Miinukset: "The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came."
Miinukset: "Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."
Plussat: "The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!"

Not even a glass of water available on a 7 hour flight, that's actually a health hazard, should be illegal. No coffee or tea. The window seat I paid up for was about 8 inches from the window, so I couldn't even lean my head there. No in-flight magazines, or handing out newspapers , no entertainment available, just sitting there uncomfortably for 7 hours while the attendants huddled behind drawn and velcro'ed curtains doing nothing. A true disgrace. Avoid Iberia and their LEVEL subsidiary like the plague. Unacceptable in every way....and at least Ryan Air and WOW are cheap, this flight was full price. Total rip-off, never again."

I had 1 hour between the flights and I asked the assistant at the passport control to help me to get through, she said that everyone needs to stay in the same line. I pushed myself through, which I never do, and run all the way to the gate, and hardly made my flight. It is very hard to get any information because most employees don't speak English. I will never fly with Iberia again. I would rather pay more and fly with another company. I was very upset about my flying experience."
Miinukset: "I was late to catch my plain to San Francisco 5 minutes because it was too much people at customs and the plain coming from Madrid was 15 to 20 minutes late due to the bad weather. The plain was supposed to departure at 6:30pm and I got there at 6:20pm the agent at the gate told me that the doors were closed and she gave me a plain ticket for the next flight to San Francisco."

The boarding was just line up and board there wasn't any announcing or organizing by row or otherwise. We eventually all got on and ended up at the same place, it was just chaotic."

Miinukset: "My plane took off 45 minutes late and no one told the passengers (in English at least) why we were leaving so late (and I still don't know). After about 20 minutes of waiting for takeoff, I pressed the button to ask a flight attendant why we were leaving so late but no one would come up to me, so I had to flag a flight attendant down when she walked by and she only stayed long enough for me to ask her when we were leaving. I also wanted to buy a snack on the plane and the same flight attendant who had answered my question before snapped at me about using a credit card when I accidentally gave her my debit card. Normally, I'm not one to complain about these types of things and this situation definitely could have been much worse, but I think it's important that any delays are communicated to passengers."

It also was very disappointed to be charged €60 per each piece of luggage returning to Madrid even though they had not charged for the same luggage coming into our destination. The lady at the counter was very cut and dry and was not helpful at all. This was a round trip, no explanation on the overcharged is acceptable. Kayak should warn their customers if luggage charges are going to be added."

Miinukset: "Our flight from Barcelona on Air Europa took off late (because they shuttle you out in groups of 40 to the tarmac to board the plane). We arrived in Madrid and about 37 Boston bound passengers had to make a mad dash through the airport from terminal E to terminal A... a 22 minute dash. When we landed there was already "final boarding" listed. ( It would have been nice if the told us they would/could hold the plane). afyer our sweaty group arrived, we were stuck on the tarmac an additional 55 minutes because of traffic."
Plussat: "One attendant took care of an infant while a mother was suffering from a nose bleed."
Miinukset: "Air Europa check in was at area 2, furthest corner of Zurich airport; no sign of which section of check in area 2 (1 through 5) the airline check in seciton is. You have to walk the entire area (seems like a whole separate terminal) to find the counters which were combined with 6 other airlines. Took only 20 minutes. Then to the opposite corner of the airport to board the plane to Madrid. WOW!"

Miinukset: "Rough landing"
Miinukset: "No staff in Treviso airport to help. There was 5 or 6 flights of people squashed into a small basement area which could barely hold 2 flights of people. It was unbearable crowded conditions with 2 airport staff who didn't reply when asked anything. When we found out flight was severely delayed there was no staff who would receive our claims for our rights under eu261 and got our food ouchers 1hour and 25 minutes late - impeding on our rights"
Plussat: "We started boarding much earlier than the time on the ticket, but still left on time."
Miinukset: "The pilots landed in the wrong terminal (it was a domestic Spanish flight but we landed with international flights), so we all had to wait in the airport together without receiving any information for about 20 minutes. The woman working at the airport was very calm and helped us understand the mistake. We are lucky that we didn’t have a connection. I don’t understand how this could happen."
Plussat: "Bordeaux terminal is horrible, not enough seats. Rough landing. No ground staff at stanstead. Massive passport queues. All round horrible experience."
Miinukset: "Flight was an hour late and they changed the gat 3 times. Boarding took a long time and was like a cattle call."
Miinukset: "The airline app did not enable us to download our boarding passes as non-EU citizens and the check-in desk refused to issue paper boarding passes. We had to wait to the last minute at the gate for the agent to write up a boarding pass by hand. Ridiculous."
Plussat: "Quick and easy boarding as Priority boarding paid for and much improved aircraft since last time I flew with them."
Miinukset: "Not a great choice of food for a 3hr plus flight but plenty of alcohol! :("
Miinukset: "Nearly 3 hours late and no proper explanation for delay. Sorry but delayed incoming aircraft doesn't wash. Also had to wait nearly half an hour upon landing at Stansted before we could disembark"
Miinukset: "When check in took place we were kept in a dark,cold,wet & windy covered area for about 10/15 minutes before being allowed to board the plane. This is really unacceptable in this day & age."
Plussat: "Nothing. I would never fly this airline again."
Miinukset: "You literally can’t bring any baggage on the flight even thought they say you’re okay to bring a personal item and a carry-on."
Miinukset: "Delayed flight then held in pens for ages then held on the plane too."
Plussat: "Crew. 1 small and 1 cabin bag for free. Much better then Wizz air."
Miinukset: "I HATE RYAN AIRs CHAIRS! I always fall asleep when I fly and then I am falling forward. After 1 or 2 hours flight I end up with nack pain, back pain and a grumpy mode."
Miinukset: "Plane was an hour and a half late showing up and taking off."
Miinukset: "Flight cancelled and had to spend 4X to book another comparable flight."
Plussat: "Seat ok"
Miinukset: "Delay with no information.this is an airline that although cheap has no interest in customers"
Plussat: "Fast and accesable flight with good service to our city, finally!"

Plussat: "It was on time."
Miinukset: "A bottle of water is expensive and by the time you pay all the fees, Ryanair is no longer a low cost option."
Plussat: "On time"
Miinukset: "Awful service. Very uncomfortable seats. 0 air conditioner, I was wearing the entire flight. I asked for ice and they said not without the purchase of a drink. Water cost money. Never Ever ever recommending Ryanair."
Plussat: "Paying for the extras to make my journey as better for me"
Miinukset: "Selling of the scratch cards and cabin crew asking everyone row by row for change for €20."
Plussat: "Quick boarding and picking up luggage process at the arrival which is always a surprise and appreciated with a low fare company."
Miinukset: "So many announces through the airbus intercom and all of them were garbage. Who needs perfumes and lottery tickets every 10 minutes? I also got both one way and return in a separate sit from my girlfriend, despite we bought and checked-in the tickets together and way in advance. I suppose this was done on purpose so that people start buying specific sits, but I don't agree with the method. Finally, the plane was really hot as usual (aircon poorly working)."
Plussat: "Very unorganized and discretion about what was a carry on bag differed. I was charged an extrodinary fee while others did not."
Plussat: "The crew, gate staff, on time."
Miinukset: "Stanstead was terrible. We were there 150 minutes before flight. But only just got on flight. I would advise being there 4 hours before flight... Huge Q for bag drop. Why not more Ryanair desks open. Security checks hugely inefficient and unfriendly. Biggest shopping mall in any airport I have seen that you are forced to walk thru. Corridors to gates were like a cattle stampede. Will avoid Stanstead in future. Even car parking and shuttle takes nearly an hour."
Miinukset: "I did check in online but the web site did not send me the boarding pass to my email. I thought it is fine. But We I got airport the counter charge me more than $60/each for check in!!!. And they are very rude. Just say to us either do it or just leave. Very bad feeling"
Miinukset: "THE HORRIBLE POOR SYSTEM TO HAVE TO GET OFF THE LINE TO HAVE TO GO PAY FOR OVERWEIGHT, THEN COME BACK TO COUNTER, THEN TAKE YOUR OWN LUGGAGE TO ANOTHER AREA WE ARE NOT USED TO THAT KIND OF LAST CENTURY SYSTEM IN THE USA YOU HAVE A LOT TO LEARN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THERE IS NONE... I WILL NEVER FLY WITH RYANAIR AGAIN (NEITHER THE 34 OTHER PEOPLE IN OUR GROUP)"
Plussat: "Staff polite and helpful. Swift check in."
Miinukset: "Difficult to identify priority boarding. Queues merged into one."
Plussat: "Staff were very good, although tierd"
Miinukset: "Being delayed by a technical glitch"
Plussat: "Flight was fast."
Miinukset: "We didn't check in early online so we were charged $120+(two passengers). We are on vacation with extremely limited and generally useless internet access. Charging is 120+ for checking in is an obsurb and unethical business practice geared toward taking advantage of travellers with limited options. We showed up 2+ hrs early and the checked baggage attendants shows up about an 1 after we got there. The checked bags process is a big mess. We barely made our flight and were charged 120+ for checking in at the desk. Checked bags at one counter, payed at a different counter, the attendants were late, dropped checked bags at a different counter, required to check a bag that we have travelled all over the world with, and then they curbside check other passengers bags of the same size."
Plussat: "Every single one of the stewards was very good looking and very friendly."
Miinukset: "Boarding was rough, and as a foreigner, it's a bit of a pain to have to print boarding passes since we don't really have a printer available within the check- in time. Luckily we didn't check any bags, so we avoided extra charges there."
Plussat: "On time Pleasant cabin crew Fast Track"
Miinukset: "The entire flight consisted of the cabin crew constanatly making announcements about what they were selling from the duty free shop. At one point they even seemed to be selling lottery tickets - or something like that. They spoke entirely in Italian the whole flight."
Miinukset: "Boarding was very slow, 30 minutes late taking off. Everything else was okay, nothing special but nothing wrong"
Plussat: "First time on Ryanair. Probably ok if you are 25 and have no checked luggage. If it's only marginally more expensive, travel with another airline."
Plussat: "It was very cheap"

Miinukset: "Besides being really uncomfortable for various reasons, like the endless security procedures, the crew's bad manners and lots of other annoying things that really baffled me like making people stand in line for half hour before boarding (why?), at the end of the day you have to take into account that Stansted + Ryanair means adding an extra hour to what you would normally take for a flight and a lot of stress, not only for what aforementioned but also for the constant feeling of potentially being ripped off with additional charges like late check in and baggage size."
Miinukset: "No me gusto el hecho de tener que hacer check in y no haberlo hecho y que la penalizacion sea tan alta...esto es un robo juegan con la necesidad de las personas y se aprovechan de ella, no vuelvo a viajar con ryanair es demasiado complicado andar imprimiendo tickets cuando uno anda de viaje en lugares que no conoce y tener que andarse preocupando por ello, hay otras lineas areas de bajo costo que no hacen lo mismo y son mucho mas comodas"
Plussat: "Crew friendly and efficient."
Miinukset: "Seats uncomfortable, did not recline, we're hard. No snack or beverage service. No audio entertainment."
Plussat: "Flight was on time, crew friendly and the price was very low."
Miinukset: "Little leg room, everything requires additional charges, if you don't check in online in advance there is a 40 euro check in fee (more than the ticket's cost)."

Miinukset: "Uncomfortable Confusing check in with no help or assistance. Employees answer questions like you should already know the answer. Standing outside waiting to board"
