Liked everything accept the food which should be upgraded to a higher standard for an international flight
Priority on boarding does not work, because all passengers are taken to the plane in the same bus.

Miinukset: "The flight was 1 hour and 30 minutes late! There was confusion as to which gate to go to for the flight once it was called. They did not call passengers by sections so everyone just crowded the gate waiting to board. It was a bit chaotic and overwhelming for staff and passengers. There was no entertainment and there was no legroom and I am 5’7” so I was quite uncomfortable."

But I managed to sleep the entire flight. I have flown Aegean/Olympic on almost all their aircraft and I always look forward to my flight."

I am sure they can show the text clearly warning me about the fees for bringing a piece of luggage per person, but I missed it. Therefore, they charged me $35 per person for their registered bag. That’s probably how they “beat” their competitors’ prices. If you include the fees in your calculation, this might still be a good option, but make sure that you read the fine print, or be prepared to pay as “extra” what many airlines offer as basic."

Instead, they had someone waiting for us when we got off of the flight and someone to run all 11 of us through the airport to the plane. Aegean held the flight because they knew 11 people from the Santorini flight were coming."
Miinukset: "Once on the plane, we ended up sitting there for another 30 minutes, even though it was already 20 minutes late waiting for us. When I asked the stewardess whether that meant that our bags were going to make the flight she said she'd have to check. She never came back. I then asked a second girl and she said that she'd have to check and she never came back. I finally asked again before landing and she supposedly went and asked someone and came back and said yes they made it. Got to baggage claim - no bags. We had another flight to catch back to the states, so we didn't have time to figure out the situation. We spent the next three days frantically calling Aegean, to no avail. Their customer service either wouldn't answer or would tell us to call London Heathrow lost and found, who wouldn't answer. Eventually, Delta found our bags and had to work with Lufthansa and their own boots on the ground at LHR to find the bags and get them back to us."

One way was 13 hours and the way back was nearly a 12 hour flight. There was also no wi-fi, and even though this is a first world problem, it's 2018 and the flights were longer than some people stay awake in a whole day. That's ridiculous. Kayak is chill, but Norwegian will no longer be an option for my travels."

The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."

Plussat: "I believe the only thing I did like about the trip was the easement of getting checked to board the plane. Other than that, maybe just the price of my flight."
Miinukset: "Where to begin, first of all the flight was delayed. And not just one or two hours, but almost 5 hours! The communication from the boarding crew was atrocious, as they did not keep us informed until maybe an hour after the fact that it was already delayed. After finally being cleared to board we were all cramped and rushed on a shuttle from the waiting area to the plane. I've been on cramped planes before, but maybe not this badly. I received a middle seat, which was alright, but the amount of space to move around in was unacceptable. I attempted to load my carry on in the storage compartment overhead but it was all taken up. That made matters worse in terms of having space to stretch my feet out, as the person's next to me were not the kindest and kept cramping me even more. The delaying of my flight made me miss my check in to my hotel two hours later. I lost most of my day I'm being able to have free time before the check in due to it. Overall, I was not satisfied one bit with the airline service. I just hope that my return flight is a more pleasant one."

A last minute plane change to a non-Norwegian aircraft had me scrambling to re-reserve pre-selected seats (the change moved our reserved seats to a less than ideal location), which had to be done through customer service because the Norwegian site wouldn’t let me make the change. What seemed like a 30+ yr old aircraft, no in-flight entertainment, broken seat backs, and an ornery flight attendant - I guess I get what I paid for..."

Plussat: "We just flew on September 11th from NY to Paris on Norwegian. The flight was on time. The check-in was pleasant and courteous (you cannot check in online). The cabin was not quite what I would call "business class"-- they call it "premium". The seats were spacious enough, the cabin clean and well-maintained throughout the flight. The crew professional and helpful. The equipment is the best-- the new Boeing Dreamliiner. Not what you would expect from a low cost company. We landed on time. Baggage elivery was prompt. I would do it again."
Miinukset: "I travel all year internationally. I am 5'5" woman. The Premium seats must be designed for a tall Scandinavian male! I couldn't find a comfortable position. The headrest was too high and shoved my head forward, there was a hollow behind my back (and no pillows distributed). The seats do not recline to flat-- more like economy plus seats on other airlines. The foot rest tilts down, so you can't cuddle up to compensate for the discomfort, despite the ample width. Do eat before you board and carry a few snacks. But honestly, for this price, no complaints. I did notice that one or two of the passengers had drunk too much beer in the Alitalia Lounge at JFK and carried them onto the flight, were then rather loud and unpleasant. The attendants seemed to ignore them.I didn't sleep a wink, but the crossing was uneventful."

Additionally, the frequency of announcements was disruptive. They could be more efficient with timing and delivery of information shared with passengers. The proximity of the bathrooms was convenient but they need better deodorizers in there -- it was a little stinky during the 2nd half of the trip."

We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("

Miinukset: "The pre-boarding and boarding experience was dismal, with extended delays requiring leaving the gate area accompanied by vague explanations and conflicting instructions about when to return to the gate, when to expect an update, and how to expect the update to be communicated. Instead, ground agents were rude and blamed passengers' confusion on us rather than their own lack of coordination and communication among themselves."

Plussat: "Every trans-Atlantic flight I've had with Norwegian has been on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, which is an incredibly comfortable airplane compared to current standards. Ventilation and lighting are superior in a way that I doubt can be corrected on older aircraft. Norwegian's crew are *superb*. I've never had such snappy service on an aircraft; ordering via the built-in touchscreens is quick and straightforward. Also, I pre-bought the meal for a 7-hour flight, and it also came with a snack near the end, and each came with a drink."

Even trying to get water was not easy. I paid £50 for a bag and this terrible service. We get to Oakland and there's nowhere to dock! We wait 40 mi ms just to get out. More problems at Immigration There's no other flights but it takes over 2 hours go get through. This plane does this flight 4 times a week. Get it sorted. Could have been great. Couldn't recommend this service"

I mean, it's a Ryanair flight, so you know what you're going to get: Ads during the flight for, I'm not even sure what, raffle tickets? Paid food and drink options. Basic seats that don't recline. But also, friendly staff and inexpensive fairs. I know the bargain I'm making with Ryanair and it works for me.
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.

About half the people in line to check in also had to go to another line to pay the fee to check a bag, and go back in line to check in for the flight. Boarding was a disaster. The inflight service was them asking you to buy perfume. Not worth the cheap ticket - at all!"
Plussat: "Only option available at the time. I would not have flown Ryanair if there had been any other airline flying the route in the time slot. Actual flight was fine, but the process from booking the flight to gettin aboard was horrible."
Miinukset: "Rayanair made the transaction as difficult, uncertain and unpleasant as they could. From the moment the booking was complete, a series of email demands, warnings and impossible conditions ensured that it was never clear whether we and our baggage would get on the flight. The initial price was unreasonably low and the eventual cost was twice what was quoted but it had to be paid as a series of penalties over several days. The contract staff in Athens were clearly demoralized, embarrassed and apolgetic, but had no flexibility to resolve issues in a reasonable way."

One person at the counter should be able to do that one transaction.. it's such a waste of time. I will never fly this airline again."

Miinukset: "Always i have to check in my carry on because "the overhead bins are full already". Later I realize this isnt true. No leg space. No reclining seat. They even charge you for water. Almost always departs late."
Miinukset: "Due to a malfunction on our previous flight's plane which resulted in a 3hr delay, we missed our connection flight on RyanAir. They didn't accommodate us at all and we had to purchase a whole new flight, that departed 10hrs later but couldn't check in for 8 hours to get past security. So we had to just hang out at Athens Airport for 8hrs with all our luggage and minimal services after traveling for 15hrs."

Miinukset: "to Whom it may concern. hope all is well, i was so disappointed to be charged 198 euros for the simple reason that I didn't check in and didn't add baggage. I can understand that this is a way to make money out of it but it was too much for it. I was okey about it until I went on the plane and had the cabin crew rushing at me preventing me to stand up to pick my phone from the locker above me for the reason that she's giving instructions... she had a good reason but after she finished it I tried to get up knowing that the flight was delayed for 35 minutes and still she didn't let me stand thought other people behind her where getting up... and she insisted to open my camera bag and get me the phone out of it rather then just giving me the bag, she smiled in a sarcastic way at the end... I asked her to put the camera bag next to my hand bag but she's didn't want to listen and she wanted to put it where she wants... not to mention the very bumpy landing and very fast he was almost run out of the runway, it was scary. Miinukset: "Charged €62 each for "not checking in online 4 hours or more before" when i thought I had checked in the night before via the email I received"
Miinukset: "I asked to have my ticket moved up two days which it was for a flight that wasn't full and was flying out in a hour but instead of using me to fill a seat and use my old ticket to sell they charged me a fee to change the date which was more than I originally paid for the first ticket then I had to pay for baggage wasn't included in my ticket like other airlines do. I was not the only one another guy at the counter was being charged extra for something stupid. He also stated he would not be doing business with Ryan Air again. I also will not recommend them to anyone. My flight was an hour late departing and we never were told why when I asked I was told don't worry about it in a very rude tone by the Flight attendant. During the flight it was more like a sales pitch over and over being asked if we wanted to buy refreshments instead of them being provided like other airlines. They also tried to sell me make up and perfume lastly they bothered us about donating to charities. It was a 1020pm-1120pm flight I would of loved to sleep or relax with it being so late not be hounded for money."

Miinukset: "Everything else. The seats were the smallest I've flown in a very long time. The boarding process was chaos. The flight attendants spent more time trying to sell us perfume than they did providing any type of service, such as a beverage service. In fact, they charged money for beverages (a lot too!), as well as pretty much every other aspect of the flight experience. How does it make any sense to charge you money for checking in for your flight at the airport if you have to visit the check in counter either way? Really crappy airline, I would only fly them or recommend them to someone who is also trying to pinch pennies wherever they can."
Plussat: "We traveled as group (5 people) and the weight of our luggage differed. The Ryanair checkin person helped us quite a bit."
Miinukset: "The only way to describe the comfort on the flight was spartan."
Miinukset: "The airline ticket desk where we check in at the airport staff was extremely rude. They insisted that we must check-in online before the day of our flight, which we were not aware of or informed about this procedure. They then charged me $400 penalty fee for not checking in online prior to the flight (despite that I was not aware of this procedure). The airline ticket check in staff was extremely mean and rude with long lines of people waiting and almost missing their flights."

Plussat: "The staff was helpful, I was not stressed out about couple of kilos overweight for luggage. On return they checked in my carry on free of charge. Flights were on time, efficient and no unnecesary delays. The overhead speaker was only so loud it would hurt my ears. Thank you!"

Miinukset: "Extremely poor organization at the airport checkin kiosk. Not enough staff. Huge lack in instructions and assistance. No proper lines at all. Tickets are cheap but one piece of luggage to check in is very expensive. Can't even get a cup of water for free on the flight. It may be a low fare, but the stressful experience is absolutely not worth it. Will never fly them again."
