I only have my original flight #'s on my email). I don't know what happened to the ticket they gave me to board the re-booked flight so I don't have it. I don't know where else to call about my refund and also think I deserve some kind of compensation for missing a day at both airports (Chicago & London) with horrible treatment and service. CAN YOU HELP ME ON HOW TO TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT MY REFUND AND SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION?"

Miinukset: "The crew wasn't too observant. I had my blinker button on for 40 minutes because I realized I was never given a headphone to watch tv. As I patiently waited, I saw the flight attendants in the back doing nothing but chatting. So I tried clicking again in hopes they would head and come to assist me. But nothing. So I had to hail one over for headphones. They also kept the curtains open the entire flight even though people were trying to sleep. I had to put a jacket over my face to block the light and so did the person sitting next to me."
