Miinukset: It was good enough.

Plussat: inflight staff are good but on the ground staff at airport need a great deal of improvement

Miinukset: Delayed arrival at Bangalore by more than 1 hour.

Miinukset: With the coronavirus breakout it was better if they pass disinfectant wipes especially before meals

Plussat: I missed my flight.

Miinukset: Helped me get a different flight. I got zero help getting another flight. Or any credit.

Plussat: Row of seats to myself. Free coffee.

Miinukset: Coffee refill.

Plussat: The plane was nice and comfortable. The flight was only about 40 minutes.

Miinukset: Everything was fine. A very quick, easy flight at the end of a long day for me.

Miinukset: my first flight overseas. friendly staff. movies ..headphones..pillow and blankets included. 2 beverages included with meal. only downside was paying for checked bag. looks like that is included on the return flight so that won't be and issue on the way home. no issues with carryons.

Plussat: My first part of the flight, from SFO to CPH, was good. It was the second part that was terrible.

Miinukset: SAS never emailed the second boarding ticket and there was no agent at the gate to help me print one. I paid $20 days in advance for a front aisle seat (6E), but was boarded last (group H) and had to put my carry-on in aisle 26. The stewardess was very rude and seemed racist towards me.

Plussat: Loved the wine hour, location, access to bikes and lovely breakfast buffet! Service was super friendly, too.

Miinukset: I hate paying for water but I seem to do this all over town.

Miinukset: Surprised to find out that there was no rock/metal playlist available within music menu, considering that Finnish artists/bands are famous worldwide and very proficient in this genre.

Plussat: The lie-flat seats were just great .

Miinukset: Storage space should be made available beside the seats , especially during take-off and landing. There is none right now , and that's in Business class.

Plussat: We've lucky to sit in the emergency exit row. Lots of space!

Plussat: They hand out wine like it's candy

Miinukset: Delayed flight, missed connecting flight due to that. On the ground staff should have better coordinated from arrival to boarding of next flight. Chaotic and short staffed security personnel at Frankfurt airport. Overall a pathetic experience

Plussat: The crew were friendly enough and willing to serve.

Miinukset: The seat could have been thicker and softer for greater comfort--instead, it was thin and flimsy. There should also be greater space/pitch between the rows of seats.

Miinukset: Internet speed is weak.

Plussat: There was nothing really special or to write home about on this particular Lufthansa flight: it got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Miinukset: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Plussat: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Miinukset: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Plussat: Crew was nice

Miinukset: The aisle between seats is too small. There is barely any room for a cart to pass through. If you have any arm out on the aisle arm rest you

Plussat: Space, seats, movies.

Miinukset: I was on a seat at the end, after my seat, the stewardess had their closet and they kept hitting (very strongly) the back of my seat with the door, all the time. They woke me up several times. So not good.
