Plussat: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Miinukset: Istanbul to frankfurt flight had no entertainment, no charging usb ports n a small ham sandwitch for breakfast - this was a 4 hour early mirning international flight!!!

Plussat: The crew is brilliant Punctual, spot on... 100% service delivery

Miinukset: Entertainment unit was very slow and not even possible to operate properly. I had to ask for resetting it several times.

Plussat: Everything is well organized, crew members were great.

Miinukset: Aircraft A330-300 sucks. It is SLOW! Boeng-777 did Moscow-Houston flight in 10 hours, but this A330 flew from Frankfurt to Atlanta in the same time. Shelves for baggage are small - it is not enough room for all passenger bags. Entertainment can be better. Food... It could be SIGNIFICANTLY better! Or just do not serve it et al. If I could I would not buy it.

Plussat: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Miinukset: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Plussat: Crew was helpful and ver polite and efficient

Miinukset: At the boarding gate they were cherry picking whose bag is too large and whose isn't. My bag was tagged for nothing, no one at the aircraft was to load them to baggage hold. Plenty of space on the plane. What is the point of the fuss.

Miinukset: 50 min. delay for absolutely nothing. No proper gate available. Only one bus had to serve all passengers from terminal to aircraft. Lufthansa should not operate as a budget airline.

Plussat: It was my birthday and the flight attendant gave me a rose, gummibears and champagne and congratulate me and I was very happy to receive that gesture

Miinukset: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Miinukset: Even though it is a short flight, it would be nice to receive at least drinks offered

Miinukset: This was one of the worst Lufthansa crews. You could not pay them to care. Many years of flying LH this is the first time I encounter such poor service.

Plussat: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Miinukset: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Plussat: nice crew on the Rome to US leg

Miinukset: Airline food is usually bad but this was inedible. Tiniest seats ever. Outdated entertainment selection. Obscene baggage fees. Never ever again- not worth the ‘deal’

Plussat: the flight was on time

Miinukset: for sure the seats, the screens and the bathrooms. the plane was soooo old!
