Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.
Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.
Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.
Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

We were informed that the plane "ran out of overhead bin space" halfway through boarding, and the rest of the passengers not yet boarded would have to check their bags, even if there were carry-on size. There were at least a few of us that were going overseas, with a good chance that checked luggage would get lost in multiple plane transitions. It was very frustrating to board the plane and realize that there were several bins completely empty and plenty of space for at least several suitcases. The staff just shrugged their shoulders and said "there's nothing we can do about it." As predicted, my husband and I arrived in Edinburgh without luggage and did not recover our bags for 3 days. Had we been allowed to bring our carry on luggage, this situation could have been avoided, as the remainder of our flights had plenty of bin space.

It was three hours delayed. If they knew people were delayed from other planes they shouldn’t have boarded us yet. We spent two hours just waiting on the plane

BA booked me on the flight but failed to change my ticket from the original flight causing me to miss the flight from Kansas City. At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."

It is not free - you have to purchase - They ran out of red wine (which was free) by the end of the first meal. Do you keep just one bottle for this big 777 fight. - Overall experience was horrible."

Disappointed with the work of the staff in checking hand luggage, negligent attitude, inefficient, incredibly slow, extremely unprofessional luggage security service!!! Discrimination for the transportation of women's cosmetic bags! they don’t say anything to someone, but to someone with the same set of cosmetic bags in which everything is the same - mascara and foundation make brains, in every possible way find reasons to find fault🥵🤬
The crew was nice and premium economy was great.
Spend 10HOURS on the phone to get on scheduled plane. BA made wrong date and was send in circles. 11houts before flight I bought different tickets to get back on time to LAX. No help from Finnair, British Airways and Kayak. Had so much stress and insanity from representatives about my flight. Kayak MUST have 24 hours live person. Was calling from Vilnius and getting machine from noon until 6pm, Vilnius time. Does Kayak knows calling rates!!! This was WORST experience ever!!!
T5 very easy to check in, security was a pain. Boarding was very easy. Flew with Finnair, most enjoyable, great crew.

I paid for a seat and was asked to move for an older couple that needed more leg room. I’m frustrated that I paid for a specific seat and lucked out that I didn’t have anyone in my row for an 11 hour flight and was asked to move to the row directly in front of the restrooms and had a full row of people. I would like my money refunded for that seat purchase.
I loved the FinnAir blueberry juice
Flight was delayed and they didn’t have any vegetarian meal options. You had to reserve online for a vegetarian meal. On other airlines you don’t have to reserve your meal restrictions. I was left starving the whole flight because they only had one meal option which was meat.
Brand value pull us, however not up to the mark
The seats in the Airbus flight from JFK to HEL were a bit uncomfortable. The layover in Helsinki airport was boring because there were no stores open in the terminal and there was almost nothing to do for 3 hours.
Kayak cancelled my return flight without notifying me. Fortunately, British Airways got me on the same flight with modified connections.

Miinukset: "there was a slight problem with the food. there was a large percentage of the flight that was Israeli and therefore respects basic Jewish tradition of not mixing meat with milk. One of the meals was pasta with sauce (which was supposed to be the least popular meal) and a meal with chicken and rice. the rice had cheese in it, a large percentage of the people on the flight were unable to eat it. Only after finding out about the cheese did I understand why no one took te chicken dish."

Miinukset: "the lack of anyone willing to assist me in the airport, over the phone, online. i was not able to check in had to call customer service several times because i was getting hung up on or told that nothing could be done to check me in, issue me boarding passes or just answer general questions. Went to the airport 3 hours prior for a transatlantic flight like recommended (6:45). The attendants showed up to the desk at 8, with no sign as to when they would show up even though the desk was getting called constantly starting at 7am. was told that in dublin we would have to check in to flight and we would be assigned seats then. even thought the attendant printed our boarding passes for the connecting flight but did not give them to us. When in dublin was told that we had already been checked in and we could have been assigned our seats in madrid by the connections desk. When talking to others on same flight they told us they were allowed to checkin into all flights and had no issues at the airport"

Miinukset: "Flight delayed - missed connection. Had to spend a night in Canada - it cut my vacation short in Paris by one day and had to re-organize my plans. Never again Air Canad - spoke with some apathetic ticker agents - did not care to listen. No options provided to us, Air canada made up their mind hours before we landed. Missed the connection flight by less than 30mins because of Air Canada shenanigans."

Plussat: "Basically the same budget airline, BUT unlike a previous Germanwings experience, on time, no boarding issues, great crew. This was connecting flight with Air Canada. This time around seating was in the roomier front section which was infinitely better than the "cheap seats" near the back."
Miinukset: "Food is rubbish. Why bother. Just give us water and have done with it!"

Miinukset: "It took two air hostesses two hours to service the entire cabin. There is a training issue. I would not fly air canada again."

Plussat: "Liked everything about this new class of service on Air Canada. Seat was comfortable with good recline that didn't interfere with fellow passengers. Food was excellent, entertainment system was well stocked, flight attendants were friendly and high energy. Even got to use lounge and fast-track security lane at Heathrow."
Miinukset: "Zero complaints."
Miinukset: "The temperature control system was broken so the cabin temperature was upwards of 90F for the entire flight. The flight crew wouldn't acknowledge the issue until we had landed."
Plussat: "The plane itself was fairly comfortable, and every seat had its own TV/movie screen, which was nice."
Miinukset: "Our flight was delayed six hours and fifteen minutes, and the entire six hours and fifteen minutes was filled with poor communication. No one could tell us what was going on. There was rarely even an Air Canada representative at our gate's desk area. We were given nothing to remotely compensate for our very long delay aside from a few thanks and a puny bag of pretzels."
Miinukset: "My Original flight was cancelled 3 hours prior to departure. Had to wait long lines at Air Canada customer service. Due to slowness of process, was not able to take other departing flights to other close airports. Had to stay the night at hotel."

Miinukset: "The flight attendant looked like she was drunk. The flight was overbooked and the boarding agent asked people to stay for a later flight. There was also a Air Canada crew member who looked like he was on standby for our flight, his last name was Campbell. Once we boarded the plane we noticed that the crew member had been given a seat on the plane, where a mother with three children that was also on standby had to stay for a later flight. Not sure how 1) you overbook a flight, and much less 2) give a seat to a crew member over a customer."
Miinukset: "Airline oversold seats for my son's flight -- even though I bought my ticket back in April for a flight in November. This is absolutely ridiculous."
Plussat: "Quick fast and no bother"

Miinukset: "Food was terrible even for flight standards. No screens or movies shown. Had to have pre-downloaded the ap to watch movies. No wi-fi available for purchase. On one of the drink passes I was skipped."

Miinukset: "Main connecting flight no screens but could use my iPad for to access entertainment. It would be lot useful to supply means peering your pad, even an USB port would be good. Felt sorry for the passengers who didn't have one, but had rent one for $10 to for the entertainment Also from experience the choices was not outstanding"
Miinukset: "There was a thunderstorm & a wreck that morning, so even though we planned to arrive 90 minutes before boarding we ended up not making it until avout 62 minutes before flight time. They only had one gate agent and she stepped away before we could check in. Assuming she'd be right back, we waited for her instead of checking in by terminal. By the time she returned it was too late to check in and they wouldn't let us board. Air Canada didn't have another flight until the next day, so we had to spend $5000 to re-book our flight on a different airline."

Miinukset: "They cancelled the sat flite. Little communication . Left us after 6 hours and 11 pm to fend for our selves with no luggage. No compensation. It was awful."
Plussat: "In spite of the issues with the equipment (screens & lights) he crew was very reactive and listen to our request."
Miinukset: "The screens of an entire row didn't work at all making it impossible to watch movies, listen to music or watch the flight's info. On top of that, when I wanted to read, I figured the light above my seat did not work either."
Miinukset: "Our flight originating in Halifax was 1.5 hours delayed and we knew there was no way we would make our connecting flight in Toronto with a 40 min window to pass through customs, US immigration, and reenter security into the US bound F gates. We requested to be rebooked for early the following day to avoid being stranded in Toronto. Acknowledging it was unlikely we could make the connection, the staff told us that because the computer didn't list it as a "missed connection", they could not take any steps to rebook us. Of course, we missed the connection and were stranded for an entire 24 hours in Toronto with two small children."
Plussat: "I liked my seat in the back, the crew, the movies, and the food."
Miinukset: "The two different technical issues they had that made us leave almost two hours late and caused me to miss my connecting flight."
Plussat: "The aircraft was very new and the food was good for airline food and they had vegetarian options."
Miinukset: "The boarding process was very unorganized. Roughly 20 people were not assigned seats and had to receive their seats at the gate. However when we all stood in line, the crew did not help anyone but talked with one another and then only one helped for about two minutes before disappearing. I was second in line and I stood there for over 30 minutes. Then once we boarded the flight, the crew was very rude when speaking to customers. Overall the crew was very unorganized and extremely rude."
Plussat: "A United Airlines employee assisted me by answering questions that I had. This same employee actually came to find me when the Air Canada ticket gate opened early and knew I was waiting to get my boarding pass. Greatly appreciated.."

Miinukset: "Barely any entertainment for the 11 hour flight because no one advised me to download their app to access their small selection. Also, first international flight that wanted to charge for beer (highest price I've seen)."

Miinukset: "Sat on tarmac in United plane at destination (Denver) from 2:40 pm to 3:35 pm. Waiting on a gate to unload...just long enough to miss my 3:30 pm United connecting flight. Why couldn’t United have delayed the connecting flight a few minutes knowing we were sitting in another of their planes just a few feet away?"
Miinukset: "They delayed so long that I had to reschedule for another day. This is after watching planes to other possible locations take off before United would switch peoples tickets. This was after a 4 hour layover completely disappeared. They should have been able to reroute planes or something after the first 2 hours of delays since it was for a weather phenomena that gives tons of warning (at least 24 hours)."

Miinukset: "Was charged $150 for a lap child traveling from us to Mexico. Did not expect this since we called prior to the flight To ask of any fees."
Miinukset: "Gate personnel was unable to direct my 77 year old mother where package claim was. Being unable to go to the gate without a ticket I was unable to assist her. She wandered for about 35 minutes before I could decipher where she was at and was able to direct her by phone. The gate personnel just told her to follow everyone else. What a thing to say to someone."

Plussat: "Flight was delayed by mechanical difficulties and weather in Newark. Boarding was confused, and the announcements in KC were muffled. Once in the air, The crew was exceptional, explaining what the strategy was for avoiding as much turbulence as they could."
Miinukset: "I didn't get to fly because there was a mismatch in the booking for my name. Listed as Michael Murray Joseph but my name on my passport is Michael Joseph Murray"

By the time the flight was allowed to take off, the dinner onb the flight had sat too long and they were not allowed to serve it. They gave us a coupon for $20 buck to eat dinner at San Francisco airport upon arrival but of course no restaurant is open at 2:00 am."
Plussat: "Everything went perfectly! Check-in easy, security line fast...gate support was professional and pleasant, flight attendants great, pilot very friendly & it was a jammed packed flight!"

Miinukset: "A passenger had to move because of an allergy to the "emotional support dog" in the seat next to her. They moved her before the rest of the flight had boarded, so the seating got messed up and took quite a bit of time to sort out. The flight crew seemed to be extremely put off by the whole scenario and couldn't seem to keep their displeasure professionally under control. I ended up volunteering to move because the passengers who caused the problem refused to bend. For all the crew's displeasure, they didn't handle the passengers, the passengers handled them."

Very very Attentive and friendly!"
