Everything was very good but I was disappointed from the bathroom they were not clean from the middle of the flight from la to Istanbul no soap
Instructions for Business Class passenger boarding was not clear. A seperate seating area for Business Class at the gate would improve the experience significantly. Experience with check-in as well as experience on onboard the plane was excellent.

Miinukset: "The seats are so small, no leg room at all. I'm 5'7 so I'm not that tall but my knees were very close to the seat in front of me. The mans sitting next to me had broad shoulders so during the entire flight he was on my seat. Which I didn't mind because I know he could not help it since the seats were so narrow. I would never fly Turkish airlines international again and would tell people not to as well."
Miinukset: "The ONLY thing I hate about Turkish Airlines is the necessity to go through security in Istanbul when you're in transit on an international flight. Not only do you have to go through security again - with the serious chance of missing a connection - but if it's a flight to the USA, there is serious additional security at the gate. Surely this is enough."

Plussat: "The seats in economy were very comfortable, food was excellent (and surprising given it was a short flight), crew was friendly and accommodating, entertainment selection was excellent"

But the boarding procedure was far worse - it took almost 1 hour standing up due to new rules of technical equipment and all bags having to be opened. I understand safety goes above all - but off you know You have this time consuming process - do it in an area where people can have a seat while waiting!"

There was not one over head bin that had anything in it. No other airline that I travel on treated me like that it was humiliating and frankly never will chose Turkish again."

We got home 15 hours later than we should have. Plussat: "Turkish Air has some of the best flight attendants in the business. The food is essentially gourmet (hot wrap, in this case), and the pilots are highly skilled."
Miinukset: "This is not a Turkish Airlines issue, per se, but an airport problem. Ataturk is very spread out and there are far more planes than gates. More often than not, the plane parks way out in the back 40, and shuttle buses take you to a processing point. If you have less than a 2 Hr layover, and you're switching between Domestic and International flights, you will need to walk at top speeds, or run. Passport Control and multiple security checkpoints could easily cause you to miss your flight."

Miinukset: "I had to ask a neighboring passenger if her would allow me 20mins of my flight without his rear end in my face. He was a fairly large man and constantly bending over in the isle to chat with his family. His infant was being attended to by his wife who constantly paced around to shake the baby (I'm sure the baby was annoyed as well). The baby finally spat up on the floor and seat. Everyone in the family could not sit still more than 5mins at a time, jumping up, moving around, switching seats, passing items. The men turned the area into a social scene/bar. I was too distracted by all this activity hovering over me to enjoy reading or relaxing. I constantly had rear ends in my face, and I constantly had to dodge and lean in my seat. The aforementioned tall man even had the nerve to fold away my television monitor when I dozed off so that it would not be an obstruction for his activity. By then I'd had enough. The This flight was terrible. Non of the staff requested better conduct or mindfulness of the other passengers. I believe the airline should strongly consider having a separate space for large families, families with babies, or at least have a code of conduct to which passengers should respect for the sake of every paying customer's ability to enjoy such a long flight."

Since it is usually too expensive for me to travel with THY, one still can get a great deal if looked for deals in advance. Some of the best things about traveling with THY are being able to check 2 bags, unlimited drinks and food at all times and more leg room. Max"

I WAS NOT AND DID NOT KNOW UNTIL WE BOARDED. THE GENTLEMAN ON THE AISLE DID NOT WANT TO CHANGE. WE WARNED HIM THAT WE GET UP AT LEAST 3 - 4 TIMES ON A 12 HR FLIGHT. My twelve hours from Miami to Istanbul turned out to be less because of the amazing service I recieved. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre."

Miinukset: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"

Miinukset: "I paid for a"premium" seat on one of the emergency exit rows for the extra legroom. This was next to a galley. The seat itself was no more than 18" wide (NO EXAGGERATION!!) if not less. I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."
Miinukset: "Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"

Plussat: "The crew took care with calm and kindness of a man in deep distress and erratic behavior. Impressive. More generally , the crew showed respect and attention to all passengers. Not frequent."

Miinukset: "Food, crew appear rushed"
Plussat: "Missed connection and it was airport not Delta that was the problem. Not a good way to start a vacation. Rating is for the Paris Airport, not the flight crew or Air France employees. Still sitting in the airport when we should be at our destination."
Miinukset: "Hundreds of people missed their flights. Delta had us into Paris with an hour and a half to get to connecting flight. Missed flight due to huge delay in passport approval. They seemed completely unprepared."
Miinukset: "The leg-space is very narrow The chair is very tiring No entertainment at all Food was tasteless But most surprising was that we were on stand by for our connecting flight. Though we bought the tickets months ago and we got our luggage checked in all the way to the final destination."
Miinukset: "We were rebooked, which understandably happens for any number of reasons. However, we were not informed or asked about our preference until our luggage was checked through! The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."
Plussat: "Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."
Miinukset: "Arriving in CDG and facing a slow immigration with the passengers of this huge plane. I didn't care for the baggage delivery system. We were waiting for an hour only to realize that the arrival port for our luggage was changed."
Plussat: "Amazing service, seat and FOOD"
The crew managed the covid guidelines very well in a friendly way. Wearing a mouthmask does not feell ok in a 2 hours flight. As long s people are sitting still, I would consider periods of taking it off all together, (keep it on up to departure and then again before landing. People moving shoud wear a mask.
Miinukset: "I requested Asian vegetarian meal and I got regular vegetables and some products used by people with Celiac problems, even the wrapping of the "fake" bread says that it was for people with celiac problems. I tried three monitors and none worked properly. Any way with the poor selections of movies I did not miss it. I only missed it because I like to watch the flying statistics."
Miinukset: "600€ for tiny space in the plane!!"

Miinukset: "I had asked for a Muslim.mealor a vegetarian but there wasn't anything so I had only cheese and fruits which was a disappointment"
Miinukset: "It was very cold inside the airplane. I have to ask multiple times for blanket."

Miinukset: "the only thing i dislike about etihad airlines is they didn’t provide me accommodation for 19 hours long stay over ..! even i met one of the lay incharge of etihad she told me that it’s your problem you have to look out for ...she didn’t help me at all"
Miinukset: "I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again."

Miinukset: "25 min late too much announcements during night flight, especially about duty free items and prices..."
Plussat: "At least it was a flight"
Miinukset: "Noisy, no complimentary snacks nor drinks, no legroom"
Plussat: "As if our flight from Washington to Brussels was not delayed enough, the flight segment to Accra from Brussels was delayed for almost 2 hours"
Miinukset: "Almost everything about the trip was impacted one way or the other. Our luggage/bags were partially damaged too, but I decided not to lodge an official complaint."
Plussat: "The flight crew was accommodating and genuinely worked to meet passenger needs during the boarding process and also while I'm flight. The flight entertainment included a good, and varied set of options."
Miinukset: "1. There is a security check just prior to boarding at the gate in Brussels that is not known about in advance. The process is not organized, nor did I (along with other passengers) understand why another checkpoint was being unexpectedly required.. 2. The food onboard (main meal - beef and snack - calzone) were not good; although they were served hot, they were bland and unappetizing. Contrary to popular belief, not all airplane food is "bad". 3. And finally, the restrooms were not kept clean during the flight - I had never seen that on any of the nternational airlines I've taken over several years."
Miinukset: "Worst entertainment system"
Miinukset: "Despite the fact that I reserved a window seat, I was assigned a seat in the middle of the center row. They also 'sanitized' the airplane twice after that closed the doors before take off. They walked up and down the aisle with aerosol spray cans. I don't think people should be subject to unknown chemicals in order for the airline to save time on cleaning the cabin before take off."
Miinukset: "Crew was rude, including even the pilot, who was unbelievably rude."
Miinukset: "Lost/Delayed Baggage My baggage is missing and this has cost me extra expenses and a lot of inconvenience."
Miinukset: "1,5 hour delay flight from Brussels to Venice and no service with hot tea or coffee for appologize :("

Plussat: "The only thing I liked was that I landed safely in Brussels."
Miinukset: "It was a 5 hour flight with seats that didn’t recline, head rests that didn’t move, no in-flight entertainment, no pillows or blankets, and unfriendly and somewhat rude, jaded flight attendants. The most uncomfortable international flight I’ve been on"

Plussat: "The food and drinks were good."
Miinukset: "The flight left 50 minutes after it was scheduled to leave. We were sitting on the hot aircraft the entire time because the crew would not turn on the air. In addition, the host and his service was terrible. When I asked him for water, he told me that I could find it at the back of the flight and I should go get it myself. The other hostess on the other side was handing out waters to whoever needed it. When a passenger sitting next to me asked for a spoon to eat his meal, the host shrugged his shoulders and didn't come back with one. He was blatantly rude and ignored his passenger. We were also not given blankets on an 7-8 hour flight. It was only on request. People who had requested one were then asked to fold and return their blankets (they were not asked kindly) before landing. The selection of tv, music, and shows on board were terrible as well. Barely any selection. Needless to say, this was the worst service I have ever had on an airline."

Miinukset: "Horrible food if you opt for Halal. Imagine having to eat the same thing from start to end in an international flight. Major turbulence, got sick to the stomach when I got home. I have to admit my overall experience was very very poor."
Plussat: "The on board crew was very helpful."
Miinukset: "I used this airline for my round trip travel to Africa, and it was not a pleasant experience, the door was horrible and it didn't help that we were served the same thing throughout. Boarding from Cameroon was a nightmare, very disrespectful agents with a lack of customer service skills and they truelly don't care. Don't see myself using this airline in the future."

Miinukset: "What a surprise when our United Airlines codeshare on Brussels Airline did not even allow us a drink of water free on our two hour flight. They charged for everything including water. Shame on them! And shame on United Airlines to codeshare with a carrier with such poor customer service."

Miinukset: "Economy plus seats are not worth the extra upgrade - compared to other airlines. Food was inedible. SLOP that you would give to prison inmates Boarding was horrendous and LONG. Entertainment was non existent. Crew was RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE"
Plussat: "USB socket and decent selection of movies, music etc."
Miinukset: "No wifi and no electrical socket. By row 43, they ran out of blankets and dinners other than beef. The check-in website looked like it was from the 1990s. When I had to pay for a second bag at the airport (IAD) on the outbound flight, it took 15 minutes. When I came (BRU), they told me to wait in 3 different lines, wasting 30 minutes, before I got to the correct line. Then board the flight to return was a 45 minute delay. It's like these guys were totally new to the airline business."
Miinukset: "they lost one of my carry on bags and haven't been found"
Plussat: "In-flight staff are professional and try to get on with things even in tricky situations."
Miinukset: "Inbound connection from Tokyo was late (1 hour) but this flight BRU-MAN was also 1 hour late, so got to the gate easily in time for boarding only to find my seat and boarding pass had been cancelled! Poor management of the situation - they don't check whether the connection is *actually* OK, just use the timetable. Poor real-time handling of the situation. This flight is sometimes subcontracted out to WDL who fly various other flights for SN throughout the day, and so any delay elsewhere in Europe can delay this flight. Baggage priority ignored for Star Gold. Missed train connection on arrival in UK. Due to the above problems. In-flight staff OK but ground crew seem disorganised."

Plussat: "The fight was fine. No issues."
Miinukset: "My biggest disappointment was that no one on the flight was informed that ALL the luggage checked in on the aircraft did not arrive in Budapest. Everyone (about 70-80 passengers) stood for a long while at Budapest Airport for baggage pickup, then went over to talk to Hungarian lost luggage personnel to file their baggage. Why didn't the airline tell us upon check-in, or even announce to the passengers on the aircraft that the bags had not been loaded? This would have saved everyone 10 hours later to try to figure out what happened."
Miinukset: "I didn´t like arriving to Sevilla with no luggage and no explanation of its whereabouts. I appreciate finally getting it 4 days later but I was not happy about me having to spend time and money going back to the airport to get it myself since your company was unable to deliver it to me. I expect full compensation"
Miinukset: "The connecting flight was an hour late. We set inside the plane all this time while the crew could not decide what to do with luggage of a passenger who never showed up. The luggage was being removed and put back -and repeat several more time of the same- for a bit more than an hour. When we finally took off, there was an unpleasant surprise - we had to purchase our food. I had never had this experience before that we would not be offered food on a connecting flight and obviously was not prepared. Not only there was not food, or even a tiny snack offered, one had to buy mere water. Overall, very disappointed. BTW, our flight was not even on display anywhere at the Brussels airport, wrong gates were shown in our tickets and we almost missed boarding..."
Plussat: "Since this flight it not all that long it went well overall. The crew seemed good working together and were very organized and professional."
Miinukset: "airline seats will never be comfortable so that is always my biggest complaint."
Plussat: "Crew on flight were outstanding. Brussels airlines is part of United! However, for a long flight, would be nice to have outlets or USB to charge electronic devices since no individual monitors - many used United app with Entertainment!"
Miinukset: "Every time, I board my United flights at Heathrow, London airport, the staff makes the customers very stressed out. First, customers can not see the signs for the different groups (1,2,3,etc.) and the staff makes you feel like that you should know the process (when we don't)! A couple of suggestions, 1) the staff needs customer training, and 2) have some staff outside boarding area to help direct people to different groups NICELY!"
Plussat: "Nothing...found out after the fact I didn't book through kayak but through a third party (airfare.com). Their customer service was terrible and the flight price had hidden costs."
Miinukset: "Kayak.com never again"
Plussat: "The crew members were polite. Enjoyed the food and the entertainment."
Miinukset: "It took too long to have to wait to be transferred to the area in the airport where we would be flying from."
Miinukset: "None told me that this flight is low budget. Food and all drinks only for money. It was very bad for part of transatlantic flight."
