There is no enough room to move and to lean sideways when one wants to sleep. My tv was not working. The touch screen was not responding. However the friendly flight attendants shifted me to a vacant seat where the tv was working. The movie selection was limited. There were no documentaries about wildlife. Sport was also missing. We also need some news channels like Aljazeera, CNN & BBC so that we keep updated on issues happening throughout the world. This is very important especially to people like me who traveled long distances from South Africa to Los Angeles USA."

The entertainment system is older, so you lose leg-room in aisle seats, and there is less on offer. And because the flight was completely full, you do feel very restricted (not QR's fault, but a function of narrow seats)."
"Service is excellent. The boys lanes are all old and outdated, that’s after 6 different flights. Food is ok, but definitely Turkish food. You must ask for alcoholic beverages, it is not given readily. We had a 14 hour layover and supposedly an overnight hotel was provided. That turned out to be a 3 hour fiasco at midnight which TA did not make easy or offer assistance."

Plussat: "Paying only half of what other USA airlines offered we had a one stop trip from (IAH) Houston to (TLV) Tel Aviv and were served two meals with offerings of other food if needed. I don't know what was served but it was good yet very different from what we eat in Texas. Then we had a 2 1/2 hour layover in (IST) Istanbul Turkey which gave us plenty of time to get off the plane, shuttle to the terminal gate then walk around the airport for about an hour before heading to the next gate for our connecting flight. The crew was very pleasant and the flight very smooth."
Miinukset: "The landing in Instanbul Turkey was very poorly done, by far the worst I've ever experienced but the rest of the flight and connecting Turkish Airlines flight to Tel Aviv was great. The seats are very cramped but not much different than any other economy seat I've had on any other USA airline. The price of the ticket more than made up for the seat."

When I saw the gentleman at the counter opposite the check in, he made his effort to contact his colleague to come all the way back to the check in counter to check my bags and get me on the flight! I saw that they really worked hard to help me! I am extremely grateful and impressed! I will forever LOVE Turkish airlines!"

Miinukset: "They lost my bag, no apology until I had to write a complaint, no reimbursement of anykind for bag arriving 3 days latter, and I can go on...."
Miinukset: "They told us to observe the 4 groups mentioned on our boarding passes, then there was only one entry... From buses to plane, instead of separating people into buses according to seating, they mixed them all up, hence people who had seats up front were entering the rear of the plane and vice-versa, causing incredible congestion and confusion when boarding, people along the center aisles going both ways and trying to pass while loaded with hand baggage, quite ridiculous indeed."
Miinukset: "in a previous email we explained that by the time we arrived at the gate in Sao Paulo, the airline refused our boarding the plane and said only "we don't like Kayak". We never boarded the plane and there was a credit to our credit card, so why are you asking how our flight went?"
Plussat: "When we arrived at the gate we were told they did not have us in the system and the one gate attendant told us that the airline did not like Kayak. We were then forced to stay in the airport hotel at a rate of almost $200.00 as we were unable to secure a flight on a different airline until the next day"
Plussat: "Everything from the greeting received upon entering the plane to the overall service for the entire flight was quite excellent and wonderful. A really nice perk was the kit given to all the passengers in economy class with slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, lip cream, and eye mask - no airline does this anymore and it is to be commended. The food on both legs of my flight (New York to Istanbul to Nice and the return) was actually very good -- this was the second time I've flown on Turkish Airlines and I look forward to flying again."

Then to top it off, we’ve landed and been told that it will be at least an hour before we can deplane due to no availability at the gate (it’s 1145 pm right now). All this plus their new policy of not allowing us to select our seats because we bought the cheapest tickets. Really Delta? You go ahead and cater to the rich and I’ll choose to fly with another airline."
Plussat: "Everyone who has a kid knows how challenging certain things can be in a flight and for me the combination of a night flight interrupting my baby’sschedule + a full flight it equalized disaster. My daughter could not get comfortable for the love of life and I just felt horrible and frustrated and what sucked most was the 9 year old and her obese father siting in our row that kept giving us weird looks."
Miinukset: "There’s NO room in planes between seats. It’s 2018 and new planes must be done ASAP to accommodate people better. I’m 5’1” and 110 lbs but adding my 25lb daughter siting in my lap before she turns 2 is absurd to expect that it will be comfortable whatsoever for us or the people breathing next to us. Please DELTA, lead by example and make sure your planes are designed with more room in between and around the seats. In my opinion, every seat should be first class."

Miinukset: "The vents above my entire row of seats did not work, meaning there was never any air coming out even when they were fully open. This made for a long, hot, claustrophobic ride. The flight attendants seemed first disbelieving and later unconcerned that no air came out of our vents. I doubt they even reported them as broken after the flight. Delta's new boarding process is absolute chaos. More than half the plane had no seats assigned until 20 minutes before boarding, and the seats were displayed on a screen a good 25 feet away from the gate, meaning people had to constantly walk back and forth between the doorway and the screen. The gate agents were clearly overwhelmed. If this is how Delta is organized now, I won't be flying on them again."

The difference is that this time there was not another connection for me to go to and I was told I would be provided a hotel in Atlanta which was not the case. I had to transfer to a flight 2 hrs away from my home only to still be on the floor of Atl airport because they are unable to appropriately de-ice planes."

Miinukset: "When are the Airlines going to start serving a decent coffee on board? It does not matter Delta is now serving Starbucks. Something they do that messes up the whole thing, probably overheat for too long."

Top-rate LA crew, flights always departs on time, early to destination more than half the time. Comfortable seats, upgraded to Delta Comfort today. Gate agent was friendly, helpful and joking with passengers. Made it seem like we were all going on an adventure. Kudos to Delta all around!!"

Miinukset: "I didnt like that my flight was canceled and rebooked for no reason. This created me big problem in Athens that they couldnt find my ticket in delta. Also I didnt like that i had to stand and wait for 3 hours in the line because my flight was canceled but no one could let us know if there gonna be any flights within the day. I slept in the airport because i couldnt find a hotel to spend the night close to the airport. They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. That was my worst trip ever."

Miinukset: "As someone who does not particularly enjoy flying, Lufthansa made everything smooth and enjoyable. That being said, if I have to nitpick... the feet of the seats in front of me were staggered so that my foot space was cut in half by a bar. I had to have one foot on each side... sharing each one with the seatmates on either side of me. It made it so I didn't have a clear space to store my purse, which made the 10 hour flight just a little uncomfortable. Oh...and I could not find the proper jack for the headphones. It's as if the headphones provided were not meant for that entertainment system."

Seats continue to get smaller and thinner which means less comfort for such a long haul flight. The seating arrangement is probably worst at this airline. I booked our seats and paid extra ahead of time, come to find out they changed the seat configuration and our seats sucked so we paid extra for nothing. Lufthansa really needs to fix the seat selection situation."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Plussat: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"
Miinukset: "Unaccompanied minor flying to Lisbon overnight. Bag was lost. No real effort to assist. Bags of unaccompanied minor should be treated with priority."

Miinukset: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!"
Plussat: "Very efficient boarding, fast and professional but warm and friendly. The plane was very clean and quite spacious for a two by two configuration. On time departure and landing and smoothed processing at the other end."

Plussat: "Comfortable flight to Amsterdam for vacation in UK. More meals than expected. Also wasn't expecting some of the comforts offered to "regular" class seats like eye masks, ear plugs, pillows and blankets. It was an overnight flight, so maybe that should have been expected, but I don't think we had those 4 years ago when traveling overseas."

Miinukset: "Both ways up and down I struggled with over-head luggage space. We were allowed a cabin bag and a small hand-bag in the flight but as we were among the last half of the passengers to board the flight we couldn't find anywhere to keep our luggage and the crew had to take them away from us to store them somewhere at the back far away from our seats. As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!"
Plussat: "KLM Is an impressive flying experience. We enjoyed the comfortable seats, the in-flight entertainment, and the food. The flight attendants are top notch as well."
Miinukset: "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."
Plussat: "...The transfer at JFK was terrible"
Miinukset: "One and a half hour delay on a 50 minute flight. Flight was operated by Cityjet on behalf of KLM. Never have I seen such bad customer service: from rude people at the bagage drop off to incompetent hostesses at the boarding gate."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed for more then an hour and there was a last minute gate change to the other side of the terminal."
