Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..
British Airways food was very tasteless but the staff were very accommodating for me and my baby boy.
Plussat: "The crew was amazing, friendly and on-top of it. the filght was great. I was next too a large, smelly man and that affected my flight, but that was out of the airline crew's control made the flight a bit uncomfortable."
Miinukset: "Not to be seated next to a large man and a child behind me kicking my seat. Again, items out of your control. There is one item, and that is, I forgot to request a vegan food option and it would have been nice to have one last minute even though I did not request it."

Plussat: "Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company"

It was so TIGHT that my knees were pressing up agains the seat in front of me the whole 8 hours of flight, even though I am only 5'7"! I felt really sorry for those passengers who were taller. Finnair also lost my checked in bag and delivered it 36 hours later without providing any compensation. Coming back the flight was delayed due to mechanical reasons, which caused a number of passengers miss connecting flights. This is one of the things that can happen to any airline, but only Finnair failed to provide an agent to take care of the passengers who missed their flights. So, after a 2 hour delay and 7 hours of traveling in the air, the stranded passengers had to find an agent in JFK who would rebook their flights. One of the worst traveling experiences. Will never travel Finnair again!"

The seats were not only uncomfortable, but also so tightly arranged that my knees touched the back of the front seat, and I am an average 6 feet tall. Inflight entertainment options were available only through the Wamos app, which could not be downloaded on the plane (and Norwegian had not mentioned during check in). Unless for people with pre-ordered food, it was not possible to buy even water until about 3 1/2 hours into the flight. The flight to BCN on a Norwegian plane was okay, but the prospect of another such return experience makes it very questionable to book this airline again."

The worst airline experience after flying 2 million miles in 40 years on numerous airlines. Never Norwegian again."

Miinukset: "The process was non-existent. Simply terrible and not thought through at all. First there is no on-line check in. So, you arrive without a seat assignment or boarding pass. Stress. Then you go to the small handful of kiosks and find that only a couple are working. So you wait in line. Then you get your boarding pass and walk to the security checkpoint as you do with every...other...airline..ever. You wait on line and watch countless people being turned away from the security person. You wonder why out loud and surmise with the passengers around you - but we’ve all flow. Hundreds of times before, and we all have our boarding passes and no checked bags. So, you think youre ok. Stress. Then when it’s your turn, you get rejected because you have to have a “stamp”. What stamp? I scanned my passport at the kiosk and I have a “known passenger” number. what stamp? Go back to the counter and wait on a loooong slow line. They want to weigh our bags. Why? They are all small carry-ons. We’ve all done this a thousand times. Nope - Norwegein weighs your TOTAL carry on and it all has to be less than 10kg. 10 kilograms! So, one by one, EVERY passenger is instantly angry and gets hit with a $65 fee per bag and all carry ons get checked. Stress and now we will be late upon our arrival as we didn’t anticipate checked luggage. After having your luggage weighed and deemed too heavy, you have to go wait on the “payment line” to pay your $65 fee. This is a joy - everyone is pissed. The staff is smirking and repeating, “don’t stress” over and over. After you pay your fee, you have to get BACK ON LINE to show the bag guy that you paid and then he put your bag on the conveyer. only, your bag is in a pile of all the other bag behind the counter. So he holds up each bag and says, “this one?” Farking nuts. Then you go and get BACK ON LINE to go through security. Then the gate....that’s a whole other debacle. 250 people crowded around the gate person. Literally hell. LOOK AT THE OTHER AIRLINES AROUND YOU. COPY THEM. Oh, no food or drinks on the plane unless you know the secret handshake. We realized this when the food cart and drink cart each passed us by. Mind you, this was t just our group. Every passenger around us has the same stress filled confused experience and we all spoke about it. Never, ever again. Pay the extra $100 and fly a proper airline."

Staff about what you'd expect given the rest. Will avoid this airline in the future despite its travel times. Worst of all was the outsourced phone customer service. The app would not work several times for basic things like adding luggage. I was treated as if I was the problem. It was surreal. Seriously, never again."

I mean c’mon, who pays for water on a long haul flight? Is that a joke? Who comes up with these pricing strategies? A transatlantic budget airline? Stop ripping off travelers just to make a quick buck.. Evil are those who negotiate partnership deals like this without keeping your customer in mind. You are in the service industry for crying out loud! - If any of such amenities are not offered on long haul flights, that needs to be EXPLICITLY NOTED IN BIG BOLD LETTERS DURING BOOKING. - Very poor understanding of customer behaviour and flight booking.. - Price discrimination by having to pay for standard amenities on long haul flights is evil and unethical"
Plussat: "I flew round trip from Oakland, CA to London. This is a budget airline. You pay for anything extra. That said, the airplane was new, spotless and comfortable. The toilets were clean and well stocked with paper products. ( I have experienced quite the opposite on more expensive flights.) The crew was efficient and responsive. The plane was on time and the flight was great. Given the $700 price reduction, I don't mind paying to check luggage or bringing my own food, water, blanket, pillow, ear phones, music, sleep mask and earplugs. If you want a snack, drink, coffee or water, it can be ordered for airport prices. The snacks looked better than the food they served."

The crew did not see that I paid for a premium seat and after 3 hours of waiting at the checking counter I was the last person receive a seat on the plane and was downgraded to coach. My luggage was never put on the plane - although the crew promised they would assure my suitcase made it on. On the way back (LON - FTT) the airline did not have any headphones and did not have any snacks for purchase - obviously very poor planning for a cross-Atlantic flight. If they were unable to properly stock the plane prior to departure, they should have notified people waiting at the gate, so that the passengers would have the opportunity to purchase those items at the airport prior to departure."

What's to like ...when airline representatives are non response. What's to like...no food or drink unless you pre ordered for a transatlantic flight which lasted over 8 hours. What's to like arriving 2 hours late at 11 PM instead of the scheduled time of 9 PM."
Miinukset: "I don't like being gauged for the price of a ticket. I paid more for a one way ticket than for a round trip just to return home on the day I was expected. I don't like being told to stand on line for 30+ minutes when I could have stood on line for 10 if the people who are running the show knew what they were doing. I don't like being told the plane is late due to routine maintenance when routine maintenance is expected to occur in a timely manner not when the plane is scheduled to fly. Never mind how I feel about sitting for 8 hours with no drink."
Plussat: "Aircraft was new and in good condition. Quick boarding and arrived about 20 mins early"
Miinukset: "Air was extremely dry, but worst part is that the seat virtually does not recline. Very uncomfortable ride, fortunately the plane was only half full. Would have been torture if someone was next to me. You have to buy water/drinks, which I knew and was ok with, but did not realize that it was only available for part of the flight (at least the ordering system though the infotainment unit said that the snack shop was closed and I could not order. I did not attempt to call over an attendant to ask in person)"
Miinukset: "In spite of request for Vegetarian food, there was no food available. While checking in, I did ask the officer about the food & was told YES. The same issue occurred on Return. I request for some refund a's a Compensation & it should be Debited to the contractor for food as a Penalty."

Miinukset: "6 hour delay and the worst customer service"
Plussat: "One of the best planes I have traveled in to go to Europe. I will definitely be using them again"
Miinukset: "Nothing much, the boarding was a bit chaotic at first but that was because all the passangers decided to stand by the entrance to the line even when it wasn't their time to board. The seat I was in had some water leaking on it at first from the air conditioner, I assume condensation but it stopped once we really got up in the air."
Plussat: "Beautiful plane. Exit row was comfortable."
Miinukset: "Food was so so. Flight attendants did not ask us if we were prepared to act in an emergency in the exit row."
Miinukset: "Showed up to my flight an hour before and was told I was late and booking closed... was told by another airline three hours later that an hour before I was able to change my flight for another time but was never told by Norwegian airlines employee. Not only did I pay $542 for a flight home that I actually never was on but had to pay an additional $1400 to get back home and getting home the following day. I would like a refund of my $542 since I was told the wrong information and was on time for boarding."

When the started to serve the meals, I politely informed the flight attendant that I had a Gluten allergy and would like to purchase a salad instead. She stated that I needed to reserve my Gluten Free option 72 hours in advance and that a salad was not available. So I ate my snack of a nuts for an 8.5 hour flight. This is a HUGE disservice to those who have allergies! Because of this...I will no longer fly with Norwegian!"
Plussat: "The Dreamliner plane that Norwegian flies on this route was amazingly comfortable. My husband and I usually chose to fly based on getting to fly on this type of plane. We were very pleased with the entertainment system and availability of movies and shows to watch, by far the best of the three other airlines we flew on this trip. The service was great, and the prices of in flight beverages were reasonable."

Miinukset: "Even in low fare airlines you're allowed to have one piece of luggage and hand luggage with you. easyJet allows only one hand luggage, but they don't clarify that clearly in their rules. They are telling that first in the gate and then they charge for extra £50 for hand luggage. I'm going to avoid flying easyJet in the future."

Miinukset: "We boarded really early but the plane hadn’t arrived and we were made to wait in a corridor, we boarded at about 9:30 when we were supposed to depart at 8:55, we departed almosted an hour later than expected (9:45) which made a huge difference and unfortuntely we missed the train from luton and the last tube in London."
Plussat: "Efficient check in and bag drop. Flight attendants were professional and accommodating."
Miinukset: "I sat in seat 1A, near the door, and froze. Changed seats with a lady so she could be with her children. I originally had seat 1D. I am surprised you charge extra for that seat. If one of the children would have sat in seat 1A I am sure they would be sick with a cold in a few days."

Miinukset: "Automated baggage drop off No one to help with bags. Very late. Sat on plane for ages before lift off. Slow to get a drink. Hardly time to drink it. Very uncomfortable and annotingz experience."

Miinukset: "Boarding halfway through was delayed, had to wait on the ground at Bristol for some unknown ground staff person to turn up before we could disembark"
Plussat: "Good flight - nothing much to report other than it was a flight without any hassles."

Plussat: "They even sold tickets for the Gatwick express to London while we were waiting to board asst the hasta in Edinburgh Scotland.that saved us the line at Gatwick.much appreciated."
Miinukset: "Easy jet lands at north terminal.you must take a shuttle to the south terminal to get the Gatwick express train."
