Miinukset: "The service on the flight from Houston to Turkey was much better than it was from Turkey to Houston. For one thing, the flight attendant never made up our beds on the way back to Houston. For another, the sound did not work at my seat, so I was unable to use any of the entertainment. The flight attendant kept trying to give me different headphones...it wasn't the headphones that were the problem!! He never really addressed the issue or coordinated a possible seat change (even though there were empty seats in business class)."

Getting off the flight the flight attendant had her back turned to everyone but made sure that the guests in first class were greeted as they discarded the air craft. As soon as she left everyone else from economy off the plane she didn’t even say have a good day, rather she had a nasty look on her face. This will be the last time I fly Lufthansa."

I paid for a one-stop flight and have ended up having to endure a two-stop flight with extended lay overs. I feel completely cheated out of my money and overall have had a terrible experience."
Miinukset: "The return leg has been nothing but a disaster, in every way possible, specifically my time and financially. At no point in the booking process, when I paid over $800 for the trip, was I told that I needed a specific travel visa (Canadian ETA) to fly back into Toronto for my return flight. Subsequently when I checked in for my flight yesterday morning in Manchester, England, I did not have the required travel documents and had to be rerouted onto a flight into the U.S. at a cost to me of $350. The rerouted flight got me to Washington Dulles airport, where I then had to purchase a second flight to get me home to Cleveland, Ohio, at an additional/extra cost of $450. MY CAR IS PARKED AT TORONTO PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT!!! I am having to now rent a car and drive there tomorrow (Friday) to collect my car, at another additional cost of $100 plus a 10-hour round trip. Due to the lack of information and communication on your companies behalf, I am down close to a $1,000 and will lose 2-days in work as of the additional days I am having to travel back to Toronto to collect my vehicle. I would appreciate contact from your organization to find the avenue I need to take for compensation of my time and finances. Regards"

Miinukset: "Connecting flight to MUC was cancelled without notification, this was corrected too late to get me a different flight from ATH to MUC. So then I had to miss MUC to LAX. Instead i was transferred to an Airfrance flight 12 hours later."

Miinukset: "It was a really rainy day and we all had to get on shuttles to get to our plane. Once we reached the plane, the crew should have facilitated an orderly boarding through both doors rather than one. This was also a pretty empty flight and other passengers were utilizing their assigned seat as well as a whole other row and calling it theirs just because they set something on one seat. It didn't seem right that some of us had to stay in our little crowded area while others used up 4 seats and I don't mean for laying down."

Miinukset: "You should reconsider your alcohol policy for comfort class traveler,and offer a variety of drinks except beer and basic wine. Moreover ,its not "reasonable" to serve wine in cartoon cups. You should improve your WIFI service,when it is offer."
Miinukset: "For some reason reps at counter made me to check in my carry-on, thogh the plane was almost emty. Airoflot’s coffe was disgusting! Tasted like regular tap hot water!"

Miinukset: "3 out of my 4 flight during this trip were late. One of those was at Moscow's SVO, 5 hour delay, because there were no planes! I don't know how does that happen, but that's what we were told. Called to board 3 times, cancelled twice. On my way to Bangkok the plane was late by an hour to the transfer to Moscow's SVO, they taxi's us to the furthest part of the airport and then the bus took about 15 minutes to get us to the terminal. Inside at the transfer gate one officer and about 150 people waiting to be checked. I had to cut the line to reach my flight. Horrible experience, and talking to others who use Aeroflot, I was told this wasn't the first case, but certainly the worst they have seen so far. Avoid this company and maybe even SVO airport as well."

Very disappointing because we booked our flight way in advance; five months ago and Aeroflot would not provide us with the assigned seats like other airlines do. Although they are offering this service for a fee, believe this is absurd since we already paid for our tickets and should not get charged for assigned seats. Sandwiches are not very good, two thin slices of ham, cheese and a bun. There was not any juice, only coke or sprite."

The seats were comfortable and there was ample legroom. I was able to choose a seat within the 24 hour boarding time at no cost. The female cabin crew members had really had red outfits which shows perhaps the airline is trying little bit too hard. Still, I would fly with them again."

Miinukset: "The blanket had hair, dust, and peanuts from previous passengers, flight attendant insisted that they had no new blankets. I was suffering for a cold and I noticed that one flight attendant has the new blanket on her hands, but she told me that is for business class only. That's ridiculous. I had to buy some cold medicine in New York to get my health back together for the stuff I need to do. The process of boarding was extremely unorganized, there is no sky priority either. I will not continue to pay for that membership for this lame service. The food is the worst."

Miinukset: "The crew on this flight was one of the worst I've ever met. There was a severely drunk woman sitting next to me who was throwing up, smelled terrible and was harassing other passengers. The crew just pretended they didn't see any of these and completely ignored her. On this 9 hours flight the crew never offered any drinks except for during the two meals! I called for s flight assistant 4 times and none of the crew members ever showed up. Finally, it was extremely hot and stuffy throughout the entire 9 hours flight."
Plussat: "It was very fast and easy and a great pilot, no turbulence, no nausea, beautiful and professional smiling flight attendants, gave drinks and over all made everything enjoyable."

Miinukset: "Entertainment screen did not work; in neighboring seat it could not be switched off when we wanted to sleep; sourly employees everywhere (re-booking counter an exception); food close not being edible and cold; I forgot my watch on when going through security in the Air France terminal; when I started to say "sorry" I was yelled at by the screener who said that she will do the talking; she sent me back through the scanner twice without my watch, then once more with the carry-on and made sure that I went to the end of a very long line to wait for another screening rather than having me just go through the scanner without my watch. Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"
Plussat: "The entertainment screen was a small 4" screen. The movie selection was outdated. The screen in my seat did not work. Flight attendant said she would "call to have it reset" but it never worked. Fortunately, there was an adjacent empty seat that I moved to on my own initiative and without the flight attendant offering a seat change."

Plussat: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Miinukset: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency."
Miinukset: "I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers."

There were passengers for 3 flights mobbed around the check point in front of our gate with nothing resembling a line. Everyone was completely confused and crawling over each other. Add that to our delayed landing that put us on the tarmac, forcing us back through security and a huge walk away from the gate... We very nearly missed our flight! Please please please figure out a way to communicate to your passengers and get people into a proper queue!!!"
Plussat: "I'm not certain this will get to where it needs to go, but I want to give a special thanks to my flight attendant on Brussels Airlines flight SN2712. I don't know what her name was but she was the younger of the two flight attendants and she provided the drinks in the main cabin. My girlfriend experienced sudden and traumatic pain due to the pressure change on the descent and so I hit the call button and when the flight attendant came over and saw what was going on she knew exactly what to do: she ran to the back of the plane to gather some cups and fill them with hot water-soaked napkins then sprinted back to give them to my girlfriend to show her how to hold them. She was so fast, so kind, and so effective. I wish I knew her name so I could tell her thank you one last time. Please pass this along to her if possible!"
