I'd have taken the elevator if I had known we had to walk all the way up. Regardless, my expectation of German airports and German engineering is high, but things we take granted in US like escalators are a luxury in Germany and clear directions are missing... on the oncoming flight we had to wait for a door to be unlocked while everyone was stuck in the aisle way and stairs.."

Miinukset: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Miinukset: "The flight to Amsterdam from Gdansk was late and I had to RUN to the connecting gate. 50 minutes is NOT ENOUGH time to go through passport control."

Miinukset: "Despised the cold temperature and cold draft in world business even with all vents shut off...gave me a head cold. Boarding was disorganized. There was no sense of direction; ergo, everyone was jumping in."
Plussat: "The crew was fantastic! Our needs were constantly being met and just about the time you thought you might want a snack or a meal, the attendants were already heading down the aisle. Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Miinukset: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."
Plussat: "Travel on Crostian Airlines did not pappen. KLM flight to Munich was cancelled and I was rescheduled on Air Setbia to Belgrade, the Split."

We were allowed a cabin bag and a small hand-bag in the flight but as we were among the last half of the passengers to board the flight we couldn't find anywhere to keep our luggage and the crew had to take them away from us to store them somewhere at the back far away from our seats. As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!"

Miinukset: "Well, small plane, cheap flight. Seats small and crowded. There was not even a place to put my water bottle. But for a short flight at the right time, it's fine. Crew made all kinds of announcements and sales pitches, bit annoying when you are trying to sleep."

Miinukset: "Confusing baggage policy. You are told to take your bag to the gate where it will be taken and put in the hold. It is not made clear that this bag must go through security with you and therefore cannot contain liquids. We had to jettison a lot of toiletries. When we got to the gate we were allowed to take the bags on anyway. What is the point of this?"
Miinukset: "I was already checked in and when I got to the counter they told me that I was not checked in even though I had my boarding passes printed. Almost lost he plane. They lost my luggage’s and very very very bad customer service. Would not recommend it."
Plussat: "Original price"
Miinukset: "We were on vacation with our 3 year old and spent almost 5 extra hours in the Budapest airport which ate up most of our day. We were notified of the delay 5 minutes before we checked in and could have caught a cab later in the day and enjoyed our last day in Budapest."
Plussat: "The lines to check in do not wrap around like most airlines- we stood on a line for over an hour and weren’t even near the front. Then they announced anyone on our flight needed to go to s different line to check in as we were nearing boarding time. In the rush we lost a jacket and no one from Ryan Air. Could care less. Not one smiling face! Awful!!!"
Miinukset: "Have one line for check in and then passengers can check in in order- quite fair! There was someone with a problem at the front of our line and we were dtuck there for over an hour!"

Miinukset: "I booked a flight using Kayak and did not receive a confirmation email with boarding pass. When I arrived to the airport they said that because I didn't have a boarding pass they need to print it and charged me 50 euro. I felt that this was a scam for Ryanair to make money off their customers. They said it was Kayak's fault that I did not receive a confirmation email. Then after my flight left, an email came. I want a refund of 50 euro."
Miinukset: "We are being transferred by bus to Ovda. The airport will be shut for the sabbath and nobody knows yet how we will get to Eilat which is a further 45 minutes away. We weren't given food, nothing. I still have to pick up urgent prescription medication from an available pharmacy before I get home. Horrible experience. What's worse Eilat Airport is closer and weather OK there today"

Plussat: "Flight to Budapest from Stansted airport took off on time and landed 40 minutes early. The flight home was on schedule and I had an aisle seat both ways, couldn't ask for more."
Miinukset: "Due to the high volume of passengers on the flight we had to put our luggage in the hold (for free) in both directions which caused a minor delay in our onward journey but nothing significant."
Plussat: "Great price to Pisa. I was asleep the entire flight so I didn't suffer too much from the seating"

Had to pay $50 to check a bag and $50 because I didn't ha s my tickets printed out. Then my flight proceeded to be delayed for 8 hours and nobody made any effort to help us understand what was going on"

Also they close the gate 30 minutes before and it takes 30 minotes to get to the gate Very difficult process so fate was closed and I had to pay 60 eu for luggage which was never clear anywhere and I had to check-in 3 hours before you have to check in before u can print the boarding pass so I was looking for a boarding pass but could t get it since I didn't know I had to check In???????? Mo5hi g explained anywhere!"
