Koneen tarjoilun hinnat olivat kalliita
Sopiva lämpötila, tilava economy ja leffojen lisäksi myös sarjoja. Ruoka oli ihan ok, eikä tietysti voi miellyttää kaikkia.
Matkustamohenkilökunnan toiminta ja käytös ala-arvoista
Ihan hyvin toimi kaikki, paitsi jalkatilaa oli melko vähän pitkälle pohjoismaalaiselle.
Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.
Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.
Hyvä, nopea lento, Hki lentoasemalla hyvä palvelu
Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Premiere economy -luokkaan voisi kuulua ruoka
Tehokasta, mukavaa, uutta ja miellyttävää. Homma toimi. Hyvät unet!
Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.
Vähän myöhässä muuten kaikki sujui loistavasti
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.
Hieman enemmän jalkatilaa
Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kaikki ok.
Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.
Teneriffan matkaselvitys tosi hidas ja ruuhkainen
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä
Kaikki oli OK. Ei parannusehdotuksia.
Lentokentällä saimme apua kahdesta pisteestä.
Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

The space for economy was reasonable. The flight was delayed 2 hours, changed gates 3 times, the food was mediocre, the entertainment was outdated, the worst part of the flight was the service by the crew , total lack of hospitality, bad manners, lack of care.

The flight was wonderful. The crew was polite and professional. The aircraft was clean and new.

Got passed over during the first drink service. Second service was more agreeable. Passengers are allowed to prop their feet up on the backs of the seats in front of them and to play their devices without headphones so everyone has to listen to it?For 4 hours. Why does this go unchecked? Is the comfort of a single passenger more important than all the others? I normally have nothing but good things to say about Air France but they missed the mark today by a wide margin.

Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."

Miinukset: "The seats weren’t very comfortable. You could tell the plane was a little dated. There was no WiFi and nowhere to charge your devices."

Miinukset: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

Turns out it wasn't random and I didn't need it. Both times they read my boarding pass wrong thought I was going to Tel Aviv - not random. Airport was hot as hell! Flight kept getting delayed then we had a gate change as well. Finally got on the plane and it took forever to take off so we were basically sitting in a sauna for 30+ minutes."

Miinukset: "Too many interruptions. Every time there's an announcement, it interrupts the movies and some of the announcements were completely unnecessary and there were so many of them, it was like constant interruptions, really annoying."

Would have been better to spend that time in the terminal and given credits to buy food, etc. My seat was a regular seat (non exit) and the seat did not recline properly, the USB drive was broken, overall the plane felt unmaintained. The crew was friendly and food was good but I felt not enough was done to accommodate the extra hours we had to wait on the plane."

Very little time to connect with the next flight made my loose my connection
The flight was three hours delayed and instead of having us wait to board we waited two hours in the plane before take off. For the future if they know connection flights are delayed they should have us wait outside
Nothing gets you ready for a flight like 2 hour delay because of a broken seat then not completing the paperwork properly
The gate crew at Asheville was very friendly and on top of letting passengers know why things were being delayed. The air crew was friendly. The delay experienced through American Airlines (American Eagle) was inconvenient and made for a long day without any sleep. The flight was smooth. However, the seats were obviously in need of new cushions. They were hard and uncomfortable. The aircraft was clean, though.

Miinukset: "On my first flight from SLC to ORD I asked 3 different American Airlines employees if I needed to pay for my carryon before I got on the plane. They all said no. I got on the plane, put my carryon under the seat in front of me and everything was great. I landed in Chicago, got to my gate, went to board and this very rude employee stopped me after I scanned my ticket and told me I couldn’t board with my bag. The EXACT bag I had boarded with in SLC. After harshly grabbing my bag and putting it in the carryon basket to check for size, she wouldn’t let me pass by her into the boarding bridge and told me I was going to have to pay. I tried explaining that I had asked I’m SLC if I needed to check it and they had all said no and that it fit under my seat. She said, “I don’t care what they said in SL, this is what I’m saying here.” And directed me to the front desk where I had to pay $50!! $50 for a carryon backpack that fit under my seat comfortably 20 minutes before!! Without saying a word (cause I didn’t want to yell at the poor girl behind the desk) I paid the $50 and proceeded to enter the bridge but before I passed through, the rude woman said, “have a nice flight ma’am” and scoffed!! An audible scoff. So I’m short, I hate American Airlines and I will do my BEST to not have to fly with them in the future."

Miinukset: "It seems like American Airlines has lived up to its reputation. More seats in a plane and less comfort. On top of that, the entertainment system has not been upgraded since the 70's. TV monitors in the middle and everyone has to watch the same thing. Of course, the sound system did not work for one entire side of the plane so I could only watch the movie and not hear it. If you are not going to have individual monitors for each seat, allow your passengers to what from their mobil devises like almost all other airlines are doing."

We left the gate on time, the seat was comfortable, entertainment was varied, flight attendants that I came in contact with were professional and pleasant, food was hot and very good, pilots got me where I wanted to go, and that little container of ice cream - oh I love it! The plane was not completely full, which made the seating more comfortable than it would have been if the plane was full."
Miinukset: "I was ushered into what became a very slow line to board. The employee at the end of my line had to deal with a few problems so I ended up boarding close to the end, behind those with higher group boarding numbers than I. Having a single line up to the two boarding employees, would avoid that, albeit make a longer line to begin with."
Plussat: "The flight crew were all very nice and attentive. The on-board entertainment kept me busy during my waking hours. I appreciated the complimentary blanket, pillow and earbuds."
Miinukset: "The quality of the food selections were ok but could have been better. The remote for the tv screen did not function well with the games. Also, the seats were very hard, sleep did not come easily."

Miinukset: "I sat in an aisle seat and one of the crew, old man with a lot of facial hair, must of hit my arm going and coming 15-20 times during the flight. Not one apology. NOT One!!!"

Miinukset: "I nearly missed my flight because I did not have a seat for a flight that I bought a ticket for at full price. Which, would lead one to believe that I would have a seat on said flight. However, coming to the gate an hour before boarding the personnel working gate the said he was having computer difficulties and could not get me a seat and it would be 10 min. I continued to return till boarding to find out I had no seat and I was on standby. Upon going to customer service they replied the airline oversold tickets and every airline does this as if to make this practice ok. Well being in sales myself and if I were to sell x amount of product to one customer ( or several) I better make sure I have it all there to deliver. People rely on you schedule wise. It nearly shot a meeting I had to make in the foot. Very disappointed with the airline and the way things were handled."
Miinukset: "My tickets ultimately were booked through Kayak/webjet. I will never book through webjet again. You can't directly speak with an agent. They never sent me my e-tickets. I couldn't download my tickets prior to arriving at the airport. It was super confusing because I couldn't figure out whether I was flying on British Airways or American Airlines. I didn't know what terminal to go to. I finally checked in with American even after they told me to go to British Airways. Next, American said that my booking was messed up such that they couldn't check my bag through. So at Chicago I had to exit the Secure area, pick up my bag from baggage check, check it back in and go back through security. I still didn't have my ticket for the chicago-barcelona leg of the trip. At American, they told be I had to exit the airport again to go to British Airways for the Chicago- Barcelona leg of the trip. Luckily, i asked another agent and she confirmed my flight was though American. It was the most confusing flight experience, I have ever had."
Plussat: "Very quick connection"
Miinukset: "Both flights, to and from around had to go search for my baggage and on the return flight I even had to go to a different terminal. The service is unacceptable. I will never fly with AA again."
