Sopiva lämpötila, tilava economy ja leffojen lisäksi myös sarjoja. Ruoka oli ihan ok, eikä tietysti voi miellyttää kaikkia.

Oli kylmä. Aika moni aivasteli tai niiskutti 12 tunnin lennon päättyessä.

Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.

Aikataulun pitäminen

We checked in online, but still had to stand in line for a very long time to drop off our luggage. We were also getting contradicting information from different agencies. Leaving Rome was quite nightmarish to be honest. The whole process seemed very inefficient

Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.

Stop making the people on the flight pay extra for WIFI. The flights are expensive enough.

Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.

Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin

Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.

Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö

Great flights all around

AA bounced us off the flight, causing 3 days of nightmarish nonsense, cancelled business appointments, rescheduling doctors appointments. All our documents and permissions were in order, correct to the State Dept, and CDC. We also stated and claimed our Rights as Christian Objectors to the injections. We presented our Attestation of Christian Faith and Objection. AA discriminated against us. Impossible, you might think.... It will happen to you and your Family . STAY AWAY FROM AA !!

My flight was canceled. Got to flight to London with British Airways. That flight was late and I missed my connecting flight to Newark. I was forced to check in my carry on bag because there was no more space in the overhead bins. The worst travel ever

Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.

Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.

Vähän myöhässä muuten kaikki sujui loistavasti

Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.

Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)

Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.

Kaikki meni tälä kertaa niin hyvin, ettei nyt pysty mitään paranettavaa keksimään. Hieno uusi lentokenttä Hkin pässä jossa hyvät ja selkeät opasteet. Kaikki Roin kenntällä sujui jouhevasti, vaikka lento vähän myöhässä olikin ja mukavat matkustamohenkilökunta :)

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!

Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.

Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Lentoemäntä joka oli Lennon takaosassa oli todella mukava!

Tässä odottelen laukkua vieläkin niin missähän olis parannettavaa!

I contacted customer service and chatted with a representative of Norwegian Air who told me they sent me an email about the seat changes..... while I was in the chat I checked my email and it was A BOLD FACE LIE.... they never sent an email concerning the seat changes or anything else!!! LIARS!!!! We paid extra for seats and couldn’t sit together to end our vacation. No one spoke English enough to understand any announcement including the PILOT. The food was uneatable.. The WORST FLIGHT in memory!!! DO NOT FLY Norwegian air!!!!!"
Miinukset: "2 hour delay before boarding and now adding more because in LA our gate isn’t ready. they sell everything, you only get a 1 glass of soft drink free. in an almost 13 hour flight this is insane, complimemtary water has to be a must. after purchasing watee bottle an cocke, 30 minutes went by and nobody came to give them, said snacks and drinks were just closed but the purchase did go through 30 minutes ago. gave 1 half full pkastic glass flass woth water wand warm falf full pepsi to make it up. no wifi no meal options to buy, just ‘snacks’ horrible ordeal to be in a plane for 13 hours"

There was no personnel there because the connecting flight was over a hour late and norweigen didnt composite for people in wheel chairs that was left to walk to the departure gate that was far and in another building. Miinukset: "I didnt like on my way from newark to Rome Italy with a handy cap 80 yr old couldnt get out of the seat because the stewardess didnt know how to put the arm rest up so it would be easier for her and my self to get out to go to the toilet. Didnt like that diebetic food was delivered to thoes people in first rather with the rest. If u mark it then all should be the same."

Miinukset: "First Class cabin in need of repairs, seats broken, media is archaic, crew tries hard but their tools and services are minimal. The premium food options make coach anywhere else seem grand and there are no amenities like a pillow etc. I knew most of this when booking and I don't really drink or eat much but really this product is sub par. Still I have a seat which becomes a bed and for long haul flights that's what I want. So there is that. Also no on line checkin and never try to call the customer service.......it's very 1990's. Finally Norw Air had to sub contract out the equipment and crew on this Rome to NYC flight. I understand the sub contractors seat are better than NA's First Class seats. Stay Tuned.....this was my first R/T.......I may give it one more try and report back."

Miinukset: "They cancelled our Barcelona flight with no explainationand rather than book for us on another carrier, they suggested we buy our own tickets and fly to another state to find a similar Barcelona flight. Disgusting and rude."
Plussat: "For a 9.5 hr flight, you didn’t get meals and there wasn’t TVs to entertain yourself. When you asked the flight attendants for help, it was like you were bothering or inconveniencing them. It was a terrible experience for any kind of flight."

I would rather pay more for my ticket and have the airline include the necessary human needs such as water and luggage. Norwegian is serious bare bones and makes you pay A LOT extra for things like water."

If it is a non changeable tkt......SPELL IT OUT TREMENDOUS PROBLEMS PASSING IMMIGRATION IN EWR. 2 1/2 HOURS IN SEVERAL CONSECUTIVE LINES !!!!!!"
Plussat: "Planes arrived on time, crew helpful, the comforts not so good. I do have to mention that the low super basic fares if you can fly on a backpack allow folks to fly international who really couldn't before. Plane excellent new Boeing 787 but with least comfort economy section seating configuration.. Best ever technology in Greyhound bus comfort. Pay for food and drinks experience via entertainment screen was good but not perfect."
Miinukset: "it felt like the Southwest airlines but 13 hour flights and you had to pay for baggage and water. Their upper end fares allow slightly wider seat, no-cost luggage, food and drinks but you cannot avoid the cattle experience of being bussed from far west LAX terminal to Bradley terminal with economy folks like me. Much better than WOW but trailing everyone else."

Came through the initial boarding gate quickly but then stood still in the ramp tunnel for about 20 minutes waiting for the plane doors to open. After that wait, everything went well.

Miinukset: "Once on board, we were told there was going to be a 30 minute delay. It was hot as balls on the plane."

Plussat: "The crew was very polite and well trained. The cabin was clean and the food and drink selections were excellent. It's not a luxury flight, but for the value - I would recommend easyJet for shorter flights."
Miinukset: "The bussing to and from the aircraft to the terminals is a bit unnerving and super crowded. It would be very difficult for older and less agile persons."

They are telling that first in the gate and then they charge for extra £50 for hand luggage. I'm going to avoid flying easyJet in the future."
Plussat: "The short flight?"
Miinukset: "Seriously now, the line, the attitude, the delays, the lack of information, is not "low cost". I fly some low cost companies but easyJet needs to improve. I was stranded once in London and the company never did a thing to help. Sadly, it's not worth it considering how one gets stranded with no real recourses. Try to get a refund from the company and you know what I'm talking about. Now Norwegian Express, that's another good story."
Plussat: "There was no food or entertainment. Crew was adequate but polite. Consistent downfall of easyJet is it’s bsggage policy. I couldn’t even bring a handbag. Happy to check my suitcase but bringing s small backpack and s purse is necessary for men and women of all ages. I will say that unlike most of the European low cost airlines this was on time!"

Miinukset: "When I booked this I didn't see an opportunity to pay for our bags on the Kayak booking site When I checked in the charge was about $60.00 for each of 4 bags .... more than half of the ticket costs. I don't think I'll use Kayak again if they are not clear regarding paying for bags ahead and saving. It may have been my oversight but I'm both poorer and wiser. Easyjet seems to thrive on the baggage charges.... it's not comparing apples and apples when Kayak gives prices if the baggage charges are hidden. I would like Kayak to change it's program or provide an option so that any baggage charges are calculated in the "up front" cost quote so that airlines are compared "apples to apples"."

Plussat: "You know i have never had a bad experience on any airline until till today at 2:15pm on September 29, 2017 while boarding the plane for flight number 4244 on easyjet airlines when i was told that i had to take my backpack that served as my purse for my last two weeks of travel and put eveything in my backpack, which included my wallet, passport, ipad, phone, meds, and ereader in my other regular size carry on. My son and i each had a carry on suitcase that met the requirment when I flew to Rome last friday on the exact same size plane. I was told I was NOT to have two types of carry on bags i was only ALOWED ONE and was NOT given the option of putting it under my seat. They were more than willing to charge me another 50 Euro to check my carry on bag. But first she asked to see my ticket to see if i was even allowed another checked bag. She DID NOT look at my ticket but immediately flipped my passport and saw that i was from the US AND TOLD ME I WAS ALLOWED ONLY ONE CARRY ON BAG! Yet this awesomely nice Canadian couple (they spoke to me after the flight landed in Paris and were shocked i was made to do this given what they carried on the plane) who had checked and paid for 3 bags and then turned around and carried on a cloth canvas bag for him, a black purse for her, a shopping bag bigger than her purse with items in it and two backpacks. What happened to being able to carry on a carry on suitcase and a purse for women or a lap top size bag, which in some cases is larger than my backpack?I have never hated anyone in my life but I am really tired of the world judging ALL AMERICANS under the same umbrella. I spent my hard earned money in Italy and to be treated with such disrespect on the way out of the country completley floored me! I will not ever fly back into Rome, Italy on any airline! These people are rude and do not care who they offend but Americans are supposed to kiss eveybody's butts! Sorry but I am mad and have written to the airline and i am sure nothing will happen."
Miinukset: "Also, there is a reason for the space under the seat in front of you. The crew seemed completely untrained to deal with a problem of no place to put bags. There were many samll backpacks and purses in overhead bins that should have been on the floor in front of the petson carrying them. My bag or nobody else's bag should have to ne put at the back of the plane while my seat is damn near at the front if the plane. They were not afraid to offend me but people from countries other than the US they wouldn't even make them put the bag under the seat in front of them."

Plussat: "Paid extra because we had a connecting flight. Had seats 1A and 1B but there are no controls at boarding so my carry ones had to go all the back to row 8. Nothing like swimming against the current to get your bags and not savinging any time."

Miinukset: "If you pay for speedy boarding, then you need to know that you should check in at the "Special Assistance" desk at the check-in counter. EasyJet doesn't tell you that. The other thing is that this is not a cheap airline if you are checking bags. It works out to be pretty comparable to other carriers once you pay for bags and buy a seat."
Plussat: "We were book on a segment (Rome to London) of a Norwegian Air Flight from Rome to the US. We did not know this until our boarding passes came. There baggage policy made this very difficult. We flew over the first phases of our trip Air Berlin, Alitalia, and Ryan Air. We were alowed a take on piece of luggage and a small backpack on each flight. We had had no problem with this and were very careful to not overstep our limits. When we got to Easy Jet we had to repack our luggage and check one piece for approx $60(we were only allowed 1 piece per person) and then when we got to London we had to repack again back to our original 2 pieces in order not to have to check the large bag we had moved most of our belongings into which would have cost us an additional amoung. Easy Jet Is the only airline I have ever encountered with this insane policy and I am ery resentful of the time and cost of packing and repacking. Luckily we had a collapsible bag with us for an emergency and had arrived at the airport with a 3 hour time frame in which to do this."
Miinukset: "I will certainly be cautious in using KIWI again because of this and certainly won't ever use Easy Jet. I am now skeptical of Norwegian Air for putting us in this situation. Norwegian Air's food policy makes thier flight very cumbersome and uncomfortable. Theyt ignore requests to buy food if one hasn't done it earlier. I had no idea that on a transatlantic flight absolutely nothing would be offered, including water, except at a price. Because of the luggage debacle we had to time to buy anything"
Miinukset: "We thought we were saving so much money by using KAYAK. When we got to the airport, the airlines charged us a premium because we did not alert them we would be checking in our baggage. Kayak did not give us the option to check in our baggage, and we ended up paying more to check in our baggage than the airfare. There is no way to contact KAYAK and speak to a human being, so we will not be using this service ever again to book flights or anything else for that matter."

Otherwise they charge you a 55 euro fee for a normal check in at the airport. It’s written in very small letters at the end of the confirmation email they send you. You obviously don’t see it unless you scroll down 10 times all the way to the bottom of the email. This is called a rip off. This should be mentioned all the way at the top near the confirmation number. So I had no choice but paying that fee. I’m sure I’m not the first person this happened to. These thieves must make a lot of money with this. The other bad surprise was that the arrival airport was so far from the center of the city, I paid 120 euros with Uber to get home versus 45 euros when flying into the main Paris airports. Overall, it becomes the same price than flying with Air France."

I packed a small American Tourister bag 14 for my European trip starting in Rome to Paris then on to Amsterdam, as well as packed a book bag. At first I booked non priority but figured I'd add the $7.50 to be safe and be able to take both my bags, plus it got me thru the gate quicker, so I booked PRIORITY and it worked out for me. The space is kind of tight but I was able to fit comfortably in my seat and the flight was abt 2 hrs or so from Rome to Paris. I never reclined my seat because after takeoff I fell promptly asleep. I had a 6:30 am flight. The crew appeared very unbothered n blasé but there were no mishaps and they were attempting to get everyone seated as quickly as possible so we could get on to our destination on time. The landing was a bit off but nothing major just a hard drop, nothing serious. Overall not as bad as the nightmare reviews but nothing to brag about either. Well worth my $60 (American)."

With plenty of room to spare. The lady at the check in said it was too big. Then I showed her how my bag fits with plenty of room to spare. But then she said it also needs to go up and down if I put it sideways. Basically my bag by volume is much smaller than the standard, but is about half centimeter wider. This was enough for her to force me to pay 50 Euros. I didn't believe I should pay but there was no option. It was either pay or not fly since boarding was almost finished. She made me sign a paper to"acknowledge" that my bag wasn't the right fit. I had no option. I really feel this treatment was un-dignifying. I will never fly with Ryanair again."

Miinukset: "Our flight was at 6:35am from Rome to Greece. We took an Uber to get to Ciampino Airport cause the trains don't work until 4:30 or 5am. So we get to this crappy airport and it was closed. We see people sitting outside in the stairs, sleeping on the few benches that was there and on the ground. Finally around 4am the airport opens and have to be in line waiting another half an hour for the people of Ryanair to come to the counter. When is our turn they told us that we have to go to another counter around the corner to pay for the laugagge and because we didn't print our ticket I tried to print my ticket all day the day I bought it and the website didn't allow me. I kept requesting for a code over and over again thinking I was doing something wrong but the bottom to click just didn't process anything. So I thought with my confirmation number for the booking I will be fine at the airport to get my boarding pass. Well no. They charged us 50 euros per laugagge,, that didn't have any extra weight (11 kilos each laugagge and 50 euros for not printing the ticket. So we paid 300 euros for the 3 of us Now I know why the website didn't accept the request to print the tickets on line cause they wanted to charge ppl extra. And I was not the only one with this issue there were other people in line with the same problem. This is one of the worse airlines ever! Totally scam. They don't give you nothing on the flight not even water. Cause they try to sell it to you. Food, water, snacks. Beware this company is a scam and provide a horrible costumer service."

We ended up spending over two hours attempting to get everyone in our party of four registered to check in for their flight only to have the website repeatedly crash and not send us the boarding passes . So in the end I would just warn anyone dealing with Ryan air to print your boarding passes as soon as you book your tickets and slip them into your suitcase once you're traveling and you don't have access to a business center you cannot get their website and/or their app to work correctly for you and if you don't have a boarding pass before you get to the airport they will charge you I believe the charge is €30 per person for them to print you a boarding pass even though their website and their app will not let you download a copy of your boarding pass in a timely and or easy fashion."
