One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.

If I fly again, I will definitely fly Lufthansa for flight crew like her. I skipped the evening meal as I was feeling unwell, but I had the breakfast. The fresh fruit, and especially the watermelon was delicious. There just wasn't enough of it."

She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."
Miinukset: "KLM had bumped us to a later flight for no reason and again we had to call with a long wait to get our original connection restored, However, we did not get boarding passes during checking in Europe and thus had to go outside security in Detroit to the main check-in gate and wait 30 minutes to get the error resolved. Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."

The flight was cancelled by the airlines. I am getting no where with Kayak or Chatdeal regarding a refund. Improved customer service is needed, with real people in a timely manner. Very disappointed
On the way from Stockholm to Milan, our tickets indicated business class-but we were seated in regular seats, separated, and no one even tried to accommodate us. My wife has neck and low back conditions that she needs to have extra space but we were completely disregarded. This is unacceptable

This is NOT a review for SAS or Kayak. It's a review for their booking service Chat Deal. I booked a flight via Kayak thru Chat Deal on SAS. Chat Deal incorrectly put my business name on the ticket, picking it up from the credit card, instead of my name which I had properly filled out on their form and proofed it carefully at checkout. That took an act of God to correct. Then, unfortunately, I failed my Covid test and couldn't board the flight to Sweden from Maimi. SAS stated I had to go thru the booking service for credit. Chat Deal was horrible to deal with and offered no help. They said my only option was to re-book. The problem with that is my trip was for a business meeting. I have no reason to fly to Sweden again as this was a one-time thing. Chat Deal had no interest in trying to resolve my issue. They say phone calls are monitored for quality purposes? Then listen to my recorded calls and judge for yourself if you want to use them. I like Kayak as a search engine, but they should remove Chat Deal from their roster of booking providers. I suspect SAS is a fine airline, but they should remove Chat Deal as well. I should have read their reviews before booking through them. The writing was on the wall. My bad.

Needless to say, I would have missed the flight from Copenhagen. I realized the issue the day-of, spent hours on the phone trying to book a different flight through the customer services at FlyUs.com (stupid company!), and was finally rebooked by SAS on a different airline. When I called SAS directly, they immediately took care of the situation and handled it well, but I wasted an entire day dealing with FlyUs.com, waiting on confirmation for a flight that I was never going to receive. The whole experience was awful."
Plussat: "Food good. Crew very nice."
Miinukset: "Seats very uncomfortable."
Plussat: "The 7 hr trip to Copenhagen was rough. The seats are too close together. My knees hit the seat in front of me even without reclining. When the seat in front of me reclined the tv screen was 6” away from my face. It was next to impossible to get out of the seat."
Miinukset: "No food or even water"
Plussat: "Everything was nice and smooth. Nice comfort and smooth flight, arriving slightly before the time"
Miinukset: "How possible with any criteria could charge 33€ for 1.5 such exagerate no good company at all .."

Plussat: "I liked that boarding and take off went smoothly. The cabin crew was extremely nice and always was there when you need something!"

Plussat: "The flight attendants were pleasant. We received pillows and blankets and a bottle of water upon boarding. Dinner and a snack was served. The seats are comfortable."
Miinukset: "The snack was some kind of pickled vegetable strudel. I wish I could have had a choice of something else. I didn't like that for the whole we were only offered one complementary soft drink."
Plussat: "Seats are more comfortable than those of many other airlines."
Miinukset: "Normally, I am not picky regarding airline food. In SAS's economy or "Go" class, there is no choice of food. I can think of plenty of dishes that would be appealing to many people. Yet the meal that was served, beef stew, posed a problem as I don't eat red meet. Since many people also do not eat beef due to religious beliefs, I am appalled by SAS's decision to only serve this dish to its economy class passengers. As I ordered my ticket through Kayak, I didn't have the option to request a special diet, nor did I think to do so as airlines generally do not serve serve a beef dish as their one and only."
Plussat: "Free water bottles, headphones, blankets and pillows for all passengers. Two meals (one full, one small). TVs in chairs. Flight felt roomy. A relatively pleasant experience."
Miinukset: "No free booze!"

Miinukset: "I didn't get any veg options for my dinner at all"
Plussat: "Easy kiosk check in, baggage drop off, good service."
Miinukset: "No advance discussion about emergency exit row seating requirements, and we were not allowed to even have a paperback book to read in this row. The flight was full and boarded, so not able to change seats."
Miinukset: "We couldn't check in online because we had an infant in arms. So we tried to check in there. There were 3 different terrible queues. One to use the machines, one to check bags and another for special situations. We tried the machines, didn't work. A rep told us to go to the special situations line. There was a rep there that was trying to prevent people to getting into the line because it was sooo long (1+ hr). So we tied the machines again. Didn't work. So we convinced the guy to let us in the special line. It was nuts. We waited as our flight got closer and closer. Right when it looked like we might make the flight, one of the TWO reps left. When we finally made it, they said we wouldn't make the flight. We rebooked and had to pay extra. WORST travel experience ever."
Miinukset: "This is my first international flight that didn't include complimentary beverages. No free wine or alcohol, and only ONE complimentary beverage on the entire 9 hour flight! They only came around ONCE with the beverage cart! (and this was like an hour and a half before they served dinner, which didn't include a drink). They also only came around and offered water ONCE on the flight. Normally this would be every 1-2 hours. Also, the flight was delayed by about 2 hours, and they didn't make an announcement until we were about an hour late. Thankfully, I was getting updates from Kayak, or else I wouldn't have even known we were delayed."
Miinukset: "Mostly junk food"

Miinukset: "There was a delay because of a software issue. They had to shift people around manually because of it. Baggage Fee was extremely high (> $50)"
Miinukset: "When purchasing the ticket there was no mentione that bagage was NOT included something which I assume when flying with an All Star airline. Ended up paying an extra 70 € for my luggage - not happy."
Plussat: "Quick Flight"
Miinukset: "Just a long layover, but what are you going to do"
Plussat: "The flight wasn't late and didn't crash."
Miinukset: "I paid for a business class ticket and was jammed in like a sardine no different than economy, then told "you get a lunch for free". Hundreds of dollars more for a $5.00 lunch is NOT why I booked business class!"
Plussat: "Introduce meals even to economy class"
Plussat: "Great food, smooth trip"
Miinukset: "Could use bigger movie selection"
Plussat: "connection was easy and quick"
Miinukset: "Not much talk from captain about local weather and time."
Plussat: "The plane was well kept and the entertainment system worked well with enough choice. The crew was average: no problems."
Miinukset: "The (transatlantic) flight was delayed 8 hours and the only compensation received was 175DKK for lunch. Had to stay in the airport over 11 hours due to this delay and had already had a 16 hour layover from the day before. I realize that unexpected delays may occur, particularly in cases where passenger safety is in question, but delays of more than 5 hours cause major inconvenience and I felt stuck in the airport with my bags and having checked out of my hotel room already. Just compensating for lunch is not enough. In the future a partial reimbursement for the flight, access to the priority lounge or a more comfortable facility such as a hotel would provide the passengers with compensation proportional to the inconvenience."
Plussat: "The seats were comfy"
Miinukset: "They don't even offer water as a free beverage, only coffee or tea. And, not even a packet of pretzels on a three-hour flight. I didn't miss the entertainment much, but on a three-hour flight, it's a nice option."
Plussat: "Crew was super sweet!"
Miinukset: "Flight delayed because of "equipment change" bags lost.... No method to track(!!!!) total nightmare"
Plussat: "The staff was very friendly and I noticed how kind they were to a mother travelling along with an infant and toddler."

Waited 45 minutes for the pale to get cleaned up. Almost missed my next flight. My bags didn’t make it to my final destination.

Miinukset: "No tv fo 14 hr long flight !! Flight delayed for 1 he !! No proper arranged to board .. it was kiosk!! Food quality was worse. No space to seat !! Can’t sleep .. no leg space !! Worst fight till the date !!!"

Miinukset: "Crew forced me to change my upgraded comfort seat to accommodate a 12 year old who they knew was going to be airsick. So I spent the first half of the flight next to a vomiting girl. Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service."

We tried upgrading to business but Delta said we had to contact Air France in Detroit. When thrre, the gentleman on ground crew was actually rude when I asked about it. He could have just politely told me there was nothing available. Not looking forward to my return flight"

Miinukset: "I did not like that i was in the bulkhead and there was not sufficient overhead storage for us. The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

Miinukset: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

Miinukset: "We got socked with 40 Euro fees for our carry on plus personal item being 2 lbs over. The biggest problem is they were picking and choosing which bags they weighed. 10 people behind us and before us got in without incident. Plane wasn’t even half full so they were deliberately trying to make more $."
Miinukset: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."
Plussat: "Standard on most parts with pleasant staff"
Miinukset: "Flight was 1/2hr with poor pre-flight communication on the topic. Food wise, the chocolate cookie was better than nothing...but a little savory snack would have been nice."
Plussat: "Although we departed late from Paris, it arrived on time to Mexico City. Most of the stewardess very professional and kind."
Miinukset: "Although we traveled in Business, all business cabins were full of children, tired crying, walking around. My suggestion to AIR France would be that the small cabin of business were assigned to adults only. Regarding food, some options were not available when our turn came."

Miinukset: "Premium economy seats do not recline, only slouch. One of our 2 seats wouldn't slouch more than half way. The entertainment options are extremely sparse and the screens are 4:3 ratio, tiny, and of such poor quality that they look like laptop monitors from 1999."
Plussat: "Always like Air France. They are in tune with keeping the traveler updated."
Miinukset: "Walked all over the terminal looking for signage for Croatia Airlines. Information services sent me to the right location, but it was marked Air France. I asked serval Air France employees for Croatia Air. None new that Air France was the CA carrier. Finally found one who bothered to look it up on her computer and low and behold, AF was the carrier!"
Plussat: "On time...comfortable, clean, newish A321...good leg room...friendly crew...pain au chocolat for breakfast"

Miinukset: "The wi-fi did not work on our flight"
Plussat: "Loved the lovely food and wine from Air France, they even serve fresh french bread with camembert, ice cream, champagne (in economy) and brandy with your coffee!"
Miinukset: "The cabin on the 777-200 was far too hot (about 25c) and with no individual air vent I found this unbearable on a 12 hour flight. And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."
Miinukset: "Very warm and stiffy air on board. Need change light. Very sad neon. Probably Boing style."

Miinukset: "One of the engine was smoking just as we took off. This should have been checked beforehand that it was working correctly. The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

Plussat: "The service & food were excellent! Outstanding. Boarding was efficient, crew was polite & helpful. I've never utilized such high-tech entertainment. It was great to be able to select movies, tv, music etc. whenever I was ready."

Plussat: "Food was surprisingly plentiful and good. Crew was friendly and helpful. Movie selections were adequate."
Miinukset: "The leg room between seats was non-existant. I'm only average height and it was terribly cramped. For a taller person it would be torture."
