Miinukset: "My friend faced a problem he was booking the flight through your site by kiwi.com and he coudnt do the check in because he dont have the email and the password so he had to pay 60€, so i hope if the kiwi.com notes this matter."
Plussat: "The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional."
Miinukset: "What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island."

Plussat: "Flight on time, luggage handling ok"
Miinukset: "The long walk to and from the plane. The stupid trail down the steps into the cold and rain, across the tarmac then back up the steps into the plane. At Birmingham airport. Fine at Malaga no problem."
Miinukset: "The airline only allows online checkin and didn’t notify us through emails until a few days before the flight when we’re already traveling. During international travel, we don’t check emails. We ended up paying almost $200 to checking at the airport. will not use this airline again."
Miinukset: "I had to pay for priority 2 bags only because I didn't want to check my small carry on - frustrating. I was told I needed a paper copy ticket, couldn't get one until exactly 2 hours before my flight according to the ticket agent. I waited patiently while many others checked in (later to see those same people on my flight who clearly checked in before the 2 hours), but then found out from a different ticket agent that I didn't need a paper copy ticket, so I waited there for no reason due to misinformation from your ticket agent. My flight was delayed twice, then they lined us up at the wrong gate. After scanning our tickets, the door wouldn't open to let us out to the airplane, then they lined us up outside the plane in freezing cold winds because they were still cleaning the plane-the guy was still taking the trash out. Where is the "priority" in that? I know I really only paid to not have to check my bag, but it's also called priority - not quite sure they understood that. Will probably never travel this airline again, too much hassle and frustration for such simple things."
Plussat: "I was pleased with the RyanAir staff at the Dublin airport and on the flight. Easy booking process and many options to help make traveling a bit easier"
Miinukset: "I have an American passport and did not realize I needed to get a visa stamp before boarding the plane. While I do realize now that it is mentioned on my boarding pass, there was no other mention of it along the way from arriving at the airport, checking my bag (I used self check), going throigh security, or anywhere else in the RyanAir terminal. Perhaps this could be made more clear for travelers who have never experienced this before."
Plussat: "Seating was comfortable and more leg room than some other airlines random seat allocated no charge no complaint. Only bought cup of tea so can’t comment on food. Tea was fine."
Miinukset: "The seemingly squashy way of making sure hand luggage is tagged. Why not use a system of gradual approach. Don’t like euro charging if card used. Seems strange. Cash sterling ok."
Plussat: "Arrived on time"
Miinukset: "On arrival we were forced to wait in a hot and humid room with no air conditioning for and hour and a half. Passport control officers did not even turn up for fifteen minutes and then only two stations so it took an hour and a half to get through, and there are about half of the passengers behind us so it must have been much longer for them."
Miinukset: "Was told at boarding gate for a visa check stamp requirement. Admittedly it was mentioned in a casual way in the boarding pass,but wasn't a border control requirement. The airline could have done it there. But was denied boarding, waited for 6 hours to catch next flight and further connections."
Plussat: "The crew was very warm and the seats had great room."
Miinukset: "There was no entertainment."
Miinukset: "Delayed, unable to buy a cup of tea, rude staff. Will never fly with such a shambolic, greedy airline again."
Plussat: "There was basically nothing that I liked/enjoyed"

Miinukset: "Cramped seats, lousy service, no drinks, couldn’t understand flight attendant. Illiterate English. In short. Be prepared for a lousy trip but you get what you pay for."
Plussat: "Crew were ok"
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed 3 times, no information given why. We were in priority and allowed down the stairs then kept there for 10-15 minutes. Boarded a bus to the plane then we couldn't get on as there was an issue with the steps. Took off after the final delayed time. On landing, we were told the airport was short of ground crew so we had to wait to steps and once off had to wait for 15-20 minutes for the baggage lane to be announced."
Plussat: "I was by myself with a toddler, a pram and 2 hand baggage. down"
Miinukset: "I thought the would take at least one of them at the gate as usual and I asked if they could help with pram and they said NO! It was a nightmare I had to go down a lot stairs. The only person that helped me it was an old lady! This is a rubbish service I won’t reccomend to anyone with kids!"
Miinukset: "The flight arrives too late but just early enough not receive any reimbursement regulated by either regulations. Terrible flight! Everytime I fly with Ryanair I always tell myself: last flight! Hopefully next time I listen to myself"
Plussat: "Staff is young and energetic! Beat crew on trip so fat and we've been on three other planes."
Miinukset: "Seats are eat too close if you are,tall. The landing was a,3,out of 10."

Miinukset: "This flight was purchased on my behalf and was not chosen by me. Worst commercial flight ive ever been on. I will never spend a penny of my own money on a ryanair flight. Awful"

Miinukset: "As we landed at las palmas the passengers were screaming as we had turbulence, no one from the crew tried to ease their fear."
Plussat: "We paid for our seats but the staff decided to move people that were separated due to Ryanairs booking system to move with us who had paid for seats. No good"
Miinukset: "Due to a malfunction on our previous flight's plane which resulted in a 3hr delay, we missed our connection flight on RyanAir. They didn't accommodate us at all and we had to purchase a whole new flight, that departed 10hrs later but couldn't check in for 8 hours to get past security. So we had to just hang out at Athens Airport for 8hrs with all our luggage and minimal services after traveling for 15hrs."
Plussat: "The price was affordable. Very much appreciated that 2 pieces of hand luggage is now possible. In spite of delayed departure, the employees were patient."
Miinukset: "Almost 2 hours delay in take-off. Priority boarding was non-existent. I didn't feel that purchasing priority boarding was worth the extra cost. Having to check-in online was problematic. Charges for luggage makes the cheap price for the ticket hardly worth it."
Plussat: "The crew were really friendly and helpful. It was painless, quick, and easy :)"
Miinukset: "If we must have random allocated seats and be separated could it be at least boarding on same door. I use my Ryanair app for both of us for check in and it makes boarding chaotic when one is in front and the other at the back"
Plussat: "Still have not left London"
Miinukset: "You charged us for 4 bags, not 2. When we spoke On line your rep said that it was not refundable. We only had 2 bags and will definitely dispute this charge with our credit card company. Also, check-in online is very difficult- as is getting the boarding passes. Finally, we did not BUY and, I think out is spite, you put us 30 seats apart I know this is an economy airline-but we had NONE of these problems with WIZZ airline. 2 people should be able to sit together without paying an extra money. Your extra charges are really ridiculous."
Plussat: "Plane was fine, crew was pleasant, flight was on time."
Miinukset: "We checked a golf bag. It was disaster trying to retrieve it at Stanstead. It took one solid hour, three people, and my husband finally having to get it out or the security area himself."
Plussat: "I liked the new interior of the plane - lot more room, easier to move between seats, easier to place luggage"
Miinukset: "The crew did everything necessary, but they did not smile, their communication was not spontaneous and a bit "robot" like. This was in in contrast to the crew on our first flight to Brussels - the crew there was cheerful and fun to travel with."
Plussat: "I'll never buy tickets in ryanair again. Did not tell us we could show the boarding pass in the cellphone, they literally robed us, thats robbery"
Miinukset: "Didnt like nothing everything awfull, 15 euros to print a boarding pass when the ticket cost 60, no way"
Plussat: "Some crew nice"
Miinukset: "Not enough room for carry on bags."
Plussat: "The price was the best thing out of this whole experience. Two tickets from Barcelona to Rome were 44 euros. If you check-in online it's free otherwise you have to pay 45 euros at the airport. Also if you stay within the baggage limit you don't have to pay for the luggage allowance. We didn't pay to pick seats and we were sit next to each other (most likely because we check-in online a day before)."
Miinukset: "Boarding was slow and chaotic. Very cramped seats. You are literally sitting on top of each other. Also, the plane was very hot. They don't give you any snacks. If you want anything to eat or drink you have to purchase it. At times the crew ignored passengers. If you are looking for comfort and friendliness this is not the airline for you."
Plussat: "Staff was friendly."
Miinukset: "Two hour delay and told nothing."
Plussat: "It left on time and arrived on time. Cheap and cheerful but you get a great service for what you pay!"
Plussat: "On arriving at London, Gatwick, for our trip to Dublin, discovered that Ryanair wanted 105 pounds sterling for our luggage for the 3 of us. That was a surprise I did not appreciate as was not highlighted on their website when I made the reservations. Also, the lift to allow our daughter, in a wheelchair, access to the plane was broken and her Mom and I had to help her carefully and with a lot of effort up the plane 20 step ramp from the tarmac to the plane's rear door. Not fun at all. Rick Sickles"
Miinukset: "Both flights were late. Once I got on the plane there was nothing but announcements for two hours, all of which were them selling things. Flight attendant was rude when I asked to buy a Coca Cola and proceeded to give me a Pepsi and rolled her eyes and looked at me and said that both are the same."
Plussat: "Cheap prices"
Miinukset: "Our flight was cancelled the night before we were to leave and there were no flights available until four days later to our next destination. We got a refund but per EU laws, they should cover the price of our new flights."

Miinukset: "We were delayed two hours, with no announcements of changes. You needed to watch the boards and if you missed it, you missed the flight even after you had sat there for two hours."
Miinukset: "It wasn't mentioned that you cannot check in at the airport but you have to do it online. We ended up paying €55 euros for the check in even if we dont have check in baggage at the airport."
