Sopiva lämpötila, tilava economy ja leffojen lisäksi myös sarjoja. Ruoka oli ihan ok, eikä tietysti voi miellyttää kaikkia.

Koneeseen pakkautumista voisi järkevöittää, esim. rivi tai muutama kerrallaan, jottei syntyisi ryntäylyä ja hässäkkää.
Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.
Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.
Premiere economy -luokkaan voisi kuulua ruoka
Tehokasta, mukavaa, uutta ja miellyttävää. Homma toimi. Hyvät unet!

Vähän myöhässä muuten kaikki sujui loistavasti
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.
Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä
Lentokentällä saimme apua kahdesta pisteestä.
Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.

Boarding and online chkin was very good, food was not to the expectations.

I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."

Miinukset: "One of the engine was smoking just as we took off. This should have been checked beforehand that it was working correctly. The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

Miinukset: "newer touch screens were great except viewing angle couldn't be adjusted. standard food was horrible, esp for an international flight; not sure if specialty diets have better meals. kid movies were dubbed into many language options but Chinese was not one for ANY kid films. bathrooms with the same crappy mini sinks that you can't really wash your hands in, esp if someone pukes in it. they should all learn from Japan's ANA airliners with the motion sensor sinks with faucets raised up high enough for you to wash your hands without touching the gross basin."

It was a low cost ticket on a very convenient transatlantic flight from RDU, "Easyjet" pricing brings "Easyjet" seating. I have flow a lot, 3MM miles on UA alone, and this reminded me why AA did not get much of my business! I will have to revert to the "Continentalised" UA (another sore point!)."

Since it was a night flight and overhead lights were off to prevent disturbance, I needed to use reading light. Well, the reading light was not working. I called a flight attendant to assist me. She tried to help me, but confirmed that it was out of order. 4) There was not information regarding terminal for my connecting flight. Captain kindly referred us to look up this information on our individual screens. Mine was not working, neither was the screen of the passengers next to me. Not helpful at all."

Plussat: "The crew was great & the food was good. Service was good."
Miinukset: "BA doesn’t let you reserve seats when you book your flights, even for business class, never heard of that with any other airline, that’s just not right when you are spending so much money. Luckily for me the seat next to me was vacant, hence it was fine, otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable as it is a little too tight. on the 777 having 8 seats in a row is a tight space even with all the configuration."
Plussat: "The only good thing was that the flight departed on time. On arrival we had to go into a holding pattern, then once on the ground, there was a glitch and we were held on the place for about 30 minutes. We did make our next flight, however, but some people missed theirs."
Miinukset: "No food was offered -- except to buy -- even though it was breakfast-time. This was a very disappointing flight!"
Plussat: "So glad you do not charge for a blanket like so many airline bed (Norwegian Air for example). Staff on BA tend to be professional and low key eg quiet on long haul evening flights. It allows passengers to sleep."
Miinukset: "I appreciate economy is the low end but now realise I should eat before boarding or bring my own food. Apart from the salad, it was inedible."
Plussat: "The meals were reasonably nice and the flight was on time"
Miinukset: "The entertainment screens were old and not clear and not easy to use. The crew was not efficient, not very friendly and not very accommodating. They offered minimal service, contrary to another crew on the A380 flight with BA going from LHR to JNB. Between flights, I guess I saw the better and the worse of BA."
Miinukset: "Flight was cancelled less than 12 hours prior to departure. The airlines switched our flight to one that ended at a different airport (where our car was not located). Called the airlines multiple times but only heard a message that they were "busy". British airlines was again unable to help us at the airport. We had to go to American to have them "hack in" and adjust our British airway flight itenerary. I will never fly British airlines again. They couldn't have been less helpful if they tried"
Plussat: "The plane take off and landing were great. The cabin crew were pleasant."
Miinukset: "Boarding was confusing as announcements were hard to hear about zones. The plane was old and run down. The top of my arm rest had a plastic cover that kept falling off. There was no entertainment on the plane. It was a 2 hour flight from Madrid to London and we didn't not get any refreshments for free. I would at least expect a drink and pretzels as that's standard everywhere else."
Plussat: "The crew was excellent and attentive and I was mostly comfortable."
Miinukset: "Food was awful! In a 7:30 hour flight just one small meal and one bar for breakfast! They ran out of tomato juice the first round and there was only one round of drinks in the whole flight!!"
Plussat: "The crew was nice"
Miinukset: "There was absolutely no room for me in the seat. It was very cramped. The planes from Dublin to Munich and Munich to London looked dated and shabby. There was no entertainment available. The food was mediocre to bad."
Miinukset: "I didn't have a flight to Baltimore. This was a booking error; one of many mistakes AA made in a 24 hour window."
Miinukset: "The only issue I had was having to check my bag. I didn't feel it was necessary."
Miinukset: "crew told my husband the flight was too full and asked if he would leave it with her and he would get it after the flight. She ended up checking it and told him he had to get it in baggage claim. This flight was already 1.5 hours delayed and we had a connecting flight from London to US that left in 30 minutes. We were not able to go to baggage claim to get the luggage. We then found out she never tagged it and they had no way of linking it with him."
Miinukset: "Not sure if I am more unhappy with Kayak for not warning me or British Airways for charging me €75 for eached checked baggage. Even a sofa or tea cost money on this flight. Should think twice before booking this airline!"
Miinukset: "The ticket was 3,000 dollars and the service was worse than usual"
Plussat: "I had heard that BA had the best service, configurations and staff in Europe. There wasn't much I liked on this flight. Didn't like concept on business class seats. The crew was cavalier about service. Small item, I was poured a glass of red wine and it was handed to me with spillage on the stem that dripped all over tray and me. No thought to wipe bottom before handing it to me. Everything about them was a lack of attention and asking for assistance was a bother. Food so so. Not impressed. They sold me a legal connection but my bag missed it. Landing disorganized. Busses to terminal took to long given we were 10 minutes late."
Miinukset: "Good movies. Limited selection. But old British TV shows fun."
Plussat: "It all went smoothly and was on time"
Plussat: "Arrived early and smooth flight !!!!"
Miinukset: "Service was good a quick flight ."
Plussat: "Crew fabulous. Comfortable plane and seats."
Miinukset: "This leg was fine. Would give BA high marks"
Miinukset: "The flight was cancelled. Very poor organisation. Lack of communication. Our rights were not explained to us and no information material was made available. No reason was given for the cancellation. The flight was rescheduled to the morning at 7am and then again rescheduled at noon. Still to be seen..."
Plussat: "The flight attendants were courteous and friendly. Boarding was easy."
Miinukset: "The designer of the business class seats used by British Aiways is surely an acrobat who flies no longer that's two hours. And those at British Aiways who bought into this design probably don't fly at all. Passengers who are sitting in a window seat must literally walk over the passenger in the aisle seat in order to get to the aisle. Flight attendants must serve the passengers on window seats right over those sitting in the aisles. The seats are narrow, and if you're sitting in the aisle, you don't even have a space to put your bottle of water or reading glasses. I can go on and on. Lastly, the entertainment seat on 63 A&B dint work so we flew without watching movies at all. This is my last flight on British if I can manage."
Miinukset: "Spent $2000 on a flight SFO to London / Toulouse, expected a better seat and experience. Plane was old, seats uncomfortable, food horrible. No snacks available in between two horrible meals."
Plussat: "Staff was friendly and I liked that a meal was offered"
Miinukset: "My seat back entertainment didn't work, so that made for a boring flight. Flight staff would say things like "I will check on that "or "I will be right back to look into that "but they never returned. Also the food was pretty bad in my opinion. And the fact that they started at the front end of the flight was not optimal because we had to keep our chair backs up instead of being able to sleep. I personally would have preferred breakfast. Leaving at 8pm, most people had already eaten."
Plussat: "I did pay the extra for the upgrade and I loved the extra leg room (never mind being next to an empty seat) and the food was awesome. Which is saying something. And when offered wine with my meal she made sure to let me know that they has sparkling wine! Crew was great."
Miinukset: "We could have seen the crew more. They were great when we saw them and it was an overnight flight so they were trying (I'm assuming) not to wake people. But it was a but sad for those of us who didn't sleep. Would have been nice to been offered an extra snack."
