Baggage drop Tukholmassa oli vaikeaa löytää. Terminaali 5 on sekava remontin takia, siksi ohjeistus/kyltitys pitäisi selkeyttää. Lyhyellä lennolla on typerää tarjoilla mitään. Finnairin mustikkamehuinnostus on outo: se on roiskuessaan tahraavaa nestettä, jonka jakaminen ahtaasti istuville matkustajille on täysin turhaa. Vesi riittää, jos sitä on erikseen tarjottava 45 minuutin matkalla.
Koneen tarjoilun hinnat olivat kalliita
Sopiva lämpötila, tilava economy ja leffojen lisäksi myös sarjoja. Ruoka oli ihan ok, eikä tietysti voi miellyttää kaikkia.

Ihan hyvin toimi kaikki, paitsi jalkatilaa oli melko vähän pitkälle pohjoismaalaiselle.
Koneeseen pakkautumista voisi järkevöittää, esim. rivi tai muutama kerrallaan, jottei syntyisi ryntäylyä ja hässäkkää.
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.

Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.
Tehokasta, mukavaa, uutta ja miellyttävää. Homma toimi. Hyvät unet!

Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.

Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Miinukset: "It is ridiculous to have elderly passengers made to carry heavy luggage up and down multiple steep stairways. This happened in Dublin, Edinburgh and of all places, Heathrow was the worst. There is no excuse not to have level walkways and Entrances to these large planes. Totally unacceptable given the prices we pay to travel."
Plussat: "The plane was huge with lots of empty seats. This is better than my flight out, which was oversold (I was the person who didn't have a seat, until just before departure when someone else didn't show up). The seats appeared to be new."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed by an hour. No information was available about what gate the delayed flight would be departing from, which made it difficult to relax while waiting due to fears of missing the flight whenever it finally took off. The electronic flight list said to check the monitor at 6:38pm to find out what gate would be used (for a 5:30pm flight). I checked the monitor at 6:14 and it said the flight was boarding. This seems like a recipe for making people miss the flight. At the very least it made things stressful. No free food/beverages were provided (some is available at a cost). A family with a very tired baby was forced to wait in a huge long line rather than being pre-boarded. That just seems discourteous to me."
Miinukset: "This is the second time your plans have been late! You were late leaving from Venice to London Heathrow on August 1 which I barely made the flight to Glasgow and then coming back your flight is late leaving Edinburgh to Heathrow And my luggage doesn't make it again! You don't even serve water on the airplane which is ridiculous! Your flight crew were nice but you really need to be on time or not schedule flights with such short layover times!"
Miinukset: "Flight delayed and caused me to miss connection. The flight from Edinburgh to London is only an hour. This became a disaster for travel all day."

Miinukset: "We were late to our outbound flight due to our other flight being delayed from weather. We went to the ticket desk area, which was closed and were directed to another help desk. Once at the front the attendent refused to help us and sent us to another desk at the other end of the terminal. After waiting in another long line, the attendent told us we had missed all flights to Edinburgh. There lack of staff and customer service caused us to miss all flights and trains into Edinburgh. On top of that, we were notified our flight back to London would be cancelled because we missed our outbound flight and that she could not provide us with any credits or refunds that we would need to call customer service. We lost the money we spent on our Edinburgh hotel and had no way to get to our vacation."
Plussat: "Why have they destroyed this once great airline. Better choice of destinations and better prices and similar poor service from the Budget Airlines..Once I return I WILL NOT fly BA ever again."
Miinukset: "Paying top dollar for the fare and the being asked to pay for the food and drink which was hugely overpriced anyway. They are now an Expensive no-frills budget service airline."
Plussat: "They may not always tell you everything, but they seem to think of their passengers first. I was worried about getting my bag out of the overhead bins which ended up three rows ahead of me. I thought I was going to have to exit the plane from the rear since that was how I entered and wondered how I would get my bag. Turns out this was not the case as everyone would exit from the front."
Miinukset: "Being seated at the rear of the plane. This was not the flight seat I chose and paid for at booking originally. Do not know what happened with that. I needed to make an international connection within an hour and half for boarding and was nearly the last off the plane. Made it just fine, but felt lucky airport seemed not so busy. I am not sure about pre-booking seats being worth it as my way home I did not seem to get any of them."

I didn't realize that any transatlantic airline still ran films on common screens, 1970s-style. Just how old were our planes?"
Plussat: "I expected a wonderful experience with British Air but unfortunately our flight from Edinburgh was delayed , missed our connecting flight from Heathrow. We were put up in a hotel by BA and arrived st Heathrow to find our replacement BA flight was delayed because of fuel issues. Still sitting and waiting."
Miinukset: "The queuing process was not efficient, the packing of people on a shuttle bus was dangerous with the number of people squashed onto the bus and then we had to wait on the bus for quite a while for the determination to be made that the flight was ready. Once on the flight, the hanging flap that separates the first class from economy, was loosely hanging and rattled fiercely and on lift-off swung back toward our faces. We had to pay 4 pounds for a coke and weird coffee. Then we had to circle London while we waited to land because of the IT mess in London."

I was told I needed a paper copy ticket, couldn't get one until exactly 2 hours before my flight according to the ticket agent. I waited patiently while many others checked in (later to see those same people on my flight who clearly checked in before the 2 hours), but then found out from a different ticket agent that I didn't need a paper copy ticket, so I waited there for no reason due to misinformation from your ticket agent. My flight was delayed twice, then they lined us up at the wrong gate. After scanning our tickets, the door wouldn't open to let us out to the airplane, then they lined us up outside the plane in freezing cold winds because they were still cleaning the plane-the guy was still taking the trash out. Where is the "priority" in that? I know I really only paid to not have to check my bag, but it's also called priority - not quite sure they understood that. Will probably never travel this airline again, too much hassle and frustration for such simple things."

Besides all of this, the planes are not nice, you are only allowed one carry on (no personal item) and the seats are not comfortable. I thought we would save money but check in fees and ridiculous baggage fees made this flight cost more than a nicer airline."

By the time we get to self check kiosk for the 2nd time our gate is closed and we’ve missed our flight. Not sure why the person at the check in counter couldn’t check our bags for us and get us moving through security??? No offer of any reimbursement and additionall cost for new flight later in the day at more than twice the cost of the flight we missed. Lack of clear direction or any semblance of customer service. I guess you get what you pay for..."
Miinukset: "From now on I will pay a little bit more money to have a more comfortable flight. The aircraft Ryanair is employing is easily a couple decades old, and is incredibly cramped. The whole aircraft felt rickety as it rocketed through the sky. Our flight boarded an hour late (not the fault of the airline) and when we got on the plane the crew members hardly smiled and were very grumpy. That's the last time I try to save a quick buck on a cheaper airline."

Miinukset: "We were charged for them to print our boarding passes. We were charged 50 pounds per person because we hadn't checked in online, despite our having done so. We had a change in plans so had to change our flight time after we had booked back in February. . Ryan Air charges more to rebook a flight than the initial cost of the booking, so we just bought another ticket. I will never book on this airline again."
Miinukset: "Flights ended up being close to or more expensive because of baggage charges. Also, the length of the terminal to board downstairs off the tarmac is ridiculous for an older couple such as we are. The only good thing was (a) a polite airport employee who got us a wheelchair; (b) a second boarding door for rear section seats."
Miinukset: "Went to checkin desk and told to straight to security. Walked to the other end of the airport only to discover our preprinted boarding passes would read at security. Had to lug all our bags back to the Ryan desk, wait in a long line, and get new boarding passes. Then lug our bags back across the airport to security and FINALLY the gate. Don't assume your print at home boarding passes will work."

Miinukset: "We checked a golf bag. It was disaster trying to retrieve it at Stanstead. It took one solid hour, three people, and my husband finally having to get it out or the security area himself."
Plussat: "The fact that it got me to Dublin."
Miinukset: "After having all my liquids taken at security from my carry-on (which had been just fine on all other legs of my trip over) Ryanair decides that they are too full for me to take my bag on board, so they made me check it. When I requested that I get the bag back at the gate, they said no. It had to be checked through to baggage claim. This meant that in Dublin I had to go back to get my bag downstairs and go through security twice more. Exactly what I wanted to avoid. I had a very tight connection to the US. It was horrible! I purposely packed light for a 16 day trip!! It would've been helpful if they had let me gate check it. I won't fly them again."

Miinukset: "The process of checking in online was very misleading. While checking in online, their website continuously glitched. It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in. They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again."

Miinukset: "Long walk to the gate. No ramp into the plane from the gate. No escalator. You have to go down the stairs and walk to the plane to board."
Miinukset: "Plane was half hour late and they refused to post that it was delayed. We landed 30 min late. We also SLAMMED into the Tarmac, felt very close to a crash landing. It was a scary. I have never had such a violent landing. Couldn't have been good for the plane. All the passengers were clearly worried. Not the way you want to stay a trip. Not comfortable w this trip, probably wouldn't recommend Ryan. It also feels like your on a subway car in the sky."
