Plussat: "The crew was super friendly and always gave the feeling that they want the customers to feel comfortable and enjoy the flight. One of the crew members even offered me to move to an emergency exit seat (without me asking to move) because I am tall. Amazing!"

When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Miinukset: "Because of our delayed departure from Minneapolis, we missed out connection in Chicago. We arrived at the gate for the London flight 15 minutes before departure. The gate agent told us we were too late to board. FAA records indicate the flight did not actually depart O'Hare until two hours after our arrival. The BA gate agent send us back to American Airlines Service deik which was swapped with people; we waited in line for 2 hours and had moved less than half way to the Service Desk. We gave up and went home. Considering the long delay in departure, why were we not allowed to board? Very unhappy with the outcome of this experience."

Miinukset: "There is not enough space to list everything. I paid $800 for a normally $300 flight, then paid an extra $75 for the ability to board early so I could store my very small roller carry-on. The in-bound flight was 2 hours late and even though I could track that easily, and assumed our flight would also be two hours late, the AA website insisted the outbound flight would be on time. So like everyone else, I went to the airport. And it wasn't until just before the original departure time that the update was indicated. Really?? If I knew the flight was going to be two hours late,that means AA knew, and didn't care enough about their passengers to advise them. Then when we boarded, my bag was taken away for gate check because the flight did not allow roller bags. After I paid extra. How can AA not advise you when you book your flight that roller bags would not be allowed?? Talk about a money-grab. I unfortunately have a return ticket and am not wealthy enough to throw it away and book on another airline, but I would if I could. I will never fly AA again and I will share my story far and wide."

They were hard and so narrow I had to sit crooked in the seat to keep from getting banged into by the service carts and every person going by to the bathrooms. I'm not tiny, but I'm not huge either, it was just overcrowded. It was also very hot in the airplane the entire way from Phoenix to Spokane. My husband, who is always cold, was even hot."

And “AA” has a really good reputation ... so pretty bummed out ... the apologized ... and did what hey could to make the flight more pleasant ... but i’m here for my daughter who’s having surgery in the morning and .. it’s now 0107 and we should have been here at 2356 ... and we are all tired"

Plussat: "The air stewardesses were extremely cordial and continuously asked if the passengers needed anything many times during the flight. It's a small gesture but I appreciated it very much. Free wifi (for movies/in-flight entertainment) was also a plus."
Plussat: "I gate checked in the stroller at LAX. When it was pretty much dumped in front of me at LHR with an unspecified apology, the sun hood was bent so it doesn't fold right anymore, there's scuff marks on the side, there's a part missing from the left wheel and it drags to one side now. Not happy. If I'd been told, we'll take this off you and damage it, I might have checked it normally. Our car seat was fine."

Miinukset: "It may be La Guardia Airport that is the one to blame and not AA, but long story short I was on the airplane on the ground in NY for about 5 hours. We had a domino effect of things happen that caused us to be delayed and then cancelled. First a Gate change to a different terminal after boarding was suppose to begin so we had to take a shuttle over and we're still missing 50 passengers, Engine problem that required maintenance, refuel because we were in the plane on the ground waiting for so long, deplane and replane for 10 mins because of a law, on the runway and back to the gate for all these different occasions. When they finally let us off the plane after all these hours it was because of weather (although the skies were blue and the pilot was confident it wouldn't be an issue) they didn't actually cancel the flight until 5pm, my flight was suppose to take off at 9am. They were also required by law to give us free snacks Bc we hadn't eaten all day or had fresh air--these were all chips and soda...in gluten free so I had to starve. AA customer relations said they couldn't compensate because the issue that was documented in their records for my flight cancellation was because of "weather"... my flight couldn't be rescheduled until the following afternoon, making me have to cancel work 2 days in a row and pay for multiple taxis and and extra night of boarding. I will NEVER fly AA or La Guardia again."

Plussat: "Staff was honest. Pilot and ground representative kept us updated."
Miinukset: "Delay while we waited for a crew from Denver and nobody cleaned the plane while they waited. Instead the crew arrives quite late to find a dirty plane. While the plane was being cleaned our Co-pilot was reassigned. We waited on the plane while they scouted up a different co-pilot. This caused another delay. Staff did the best they could but the organizational incompetence was not lost on the passengers."
Plussat: "Did not catch that flight. Delayed about 8 hours."
Miinukset: "Boarding started almost an hour late but the status never went to delayed (they just said it was on time but kept pushing the boarding time back). Arrived in CLT with only 20 min before the next flight departure."
Miinukset: "Apparently Finnair leases a Hilly plane and crew for this flight right now, so it wasn't quite the same."
Plussat: "a fast paced cabin crew! superb!"
Miinukset: "economy seats had my knees jammed into the seat back ahead. Couldn't sleep a wink."
Plussat: "The crew was excellent, timing was superb,"
Miinukset: "Having to wait 30 minutes at a tarmac for another airplane to clear the gate took forever."
