Called qatar airways and send them a xomplaint email. No one cared to answer. The worst flight ever. Will never go with qatar airways anymore"

It was a traumatizing experience for her... needless to say, nothing was found and no explanation was given. The seats recline too far back so that the person behind cannot enjoy what they are watching. The crew has to keep asking the passengers in front to pull their chairs up slightly."

However, after that, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. WHY WERE THE REST OF MY FLIGHTS CANCELLED? I paid for those, and I should have been allowed to be on those flights. WORST FLIGHT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE."

From buses to plane, instead of separating people into buses according to seating, they mixed them all up, hence people who had seats up front were entering the rear of the plane and vice-versa, causing incredible congestion and confusion when boarding, people along the center aisles going both ways and trying to pass while loaded with hand baggage, quite ridiculous indeed."
Miinukset: "in a previous email we explained that by the time we arrived at the gate in Sao Paulo, the airline refused our boarding the plane and said only "we don't like Kayak". We never boarded the plane and there was a credit to our credit card, so why are you asking how our flight went?"
Plussat: "When we arrived at the gate we were told they did not have us in the system and the one gate attendant told us that the airline did not like Kayak. We were then forced to stay in the airport hotel at a rate of almost $200.00 as we were unable to secure a flight on a different airline until the next day"

Plussat: "The crew that flew us there was great"
Miinukset: "they overbooked the flights and the way they communicated it to passengers was a complete disaster. I was able to board and travel but I had to sneak out of the actual line and show my visa appointment receipt to a latam staff person. It was very hard to talk to the staff most of them were just screaming "go to the line" and were not really keen to listening to what passengers had to say. I found a latam person that wasn't really dealing with this situation and managed to get him to talk to other latam staff about my visa appointment. It was pretty stressful for me to have to deal with the possibility of missing such an important event without a good reason."
Plussat: "Close to nothing. If i had to applaud something it would be the fact that you have an option to check in early via your mobile or laptop."
Miinukset: "LATAM was incredibly unprofessional, alarming, and entirely non-communicative. After a 3 hour delay that caused me (and tons of others) to miss a connecting international flight, LATAM’s telephone servers had the nerve to claim I was a no show and needed to pay them for my absence. This resulted in a long discussion where I was held on hold until they could adequately determine that yes i missed the flight because they held us late. This was the only way that i was able to avoid their charge to me for being a “no show.”"
Plussat: "Seats are fairly comfortable. Almost all planes have seats crammed too close together."

Miinukset: "With the red eye flight, there were limited food options. Probably what happens normally, but it was a third leg of a journey for us an we were hungry!"

For a midnight flight, I was really bummed to find out that my seat would not recline! My leg room on the A321 was lacking in comparison with GOL."

They are making too many mistakes such as not delivering basic information such as where to pick up luggage claim. Honest advice: look for alternatives and avoid big headaches"

I waited for this day for 6 months, I sold my car, just for this trip. never flying latam"
Miinukset: "customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life.. worse then any other place I've gone, they will not even try to look into your situation, they took my boarding pass and left me stuck in Houston. $1,000 put into their pocket with no service rendered. I hate my life"

Miinukset: "The food was poor. At least three middle rows did not have any entertainment. We reported the problem, the chief/supervisor flight attendant said that she was going to assign us new seats, she then disappear and did nothing to solve the problem. I spoke with another flight attendant requesting to speak with this supervisor again, she said that I rather voice my complaint through latam.com and the mentioned supervisor, not only lied to us, but never showed up. It appears that latam needs to reinforce their staff training or perhaps to renew their staff supervisors and train them to avoid unnecessary lies to their passengers."

Miinukset: "The flight attendant closed all the overhead bin doors...even though there was room in them and she INDICATED as much...so why did she close them DURING the ongoing boarding process. Very strange and very dumb!"
Miinukset: "The cliff notes of this debacle are, inbound flight arrived late to Montreal, I contacted AA social media team to make sure they could notify the gate of my connecting flight, they didn’t after they said they did. Flight arrived in Chicago a little early, I have to wait 15 min for my bags from the valet, I run to the next gate and arrive with 13 min to spare, the gate agent (not nice) goes I’m sorry we already closed the door. I’m like, huh? Then he has the gall to tell me, “well had someone called us we could of held your seat”. That’s when I lost it. Needless to say I’m now flying to Dayton and back to Dallas. That’s in lieu of a 3:50 PM flight TOMORROW!"
Plussat: "I slept the entire way because our flight was delayed and This was a connection flight for me but had now slept all day!!"

Miinukset: "Seats are uncomfortable and mine didn’t recline. No gluten free meals. Minimal inflight entertainment and they didn’t tell us to download the app until we were pulling away from gate. Cell service was bad and it didn’t download."
Miinukset: "The flight from Miami to Sao Paulo was delayed, therefore, I lost the flight from Sao Paulo to Asunción, those from Latam did not give me any solution and they sent me to the people of American Airlines saying it was their fault. I traveled 3 hours through the whole airport and they did not give me any solution, no new flight."

Miinukset: "Food isn't good. the connections can be offered in a much better and time efficient way but they were not. I had to change airports in NYC with a 7-hr layover while they could've flown me to JFK (there was available flights). Same thing with coming back, a long layover in Texas."

Miinukset: "LATAM deboarded me from the flight after I had boarded. They claimed American had cancelled my reservation because they did not think I would make my connection. I ran in order to make it and then instead of offering me information on the next flight they left me stranded with instructions to find American. Terrible, terrible customer service. I will think twice before booking a LATAM flight again."

Miinukset: "Boarding was over 30 minutes late which ruined my SF plans. The crew was mot welcoming walking on or off the flight. They were also very rude when serving, one even gave me a super nasty look and mumbled something under her breathe because she ran into me. Just a terrible experience. They also didn't tell me baggage prices when I was there just swiped my card."

Once it was solved my chair was broken and could not recline. It took them 3 hours to get this fixed and were rude to me the entire time. I told them I had never been treated so poorly on a plane."
