Miinukset: "Cleanliness - there was a pretzel and part of chewy bar between seats. There was no water service on this flight of 12 hours plus. There was no option of vegetarian meal either for dinner or breakfast. I did not want any special meal. There is always choice of vegetarian meal."

Plussat: "Great service, good food, plenty of (and good selection) beverages. This is the way flying used to be and it is awesome on Lufthansa and I was only flying regular coach. Also really good music/movie system with plenty of great choices, I watched some very good movies and the system works very well."

Plussat: "What a wonderful experience. My husband is a very tall man and he had commented on how much leg room there was in this plane. Everything was very comfortable, people were very polite. Wonderful experience. We also appreciated in the terminal in Munich the free coffee and newspaper stand when we left the plane. How refreshing it was to be able to get a free cup of coffee after a 6am flight. We will be looking into Lufthansa again!"

Miinukset: "There were many empty seats in the economy plus section. Once in flight passengers were offered an upgrade but it was still about 300 dollars. I understand that if the price for an upgrade dropped once in flight people would just wait until then to upgrade. However, I think something should be done differently somehow. If economy plus is frequently not full then please consider refiguring your planes to give regular economy just a bit more space, even an inch or two would make it nicer. At the end of our flight the passenger behind me was crying because of pain in her jaw and face. The flight attendants were very attentive, and did all the right things. Except they advised the passenger to see a dentist before her flight home. They should know that sinus pressure, or pain from a sinus infection, can feel like a tooth problem. Just FYI. A suggestion to visit an urgent care center that day would be more appropriate. An urgent care center would be able to take care of sinus problems (she sat behind me for a transatlantic flight I can tell you she had some). An urgent care center would also be able to refer her to another provider as needed."

Miinukset: "There is no free beverage service, let alone snacks or meals. Some tickets do not allow you to pre-book a meal and there is no way to buy a hot meal even in a 12-hour flight.leg room is a bit small and carry on restrictions are getting lower all the time."
Miinukset: "I had no idea that the flight you booked me on require extra 40 euro fees for check-in luggage. To add insult to injury, the Aegean flight required check-in at a Lufthansa counter which would not accept payment for the luggage fee. I had to wait in a long line of 30+ passengers at the Aegean counter"
Miinukset: "I have taken 5 flight with Aegean airlines in the last 3 weeks & not 1 of them left within an hour of the scheduled departure time. The delays in travel were unacceptable. We were 2 hours late to take off, when we landed it took 45 minutes to get off & another 30 minutes for bags to start showing up"

Plussat: "Not much! Boarding was a nightmare, nobody knew which was the gate and actually they never put it up on the depatscreen. I felt like cattle!"
Miinukset: "Get organized! Let the passengers know the gate, board by zones instead of a cattle call 45min. before boarding and having to endure the pushing and shoving during this time. Getting in an airplane where people are trying to find a place for their belongings, not finding any and clogging the way."

Couldn't hear any instructions, the people for the nxt flight from that gate where all standing in the way. In Athens an attendant did his best to get us to the connecting flight. 15mins was all we had. My travel partner had problems walking & had to try to run to the nxt terminal. An awful experience, especially for her!"

Miinukset: "The flight kept being delayed and they jerked us around for several hours, updating the departure time three or four different times and changing the gate but not updating the board or consistently making announcements. They should have just made a decision and stuck with it and better communicated what was going on. My poor friend was waiting for me in Larnaca so she stayed at the airport each time thinking I would soon arrive."

Plussat: "Everything about our experience was as good as could be expected. Or better actually. Immediately felt we were in good hands from the time we got in the check in line. Highly competent people with a great, affable attitude."

If i wanted to buy something its in their mag and as a regional flight it should include some form of nourishment other than juice or coffee one off, tight fisted and not a descent selection of food either"
Plussat: "Both crews from JFK to HEL and HEL to JFK were great. Very attentive and accommodating."

Miinukset: "When I booked the flight, it did not say that I was not allowed to check any bags. My wife and I had one each, and it costed us €140 total to bring the luggage. If I had known there was a slightly more expensive ticket that would have allowed us to check a luggage each, I would of course have chosen that. Very poor information provided."

Also make sure you have paid for bags, Kayak will sell you tickets that don't include bags.so double check your reservation. If you are stuck with a ticket that doesn't include bags, call SAS an add bags $35 per bag. Do this at least 24 hours before departure.SAS is the only one that can add the bags, kayak is unable to add bags after purchase."
Plussat: "Everything about the flight was fine. Boarding, flying and retrieving luggage were all standard and went smoothly."
Miinukset: "I was upset that neither Kayak nor SAS provided any information about our ticket being a basic, basic ticket, by which I mean, did not include any checked luggage allowance in the price of the flight. I ended up paying 140 additional Euros for two bags. It appears that SAS's pricing is gaming the system when searching for flights or that Kayak is not being up-front about the type of fare they are advertising."

Food / beverage options are not on par with expectations or other airlines. Only no-cost drink options are coffee or tea. Juice, soda, water - all for a fee. Snacks available for sale include potato chips and nuts. It's 2017 folks - up your game!"
Plussat: "Fish was excellent, flight attendant gave me free wifi after after I had an issue to pay w my card, I was let through express security in copenhagen, US border protection was fast and easy."

Also I paid for my family of three to be grouped together on flight from Stockholm to Chicago and we were seated in separate aisles so we could not converse together at all. Miinukset: "I could not check in online for this leg of the trip and so could not simply go to a baggage drop line. The company handling checkin dealt with 4 or 5 airlines. It was not clear from iceland air website that i had to checkin with SAS. First stood in line for iceland air then had to go stand in line again for company handling SAS. Spent way too much time online doing this. Otherwise trip was fine."

Plussat: "Flight was cancelled but i didn't receive email notification from SAS Moreover i was able to check-in on SAS website and print boarding pass 10 ours before flight (and after Kayak sent me notification that flight "may be cancelled"), and they sent me confirmation and everything. When i arrived in airport i realized flight was actually cancelled. And i tried to call and nobody picked up the pphone. I was travelling from Moscow."

Miinukset: "I was not notified when booking that I had to purchase meals in advance. So I sat there for a 12 hour flight and wasn’t offered so much as a cup of water! Then when I went to purchase outrageously priced snacks only half way through the flight, most selections were sold out. I will never book again."

Plussat: "Norwegian air flies the new 787 Dreamliner which makes the flight more comfortable, quieter and pleasant. The airline crew could have been a bit more hospitable, they didn’t seem very friendly to passengers. I’m not sure if this was attributed to the fact that everything on board is sold"
Miinukset: "At check-in I asked to be upgraded to the Premium Cabin and was told I could do so by paying the upgrade fee, then I was told that there were no more premium seats available on the flight. I wasn’t even offered to pay to select a different seat and I had arrived 4 hours prior to take off."

Miinukset: "I didnt like on my way from newark to Rome Italy with a handy cap 80 yr old couldnt get out of the seat because the stewardess didnt know how to put the arm rest up so it would be easier for her and my self to get out to go to the toilet. Didnt like that diebetic food was delivered to thoes people in first rather with the rest. If u mark it then all should be the same."

Miinukset: "Cabin crew is not trained and not very nice. You had to pay for water and soft drinks on an international 11 hour (Paris to la) flight which is very strange for a regular traveler like myself. Meal served was budget size too. Entertainment selection was very limited"

We were notified of an airplane change and only upon my further investigation and telephone calls to Norwegian it was apparent that we no longer had seats we had reserved. Miinukset: "I missed my flight waiting at the wrong gate( there was another flight to Stockholm, my connecting city, being conducted by another airline) I did not notice until it was too late. The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."
Miinukset: "The crew did not even acknowledge me on the flight as I did not prepay for their $45 hot meal. I couldn’t even catch their attention. This was only my second international flight but the first offered free meals and beverages to all passengers. I won’t fly Norwegian air again. At least they had in air entertainment. What a lousy 13 hour flight. $45 for airplane food? $3 water? Get outta here with that."
Plussat: "If anything, the leg from Oslo to JFK was worse than Bangkok to Oslo! Hard to believe, but true."
Miinukset: "Gate waiting area was cleared - no idea why. As a wheelchair passenger, I was simply stuck for over an hour with no clue what was going on, no way to get to restroom or anything else. Flight delayed over 2 hours & worried about my connection at JFK. GROSS INCOMPETENCE. GROSSLY UNCOMOPETITIVE ON PRICE OR SERVICE OR AMENITIES WITH OTHER AIRLINES. I'm beyond disgusted with these clowns."

Miinukset: "I did put my initial reservation on hold which cost me $150 and to have 12 months to use my credit then I was told after 2 weeks by trying to book a different dates that Norwegian will not fulfill my credit anymore....therefore I paid $150 and then got screwed by them after collecting an extra $150....what a joke! Stay away from them... low-cost airlines are not worthy when you add all headaches. Never did I fly with them never will."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed but no information was given or displayed or forth coming as to why or when the flight would then be. Cabin crew were functional but not polite or helpful. In total we spent nearly 12 hours on the plane which should have been an 8.5 hour flight. There was not enough leg room and it was extremely hot. Over all a very poor experience and will not choose to fly norweign again."

Miinukset: "Extremely rude flight attendant that served my section. Lack of information about when you would be served. No free drinks including water, even though I paid for a meal. Very narrow seats, the only type of person that would fit comfortably would be a child. I was given a different seat from what I reserved and sat in the middle of 2 men (one with horrible body odor), both whom were very thin, but it was if we were all sharing the same seat, I couldn't move!!!! Toilets hadn't been cleaned, absolutely disgusting. When the pilot spoke, he had such a thick accent no one around me could figure out what he was saying. And last but not least, we sat on the plane for 3 hours before we took off, 2 of those hours was without airconditioning."

We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("

Here for 48 hours for a funeral and the next flight from JFK where my flight originated is Tuesday, the day I leave. The funeral is on Monday at 10 AM and it Sunday afternoon I was told to call back then to see if there is any more information on Tuesday?? Needless to say, not impressed!"
