Even then I had to ask the flight attendant, they did not ask me. No entertainment on the flight, magazines were rather pricy so I read a book and caught up with some sleep."

( The pizza was good the muffin was processed gross. ) I didn't eat all the items and still felt yucky from poor nutrition. A piece of fruit in place of muffin, dessert, crackers would help a lot."

Even though there were only 13 empty seats, they made an effort to find us a place with an empty seat between us."
Miinukset: "We were stopped and grilled by AA personnel as if we were potential terrorists, even though we had TSA Pre-check clearly listed on our boarding cards. flight was 1 hr delayed boarding. Since the plane was a 747 and there were stronger than average headwinds, we had to stop in Bangot to refuel. Net result: 2 3/4 hr late arrival."

Miinukset: "Entertainment system does not work. Since this is a technical aspect about the airplane that I CAN judge, I wonder about the parts that are invisible to me. Are these planes actually air worthy?"

Miinukset: "I missed my flight from Chicago to Paris. Because I purchased it through Kayak instead of directly through Finnair or American Airlines, their 'hands were tied' and they could not reroute nor reschedule me. Not only that, but because I was not on the flight to Paris, my returning flights were automatically cancelled. While this is probably included in the fine print etc., I find it ridiculous. There should be a better alternative for people who miss their flights than forcing them to pay a lump sum that is higher than the original ticket price in order to reschedule their ticket. Moral of the story: BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY THROUGH KAYAK OR SIMILAR AGENCIES, BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS."

Miinukset: "The people working at the American Airline counters at the Philly International Airport are very unhelpful and rude. When the check-in kiosk said to get assistance from a rep, the reps told me they could not move from behind their counters. The TSA people people were worse. They treat passengers as if they are dogs, never saying please or thank you, but giving commands in condescending tones to people."

The first being a cartoon by the way. I'm sure the 3 children on board had a great time watching it. 2 bathrooms on a 9-hour flight for the entire coach cabin? One of which was near the front. Can you guess what the plane smelled like by the time we landed? Let's discuss the fact that passengers had to be "shuttled" to the plane because of construction. I paid additional for Group 1 boarding, so great I got to get on the shuttle first. Those that came after me also were the last to board the shuttle and the first to get on the plane. Thanks, American, for showing me again why I use you as a last resort. Had I known it was American and NOT Finnair, as I purchased it, I would have re-thought my purchase."

Poor check in/No partner flight numbers listed: I booked a Finnair flight, it was operated by American Airlines, which is fairly common, but neither JFK or CDG listed the partner flight number or Finnair anywhere - which led to slow and confusing check in when neither Finnair nor AA could find my reservation"

Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."

Plussat: "Very helpful cabin crew and did well to communicate in English to me. Flight was on time and landed ahead of schedule"
Miinukset: "Entertainment system had to be rebooted as it did not work Small screen handset was not working for the entire flight food selection was not as big as KLM or China Eastern Bathroom on board was smaller than KLM or China Eastern which meant changing into more comfortable clothing for the night flight"

Miinukset: "Booked assistance and got dumped at the gate 3hrs before departure, no English spoken and didn't even ask if my mum needed the bathroom or if we wanted to do some shopping. Just in a rush to get rid of us. Flying only KLM from now."

Miinukset: "The company simply lets passengers board a fulled booked flight with far too much luggage. Result, take off 20 minutes late because there was not enough room for luggage in the overhead compartments. I was flying with just a small backpack that went under the seat"

Miinukset: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

Plussat: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Miinukset: "I’ll say the same thing about almost every flight I have, and this is mostly for the airlines. People might fly more and pay a bit more if you give us more room. Being crammed into a tiny seat with a bunch of strangers is never pleasant. Same in this flight. Nothing terrible, just the usual. Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

Miinukset: "The flight was late by half an hour and I had to pay 60€ because my cabin bag was 2kg heavier than allowed."

Plussat: "The crew was friendly. Baggage arrive safely. But the repeated commercial interruptions trying to sell things made me wonder if it was commission based - a nap was not possible from the announcements but you could buy things duty free. I am glad it was a short flight. A new plane."
Miinukset: "There are no queues. A free for all to load and unload the plane. If you are looking for Swiss order, look elsewhere. Nothing is free, not water (1.5 euro) or any other beverages or anything else. We paid double what the flight should cost to not even be offered water. The seats were lightly padded to maximize seats. There was a small amount of leg room but some. No power outlets, wifi or media. The worst aspect is I bought a flight on Baltic Air from Tallinn to Riga and had the price from Riga to Paris on the next tab on kayak. I bought the ticket from Tallin to Riga then flipped to buy Riga to Paris only to learn it was a bait price. The price was actually $200 more. Baltic would not refund the first flight (within minutes) so we were stuck to either walk away from our 2 tickets to Riga or pay the bait and switch rate. We begrudgingly paid 400 (200 each) euro MORE than the initial price shown so we could fly out of Riga back to Paris (to be back in Paris by Jan 7). A non alcoholic beverage, a small snack, and power access would be helpful. Ground crew helping with order would be helpful. I was shoved and run over trying to get onto and off the plane. It is the wild west of flying except the plane is new...oh, and it is 30 euro if you do not check in online ahead. But you will still need to stand in line to check a bag (where they can issue you a boarding pass)."

BT444, 18:30-19:50... he just stood there watching me struggle up the outside staircase into the plane with my suitcase... scolded me for bringing suitcase on board, argued with me, etc. (I've traveled the world and this suitcase is always brought on board)... he was not service-oriented or helpful. thankfully, other staff did help... but he left a bad taste in my mouth for this airline."

Miinukset: "Abigail in MLA (Luqa Intl Malta), one of the sassiest and unhelpful agents I have met. Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

Miinukset: "The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

Miinukset: "They delayed our flight from Gatwick to Riga with no information given to passengers. Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."

Miinukset: "They overbooked the flight and without any apologies on their behalf or without even informing me, they stop me and my fiance at the gate and just told is that we can not go to the flight I book and prepay 4 month at advance! The only solution that they can offer me was to travel from Riga to Moscow and than to Tel Aviv. It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

Miinukset: "bag measure frames in Riga airport used for aB are smaller than in most airports, as a results we were asked to check some bags in at the last moment. we have had connecting flight through Riga with two hand bags. lets call them big and small. judge by yourself: flight, aircraft, small, big ->Riga CS3, on board, on board Riga-> DHC 8-400, on board, check in ->Riga DHC 8-400, on board, on board Riga-> CS3, check in, check in as you see, the same bags on the same aircraft were allowed or disallowed by the same company based on weather one flies to Riga or from it. i believe there is absolutely no purpose for doing last second interruptions of such kind"

Miinukset: "I was flying transit, but I had to go through the check-in in Paris. At the check-in they started to make problems about my carry-on luggage. I had just two flights from the United States behind me and no problems at all and suddenly I can't fly with my carry-on luggage? I didn't like the AirBaltic check-in service."

Miinukset: "The flight was fully booked, and the system re-assigned seats for a number of passengers. This created confusion as passengers arrived to their assigned seats to find other passengers in the seats. There also appeared to be a miscommunication between the crew as some crew members said to passengers whose seats were taken they should sit anywhere, whereas other crew members tried to get everyone back in their assigned seats. This was frustrating. Also the overhead bin lockers are very difficult to open"

Miinukset: "For people who have Airbaltic as a connecting flight this might be very inconvenient. We paid 40 Eur/person each way for our luggage . That brings the price that you pay so much higher than you expect at first. Also if you don't print boarding pass ahead of time which we didn't (plus still needed to drop off checked luggage and check our passports) they want to charge you 30 Eur a person to print that drinking piece of paper. If you don't want to pay that get out of the line with all of you luggage, go to kiosk and print it, then come back to the line. But that's companies rules , employees just have to follow it. Another problem was their attitude. The guy who got our luggage was so weird. Showing off and talking to us like a boss. After giving us boarding passes he said we can go to the screen and look up the gate ourselves. I never write long reviews but man! they got me mad that day. Never say never - but I don't want to fly with this airline again"

We missed our check in by TEN MINUTES and were not even allowed to pass the security to speak to someone at a counter. We were told with ZERO empathy that we lost all of our money from the previous flight and we needed to buy another ticket. VERY EXPENSIVE TICKETS. The only VERY EXPENSIVE tickets available had a 6 hour layover IN MOSCOW. This was such a horrible experience. What a way to end our honeymoon. You have utterly destroyed something that was supposed to be a wonderful experience."

We tried to book an additional flight to make our trip and that flight was cancelled as well. We are beyond upset of moneylost"

Miinukset: "Boarding was ridiculous! The gate was significantly too small for a number of passengers that needed to board. There were no clear announcements out how to organize ourselves therefore it was complete chaos with no one knowing where to line up. The crew was the most ridiculous!!! I sat four or five rows from the back and was Peerview to all of their conversations about their hair, about their schedules, about your “valued guest”, about their shifts, about Batman, about anything and everything during the time the plane dark when your “valued customers” were supposed to be able to sleep. It went on and on at a volume that was just absolutely not necessary or professional. This was the least professional crew I have ever experienced and I travel extensively! Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available."

Plussat: "Norwegian offers great value and a fair amount of legroom."
Miinukset: "However, they need to fix their boarding process. My partner and I were flying from CDG to Boston and had 3 hours for a layover. We figured that we'd check in, get a sandwich and use the restroom, but that didn't happen. We stood on line for over an hour to check our bags! The rest of the airport was also busy, so we spent the rest of our time in passport control and security. I had a similar experience when I was leaving the states, where I spent an hour checking in my luggage. Please, Norwegian, there are solutions to this check in problem and I think you need to find them."

Miinukset: "Typically an international flight that cost 1000+$ would come with food and drinks, given that they cost next to nothing compared to the ticket. But apparently for Norwegian one has to purchase food and drinks on top of the ticket, otherwise you don't even get served water in a 7 hour flight, which is completely ridiculous. Do you really the 2$ from a passenger for some water? Btw, I pre-purchased food and water. It's the fact that the people who sat next to me didn't get served water when I received food and drinks that made me very uncomfortable."

Plussat: "All personnel very nice and helpful, for the most part."
Miinukset: "No wifi on a new plane? Unacceptable and would cause me not to fly Norwegian Air again. Seat room was barely acceptable for an 8 hour flight. Really not comfortable. Also, the prices for food were outrageous. Our flight TO EUROPE was delayed for well over an hour due to an equipment problem. You can do better!"

Plussat: "It was a non-stop flight from {Paris to Fort Lauderdale and it was not expensive. The plane was new and the crew were fine."
Miinukset: "I went online and paid for my seat upgrade and also for my luggage...fair enough for a cheap flight. NOWHERE ONLINE WAS I WARNED THAT YOU HAD TO PREPAY FOR FOOD. I arrived on board and they are reaching over me to serve others their hot meals. Not even a glass of water. I tried to order from their canteen and the food was sold out after a few hours... "Sorry Sir, limited stock" what?? It's a ten hour flight and you bring limited stock? This is the national carrier from Norway, supposedly one of the best countries in the world for quality of life???"

Miinukset: "I’ve never been on a 6+ hour flight that did not feed you, or at least supply you with snacks and water/soda!"

Plussat: "The screen to watch movies and TV on every seat is the best"

Plussat: "The price of the flight could not be beat but you have to pay extra for EVERYTHING else, except videos. Entertainment selection was OK. They want to charge you for headphones so I brought my own. They play a snack bar promo on the screen before every show, so I just unplug through it. The video and audio quality is pretty good."
Miinukset: "You do not even get one checked bag free, it will cost you plenty. They changed our flight's boarding gate but took far too long before letting anybody know. The sign at the gate said departure would be on time but it was actually very late, and they never updated the departure time, they kept us standing in a crowd, shoulder to shoulder like cattle. There was a huge line waiting for hours in the overheated departure gate, everybody soaked in sweat. Only enough chairs for a couple dozen people, old folks fading. On board they ignore you completely, as though you were invisible, unless you have pre-ordered a meal. Press the button for an attendant, none will come. No drinking water available unless you go to the back and ask for it. If you ask a flight attendant for water she will tell you to wait for the cart, then ask again, but to the cart pushers you are invisible unless you have one of their meal boxes on your tray table. Extremely uncomfortable, very narrow seats. You have to pay extra for a pillow or a blanket. This is an airline for masochists who are happy to choose misery in order to save a few bucks. Now I know."

Plussat: "The staff was nice and friendly."
Miinukset: "I did not receive any communication regarding the flight delay. I made it to the airport 2.5 hours before the flight to be safe and was told upon check-in that the flight was delayed for 3 hours, which then became 4 hours. I did not receive any communication from the airline. There were no explanations as to why our flight was delayed. Also, we were given 12 euro food voucher for each passenger. There was only one cafe in the area after security check and they did not accept the food voucher for actual food. They would only redeem our food vouchers for water, juice, sodas, desserts and, for some reason, only tuna sandwiches. A lot of passengers were visibly upset because the cafe only had one person on staff, the line was over an hour to order and then we were told it was not redeemable for sandwiches, salads, beer or wine. Also, the boarding process was chaotic and they did a poor job communicating which sections they were boarding and people started to form multiple lines. The in flight entertainment was pretty bad. Movies were very limited compare to other airlines. Overall, the whole experience was disastrous. I don't think I will be flying Norwegian again. I would rather pay a bit more for better service."

My wife wanted water and a blanket and they charged us for both and never gave her either one. The worst flight ever. I will now reconsider using this airline"

Miinukset: "This particular boarding was a fiasco. Since it was my first flight with them, I don’t know if this is the norm or an exception. However, the lack of explanation for the delay in the boarding line into the aircraft was inexcusable."

Miinukset: "I flew Norweigan round trip to Paris from NYC in May. I knew that it was a budget airline, but I've never seen such horrible service. If you like chaos and being treated like a second class citizen, this is the airline for you. Upon arrival at the airport, we were not able to check our bags at check in (you have to pay 80 Euro and go upstairs to do so). When we asked the staff at the front desk, they were blunt and rude and looked at us like we were crazy for even asking to check our bag. At boarding, they called group A to board at a different gate, then proceeded to make everyone stand for the next 20 minutes before giving us the update that they would need another 10 minutes to give us an update. The terminal was so small no one had any room to move or find out what was going on. During the flight, the only in flight entertainment was the map, Titanic (in French), and Wonder Woman. The rest of the channels either didn't work or didn't exist. The flight attendants only spoke to the people who pre-purchased their meals, so don't expect them to acknowledge you if you didn't buy anything. We weren't even offered water on a 7 hour flight, you had to get the attention of the flight attendant so you could purchase water."

Miinukset: "No wifi, no outlets, no entertainment, no food service, no way to buy food if not included in your ticket The 747 was operated by Wamos Airline and the plane was absolutely dilapidated. The entertainment system was from the 80s, did not function, but I was able to see a blurry image on the screen that said "Malaysia Airlines." The crew were in Wamos uniforms so the connection to Norwegian was completely unclear. The armrest next to mine had fallen off and the life preserver in a row near me had fallen out of the seat. If the interior of the airplane was in such shocking condition, I had to only pray the engine was in better shape. Truly, I wondered if I was part of an elaborate punk the entire time. Flight was delayed on the runway for two hours and then getting to the gate for a half hour. And yet still no food."

Plussat: "Flight crew were super nice and accommodating, movie choices were excellent, food we ordered on board was pretty tasty (but surprisingly tiny portions)."
Miinukset: "The staff at the gate at Charles de Gaulle were bonkers, so incompetent that they looked like a Saturday Night Live skit, creating chaos while the boarding passengers tried to act like grown ups and keep their cool. They called over 50 passengers up to the desk by name, gave us no reason, and we milled about in confusion. A passenger in a wheelchair who clearly needed someone to push him was told repeatedly to wait while they did NOT call for help, until someone threw a small fit on his behalf... Then they loaded all the wheelchair and pre-boarding passengers dead last. Passenger lists and boarding pass stubs were repeatedly dropped on the floor, passenger confidentiality was disregarded, and the desk staff alternated btwn arguing openly among themselves and not communicating with eachother at all. Totally unprofessional."

Plussat: "Absolutely the worst airline I ever flew with. . when I originally purchased my ticket on kayak . I did not know that I had to prepay for the food . I was stuck on a 9 hours flight . when they were serving the food . my only choice is to order from the snack-bar the prices were astronomical like 3 dollars a coke . I told the flight attendant that I was taking medication and I need to eat some real food . she did not barge and did not offer to check with other flight attendant . even where they were serving coffee , they told me the exact same thing . finally one flight attendant gave me a cup after insisting ."

Everything on this flight you have to pay individually. This is an 11h 30 m flight and bags are not included and a meal is not included. Even a small bottle of water, or coffe or juice will cost you $3.00"

Plussat: "The price was great but did not realize I needed to pay extra for luggage (a small suitcase) and there was no service for drink or food unless you pre ordered a meal. So good to know! Check in leaving JFK was pretty long and not so smooth but all went well! Intertainment was fine and seats comfortable!"

Paying for tea or coffee is just outrageous. Crew does a minimum requirement and isn't even nice when you are just asking for a glass of water once throughout the entire flight."

Miinukset: "BEWARE BOOKING NORWEGIAN THROUGH K A Y A K. Norwegian is the only airline that does NOT allow travel agencies to access reservations — meaning should any issue arise, the travel agency will be calling the same Norwegian line that you would, with even less power than you would normally have yourself. Never fly Norwegian if you don't like the sound of 8 hour delays and lost baggage that require a rescheduled flight home — because they will insist on charging you exactly what you paid for the first ticket, claiming there's a "fare difference" when in fact there is none at all. Outright. Theft. Phone operators will not transfer you to their supervisor; online request for problem resolution has not been answered in over two weeks. If you think nothing will ever go wrong with air travel and you want the cheapest seat possible, fly Norwegian every time."

Plussat: "The crew was lovely. The seats were comfy. Broad movie selections. The overhead space was probably the best part."
Miinukset: "The single thing that made me never want to fly this airline again was that we were not offered a single drink. Not even water. The only people allowed to have a drink were those that preordered food. I wasn't aware I needed to do that and have no problem ordering food onboard (which I did) but to be completely over looked for even a cup of WATER? It was quite humiliating to not even be looked at unless I was someone that preordered food. I just don't understand that at all. Even on a 30 min flight to Akron I get a water or soda or coffee. This was an 8 hour flight!"

Miinukset: "Being stuck on a plane on the tarmac for 2+ hours, before being moved to a corridor, and then a bus, and then boarding a new plane. No information about delay compensation or refunds being given. No provisions for providing food or drinks for the toddlers/babies/children that had been kept on the plane for a couple of hours."

Plussat: "Because of the fire to the Notre Dame Cathedral, trains were not stopping on the route we needed to get to to the airport. We left with plenty of time to spare, and because no one at the airline mentioned that delays could be a possibility due to this, we ended up missing our flight."
Miinukset: "I'm not usually one to complain, but this situation was very difficult and even dangerous. There was zero communication from the airline about this, and we'd appreciate if the airline could pay for our new airfare and our Uber ride from the train station to the airport."

Plussat: "Everything was fine apart from the delay in flying out. I am a Special Assistance traveller and due to the delay I had a very very long and late journey back home. So the delay added two hours (plus the flight delay) to my trip home from the airport."

The one easyjet person that we could find had no clue and all he could do was try and hurry everyone up which added to the panic and made it worse. I won’t be rushing back to france."

Miinukset: "Even in low fare airlines you're allowed to have one piece of luggage and hand luggage with you. easyJet allows only one hand luggage, but they don't clarify that clearly in their rules. They are telling that first in the gate and then they charge for extra £50 for hand luggage. I'm going to avoid flying easyJet in the future."

Miinukset: "Thought I had booked an isle seat - maybe my mistake; entertainment was a few magazines"

Plussat: "The EasyJet crew are always excellent - friendly and welcoming."
Miinukset: "The Paris to Luton flight is nearly always delayed. The is no slack in the timetable so any morning delay continues until the evening."

Plussat: "Very polite and helpful crew. Everyone was a bit confused by my Calton Hard Shell case but they let me on, gratefully. My instrument and all the passengers luggage fit with space to spare."

Plussat: "On time and very well organized"
Miinukset: "U have to pay for water"

Plussat: "Friendly staff, offered me to move to improve my convenience. "Hands free" option was very good for us- our suitcases were slightly(!) oversized (can we book this in advance?)"
Miinukset: "No water(?) Some entertainment options would be nice..."

Plussat: "I loved being stuck on the plane for 1 hour with no AC whatsoever and being told that there was drama he to the front hold of the plane. Oh! That’s sounds great!"
Miinukset: "Rude. HOT . It did smell good. they gave me a hard issue with my luggage and I plan to complain and also request compsensation for such a HORRIBLE experience. Honestly it was not good at all!"

Plussat: "We had to pay 60$ for our carry on and it probably costed more than our entire ticket. I am so upset and infuriated at the fact that we weren’t warned in advance. The last easy jet flight we took a week ago we didn’t have to pay for our carry on."

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed over 3.5 hours, and the employees were unable to explain the cause of the delay. The employees of the airline in CDG were receiving contradicting information and letting the passengers know contradicting information. They told us they would provide money for food, and the money they provided was only 4.5 euro, not enough to get a bag of chips. The experience going to Venice was horrible with easy jets."

Plussat: "So smooth nice flight and great service nice people,first time we use again"

Plussat: "The crew was very responsive and helpful as my wife and I were traveling with our 14th month old daughter."
Miinukset: "The multiple gate change, boarding the plane as there was no gate available and everything required a fee from the minute you booked the flight."

Plussat: "I paid extra for exit row seats (more legroom) and speed boarding, and it was worthwhile."

Miinukset: "Went to the wrong airport, Kayak is so confusing that when I booked my flight I booked it at the wrong airport."

Plussat: "The staff are always pleasant and cheerful"
Miinukset: "Plane less comfortable than usual. CDG display boards rarely up to date. This flight is nearly always delayed."

Miinukset: "The flight was 3 hours late and we given terrible information, then hey gave us vouchers for food of a paltry €4.50 each!"

Miinukset: "They didnt give me to carry laptop bag too. Only one hand carry include."

Miinukset: "Price per bag was about equal to the per passenger price. Carryon rules are absurd. People opened cases to put on 4 layers of clothes and backpacks were placed inside other bags. You DO realize the same items ended up on board, right?"

Plussat: "No problems"

Plussat: "The fact that it was on time which is unusual between Charles du Gaulle and london"

Plussat: "I think I do right choice. Easy to board, easy to access but little bit of delay. I hope to be a frequent customer so I don't want to experience future delays."

Miinukset: "Late and the crew wasn't helpful"

Miinukset: "The check in crew was poorly trained and rude. At the check in gate, we asked the check in agent if we could carry on the roller board suitcase we normally use as a carry on for all or flights. We were assured we could. When we arrived at the gate we were told the case was too large and could not be carried on. We were then charged 60 euros for checking the bag when the cost at inital check in would have been only 54euroa. 5)3 gate check in crew were very rude!!! We travel a lot and have never had such a poor experience."

Plussat: "I got what I expected"

Miinukset: "The system was down and had to wait in line for a long time to get my boarding pass and had to rush through security to board on time"

Plussat: "Customer service was good"
Miinukset: "Delays both ways, hours waiting, no update throughout the process and if we are even 10 minutes late after staying updated online with the delayed flight times, we get told off satimof weeks can't board the flight."

Plussat: "Fligh attended were so friendly."
Miinukset: "Boarding was a hassle for not only for us " family of 4" but also for a lot of customers. So basically one of the boarding workers went through the line and ask how many luggage do we have. My dad said she already checked once while we were waiting by the gate. Anyway we made the line and basically the 2 nd time that she checked our loggage and I said we r 4 ppl and each one carry on and she said that besides carry on we had 2 back pack which we fit laptops . She checked and left and when we start boarding the said oh wait here you have 2 back pack so we need to pay for each carry on €60. She not only pulled us out of the line but also asked too many customers to go out of the line and fit even their small purse inside carry on. I was so mad cuz she already asked 2 times Before boarding and she didn't say anything. And during boarding she made us to leave the line and got the back packes inside the carry on . We travelled 3 countries in Europe w one back pack and one carry on. This was my first time ever experiencing this . I would never ever take any flight w easy jet again."

Plussat: "Boarding was easy this time because they asked to gate check our carry ons and because we agreed they gave us priority boarding."
Miinukset: "Still a super uncomfortable flight. Seats are terrible, they talk most of the flight, just ughhh"

Miinukset: "It was late by over an hour and their baggage fees aren't clear, each checked bag is $45 euro."

Plussat: "Spacious leg room Smooth landing"
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed 1 hour Conflicting directions from ground flight attendants We had a small purse and a backpack as carry on. The flight attendant let my mom in with a backpack, paper bag, and a small flat purse. My sister and I, on the other hand, was carrying a backpack and a small purse each. The flight attendant told us to fit our purses in our backpacks. We ended up paying for a checked baggage. Even with one carry on, we were not able to put it in the overhead compartment and we just placed it under the seat. We did not mind paying but we wished that the rule is applied consistently."

Plussat: "Nothing"
Miinukset: "No boarding gate was printed on our tickets. No boarding gate was displayed on the airport screens. We arrived to CDG 2 hours early. But the airline closed boarding a half hour before the flight time on the ticket. We and others were then not allowed on the flight despite the fact that screens at the gate still said "boarding". When we tried to reschedule the Easy Jet information desk quoted us prices significantly higher than those we found online on our phones at the same time. We had to buy all new tickets spend the entire day in the airport and were fined by our hotel for late check in. Huge loss of money and waste of time. AVOID THIS AIRLINE!"

Miinukset: "They made us pay 47 dollars to check our bags but when we got in the plane other people had the same size bags in the plane. We weren't told we didn't had to check them in."

Plussat: "I was really surprised since I didn't have good expectations going in. The whole experience from checkin to checkout was really good."

Plussat: "I regularly fly between Luton & Paris. The Easyjet staff are always happy and professional - on this flight Christopher & Sarah. Their welcome is sincere and the warmth of their hospitality is maintained throughout the flight, as it is with many of their colleagues. I ordered hot food which was not anything beyond OK - but it was as expected, and promptly served on the short flight. The variety of drinks and snacks is good, and the offers on boutique products is worth a look. The flight was comfortable and on time."
Miinukset: "It seems that fairly regularly the overall experience is marred by inconsistent levels of service by the support services at Luton Aiport (which I believe is run by Menzies). Over several occasions I have waited some time for steps to arrive, and yesterday, it was the availability of coaches to take the passengers to the terminal building. It is as if there is a breakdown in the overall organisation, which is not directly the fault of Easyjet - but being their home base, over which you would expect that Easyjet could exert some influence. The delay was not severe on this occasion, but just takes the edge off an otherwise pleasurable experience."

Plussat: "I expected the flight to be horrible, but was kind of surprised by how well it went. Everything was fine -- seats weren't cramped beyond reason. The biggest thing I worried about was our luggage being charged a ton for being overweight, and it wasn't. We probably just got lucky with our check in person, but I am very grateful, and will probably fly easyJet again solely because this person helped me out with our luggage. It makes a big difference to not penny pinch."
Miinukset: "There's no food or entertainment offered, but I understand."
