We didn’t get our luggage!
The lost my luggage for the second!! Our flights had delays that caused us a very stressful layover to catch our connecting flight, I still have not received any updates on my first luggage that was lost 11 days ago. And yesterday my second luggage wasn’t loaded on time . I have to stay in a hotel with literally NOTHING till they find my luggage. Your customer service was NOT helpful at all and it’s gotten worse over the years .
the flight was not packed. no problems. clear information. great staff.
No screen map on in front of you to track the flight like Turkish air! No food or coffee for 2h30 just a small plain water and a very small piece of chocolate🤔
This flight was nearly empty so there was plenty of room and no problems. Everything on time or early.

If I didn't have to fly to Cairo for work I would never take this flight again in my life. Not much you can do as an airliner though, maybe just warn the tourists about the flight."

Last minute change of aircraft from Amsterdam to Mexico City made our seats different and not as comfy as on the 787-900 planned. Crew was a little bit snippy and not as friendly as I expected on Aeromexico. KLM crews are fantastic! KLM food is not so much for their short-haul flights serving these salad vegan boxes.

Only negative was the SAS Airport Lounge -- would have had to go back through passport control to access. The flight attendants were fantastic. Came through the cabin just enough to check in -- very visible, polite, seemed to always be smiling. Had a great experience on SAS.
One airline attendant at the gate is not enough. Due to incompetence of the airline attended missed my flight home, which ruined my vacation.
LOST ALL OUR 4 SUIT CASES!
Flight got delayed in SFO. Had layover in Copenhagen for 1 hours but missed my connecting flight because of delay in SFO. Had to wait 6 hours in Copenhagen for next flight :'(

Plussat: "Nothing really; this looked like the cheapest transatlantic airline that I have ever taken. Will try to avoid in the future."

Plussat: "The crew on-board were polite and did a fairly decent job, with what they had to work with... It's a big long flight of 11+ hours, so tough to deal with so many people. An unexpected surprise was the nice selection of all types of movies to watch and kill time."
Miinukset: "300+ People on a plane will "radiate" heat, so the temperature inside the cabin after 6 hours was so hot that I was perspiring profusely. I even requested it be adjusted, which it seemed to be for a few minutes but then right back up to 27°C... it is too long of a flight to be that uncomfortable with no adjustments considered. I asked other passengers if they too were "uncomfortable" ALL said yes. This would have solved also in my opinion the screaming small children that were also obviously "irritated" A cooler cabin would have induced a "sleep" environment, none of which I was able to get. Sadly, based on this alone, I will not fly SAS again, unless Business Coach class or 1st Class. I was surprised that an additional Coca-Cola was charged for when some beverages were complimentary... puzzling."

Miinukset: "My husband was unable to check in on line. SAS when contacted by phone which was difficult to do because it is hard to locate their number had no explanation other than maybe due to security. We missed a tour due to the time spent (unsuccessfully) trying to solve this problem."
Miinukset: "Tried to call sas , no phone answered after 730 in Copenhagen, forced to buy my own ticket to leave early am as their incompetent sas transfer desk couldn’t find me a flight in am yet I was able on kayak.com. They refused to pay for it."

Miinukset: "All airplanes are 2 Noisy. (Of course this is not the fault of SAS). I use noise canceling headphones that helps a lot. EBut the background noise level always strikes me as too much!"
Plussat: "The crew was excellent, the flight from Newark to Copenhagen was on new aircraft A340-300 I believe, it was very nice and comfortable even in coach as long as you have a compact body."
Miinukset: "That my Silver Star Alliance status got me nothing with SAS, no early boarding, no ability to select a seat until 24 hours before without paying an extra cost, if you wanted a beer you had to pay, this is a no frills airline now, pay as you go."
Plussat: "Everything about the flight was fine. Boarding, flying and retrieving luggage were all standard and went smoothly."
Miinukset: "I was upset that neither Kayak nor SAS provided any information about our ticket being a basic, basic ticket, by which I mean, did not include any checked luggage allowance in the price of the flight. I ended up paying 140 additional Euros for two bags. It appears that SAS's pricing is gaming the system when searching for flights or that Kayak is not being up-front about the type of fare they are advertising."

Miinukset: "At self check-in, we received a message that we had been placed on standby and that our seats were no longer guaranteed (for the SECOND time this trip with no explanation despite our having purchased our tickets quite some time ago). We were directed to the gate for questions. No one manned the gate until right before boarding. We spent the entire time in a panic trying to figure out how else we could get to our destination in time for a wedding. When we finally talked to someone at the counter, he said this was just normal procedure to be able to shuffle seats. This is not normal. I have flown with many airlines, and I cannot imagine it is ever "normal" policy to tell people they have been downgraded to standby until just before the flight. So much anxiety. Also, the flight was delayed, and the crew had no communication about gates or any other information (within their OWN AIRLINE) for those with connecting flights."

Miinukset: "No one from the flight crew gave us the border card. We waited in the border line only to be told once we reached the front that we needed to leave the line to fill one out. No guest on the Oslo to Edinburgh flight was given one."

Miinukset: "Charging for using the WiFi and making passengers pay for soft drinks? Really? Talk about being nickel and dimed. Pathetic."

Miinukset: "We were to fly from Bergen to Oslo, and then from Oslo to Stockholm. However, the flight from Bergen to Oslo kept getting delayed, so we were eventually put on a direct flight to Stockholm from Bergen. But for the 5 hour delay, we were given a food 'dinner' coupon that could have only bought a slice a pizza which we felt was extremely poor. Expected a better compensation for the long delay."
Miinukset: "Flight delayed because of "equipment change" bags lost.... No method to track(!!!!) total nightmare"
Plussat: "Easy embarkation, helpful staff."
Miinukset: "Shock to discover that suitcases were not included in price of tickets purchased online. We had to pay the equivalent of $100 (australian) per case. My seat was extremely u comfortable as the cusihion was misshapen. The male passengers seated behind us were drinking alcohol and became loud and garrulous, making the trip most uncomfortable and unpleasant."

Miinukset: "We bought tickets on priceline, Zurich to Oslo, paid $150 more for the shorter flight (by 1 1/2 hours), didn't realise the cost did not include luggage ($140 for 2 bags!), boarded late, only served water, coffee and tea, all other beverages were for a fee, landed late, bags were delayed by 30 minutes and soaked with water from the rain, some clothes inside were wet, overall poor experience, airline needs to polish their services and stop the 'nickel and dime" approach."
Plussat: "The flight staff was fantastic!"
Miinukset: "Crew at check-in at ARN extremely unhelpful. Got conflicting advice on how to check in my back pack. The whole chaos resulted in the fact that my back pack never arrived in CPH. Nobody helped me much at CPH airport as well. I had to personally go to CPH airport to pick up my luggage the next day. No compensation was offered. I was really disturbed."
Plussat: "They had a kiosk, which was nice. In the US (Dulles) on my way out, I had no way to print a picket without waiting in line. I don't have a printer at home and the mobile ticket system was not working, so I had to wait in a very long line despite the fact that I had no luggage just to get my ticket. Every other airline had a Kiosk. In Gdansk, I was glad to see that they had a kiosk."
Miinukset: "Although I could print my the ticket for the first leg at the kiosk, I could not print the second. I asked the woman at the desk, and she could not print either. I had to fly to the connecting airport with no connecting ticket in hand."
Plussat: "Overall the flight was ok."
Miinukset: "Each time I fly SAS, it seems that a service that was free must now be paid for."
Everything was excellent, crew was fabulous. Everything went perfect even with all the holiday delays we had heard about in the media.
I was delayed countless times on my way there and on my way back. I hate how inconsistent American is. The only thing consistent about them is that they’re inconsistent. Will not be flying American again.
The flight was delayed and then canceled due to weather or traffic issues. I wasn't given a clear reason. We were not given a voucher to stay at a hotel either. They said it didn't qualify as a reason to give one. It wasn't my fault it was canceled. I will not use America Airlines again unless I have too.
Easy boarding, courteous staff and on time
The flight was three hours delayed and instead of having us wait to board we waited two hours in the plane before take off. For the future if they know connection flights are delayed they should have us wait outside
Tha table was dirty. I had to ask a crew member to clean it up.

Miinukset: "Very cramped seating This was an American Airlines flight, not Alaska Air."

Miinukset: "AA has nine boarding groups, which queue up in two lanes. Each of the two lanes hold about 5 people, at most. This is ridiculous. It creates enormous crowds of people jockeying to be near the tiny lanes for when their number is called 5 or 10 minutes down the line. AA needs to reduce the number of boarding groups, lengthen the lanes, and provide more of them. No other airline boards this way. That's because this boarding method is stupid. Unsurprisingly, our plane took off late because they couldn't get everyone boarded in time."

The flight I managed to get on departed two hours late. There was no explanation for each of these cancellations/delays. There was virtually zero inclement weather anywhere, save for most of the country’s temperature being nearly equivalent to the surface of Neptune. And, the surly, clueless Chicago-based gate agent was the coupe de grace in my search for a reasonable explanation after which I waited impatiently for this episode to conclude. American get your act together."
Plussat: "The flight attendant was fantastic. Very friendly, very helpful, checking on all the passengers. He even loaned his phone charger to one passenger. It was a full flight and he was working hard, but had a smile on his face the entire time. Give him a raise!"
Miinukset: "the airplane was absolutely freezing. It was so cold, you could actually see the air blowing (like in winter). There's no need for that. Somehow European airlines manage not to freeze out all their passengers. It was less than a two hour flight but felt like an eternity because it was so uncomfortable. Seat size - this is absolutely the smallest it can/should go. I am pretty skinny, but even I'm running out of room and the seat backs could be made a bit more comfortable. Not only is there almost no recline, but the way they are constructed - they actually push my head forward - not made for short people."
Plussat: "It was on time. Nashville airport is sparkling clean with very happy and warm staff throughout the facility. As opposed to Philthydelphia the city of Unbrotherly Love."

Miinukset: "The boarding was seemed unintelligent. Why would a passenger in a window seat have to wait until the other middle and aisle passengers board. I got on the plane and had to wait for the other two passengers get up and step into the aisle so I could take my window seat. I was in group 7 and apparently they were in a lower number group that was allowed to board before me."

Miinukset: "It was inconceivable to me that I could not get a seat assignment until I actually checked in at the gate. While AA offered the option of paying extra for additional legroom, if you declined the offer, you could not obtain a seat. I know that it is getting unusual to have any sort of enjoyable experience on an airline, but the lack of transparency ("group two" for boarding is actually the fifth group to enter the aircraft) is totally unnecessary."
Miinukset: "Apparently Finnair leases a Hilly plane and crew for this flight right now, so it wasn't quite the same."

Miinukset: "They checked my carry on, and it ran me a little late leaving from Nashville waiting at baggage claim."

Miinukset: "Seeing as this flight was cancelled and we had to wait as two elderly people until 3pm the next day to get another flight and American Airlines would not compensate in anyway. I would say that we will never fly American Airlines again nor will my family. This was not the only delay or cancellation because of American either. We spent 48 hours traveling because of delays and cancellations and still American would do nothing for us. I'm 66 and my husband is 72 (who also has had back surgery for five slipped discs) and we had to sleep on concrete floors and had very limited money to buy food. It was by far the worst experience of my life and I would encourage everyone to not travel with them."

Miinukset: "Delays. Always with the delays. An hour to take off and 30 minutes to land? I changed my flight because my father is dying of cancer, you charge me 200 extra for this? These planes shouldn't be allowed to fly. There's efficiency and there's just plain uncomfortable. Too tight. Small seats."
We had a 4 hour delay in leaving and I appreciated the text messages and good communication during that stressful time.
We had confirmed flight, but my partner was put on standby, leaving us uncomfortable and worried that we wouldn't get on the flight. It was a most unpleasant experience, until at the last minute, he got a seat. The final small meal, which was served very late and was described as pizza, was inedible. I heard numerous passengers remarking about this choice.
Better newer movies? Access to Hulu or Netflix?
The flight was delayed as they had to offload a passenger and his bags resulting in approx 35 minute delay. The captain was brilliant and kept us informed about the unfolding situation. What was terrible was the delay in baggage at Glasgow. From landing it was 1 hour 23 minutes until the baggage appeared. We waited longer for our luggage than the flight itself took! There was next to no communication as to what was going on. Eventually after passengers pushed staff for an update we got an official update over the tannoy (The bags were delayed due to operational reasons). A pretty much useless and infuriating reason. Then another update from staff on the ground saying four incoming flights had all been delayed and landed in Glasgow within 15 minutes of each other thus the delay. It’s not really good at all that an international airport takes 100+ minutes to delivery four flights worth of baggage and can’t transparently communicate with customers what’s going on, and when and where their bags will appear.

Some one needs to figure out a more efficient way to move passengers through Heathrow! I know there is a staffing shortage, but there has to be a better way. Funneling down 50 people wide rows to 4-5 scanners creates chaos. I know this is a huge airport that transports LOTS of people, BUT there has to be someone that could help with this MAJOR problem. I would think it would help save money in the long run without rebooking flights, etc. I would expect better from this major airport
The crew in Barcelona was dismissive and rude. The boarding process was horrible, there was no sense of organization whatsoever. The plane was great, though there was not a lot of leg space but that was expected. And finally the entertainment was awesome, it made the time fly.

The seats in the Airbus flight from JFK to HEL were a bit uncomfortable. The layover in Helsinki airport was boring because there were no stores open in the terminal and there was almost nothing to do for 3 hours.

I don't mind storing a bag under the seat but there's more stuff taking up legroom so it's hard to get the feet comfortable which is important for those longer flights."

No wifi even in Business class! Someone in senior management of BA needs to fly SQ, Cathay, Qatar, Emirates and learn what can be improved. Most of these airlines have better service in economy than business on BA!"
Miinukset: "I would never book a ticket through BA ever! Paid business class and my luggage got forgotten in Heathrow through transit. No one knows anything about it. I have arrived to san Francisco with no language at all!!!!"

Miinukset: "The biz class seats on BA are just horrible. The biz class service - BA aren’t even trying to match other airlines. A stingy snenities kit and a blanket doesn’t come close to qantas or emerites. The food is an embarrassment - microwave dinners over heated is a a generous description. Crew do as little as possible (they don’t want to be they’ve either)"

Miinukset: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."
