Koneen tarjoilun hinnat olivat kalliita
Sopiva lämpötila, tilava economy ja leffojen lisäksi myös sarjoja. Ruoka oli ihan ok, eikä tietysti voi miellyttää kaikkia.
Oli kylmä. Aika moni aivasteli tai niiskutti 12 tunnin lennon päättyessä.
Ihan hyvin toimi kaikki, paitsi jalkatilaa oli melko vähän pitkälle pohjoismaalaiselle.
Koneeseen pakkautumista voisi järkevöittää, esim. rivi tai muutama kerrallaan, jottei syntyisi ryntäylyä ja hässäkkää.
I like basically everything, except the space between rows was very limited. But of course that’s the airline problem, not yours. On the other hand, purchasing tickets through you was no problem however, seats were not assigned at purchase. There were 3 of us traveling, unfortunately we could not be seated together, which was frustrating. Is there a reason why can’t you assign seats when a ticket is purchased?
Professional, attentive, polite, competent staff and crew. A cut above.
Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.
Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.

Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Premiere economy -luokkaan voisi kuulua ruoka
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Check in was a disaster. We had to check in to each leg separately - and had to figure that out on our own. Buying a FinnAir marketed flight created a nightmare.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.
Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kaikki ok.
Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.
Teneriffan matkaselvitys tosi hidas ja ruuhkainen
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä
Lentoemäntä joka oli Lennon takaosassa oli todella mukava!
Tässä odottelen laukkua vieläkin niin missähän olis parannettavaa!

Miinukset: "Delays with little explanation of what was going on. Loaded the bus, the unloaded. Should have just had us wait"
Miinukset: "Delayed the flight so long and it was a longer process then it said"
Plussat: "I liked Landing and leaving off the flight."
Miinukset: "They provided no drinks or food for a 12hr flight. I was Charged $100 for my luggage when the check in process didn’t give me the option to pay at the kiosk. We were delayed by 2hrs and missed all connecting trains to my final destination."
Miinukset: "Communication that all meals needed to be ordered beforehand and no drink service for an 8 hour flight unless you paid for it."
Plussat: "Great new Dreamliner and very attentive crew!"
Miinukset: "Dinner was lovely but other offered snacks were very average. Very modest selection of movies, too."
Plussat: "The movie selection was good."
Miinukset: "I was not notified when booking that I had to purchase meals in advance. So I sat there for a 12 hour flight and wasn’t offered so much as a cup of water! Then when I went to purchase outrageously priced snacks only half way through the flight, most selections were sold out. I will never book again."
Miinukset: "The food was not too good. In general airline seating is very uncomfortable just due to the nature of it."

Miinukset: "I was shocked that such a long flight and passengers must pay for any snacks or food. We brought our at the airport for half the price the airline charges as well as twice the amount of food."

Miinukset: "Business class seat isn’t a full recline (180 degrees). It is wider, with a footrest and reclines but doesn’t become a bed"
Plussat: "The outstanding overall impression, quality of the brand new 787, the crew the amount of entertainment , the noise level, the friendliness and professionalism of the crew , the washrooms , the gate access ( even though CDG and the personnel there is an absolute nightmare - screaming agents)"
Miinukset: "The food to order did run out fast ( sandwiches) if you could please consider Cary on a few more going forward. Thank you."
Miinukset: "Baggage claim was a horror show. I was going back and forth, after over an hour of this my bag finally showed up."
Plussat: "For the price range it’s a very good option. Not flying beds but comfortable enough for a transatlantic flight."
Plussat: "Had decent movies and seats were somewhat comfortable."
Miinukset: "Could have had better movies, I did not get any food or snacks, there was a big dog under the seat next to me and it took up half of my leg space...didn't know how that was allowed."
Plussat: "Norwegian offers great value and a fair amount of legroom."
Miinukset: "However, they need to fix their boarding process. My partner and I were flying from CDG to Boston and had 3 hours for a layover. We figured that we'd check in, get a sandwich and use the restroom, but that didn't happen. We stood on line for over an hour to check our bags! The rest of the airport was also busy, so we spent the rest of our time in passport control and security. I had a similar experience when I was leaving the states, where I spent an hour checking in my luggage. Please, Norwegian, there are solutions to this check in problem and I think you need to find them."
Miinukset: "The Norwegian staff were completely incompetent. It took me 1.5 hours just to check in. Almost missed the flight."
Plussat: "The best part was learning that we'll never fly with them again."
Miinukset: "The flight attendants were dismissive. The food service was only offered half way into the flight for extra (not mentioned food wasn't included). They even charged for basics like water. There was no entertainment even though the tickets were supposed to include it...but at least they weren't 2 hours late on the way home causing us to miss the next flight."
Miinukset: "Probably the worst flight international - Crew was excellent but there was no real entertainment on business class. Never seen anything like it. No pillows. Etc. Never again Norwegian!"

Plussat: "Small airport, easy to get into, drop off SIXT rental car, and clear entry. Flight from Split to Stockholm on Boeing 737 was pleasant, and all one class."
Miinukset: "Could not check in for the the 2nd leg, Stockholm to Ft. Lauderdale. Split airport is terribly over crowded and uncomfortable without adequate space to sit, bathrooms to service the amount of people, AC to handle the heat load with the number of people, etc. That being said, the check in, security, and gate people are professional and very pleasant."
Miinukset: "When we tried to register for our flight, I was greeted with the fact that the name on the flight reservation was different than the name on the passport. The name on the flight reservation was Jim; the name on my passport is Francis James Donnellan. They charged me $60 to correct what they perceived as an inconsistency between the two documents. I found this frankly quite bizarre. I have literally flown around the world; I've taken many flights to Europe, the Far East, across the country, etc. and have never run into this as a problem. Over 50 years of travel, to be charged $60 by Norwegian for a perceived name inconsistency struck me as odd to say the least. Primera handled this "problem" without a charge and with a much better and more positive attitude toward it. Norwegian did not give an explanation as to why this was such an issue; the key point made was that James was not the same as Jim. Again, nothing in my experience suggested that there should be a problem here. My father's middle name was James, and he was always called Jim. Same with me. If they are in fact two different names as was suggested by Norwegian, no one over of my 75 years of life ever called attention to it. I wonder what would've happened if I had been referred to throughout my life as Frank, with the name on my birth certificate being Francis."
Miinukset: "My wife and I made our reservation 4 1/2 months in advance. We were notified of an airplane change and only upon my further investigation and telephone calls to Norwegian it was apparent that we no longer had seats we had reserved. As a result we were stuck in the last 2 seats in the rear of the plane. Extremely disappointed with Norwegian. Richard and Sharyn Klassen"
Plussat: "Crew was very friendly, boarding was quick."
Miinukset: "Husband is tall and there is not much leg room, there were no complimentary non alcoholic beverages."
Plussat: "The flight was comfortable and the condition of the cabin very good. As we landed 1.5 hours late, the captain and crew asked people who didn’t have a transfer flight to remain seated while those of us needing to make it to our next leg were allowed to deboard first. That was thoughtful and helped me make my train with 10 minutes to spare!"
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed 1.5 hours. When we finally boarded, there was no crowd control, just everyone trying to squeeze into 2 checkin lines at once. My partner and I were seated 15 rows apart, even though we bought our tickets together. I was seated in the very back row, were I could here the cabin crew in the kitchen, talking loudly and at times unprofessionally. No food or drinks unless you pay extra for it."
Plussat: "Service zero I would not take this airline ever again even for free"

Plussat: "Flight crew were super nice and accommodating, movie choices were excellent, food we ordered on board was pretty tasty (but surprisingly tiny portions)."
Miinukset: "The staff at the gate at Charles de Gaulle were bonkers, so incompetent that they looked like a Saturday Night Live skit, creating chaos while the boarding passengers tried to act like grown ups and keep their cool. They called over 50 passengers up to the desk by name, gave us no reason, and we milled about in confusion. A passenger in a wheelchair who clearly needed someone to push him was told repeatedly to wait while they did NOT call for help, until someone threw a small fit on his behalf... Then they loaded all the wheelchair and pre-boarding passengers dead last. Passenger lists and boarding pass stubs were repeatedly dropped on the floor, passenger confidentiality was disregarded, and the desk staff alternated btwn arguing openly among themselves and not communicating with eachother at all. Totally unprofessional."

Miinukset: "My flight was just shy of 13 hours. We paid an extra $45. Each for a meal. We were only offered water twice. I would rather pay more for my ticket and have the airline include the necessary human needs such as water and luggage. Norwegian is serious bare bones and makes you pay A LOT extra for things like water."
Plussat: "I flew from BNA ago JFK and when I landed i found out my flight was canceled. they just booked me on the next earliest flight and when I tried to ask about alternatives they were of no help. they also told me my accommodations in NYC for 2.5 days may not be covered."
Miinukset: "Rude customer service. No help with getting me to my destination earlier. Unclear on providing necessary information."

Miinukset: "I would definitively avoid using this airline again. Multiple fctors. One kf them is the poor attending by the crew. Really bad service, water..3$?? Blanket 5$?? If you dont pay for food before your flight, crew totally ignores you when the deliver. They should offer a cup of water as minimum"
Miinukset: "Every little thing had to be purchased. International flights should be better than that. There were so many hidden costs"
Plussat: "Tasty meals. Excellent flight crew."
Miinukset: "Late to board with very little updates as we waited. Crammed into a tight gate with poor system to line people up to board. An obtrusive secondary screening in which no seating was provided as they request you remove shoes."
Plussat: "Very little"
Miinukset: "This is a budget airline, but the slightly lower cost doesn’t compensate for the rude staff, chaotic experience and general misery of taking a red eye flight with Norweigan. Throughout the night, the lights were switched on and off, announcements were made and the crew to sell us stuff. Crew refused to serve water to passengers unless you were prepared to argue with them. Avoid!"
Plussat: "Entertainment was good, nice planes."
Miinukset: "Not knowing about no food provided but had to buy and book meals 72 hours in advance, which I couldn't do, as it was last minute. No blankets or pillows were provided - had to buy a blanket. No headsets were available, which also had to be purchased, but received text notification to bring my own."

Plussat: "Clean cabin, friendly and efficient crew, quick service via app for snacks, etc."
Miinukset: "Crowded overheated waiting area at the gate; 2 ½ hour flight delay"
Plussat: "Norwegian is bare bones, but this flight on the Dreamliner is very comfortable. It ‘helped’ that the delay meant lots of people cancelled and there was a lot of spare space on board."
Miinukset: "It’s a long flight with no drinks... but with Norwegian you know what you sign up for! Water is $3. The 5 hour delay left something to be desired, but Norwegian texted me early so I knew not to head to the airport."
Miinukset: "The company cancel my ticket witout notified me and didnt get my money back at all.. when i ask to speak with a supervisor they hung up the phone on me.. customer service is horrible"
Plussat: "staff was great, plane was great, captain was great, food/service was great. overall great experience."
Miinukset: "Extremely rude flight attendant that served my section. Lack of information about when you would be served. No free drinks including water, even though I paid for a meal. Very narrow seats, the only type of person that would fit comfortably would be a child. I was given a different seat from what I reserved and sat in the middle of 2 men (one with horrible body odor), both whom were very thin, but it was if we were all sharing the same seat, I couldn't move!!!! Toilets hadn't been cleaned, absolutely disgusting. When the pilot spoke, he had such a thick accent no one around me could figure out what he was saying. And last but not least, we sat on the plane for 3 hours before we took off, 2 of those hours was without airconditioning."
Miinukset: "Boarding was over three hours late. Ground crew was not forthcoming with information. Packed us into a small waiting lounge and then cleared the lounge. The ground crew looked out-of-control of the situation."
Plussat: "Dreamliner was great, smoothest flight I've ever been on."
Plussat: "The aircraft is nice and I enjoy the extra luggage space many companies require a lot of passengers to check their carry on at the gate and that really annoys me so I appreciate having room for everyone and their belongings."
Miinukset: "There was only one crew member that was customer friendly but she was amazing. The others that were in my area all had a horrible attitude."
Miinukset: "There wasn't a great deal of choice of food to buy on our flight because it was under 2 hours. also on our flight heading out of the UK i did find that the staff were paying more attention to the needs of the people sitting on the other side of the plane. I thought they were rather rude."
Plussat: "Front ticking counter (w/but one exception) and in-flight service was quite good. On our long haul flight, staff attention to detail, quality of service and support was greatly appreciated."
Miinukset: "Lack of moblile check-in"

Flight delayed 1.5 hrs, yet nothing was mentioned about it on Ryanair app where all the flight info should have been, boarding wasn’t even announced in the airport, had to miss the bus and spend the night in the airport because of this delay, yet got no apologies from Ryanair

It has also passed inspection in Riga, but was checked again during boarding. Staff did not want to work with us and penalized my kid by charging him 53 Euro luggage fee. Disappointed that some staff members have suaded us to never fly Ryanair again"
Miinukset: "Bag policy is not clear. We had two guitars so we paid for two bags then i found out there is musical instruments charge which is 50 euro per instrument. It’s a discrimination against musicians. Huge sporting goods fee is cheaper than that. Also there is no phone number to call. I asked about refund at ryan air check in desk and nobody knows what we should do. Ryanair makes it so easy for customers to pay add on fees but they won’t refund you when you pay by mistake. Total non sense."

Miinukset: "Ryanair should not be in business. Their website wouldn’t work, I called about needing to check in and was assured we were checked in and bags had been paid for. Get to airport and Was charged over $500€ to get half our family checked in, print boarding passes and check luggage. It was ridiculous and we almost missed our flight. Absolutely terrible service!"
Miinukset: "The airline app did not enable us to download our boarding passes as non-EU citizens and the check-in desk refused to issue paper boarding passes. We had to wait to the last minute at the gate for the agent to write up a boarding pass by hand. Ridiculous."
Plussat: "On time, newish planes Simple board ing"
Miinukset: "Ryanair deliberately seperates people traveling together in order to get them to fork out an extra 7€/person. They put us in 3E, 5E, 17E and 31E (all middle seats) yet we were on same reservation! Thankfully plane was not full so we were able to shuffle seats around. Strange business plan...."
Miinukset: "The fee to check in at the airport was absurd. There is no reason that they should not have been able to accommodate me when I was unable to check in online. The luggage is incredibly expensive as well."

Miinukset: "My biggest complaint was the way they handle random seating. My husband and I were on the same record locator and had the same last name, yet he was in the middle seat in the front of the plane and I was in a middle seat in the back of the plane. What gives?"
Plussat: "No quest when we boarded. Hand luggage was allowed inside the cabin and not placed in the hold as has been on the last few trips."
Miinukset: "the quality of the announcements is poor. The staffs accents are so heavy that the announcements cannot be heard and or understood."
Plussat: "Staff were friendly and helpful. Flight to of only a few minutes late, considering the appalling weather back in the UK, I expected more of a delay."
Miinukset: "Rear door wasn't accessible, so all passengers were loaded through the front. A bit more organisation of getting rear seated passengers on first would have facilitated a faster/safer boarding for all."
Plussat: "Not much."
Miinukset: "Late departure. Staff herding us like cattle before take off. Smelly cabin."
Plussat: "the flight and the flight crew were quite good and professional."
Miinukset: "The way we were gathered up like sheep at the departure lounge. There was one person who acted like a mini hitler, scolding people if they dared to cross the line. An unpleasant experience."

Plussat: "There is reallly nothing to like. It’s just a flight similar to a bus ride."
Miinukset: "It’s a low cost no frills airlines. It’s just like riding on a bus, so there is really nothing positive above t th experience. The worst part is the lack of directions to check in bags. At Gatwick, I had to pay for my bag in a completely different location and being the receipt to the counter. The website was ambiguous and it appeared as if one bag checked was free. Of course, that’s way too optimistic because nothing is free on the bus...I mean Ryan Air."
Plussat: "That it took off and landed. That's all."
Miinukset: "Being made to queue for almost an hour, with staff seeing and allowing people to push in front because they had a child (over 5y.o) with no regard for people who queued. Staff then came from the back to the front of the queue telling people they had to put their carry-on luggage in the hold. When questioned why, the response was "you either do it or we won't let you fly. You don't like it? What do you want? It's Ryanair, deal with it." Very disappointing, flown many times with Ryanair but never been treated like that. Also disgusted with the new policy of having to pay to sit next to your partner of the same booking. Disgusting."
Plussat: "Everything. Staff was wonderful."
Miinukset: "They took my carry on away and then we had to wait for all of the bags to come through. Not fair"

Miinukset: "Ryanair have found yet another way to squeeze some money out of you - book two or more tickets together and rather than sitting together, they'll ensure you are randomly allocated seats away from each other! Of course for some extra money, you can "enjoy" sitting together. Pathetic."

Miinukset: "Stanstead is awful. Not enough Ryanair staff on bag drop. Rude staff at disorganized we bring check. Biggest shopping mall compulsory march i have seen anywhere. Terrible. Walkways to gates are too narrow. Felt like a cattle market."
Plussat: "In flight experience was great."
Miinukset: "First time flying RyanAir and didn't checkin before arriving at airport. We're treated extremely rudely and charged Euro 100. Had priority boarding but boarding was horrible."

Miinukset: "You can't check any bag for free. They make you check-in small carry on suitcase that would have been able to be carried on at other airlines. Each check in bad cost 35 euros. So don't be fulled by the cheap tickets. Between my son and I, we checked in three bags. You have to pay for the check-in bags at a different location, which almost made us late for our flight. Plus they fly to STN airport which is far away from the center of London. It costs 120 pounds to get to our hotel from this airport."
Plussat: "The steward was friendly."
Miinukset: "Low fare is an illusion. They forced customers to check in carryons that would have been qualified as carryon by other airlines. Any checked in bag cost $35 and there is absolutely no free check in bags. We ended up check in 3 bags for two of us. Service is super slow. In addition, if you are traveling to London, the airport they use is STN which is at least 1 and half hours from the City. There is no Uber available from that airport. Tax cost is $120+. As you can see, no matter how cheap the ticket might seem, it ends up to be very costly, no matter you are talking about money and time. Flight attendant was friendly but the Rome CIA airport service was horrible (that's where they fly out from). You first have to stay in a long slow line to get the check in bag invoice, take it to a payment counter where 3 out of 4 service people were on there phone texting while there is another long and slow line of travelers are waiting to make payment. We almost missed our flight despite the fact we got there 3 hours earlier."
Plussat: "The plane took off and landed"
Miinukset: "The airline appears to understaff or not train their check in counter staff very well. It took nearly one hour to go through a 30-40 meter baggage check line. If there hadn't been a delay boarding the flight I may not have been allowed on. I arrived 90 minutes before this in-country flight as well."
Plussat: "Easy to check in online right time boarding and arrival ahead of time. No problems. I wonder why some people call queueing and check-in at airport "normal". If they enjoy it - it is fai to charge them extra."

Miinukset: "Baggage drop and checkin crew were rude and unacommodating Boarding took way too long to begin and it's via a shuttle bus. No jet bridges available No in flight entertainment whatsoever Fees for checked bags are very high There are fees to check-in and select a seat"
Miinukset: "We arrived to our flight 45 minutes before boarding time. Our flight was delayed by 1 hour but they still did not checked in our bags. We had to pay to get another flight the next day and stayed a a hotel nearby. It is really frustrating not being able to board the plane when you are literary watching it."
