Miinukset: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Miinukset: "the connection flights was the worse! The gate was changed in Amsterdam 3 times! From D82 to C6 and then to C11. The distance between B82 and C was 20-30 minutes walk. No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.
Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Lentoemäntä joka oli Lennon takaosassa oli todella mukava!

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Miinukset: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

Plussat: "That we were heading home. Nice seats. Good food. Lots of entertainment choices. Power plugs ( USB and European power) were appreciated. Wine as a choice with meal was appreciated and brandy after the meal."
Miinukset: "Some of the shows and movies were a bit 'trashy'. Long flight. I was in the middle seat next to an inattentive octanegarian who was nice but kept calling the flight crew to fix her mess up of the video system. No air controls on this plane - so it was overly warm. 10 hours of overly warm makes for a stinky passenger. Oof."

Miinukset: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."
Plussat: "1. Entertainment - Decent movie selection. I wished the angle of the screen in economy could be adjustable as well. Turkish Air does it better. Once the seat ahead of me reclines I dont have too much hope of saving my eyes from the awkward angles."
Miinukset: "1. Boarding - Learn from maybe Turkish Air who allocate people zones based on where you are seated in the plane. People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."

Plussat: "We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!"

Miinukset: "The interface of the screens seemed old Need to anticipate the needs of the customer better For example, they brought me my special meal first, but I had to wait 30 minutes later to get a drink to accompany it. Miinukset: "I did not like that i was in the bulkhead and there was not sufficient overhead storage for us. The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."
Miinukset: "1/ the transfer crew needed 50 mn to enter my son’s visa number in her computer and she almost let us miss our flight 2/ we were separated (party of 3, my son being 5 YEARS OLD) - how can they allow a boarding and expecting my 5 year old to do a 10 hours flight BY HIMSELF???? 3/ no kids menus, even if I had ordered it before 4/ food in general was very mediocre 5/ crew was unprofessional and they acted bored"
Miinukset: "Plane left 45 minutes late. No reason given either when waiting or after late boarding. I didn't eat as I tried to sleep byt narrow seats meant being woken constantly by fidgety neighbour. Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing."

Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."

Miinukset: "The cabin on the 777-200 was far too hot (about 25c) and with no individual air vent I found this unbearable on a 12 hour flight. And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."
Plussat: "Wheel chair service at LAX is run by the airport. Their priority is to get you to your flight, not to a VIP room regardless of how early you check in."
Flight boarded late and left late making the Sao Paulo connection more stressful..

Miinukset: "they overbooked the flights and the way they communicated it to passengers was a complete disaster. I was able to board and travel but I had to sneak out of the actual line and show my visa appointment receipt to a latam staff person. It was very hard to talk to the staff most of them were just screaming "go to the line" and were not really keen to listening to what passengers had to say. I found a latam person that wasn't really dealing with this situation and managed to get him to talk to other latam staff about my visa appointment. It was pretty stressful for me to have to deal with the possibility of missing such an important event without a good reason."
Plussat: "Crew were helpful. I was given the wrong seat number and they helped sort it out. They also did priority boarding for us when the queue was ridiculous"
Miinukset: "The check in process was a mess with people going from all queues and it took far too long. They also have me the wrong seat number for boarding causing lots of confusion"
Plussat: "Close to nothing. If i had to applaud something it would be the fact that you have an option to check in early via your mobile or laptop."
Miinukset: "LATAM was incredibly unprofessional, alarming, and entirely non-communicative. After a 3 hour delay that caused me (and tons of others) to miss a connecting international flight, LATAM’s telephone servers had the nerve to claim I was a no show and needed to pay them for my absence. This resulted in a long discussion where I was held on hold until they could adequately determine that yes i missed the flight because they held us late. This was the only way that i was able to avoid their charge to me for being a “no show.”"

We reported the problem, the chief/supervisor flight attendant said that she was going to assign us new seats, she then disappear and did nothing to solve the problem. I spoke with another flight attendant requesting to speak with this supervisor again, she said that I rather voice my complaint through latam.com and the mentioned supervisor, not only lied to us, but never showed up. It appears that latam needs to reinforce their staff training or perhaps to renew their staff supervisors and train them to avoid unnecessary lies to their passengers."

There was Ninna or Ninra at the gate; and we apparently had our Covid vaccines older than they allow to enter Portugal, which is preposterous. She walked us over to pay over $450.00 to fly. When we got back we just made it in time and put the other person with me, who was flying in a different seat, next to each other and her and her associates are a great example of stellar customer service. They need to be commended, especially with the stress of so many travels with so many personalities. This was the JFK to Lisbon flight.
I will never ever use this airline again!
Actually getting my checked luggage back would have been nice

Plussat: "TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable."
Miinukset: "TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever."

Plussat: "We upgraded to first class, so everything was perfect!!"
Miinukset: "The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling."

Miinukset: "I did all my research when I booked my flight. Nowhere did it tell me I was booking a discount flight. I had to pay extra for my bag on a long international flight, which I make frequently. Absolutely misleading an unjust. I feel cheated, I will never fly Air Portugal again and I will warn all my colleagues in the travel and tourism industry that I work about the disgrace I felt as a passenger with Air Portugal. It's not the first time I flew with them, but it will be the last!"
Miinukset: "My luggage did not make it to Florence from Lisbon. Very unhappy about that."
Miinukset: "Inbound flight - flight got canceled from Budapest - after calling the airline and waiting in the line the 2 first lady I was talking to put me on hold and never got back to me, the 3rd lady had no idea why the flight got canceled except it was for emergency. She said next flight would be 2 days later - after calling the insurance I booked for the flight, they didn't want to reimburse for the interruption because the airline could not explain why it got canceled and i should prove that the flight was canceled - after being 6h on the phone with airline and insurance and waiting line had to hang of without solution. I had to purchase a new ticket from another airline to be able to fly on the same day back to Miami. - after arriving at the airport next morning for the other flight it turns out that Tap Portugal booked me to British Airways but they have not send me a notification email about it, so if I do not ask at the counter for Tap Portugal for the paperwork for the insurance I would never find out that i got a new flight and i would have miss it and the insurance would have never pay for it. With the new ticket i had to purchase, my travel with Tap Portugal cost me on the end around $3000, and I do not have that much money for a ticket at all, now I have a financial trouble. Thanks, never again."
Plussat: "Professional and courteous crew from check in the disembarking. Excellent on board food."
Miinukset: "Entertainment system was wonky throughout most of the seven hour flight."
Plussat: "Food was abundant and pretty good. I paid $91.95 US (think it was 75 euro) for the exit row and felt this was money well spent."
Miinukset: "They charged me $90 for my luggage. Several weeks or perhaps even months after I booked, I received an e-mail saying I had booked Super Cheap Economy or some such. It had a link to pay for 'additional services' but not luggage. At the time of booking, I checked and the price given was $35. So, I have protested the additional $55 with my CC company and will see what happens. BTW the luggage was not overweight. They turned off all the lights, including my personal reading lamp, so I could not read and had to just sit there doing nothing. That really blew big chunks. I only got two small glasses of wine."

Miinukset: "I was told that I can check in my luggage free of charge. So I bought some wine and checked in for the connection flights. They charged 35 euros and to final destination 75 euros. I tried to watch some movies and they had only one English channel. I couldn’t believe that kind of shitty system still exists. I don’t recommend it."
Plussat: "The personnal was amazing. They all treated me excellently. I would definitely fly again on this airline with this crew."

Miinukset: "Apart from the unorganized immigration and check-in process the service is very average. On both transatlantic flights the toilets did not work properly. Furthermore the business practice to charge you for any luggage $ 90 at airport without prior notice during the booking process is quite unpleasant and uncommon for transatlantic flights. Would be good that airline as well as internet travel agent would advice about this additional costs in a more transparent way before you purchase the ticket"

Miinukset: "poor quality video and sound for watching movies on long flight attendants were brusque and ignored most passengers(except the ones with special meals) we were on connecting flight with little time in between to grab water or snack - so we sat on this flight for over two hours before we got any refreshments. Some passengers got refills before we got one. Poor execution. we had to check two bags on connecting flight (which we didn't have to do before) and it cost us time and money. Also they lost the two bags - got several days after we got back from trip huge line at immigration - we waited almost two hours will not travel on TAP again"

Miinukset: "Our flight was DCA to Boston then to Lisbon, with similar return. Our return flight into Boston arrived early enough to allow us to get an earlier flight home but TAP customer service wasn't open until after the earlier flight departed. Also, Jet Blue, the domestic carrier, could not change our flight because it was booked through TAP."

Miinukset: "The whole flight, TAP decided to use low cost aircrafts to do long distance flights ..... very poor. Far too much Discomfort no entertainment at all."

Miinukset: "The delay which caused us to miss our connecting flight and as a result being stranded at the Lisbon airport for 6+ hrs. This would have been avoided if there was proper communication within the airline-- an absolutely irresponsible way to handle our plight. The ground personnel themselves admitted that no one informed them of our arrival time. True or false? go figure.This all occured while they refused to allow us on board our plane that was still at the gate and nowhere near taking off. This also resulted in rescheduling our ground transfer, which resulted in additional expense. Overall, a nightmare of an airline. Avoid."

Plussat: "I was very impressed with the Ground crew who met me off the plane and had already arranged for me to go on a later flight with Emirates. If it had been possible to let me know when I was on the first flight that my onward travel had been arranged then it would have been perfect."
