Priority boarding of Easy Jet is waste of money because all the passengers board the plane at the same time.
The boarding was horrible. I was told by email, to chekin at the airport, because it was impossible to do it on line for my 3 children. Nothing more. We arrived at the airport 3 hours before departure. The stewardess told us, it was not working for children and told us to call easyjet in France. The answer of easyjet France was : the departure is in less than 2 hours, so we can do nothing. Can you immagnie the stressfull situation. My wife and my younger child were crying !! I allready imagined how it would be difficult to cancel the return flight, the hotel, and activities we booked and paied... Fortunatly the stewardess was fantastic and decided to call for us easyjet London. Easyjet London explained there was a suspicion of fraud during the booking, and all was blocked except my paiment... Of course easyjet took my money... They decided to cancel my booking and book again in the same time. During this treatment, the stewardess forgot to check in our cabin suitcase. I can't blame her because she solved the problem. BUT when we arrived a the gate we where told to pay again 29€ for the suitecase that was not booked at the second booking... Today : Can you tell me who I have to write to to get this 29 € refunded? Thanks in advance. Kind regards

Miinukset: "During Boarding there were two entrances, from the front of the plane and from the back. The crew misdirected passengers and passengers with the lower seat numbers boarded from the back. Passengers with higher seat numbers boarded through the font entrance. Getting to your seat felt very crowded."

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed for an hour an a half and only landed at 12.30am. Missed my Gatwick express connection (as nexttraij wouldn’t be for another 2 hours 40 mins. So I ended up spending £120 on Uber to get home."

Miinukset: "That the crew kept pushing us to sit or to wait, they had ya sitting in that plane for ages and then didn’t let us use the bathroom while the plane wasn’t even moving and then rushed us out when we finally landed so they could start the following flight. I had to wait hours, they can wait two. The staff was also super disorganized and kept having arguments and miscommunication on he aisle. Very unorofessional"

Miinukset: "I prepaid to check my 2 roller bags and no one was at the drop off so they charged me TWICE the crazy expensive fee to check it at the gate while others with guitars and duffle bags were allowed on. Our bags would have fit in the overheads."
Miinukset: "Per the airline, passengers are allowed 1 personal item such as a purse or computer bag PLUS 1 carry on that falls within size parameters. When my daughter and I went to board we, along with several other passengers were pulled aside. We were told that our personal item had to be placed into our carry on or we would need to pay Eu60 to check a bag each. There was not enough time before flight to get someone in charge to talk to so we paid to check 2 bags."

Miinukset: "Boarding process always feels more irritating than it should."
Plussat: "Staff were lovely and very attentive, and frequently passed through with bags to collect rubbish so you didn't have to sit with it for hours. Overall it was a relatively comfortable flight despite being a bit on the cramped side. A female crew member handled a disruptive group promptly and very calmly during the safety demonstration which others may have just ignored."
Miinukset: "Seats don't recline and padding is very thin. Food is overpriced (£2.50 for a tea, £14 for bacon roll and drink with "free" crisps) brought my own food so wasn't an issue but it was extortionately priced and put me off buying any other snacks or drinks. No entertainment. Unfortunately boarding was late and a bit chaotic, which led to a half hour wait after flight restrictions were placed."

Miinukset: "Paying for coke and coffee. Silly business, we chose not too. I expect to pay for alcohol bevs, not for water, coke, tea, coffee, etc."

Perhaps you could Justify £10 but 50 euro!! Why do they try so hard to rip there customers off at every turn"

Miinukset: "We arrived at the airport over 90 minutes before our flight and were never warned we’d be charged a hefty fee if we didn’t check in ahead of time. We did try to check in prior, but there was an error in my confirmation code and it didn’t work. They told us we couldn’t get on our flight, then charged us $487 euros to take a different flight and required us to check all our bags! A total scam and they were extremely rude!!"

Miinukset: "I find it incredibly ridiculous that a flight is half full and I’m deliberately seated away from my husband just so Ryan Air can make an extra £4 per seat. I get that they want to make money but that’s pushing it too far. I sat next to someone who was also traveling with someone else. That lady’s companion came back and told her the seat next to her was empty. By then everyone was already settled in. Is it really worth the £8 for two people? I’m sorry but that’s just petty."
Miinukset: "As usual with ryan air it's all about the cash. Missed my flight because of lip balm and a baggage check and then when I asked for help. They basically did nothing. I will never fly with you again. Luckily managed to get a B.A flight for £95.00 the same day and Ryan air wanted £413.00"

Miinukset: "I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my flight. When it was time to check in at the airport I was greeted with a scowl and was told I needed to pay 80€ per ticket because I didn’t check in 2 hours before. In all my flying I have never heard of this kind of policy. They were uncompromising and rude. They also demanded an additional charge of 50€ for my checked bag which should have been 1€, apparently, had I complied with the unknown terms."

Expect to pay extra if you print your ticket at the airport, pay for luggage at the airport, opt for a reserved seat. Don't expect complimentary snacks and drinks (available for purchase). Their Sky Mall magazine is the entertainment and gets passed out (recommend you bring your own entertainment). These are all necessary to keep these flights very low cost! It is worth it!"

Miinukset: "Due to a technical problem of the aircraft a site inspection was needed. - While waiting, the lead flight attendent, Anikó was chit-chatting in Hungarian with some passengers, sharing different information in an unacceptable, non-professional manner (how often and why Ryanair flights are delayed, how passengers act in such cases, she only had 2h sleep the previous night, etc). A disgrace both for the airline and her profession!"

Had to pay $50 to check a bag and $50 because I didn't ha s my tickets printed out. Then my flight proceeded to be delayed for 8 hours and nobody made any effort to help us understand what was going on"

Plussat: "Very smooth flight. Flight crew was very professional and dressed well. My flight from Dublin to Glasgow was under 40 minutes and I was really impressed."

Plussat: "I needed a glass of water as soon as I boarded to take some tablets as I was starting to feel unwell. The crew accommodated this immediately and were very pleasent."
Miinukset: "Why people don't just pay if they want to sit together. It is that way now so go with it rather than main and play chess on the plane, asking people if they will change seats. Sort it out your adults. Surely you can cope for a few hours?"
Plussat: "I sat in the front row and had plenty of leg room. A crew member kindly switched my middle seat for his window seat for which I was very grateful."
Miinukset: "Ryanair did not offer any food or beverage for "free" (i.e., included in the price of our ticket). It was a huge hassle to get our boarding passes printed. We needed to do this in order to be spared a €50/person penalty which I think is outrageous. Boarding was a little intense."
Miinukset: "Couldn't check in early on the app because of US passport. Nothing directed us to the website, saying we could check in there. 2 hour shift before the flight was looking for a kiosk to check in- they had none. Had to pay $100 euros just to check in at the desk."
Miinukset: "The customer service agent was horribly rude. When asked her name, because she wasn't wearing a name tag, she said "Oh, you'd like my name? I'll be sure to write it down for you." I never ended up getting her name, but the way she treated me and my fiancé - as two customers that were very much over paying - was inappropriate and unprofessional. Never again will I fly RyanAir."
