Miinukset: "Turkish was phenomenal. FareScan could have definitely been better. After booking they called demanding another $145 for my seats. They said they couldn’t complete my reservation without it and needed an email confirmation from me to approve the new charge. Seeing I was short on time, I didn’t have a choice. Will never do business with them again."

Miinukset: "I was traveling with a group and wasn't able to be seated with my group for any of my flights including a 12 hour transatlantic flight. For whatever reason, I couldn't actually check in for my flight and select seats prior to arriving at the airport. This happened with each ticket I purchased through every other agency except for orbitz.com. Not sure if that was a Turkish Airlines issue or a kayak.com issue, but it was very frustrating. When we arrived at the airport, we could no longer be seated together because everyone else had already checked in online and selected their seats for an overbooked flight. One of my group members was issued a standby ticket and almost didn't get on one of the flights that we paid a lot of money for. I would call this travel experience subpar, but I don't entirely blame Turkish Airlines for this."

We got inconsistent and not helpful information from different Turkish representatives. Tight seat configurations. Uncomfortable for a 12+ hour flight."

They yell at you or just simply ignore you. No legroom. The crew did not mention that are flight was delayed prior or that we missed our connecting flight and what to do from there. I was given a hotel room during my layover but its in a scary neighborhood and it smells like sewage is nearby. The Grand Yavaz. The cheaper price is not worth the hassle. I can spend my good money elsewhere...i will be sure to warn others."

I asked her to talk to her supervisor and she show me the girl sitting next to her was doing checking in also name is Bahar. I am 6'1" and 190 lbs and asked for exit row and they both told me all of them gone already. The thing is funny when I asked checking in was just began. After boarding I realized some exit sits are available. As a Turkish man who worked JFK for.Turkish airlines, I think this was awful experience. Turkish airlines and passengers deserve better service and honest employees"

I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

Miinukset: "Delay can occur sometimes but it wiuld be better to be explained its reason and the estimated time for boarding. The customer service at CDG airport was the worst ever and all people standing boarding desk were useless without any mind what they are doing."

Miinukset: "After more than two hours of delay... Initially the flight takes off was at 8:35... Then 21:20... Then 21:50... Then 22:10. Finally we took off at 22:40... Refund our money klm..."

Miinukset: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!"

Miinukset: "Pet was left behind at vacation destination as pet's reservation (made and confirmed through KLM) was not found at check in. Waiting for Customer Care to help get pet home and take responsibility for situation and getting no response. Very dissapointed, considering law suit."

Miinukset: "One of the senior stewardesses we're very rude. Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Miinukset: "There weren't too many options. The movie selection was very limited and the tv show were over 20 years old in some cases"

Miinukset: "The fact that there are different airline carriers for one flight is hard. In my second flight they made me check a bag which was considered a carry on during my first flight"

Plussat: "Short layover connecting from US flight and luggage transferred ok to destination. Food option not great but at least they didn't charge for it unlike some other airlines. No entertainment but to be expected on such a short flight."

Plussat: "For an 8 hr flight...multiple snacks, 2 meals and continuous beverage service. Blanket, pillow amd movies."
Miinukset: "Watched flight attendant drop tongs on floor, pick them up and put them back in the bowl of buns and continue to use them to serve bums"

The gate crew was a bit rude commenting on my tardiness to board although it was due to my flight arriving late from Denver which I feel they should have known was not my fault."

They answered my questions, as if they were doing me a favor. Flight crew was professional, but cold. No one greeted us, as we boarded the plane."

Miinukset: "7pm flight, received flight delayed notification at 11am that day. How do you anticipate a delay 8 hours prior to a flight. Delay allowed me about 10 minutes to sprint through the lovely Charlotte airport. To finish off my trip, American Airlines manages to misplace my carry on that was required to be tagged and stowed. I handed it to the individual right outside the plane to be stowed. How does the bag not get in the same plane?!?"

Miinukset: "No good-faith gesture was offered for the long delay. My associate and I completely missed an important dinner meeting with the rest of our team! Our team takes this trip each year and we have always drove. It' short and I then have transportation when I arrive. This year we decided to fly because it's even easier. This particular flight from Phoenix to Vegas took us longer then if we were to drive and I then spent more in RideShare. I won't be doing it again next year."

Plussat: "On time departure, early arrival. Comfortable journey. Our pilot was a woman! Go girl power!"
Miinukset: "The WiFi did not work. You couldn’t download the American Airlines app. The crew forgot to give me my complimentary drink. After attempting for 10 minutes, Gave up."

Plussat: "The crew was nice and so was the American Airlines customer service office in Phoenix"
Miinukset: "I didn’t like the male and female check in people in Portland. They sat there and watched me for an hour not telling me I could not use cash to check in my luggage at the gate after they told me it was double the amount to check it in at the gate. The sight u use on the boarding pass u download on the phone is not clear. It says baggage fee +$25.00. I thought it was 25.00 till the women in Phoenix showed me the + sign. She said “it is confusing”. I did not buy the ticket because it was for an unexpected funeral of my sister. My other sister did so I didn’t see all the stuff from Travelocity. After telling me it would be $50.00 the check in male and female at the gate saw me sitting there for an hour and never told me I couldn’t pay cash. By the time it was boarding time if a nice woman did not offer to use her credit card and I have her the $50 cash I would have missed my flight. The manager at the gate in Portland even told me I would miss my flight. The two check in staff at the gate said “well we didn’t know you only had cash” and they weren’t even concerned that I was going to miss my flight. It would of been nice of them to tell me this when I sat there for an hour after they told me They we’re doubling the price. I would of had time to go back through security, only pay $25.00 and the other nice passenger would have not had to use her credit card. Very rude and poor service especially after a sad occasion of burying your sister!"

Miinukset: "Nothing bad on this particular flight but im traumatized from my auckland to sydney flight"

Miinukset: "Three hours delay. I paid for a upgrade to first class. But because of the flight change i didn't get to keep my upgrade and I had to beg for a refund. I have had two trips in the past 5 days and all flights have been anywhere from 1 to 3 hours late. Worst experience with AA I have had in a long time."

Miinukset: "Our original flight was cancelled shortly before take off and we were forced to accept a flight that was longer travel time and got us home later."

Plussat: "Nothing"
Miinukset: "Flight delayed but the airline "autorouted" off my flight without informing me. I ran across the airport in Charlotte with my 2 small kids to find my original flight still there and I was kicked off of it. Irate and beyond bothered I got nothing but I'm sorry and you can get another flight in over an hour. So my small children and I will not arrive beyond dinner and bedtime. Unacceptable."

Miinukset: "Maintenance problems, late departures, uncomfortable airlines"

Plussat: "Food was good, crew was friendly, cordial which is not good at all on flights by United Airlines, Delta American Airlines and Air Canada. Flight from Miami-Sao Paulo was nice and no too long as when I fly through Toronto by Air Canada or through Chicago by USA airlines."

Miinukset: "Can not check in online!"

Plussat: "Pulled from get on time. Short hold on runway. Easy landing."
Miinukset: "Still arriving in Washington where we have no gate. Being on time stinks because you still sit on runway. AT the destination. I would focus on quicker turn around and less accommodation of highly variable flight times in tight NE corridor"

Plussat: "Nice head rest (although it did not stay bent at angle, so could actually rest against it)."
Miinukset: "Think it is ridiculous that I had to pay so much to select a seat ahead of time, and it was just a regular seat. I can understand for extra legroom or exit row, but for a regular seat, that is ridiculous. Then there was a fee to change priority boarding, so I could ensure I was able to have my carry-on with me, instead of risk having it go underneath."

Plussat: "Very quick connection"

Miinukset: "I bought tickets for JAL Japan Airlines but it was American Airlines !! If I know that when I buy tickets I don't buy it !! I will not buy tickets at KYAK anymore."

Plussat: "Nothing!"
Miinukset: "I missed the flight and the airline wouldn't even pay for a rental care so that I could get home. They kept saying they could get me out on a morning flight, but it was supposed to snow in Amarillo (90%), so I knew that was a bad call. I drive home anyway. Cost me $195 for the rental, which I'm sure they could have gotten a better deal, and I got home at 430am! Never again American Airlines!"

Miinukset: "Apparently Finnair leases a Hilly plane and crew for this flight right now, so it wasn't quite the same."

Miinukset: "The plane was a very old 767. No tv The food was ok."

Miinukset: "Plane from BDL was delayed which led do a missed connection in DCA. Rebooked on the 335 pm flight which is 3 hours later than my original arrival time. Very inconvenient for me as I had previous plans."

Miinukset: "This was not my original return flight. I was seated in the middle and plane was very warm."

Plussat: "Flight attendants were nice"
Miinukset: "Being charged for everything. Wifi was free for my sister on Delta."
