Miinukset: Mechanical problems delayed the flight 1 1/2 hours. Other than that, the flight was good.

Miinukset: Service, boarding, entertainment system was old difficult to navigate

Plussat: I like everything about this airline... from the ticket prices, to their membership in Star Alliance, to their awesome customer service.

Miinukset: It was a very long flight and the leg room is too small especially for a very tall person.

Plussat: Crew and flight where amazing. Thank you

Plussat: Food was really good, staff was helpful and friendly and there was more legroom that I've often experienced. Also - flight was NOT packed - there was actually an empty mid-row seat!

Plussat: Because I was in the bulkhead seat - it was good.

Miinukset: My first flight arrived 30 min late which meant that my 50-minute layover was tight. But instead of holding the next plane for us, they forced us to re-book on a flight leaving 14 hours later! I was not ok with this so I pushed the issue and they put me on the flight leaving 6hrs later. :-(((((

Miinukset: The inflight entertainment was down for 2/3 of the people flying. And it was a 14 hour flight... :/

Plussat: Staff were helpful, pleasant, and attentive. Really appreciated that due to the length of my layover in Doha, I was given a hotel room - which I hadn't asked for, and which Qatar Airlines personnel told me I might be able to get, and then arranged or me. That's excellent service!

Miinukset: I wish NO ONE's seat tipped back - space is already tight, and if everyone just stayed in their own space rather than tipping seats aback, everyone would have more room! Once the person in front has leaned their seat back, it's impossible to really use the tray, which is pretty frustrating.

Miinukset: The transfer at Frankfurt was a horrible experience. The terminal for departure was all the was at the other side of the airport. Leaving me barely enough time to transfer.

Plussat: The seat space, and the ability to recline the seat was surprising.

Miinukset: Crew was jumpy. I expect them to be a little more gentle serving food.

Miinukset: Better enforcement of 1 carry on @ 7kg. Saw some people with a carry on luggage, a fully stuffed backpack and a reuseable bag... 3 bags??!!!

Miinukset: Unprofessional boarding stuff in jfk ,not helpful & one of them was really rude.but cabin crew are nice . I will never recommend to anyone & I don’t think so I will travel again cathey pacific airlines.thanks

Plussat: It was the best flight I’ve ever had. Friendly, polite and very careful crew. It was very pleasant to be on board. Clean, nice climate control, no any smell. The food was tasty and on time, the beverages were widely presented from juices to red and white wine or beer...so The time passed quickly

Miinukset: Only the other trip by air with Finair

Plussat: Larger airplane, good seat.

Miinukset: The lines, extra security was unnecessary, the check in process ...

Miinukset: Lost bag

Plussat: Flight and crew are great.

Miinukset: Being ignored by staff since we didn't pre order food. It was difficult to figure out how to pre order luggage and food. We flew for 11-13 hrs with no food service. It was $7 for a sandwich. Felt like a low class passenger even though we spent $1k per person(which is a good deal for flight).

Plussat: The online menu, seats were comfy, smooth flight.

Miinukset: The line to board was insanely long and slow moving.

Miinukset: I’ve waited for 2 hours into the flight to get a cup of water . And an hour more to buy a bottle of water. Staff was not nice .

Plussat: Not very much at all

Miinukset: More seat room, better food, drop the damn Russian from announcements

Plussat: Make sure you check in online. You will be charge if you are not .

Miinukset: The food wasn’t the best and they ran out of some food

Miinukset: You should flag that the luggage is not included in price when selling tickets.

Plussat: The airlines was on-time and provided a lot more service to passengers than do American airlines (including a meal on a 3 hour flight).

Miinukset: Boarding was a mess with everyone lining up at one time and pushing to get on the plane. Not very organized.

Plussat: June Yao is a no frills discount carrier & I had a really good flight. No delays, quick boarding, pleasant staff. I would fly them again without hesitation.

Plussat: Food was OK. Beyond expectations.

Miinukset: Late departure, no entrateinment system.

Plussat: Getting from A to B safely. Some of the crew were extremely helpful and sweet.

Miinukset: When we checked in, the lady said we would not have to claim our bags until our final destination. Well, we did. That's all! :)

Plussat: Aeroflot was bad airline I will not fly with them again

Miinukset: I couldn't take the airplane since they closed the gate earlier then plannee. I had to buy another ticket and I was stuck at the transit area of Moscow Airport for 24 hours.

Plussat: Great gifts for children! However, there was no food for kids - apparently, I was supposed to request it in advance. This is something new, and I wish we were notified as soon as we purchased the ticket. We flew to Moscow in Sept. 2018 as well, and child's meal was provided without special requests.

Miinukset: When I bought the ticket, it looked like 2 seats near the window or wall, but in reality there were 3 seats in the middle. The flight was comfortable but not what I expected. If I knew those were 3-people seats, I would've picked something closer to the front of the plane.

Plussat: Landing

Miinukset: I have to wait 5 hours for a connection flight. I was not happy with. Other then that I had a great experience with Turkish Air lines

Plussat: As usual traveling with THY was perfect, all was OK. But pls when I buy THY tickets, it is mean that I want to travel with THY not with Anadolojet. Flight with Anadolojet Istanbul-Izmir was awful. The rest of the journey was awesome. Many thanks.

Miinukset: Overall ok. Boarding went smoothly. Seat was cramped and there was a metal bar in front of my legs. The food was poor. I got some odd savory rice dish with raisins and two cubes of cheese. Make sure to bring snacks as it is a long flight. Most of the crew was hospitable but one stewardess was awfully crabby...

Plussat: Everything on time and well organized.

Miinukset: On-flight entertainment or wi-fi (even paid one) would certainly help
