The flight crew was very attentive, loved that we got 2 full meals on this flight!! The way it is now a days where you have to pay extra for every little thing, the meals, wine and thoughtful care package we received really go a long way. Loved Turkish Airlines!

Miinukset: "Seats in economy were extremely small, and incredibly close. Possibly the most uncomfortable I've been in economy. Food was a baby's portion, which was really surprising. Pakistan might not be a prime destination, but it does not deserve second rate service."

No tea or coffee with breakfast Gate has no information: no destination, no time indicated"

Miinukset: "They forced me to check my cabin bag. It met their dimension requirements but said weighed too much (what does that have to do with space in cabin). They they lost the bag so I'm on vacation with no clothes."
Plussat: "Flight was ok"
Miinukset: "The flight was actually run by turkish airlines, not philippine air as stated in my confirmation email, so we were sent to the wrong terminal. Nothing in the email said which terminal the flight would depart from or that it was actually turkish airlines. Very irresponsible and communication for customers should be much clearer. Luckily we were very early for the flight or it could have caused a serious problem."

Miinukset: "Food served was poor in quality. Bread seemed to be stale and hard. Seems from the previous flight. Crew had poor service. Some food has fallen on the floor and she kept pushing to serve the same food and was reluctant to discard that tray."

Miinukset: "Unrelated to your direct service, but as the largest user of the Istanbul Ataturk airport, the airline should address the lack of insfrastructure and personnel to deal efffectively and timely with x.ray inspection for the immense passenger traffic in transit. The LONG lines (crowds is a better word), makes the connection in Istanbul completely unacceptable."
Plussat: "The crew - very helpful and friendly"

Miinukset: "I had a connection from Istanbul to Frankfurt with Lufthansa . I was disappointed that TK airlines did not allow me to check the luggage through to Frankfurt because the flight was on a different ticket . As an Elite Plus member , I expect better cooperation among the star alliance member airlines . I had to check out and back again , took almost two hours of waiting in lines . Good that on this occasion I had sufficient time and did not miss the LH flight ."
Plussat: "Flight was very punctual (actually early enough to cause problems with being collected on arrival), despite being full, there was ample space. The food was very edible, brings service was sufficient and the crew were friendly and helpful."
Miinukset: "The gate was a good 15-20 minutes walk from the main duty free area of the terminal with not much signage indicating this. The touch function on my inflight entertainment screen lagged a bit and there was no USB charging offered"

Miinukset: "The Tel Aviv airport check in is a nightmare!! We were there 3 hours ahead of our flight and the line would not move. Finally made it to the front 20 min before our flight!!! The people in the check in bags did not care if we missed our flight, was very rude and sloooooowwww!!! I have been to many airports and this is by far the worst! I had to run to my gate and ran into another check where they let me pass bc my flight was about to close! Made it 2 minutes before the bus left! Nightmare!!!"
Plussat: "I always fly Turkish Air when I can. I like it a lot"
Miinukset: "This flight was a standard deviation below the usual quality. The crew seemed inexperienced, and the service was slow. The business-class cabin was only about 40% occupied, and yet the crew seemed unable to provide quick service. As I say, this is not normally the case, but it was a little disappointing."
Plussat: "My flight was full of refugees and everybody I met was humble kind, interested, and fleeing a war zone. We should keep progressive Immigration policy to make sure that people like the people on my flight are able to restart their lives in the US safely and without hassle."
Miinukset: "I'd like to have more water served. Planes are so dehydrating!"
Miinukset: "I travelled in Business Class from Istanbul to Chicago. The service was not at all impressive and the crew were not very helpful. I asked for water and champagne with my dinner. Champagne never arrived, even after I asked for it again. My half-full glass of water was taken away halfway through dinner with no explanation and never replaced. I asked for water five times before I was finally brought a bottle of water over 30 minutes later when they were being passed around to everyone. Meanwhile, the two flight attendants I asked for water walked by several times picking up trash... not sure what was so difficult about bringing me a glass of water."

Miinukset: "A few of the stewards and stewardesses had a bad attitude; as if they had brought on board some format of negativity. I understand the flights can be long, but there's no need for bad behavior towards customers."

Miinukset: "My first flight was late which made me miss my connecting flight. The ground was horribly rude and it took over 4 hours to get me to a hotel along with at lie ask 50 other people."

My twelve hours from Miami to Istanbul turned out to be less because of the amazing service I recieved. My spouse and I weren’t allowed to check in online in advance for some reason so we had to go to the airport early to do it in person. At that point, there were no longer any seats left together so we had to sit apart. The plane didn’t have individual air vents for each seat so the whole flight was sweltering. Airline food is always gross but this particular sandwich will haunt me for the rest of my life: emmenthaler cheese on dry hunks of bread with like six slices of cucumber and a pile of shredded carrots…wtf. But the flihhr crew was kind and helpful.

Miinukset: "Excellent assisted transfer between Austrian Airlines flight and Lufthansa flight to Seattle in Frankfurt. Boarding in Frankfurt could have been handled easier in groups by seating. Friendly stewards, good entertainement and food options. Quiet B 747 plane, spacious overhead stowage."

Plussat: "My previous flights with Lufthansa have been in business class, which is fabulous. However, on this occasion flew economy because I got an exceptionally cheap ticket. I was pleasantly surprised. Obviously the seat was narrower, but had plenty of legroom. The food in economy in Lufthansa is better than most airlines’ business class meals. The crew is very courteous and professional. You really can’t go wrong with this airline."

Miinukset: "This airline has little respect for its customers. In the economy/coach cabin, they squeeze the seat distances to such an extent that, when the person in front of you leans their chair back, you cannot get out of your seat at an upright angle. You have to significantly bend your body. To not loose your balance, you have to grab on to the seat in front of you and that disturbs the other passenger. If they're sleeping, they can be woken up by that. Lufthansa does not care much for its passengers. Nor do many other companies, for that matter, but I think Lufthansa is taking things further than most airlines. It is a disgrace. Their brand is not what it once was."

The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..
Could not hear announcements from staff. Luggage in hold was delayed on both legs of trip.
Always exceptional service
Plussat: "The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris."
Miinukset: "There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight."

Miinukset: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Miinukset: "Seat didn't recline. The entertainment unit was very difficult to dislodge and raise to use (We were in the front). Movies were kind of older ones but I had reading to do so entertainment wasn't that important."
Plussat: "The flight went smoothly from boarding to landing. The crew was helpful, kind, & courteous. I would definitely fly Air France again. Online check-in was also easy to follow and complete."

Seat comfort and domestic flights were a joke. Put some effort into the comfort and seat assignments.

Miinukset: "The plane was at the gate for almost 2 hours due to the fuel tanks - apparently the engineers didn't know which tanks were refueled. Sounded a bit weird. I bill at $800 per hour - I think I should be compensated for my time."
Plussat: "Was a new aircraft, very clean. M&S food is good (though extra of course)"
Miinukset: "The new seats are now no different to a no-fills airline, seriously BA, no seat recline option?! 3 times price of Easyjet yet no difference in comfort. No Map display of progress. Shall we call you Beasy jet now then?"

Plussat: "Our luggage was delayed over three hours, coming in on a 5:30 flight, then having to wait for it to be delivered to the baggage carousel. It cost us 3.5 hours of time we should have used to explore the area of Rome around our apartment and the cost of dinner in the airport."

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed 4hrs after a 5hr layover. Passengers where shifted from a warm departure area to a very cold area to wait for transportation to the plane. Overall confusion of the staff. The pane, a 747 seemed to be an earlier model plane that needed to be updated."
Plussat: "The crew was amazing and attentive"
Miinukset: "It’s an older plane. Video screens are pixelated. Seats are cramped and I’m only 5’3. Boarding process was a mess. They used 15-20 minutes calling the first class and premiere class passengers. Then announce everyone else can board in 20 minutes. I ordered a lactose free meal and got curry with caramel cream, butter, milk stick for coffee and bread. Snack was a snack sized kit kat bar."

Miinukset: "Flight delayed again so both flights to USA and return were delayed... not a great experience . Entertainment took a cou0le of hours to sort, they had to keep resetting it"

Miinukset: "The metal entertainment boxes where your feet go- io am 183cm and the boxes don’t allow me to stretch my legs"

Plussat: "Not much - the entertainment choices were good and the flight was safe and smooth. Plus my bag turned up from Helsinki, Heathrow, Singapore, sydney"
Miinukset: "The biz class seats on BA are just horrible. The biz class service - BA aren’t even trying to match other airlines. A stingy snenities kit and a blanket doesn’t come close to qantas or emerites. The food is an embarrassment - microwave dinners over heated is a a generous description. Crew do as little as possible (they don’t want to be they’ve either)"
Miinukset: "Distances between terminal at Paris (CDG) gave me troubles for next flight."

Miinukset: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."
Plussat: "The staffs were brilliant"
Miinukset: "Leg room/space BA offers is calculated for short and small body frame passengers and it is on not acceptable. It feels like cattle Wagon. BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"
Plussat: "The long wait at the airport had air conditioning"
Miinukset: "Webjet.com and me are waiting to get my flight changed by British Airways. I tried to change my flight because of paperwork issues. I was not given any paper to report the issue. I took pictures of myself at the British Airways counter. I called customer service. They told me my contract was with webjet.com. Webjet.com told me British Airways initially reported that it was a no show. (I was at the counter for about 2 hours, and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com). I hope that my contract with webjet.com does not become frustrated because of British Airways interference. I was not even allowed to change my flight to come back at the end of September. It is very likely that British Airways has some part of the money paid to webjet.com. I am still waiting for British Airways to cooperate. I don't understand why webjet.com had to tell me British Airways initially reported my long wait and conversations with their agents for 2 hours as a no show. I can prove I was there and that I talked to their agents. I also have the email from webjet.com in which they told me British Airways was reporting it to the webjet.com as a no show (and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com)"

Plussat: "None of my nine checked in luggage arrived. The following 8 of the 9 came. One is still missing. This is a British Airways ticket using American Air for the first leh."
