In terms of safety measures and the boarding procedures KLM is excellent. The crew is polite and personable. The food options were limited (chicken or veg). Comparatively, Ethiopian Airlines still offers Beef, Chicken or Veg. The entertainment options could use more frequent updates. If you fly KLM frequently, you will easily run out of movies/series to watch. We are post pandemic but the budget cuts are still very present.
The flight was great. On time departure and on time arrival. I did not sample the food/beverage service. The entertaining was OK but I was disappointed that I could not access live TV. It was Sunday and I wanted to watch the football games. I could not do that due to the limited options. I did watch a movie and some canned TV series, like Big Bang theory to pass the time.
Nothing really. Everything went as expected.

No airflow on such a small plane made it a very uncomfortable flight. Stewardess was impossible to understand and could barely make it through the required announcements. What words you could make out, she could barely pronounce them. Stewardess also served many people incorrectly."
Plussat: "My Delta flight from Salt Lake to Orlando was the dreaded redeye. Flight was packed, no empty seats. I had a middle row seat. But the plane was new and the seats were comfortable. The flight arrived early.I slept or tried to sleep the entire flight. No complaints."

Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.
Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.
Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.
Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Baggage claim took forever.
Wish the Wi-Fi was better and the seats were a bit bigger, more legroom would be awesome, but they're the usual wish list items. Besides that everything was excellent, pilots, crew, and staff were really friendly and helpful, plus we arrived a little early which was nice. It's why I always fly American and it's regional carriers...great service at a reasonable price. Also I've flown so much on American I know where I'm going now!!
Fly was delayed and we missed connection flight. Connection flight was rescheduled and that flight got delayed for more then hour
The flights are all packed full and the overhead bins are full of things like purses, stuffed animals, and other lightweight bags instead of putting them under the seat. This makes it hard to get actual suitcases up there. The new hook thing for setting your viewing device on is a nice touch though.

Quick boarding was great. Seat cushions are hard and painful. Did not eat anything. Disappointed with the nonexistent masking policy. No snack options caused allergy poisoning. Bottled water would not spread the virus so easily
It was three hours delayed. If they knew people were delayed from other planes they shouldn’t have boarded us yet. We spent two hours just waiting on the plane

Miinukset: "I always have preferred American Airlines but they seem to have constant problems with the aircraft these days. This causes delays and missed connections. This in turn causes no breakfast or lunch or dinner opportunities. I travel with snacks in my bag at all times now just in case so I won’t get sick for lack of nourishment or water! This last flight I missed my connection altogether and had to take a shuttle home, then catch a ride back to the airport to pick up my luggage and then get my car to drive home. It was 4 hours past my expected time home."
Miinukset: "Was not allowed to get on slightly early with a car seat and a 3 year old to get situated in the seats, though on every other flight we have been allowed to. There was a delay that caused us to miss our connecting flight."

One of the kiosks was down and the line to self-check was long and moved very slowly because there was only one agent behind the self-check baggage drop. She did well keeping up but there was a long line of unhappy customers due to the long wait. No snack was offered but I did get a glass of water. Not enough overhead storage for the carry-on bags because passengers get the luggage check tag but brought the carry-on onboard anyway."

I rebooked into West Palm Beach to drive to Fort Myers and my bag stayed in Charlotte even though there was ANOTHER 45 minute delay to change a tire on the plane. If I practiced medicine the way the airline handled customers, I'd kill every third patient!"

Miinukset: "It was ONLY this leg that was messed up. The AA staff in PHI had no idea where the incoming plane was. Got snippy with other customers asking about it. First said it was delayed 50 minutes and then they were surprised when passengers were disembarking from them. Then the plan couldn't leave the jetway because it was stuck -- which was blamed on the City of Philadelphia and we ended up being nearly 4 hours late."
Miinukset: "Delay, first told it was weather related, then mechanical. Re booked on a flight by AA that would never make connection. Paid over $1,000 for a flight leg that one way and direct on another airline (Alaska air) was $281.00 and the agent took so long to find redirect flight that they couldn't book. Total mess! While struck on the second leg and speaking with AA customer service about the reschedule I was told that they didn't have the ability to rectify the error because they no longer had control of my ticket and that I had to take into consideration that three was an event in San Antonio that caused delays network wide that added tio the initial issue... HOGWASH! 1) it was another AA issue where an AA aircraft drive of the runway while I was in flight on the first errant leg. 2) if they had just been straight from the outset, I wouldn't have been delayed. I will never fly AA AGAIN!"

The flight attendant gave me ginger ale and pretzels and let me sit in the back so i didn't have to go back and forth. The other flight attendant had aroma therapy that helped a lot but i was just too freaked out. Those two made the flight as nice as possible."

My wife and i were traveling united and it always happens where if you choose not to pick your seats it never puts you together. It's the only airline that makes you pay top dollar for a flight then says ooo and by the way you also have to pay for any seat on this plane... everything else was fine just like any flight but yea I'm done flying united unless absolutely necessary
They did not have food service. Said flight was too short. Same flight on Delta & they had food service! 🤷🏼♀️
It was a pleasant trip, the space was good enough to stretch the legs and the front seat had at least a screen to see where the plane is flying, would definitely fly again with United Airlines.
No snacks but everything else was great.

Miinukset: "I didn’t not like being delayed an entire day because they had a problem with my wife’s name in the system"
Plussat: "We had a 1pm connecting flight to SF enroute to Los Angeles and it was suddenly cancelled without any notification. Luckily, Kayak had notified me about the cancellation and we immediately called United to take the next flight out. The earliest was at 5:50pm and we didn’t get back to LA till 7:50pm. The 5:50pm flight was late and therefore push everything out..."
Miinukset: "No communication from United... the crew and staff was fine, it was just the lack of communication that was disappointing! Not to mention, I had my dog boarded at Doggy Daycare and I’d missed picking her up due to the late return back to LA."
Miinukset: "Seating is very tight and amenities are nada."
Miinukset: "i had no space & couldn’t move because passenger next to me should have been required to purchase TWO SEATS!!! I could not move entire flight & he had armrest up & took up my space & full plant so i could not move elsewhere. my neck is still killing me because i had to turn my head to stay away from his face. i will NEVER fly united again."

Miinukset: "I want to clarify that I boough tiquests with Lufthansa not with United... and I had to travel United most of the time to Africa and Bach to the USA... united socks terrible ... bad food and old plain to cross the Atlantic... besides the service and the bad actitude of the employees... when I travel international I want only Lufthansa. So, kayak you tricked me ....horribly!"
Plussat: "Our flight was delayed leaving RNO, and the check-in agent moved my seat up to the front even though I had the new "Basic Economy" so I'd have a better chance running to catch my connection upon arrival. She also put my backpack in one of those plastic bags. DCA did not do the same for me."
Miinukset: "Small CRJ, so seats were smaller as expected. Short flight though."
Plussat: "The crew was great"
Miinukset: "In a decade of travel I've had three lost bags. Two of which were Air Canada. So I'm going to avoid them."

Miinukset: "I am a small person, 5ft 4in 110lbs. The seats are not comfortable and very cramped."
Miinukset: "Flight turned out to be 3 hours total instead of 1 1/4 hrs because of delays at both ends"
Miinukset: "We requested Asian vegetarian meal but messed up. That was very pain."
Miinukset: "Sat on the tarmac in Reno for half an hour because of flight control delay from SFO."
Plussat: "At least we didn't crash and die"
Miinukset: "I've flown with United before, and I've only had nothing but trouble. Decided to give them one last try, since their flights were a few bucks cheaper. Big mistake. They canceled my return flight last minute, and scheduled a new one over 24 hours later. Thus causing me to have to book a hotel last minute, as well as now being AWOL, since my Leave paperwork only lasted until my return date. Had to explain to the chief why I won't be at formation. I'm saving myself the trouble and never flying united again, even if I have to spend more money. United isn't even reimbursing me for the hotel. They basically told me to go f**k myself and file a complaint. They can eat a d**k."
Miinukset: "Every flight delayed 2 hours plus"
Plussat: "The plane was not very full...that made the experience so nice. All passengers were there early and boarded quickly allowing us to leave the ground ahead of schedule. They offer entertainment using their app on your phone or notepad."
Miinukset: "Tight uncomfortable seating"
Plussat: "Flight out of Reno was delayed due to congestion / back up at LAX. Ground staff patiently helped all passengers reschedule connecting flights / explain options."
Plussat: "It was quick but full"
Miinukset: "The tv broke"
Miinukset: "Airplane went to the wrong airport and caused 3 hour delay . Missed my connecting flight."
Plussat: "One flight, we sat next to ssomeone with a cat in her lap that threw up and pooped the whole time. The second flight a drunk man yelled the whole flight."
Miinukset: "No food. Horrible service"
Plussat: "The courteous ticket agent at the counter in Reno-that's all."
Miinukset: "Getting stuck, having to change plans. SUCKS!"
Plussat: "We stood in line forever to then be told the clerk couldn't ch we ck us in. When we tried the kiosk it didn’t work. Long story short we missed our flight due to their poor organization of the line and crowd."
Miinukset: "The confusion caused by lack of direction from the staff."
Miinukset: "Very uncomfortable ride. Now I know what dinners feel like. Recently flew Delta and didn't notice discomfort like this."
Plussat: "I was on time. I liked the view."
Miinukset: "I don't like when they leave me at the gate in my wheelchair. I don't like it even more when they take the wheelchair. I feel really uneasy when I am left at the gate. So I have the wheelchair pusher let someone know from the gate that I am there and will need assistance. Once again being sexually assaulted going through the metal detectors. Outside of being foreign most of the United employees seem like complete morons. Also there was that same bag in front of me. So my legroom was restricted."
Plussat: "It got me to Boston!"

Plussat: "The captain was especially friendly and considerate with the guests. The flight crew otherwise just seemed very routine."
Miinukset: "I booked in coach so overall the experience was pretty much what I expected."
Miinukset: "Our flights were all cancelled or delayed and they gave us nothing to apologize. We lost 2 whole days of vacation and the cost of our rooms. All of the customer service people were rude. One lady in particular was so rude I had to walk away from the desk. The movie on the plane skipped and was unwatchable. I hate this airline and would pay more to fly another one."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed for almost 5 hours and then cancelled. This delayed my trip with family to Missouri and inconvenienced many people. On top of that, due to cancellation had to stay in hotel without my luggage and my pills that I have to take daily. Worst experience ever!! I need compensation for all this mess!!!!"
Plussat: "It was a quiet and smooth ride."

Miinukset: "On the 3 hour and 18 minute trip to NY in the coach section the seats have hard plastic armrests and a paded armrest would make your airline the cats meow. Give the coach section a little comfort please."
Miinukset: "The flight was over one hour late in leaving and while I appreciate that is beyond the control of the flight crew, one steward was quite rude as we were quickly trying to board as she prioritized serving the first class cabin rather than get us all on the plane. At the very least she could have used commonly acceptable language such as "please, thank you and excuse me" but rather chose to use "wait". As some of us where desperate to make a tight connection in SF, focusing on getting people on board and the plane off the ground should have been the crew focus."
Miinukset: "I had no indication that my flight was actually with united and not air canada. I almost missed my flight as a result. Was incredibly stressful."
Plussat: "Everything worked. Smooth process. But online check in didn't work well for us."
