Did not get seats reserved. 4 hour delay from austin to Grankfort. 6 hour delay from Grankfort to Crete. Food was not good. Check in agents not friendly.
No screen map on in front of you to track the flight like Turkish air! No food or coffee for 2h30 just a small plain water and a very small piece of chocolate🤔
Had to wait 9 hours lay over in Frankfurt airport for a 2 hour trip the Albania.

Plussat: "Just about brand new Airbus airplane, very nice! Everything worked, seats reasonably comfortable for a long flight. Boarding worked well by area of the plane, friendly crew."

Plussat: "Our flight was delayed in Italy and I was worried I would miss the connecting flights to the US. But not to worry Lufthansa waited for our flight and got our luggage on board as well. The food was outstanding."

Miinukset: "Flight was very delayed in Munich due to a shortage of land and handling crew. Very disappointing. Everyone I know who takes this flight complains about the same problem. Arrived in Geneva around 21:00, 1 1/2 hours later than anticipated time of arrival."
Miinukset: "The problem is with KAYAK. KAYAK booked us a carrier light ticket and failed to inform us at the time of the booking that it was a tariff without checked in baggage that was being offered. Fortunately, LUFTHANSA informed us of this fact at checkin and we purchased carriage with checked in baggage. This makes me wary of buying tickets through KAYAK in the future."
Plussat: "A lot of legroom and good food for an airplane! The inflight entertainment has games, shows, movies, and a cool map. Plus the crew was friendly. This economy flight felt like premium!"

Miinukset: "Another late take off, probably because the incoming connections were late. So it was good that the airline delayed the connecting flights. However, this leg of the trip was so late that I barely made it to third leg of the trip. A huge problem is that each of these international airports require that you go through the security check again. For that reason, connecting legs of trips through these airports should not be scheduled so close together. Heathrow is the worst, with security staff that, at best, don’t care that you have a close connection to make and just ignore your pleas to speed up the process, and at worst, are just plain rude."

Miinukset: "I didn't like having to wait on the plane for 5 hours while the plane was being worked on while still on ground at Denver International airport. I really didn't like that once arriving in Frankfurt International airport and missing my connecting flight I was provided a voucher for food that was worth 10 euros which wasn't enough to get a meal only a snack. I read an article on the plane on how well Lufthansa Airlines is doing and how much money they made but yet they have been giving the same amount on vouchers for a very long time."

Miinukset: "Very small legroom from Frankfurt to Budapest. When you are 5’11 it’s hard to fly . The prices i have to pay all the time to upgrade only because I am tall is out of control. It adds hundreds to my flight cost when the prices are already high."

Miinukset: "One crew member oversaw me several times when distributing beverages because the gentlemen next to me ordered two, and she assumed he's ordering for me (which he didn't). She explained herself, but didn't apologize but made it sound like it was my fault. When I ordered 2 beverages (wine and water), she said she doesn't have time to hand out two beverages to each passenger."

For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

My initial leg was on Iberia and they could not check me in for entire flight. Major scramble in Frankfort to resolve issues. Never again!"

I was on a work trip followed by a vacation, the vacation got cut short and I had to cancel the flight, unfortunately there was no way to cancel online and due to the nature of my job I cannot make phone calls to the states. I was not expecting a refund just an easy way to cancel the ticket online."

No entertainment at all and comfort was not a priority but it's okay since it's a budget airline after all. But it would be better if they consider comfort of flyers even if it is a budget flight because flying is a serious thing and can cuase a lot of anxieties to begin with."

Miinukset: "This experience was absolutely horrible for my wife and myself both. We understood that being among the more "budget friendly" airlines, we would have to sacrifice some comfort. But this airline is beyond atrocious to say the least. There is no terminal exit, but rather we had to walk down steps from the plane, walk in the rain to a stand-up bus, and ride it to the airport. How on earth are you supposed to make close connecting flights with those conditions? We barely made it only because they let us skip the line for security. Save yourself the misery; dig deeper in your pocket for a better airline."

Miinukset: "Ticket agent was short with us and was bothered hat she had to check us in and questioned our flight. We had a cursing drunk guy in the boarding line for 20 minutes with no staff anywhere to help the passengers he was harassing. we left the airport late and heard horror stories from many other passengers about the lack of customer service."
Miinukset: "I booked my flight throw kayak.com. After that I got scam emails with my information, book number, direction, and my name asking for more money! Witch mean that our information is not secure ."
Miinukset: "Terrible boarding procedure at Basel. Had to stand in line for about 30 mins waiting to board."
Miinukset: "The problems began around 2 am on 12-July at the Dubai airport. Our flight, originally scheduled for 4:20 am, was delayed until 6am. I attempted to inquire with the Pegasus staff about the flight delay, and what this would mean for my connection, but no staff were even available at the airport (all check-in activities etc were handled by airport staff). Even after the flight got delayed again until 7am, there were no Pegasus staff available to speak with. The Dubai airport staff assured me that someone was on their way to speak with the passengers, and that since our connecting flights were also on Pegasus, they would be sure to hold the flights for us. We were told that we would definitely make our connections. When we asked about the reason for the delay and to speak with a Pegasus staff member, we were told by airport staff that the Pegasus team had been called repeatedly and nobody was picking up the phone. There was a supervisor that was somewhere in the airport, and they had been told that she would be coming to the information desk to speak with passengers, but I waited for 2 hours for her and she never showed up. We were given no information on why the flight was delayed and what the plan was for our connections. Even at the gate there was not a single Pegasus staff member to assist us. We finally arrived in Istanbul and were directed to the transfer desk, where the Pegasus staff were rude, physically forceful (pushing and shoving), and could not communicate in English. The entire situation was extremely upsetting. Nobody was apologizing for the misinformation or lack of accountability. Nobody simply said, "I'm sorry." I was continuously shouted at in Turkish, I was pushed by Pegasus staff. I was simply trying to find out if my flight had left and if I could be rebooked on another flight. They were insistent that there was one flight a day and they could not book me on an alternative airline. For me, this meant that I missed an important meeting in Germany that afternoon, and that I had to forfeit money that I had put down for a hotel in Hamburg (Euros 124). They told everyone that the flights had left and that we should go upstairs to the hotel desk. However, even to do this, I was forced to purchase a visa (USD 30) to go through passport control. Pegagus has not reimbursed me for these expenses, despite emails, speaking to a supervisor at the Istanbul airport, and filing a complaint in the portal online. Again, at the hotel transfer desk, the staff was rude and unhelpful. We were treated like animals to be herded, and not like humans. Needless to say, I will never be flying with Pegasus again, and I will not be recommending it to anyone. The treatment of paying customers was horrible, and the service was terrible."
