Long delay, minimal crew engagement but comfy plane.
Almost the only airline that offers free coffee and bread even in short 1 hour flights
Thumbs up for KLM crew, planes and Schiphol Airport, though short on staff and a little late everything went smooth, including the flight.

The flight from Rome to Ams was delayed. The flight from AMS to Moscow was missed. - We spent 2h in a linewaiting for the service desk to rebook the tickets - Then, we spend more than an hour to get the hotel - Then waiting for the shuttle another 30 minutes Unexpectedly poor and slow service. The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle
Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

Miinukset: "Entertainments options were shockingly few. Honestly have not been on a plane recently with so few and limited options of TV series and movies. I was extremely surprised. Wish I had know and I would’ve had more options for my family."

Plussat: "Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness."
Miinukset: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."

Miinukset: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

No foot service or entertainment. Just a Trip from one place to the other. Not much different that a bus ride except it is faster and more expensive.
Originating flight delayed so we missed the connecting flight. We were re-booked on a flight 8 hours later (though the counter staffer was doing a great job, and was personable). That flight was completely full, so—though we had originally paid for Economy+ (extra leg room), we we seated in the last row, most uncomfortable row on a plane.
The temperature was cold on the flight. Connecting to the internet was very pleasant with entertainment options.
Flight was cancelled at the last minute, after it was delayed a couple of times.

The flight was three hours delayed and instead of having us wait to board we waited two hours in the plane before take off. For the future if they know connection flights are delayed they should have us wait outside
It was horrible and stressful. We got to our final destination several hours later of the estimated arrival time.

Miinukset: "I could not get the Wi-Fi to work even though I paid for 24 hours of it there was a different Wi-Fi Carrier on this flight than the flight from Munich to Philadelphia, he did not recognize me and even the free shows I could not get to work it had 3 different site said it told me the log in to in none of them work on my cell."

Plussat: "Food, staff and entertainment was good. However, the touch screen on one of our systems did not work, and had to use the remote control."
Miinukset: "Not enough bathrooms, and the one on our side got dirty fast. Also, give yourself lots of EXTRA time to get through the airport in Madrid. It takes forever to get out to the gate, and you have to go through Security, Immigration and sometimes a second more intense security (which we did). If you need to get your VAT refund on purchases, add at least ONE hour. 30 minutes to get the approval stamp in one line, and 30 minutes in another line to get your refund."

Miinukset: "Food is at a very small portion ( I am a small Asian lady so I am fine but barely enough for a child.). My luggage was lost."

Miinukset: "There was no entertainment on the flight other than the overhead tv which was hard to see and a poor movie choice. There was also a very loud family seated next to me which the crew did nothing to keep the noise down. Wouldn’t fly American internationally again."

Miinukset: "There was an issue where someone had boarded and somehow taken my seat. I was asked to wait until the very end and then allowed in my seat once the passenger in my designated seat was asked to deboard the plane. I don't know how that could have happened."

Miinukset: "We were booked in the very last row (unable to select a seat at the time of purchase) and had a rough time of changing the seats. The entertainment system was having problems and the whole entertainment system had to be re-booted about 90 minutes into the flight. It still didn't fix my seat's TV. Otherwise the trip was uneventful and we managed to get better seats on the return flight."

Miinukset: "They did not have any customs and immigration forms on the plane so everyone had to pick them up as we got off the plane and fill them out before proceeding to the customs area. It was very inconvenient for all passengers since there was not a good area to fiill out the forms and it slowed everyone down. First time I can ever recall the airlines not having the forms available before we landed"

Plussat: "we upgraded to economy plus seats and it made all the difference - just having an extra 4-5 inches made the 11 hour flight so much more tolerable than the trip to Madrid."

Miinukset: "Boarding groups are not clearly announced-and with the threat of checked baggage this makes people angry and spiteful to other passengers. They forgot to bring the immigration forms onboard, only had the customs. They didn't give us pens/pencils to fill out the customs form. This made offboarding confusing and messy. What entertainment? No screens."
Plussat: "Take off and landing was incredibly smooth, along with the 8 hour flight from NYC to Rome, Italy. Perhaps the best flight I've ever had."

Miinukset: "I was forced to check my carry-on bag because it was too big according to the gate agent. I travel weekly, always carry-on my luggage and I have never been told it needed to be checked. AA had a ticket counter agent that was on a mission because she had a roll away cart parked by the jet way door to collect all the luggage she wouldn't allow on the plane. Very customer unfriendly!"

Miinukset: "The Live TV entertainment froze so many times when trying to watch either CNN or CNBC. Finally gave up on it. The Touch Screen responsiveness could be much better. However; once a movie was selected, watching it was an excellent experience. The Leg room was not the best either, but I blame myself on this in that I almost waited till the last minute to buy my self a ticket."
Miinukset: "Apparently Finnair leases a Hilly plane and crew for this flight right now, so it wasn't quite the same."
Plussat: "There's nothing good about AA"
Miinukset: "One of the few things SouthWest, Alaska & United did was the proper queuing of people to get into the plane. AA is a free for all - those who follow regulations will fall behind. In this flight from Boston to LAX - I heard there were 80 Priority checking - are you kidding me. Group 1 does not help if I have 80 Priority seating and one family took 12 people in with one elderly. It's good to place Elderly and Military up front first - but to take the Whole entire family - that's not fair - you have 8 able bodies who should be in line with the rest of the crowd. Also who heard of 80 Priority check ins - normally, that's Group 1. Never flying AA unless I a desperate."

Miinukset: "Did not appreciate being delayed 30 minutes because flight attendants did not have enough rest time. Inconvenience 183 for the sake of 4 employees. This is the second flight in 1.5 weeks I have been on delayed by crew not on time."

Plussat: "Very nice cabin crew, attentive and informative. The pilots really put me at ease....not the best flyer but their information on the flight etc. was actually quite calming."

Miinukset: "Our luggage was lost for about 22 hours, we kept getting coflcting information each time we called to check on it. The rental car that was also booked through the KAyak was junk. We requested a mid-size car, they tried to give us an old mini-van that was dented up, we called Enterprise instead and got a 2016 Ford Focus with unlimited mileage for only 15.00 more for the the 5 days of rental."
The staff was wonderful, all excellent. Truly made us feel welcome
Flight was delayed for more then hour
Some one needs to figure out a more efficient way to move passengers through Heathrow! I know there is a staffing shortage, but there has to be a better way. Funneling down 50 people wide rows to 4-5 scanners creates chaos. I know this is a huge airport that transports LOTS of people, BUT there has to be someone that could help with this MAJOR problem. I would think it would help save money in the long run without rebooking flights, etc. I would expect better from this major airport

Also even when you buy a business class ticket British Airways makes you pay to reserve a seat in advance if you don’t have status with them. That feels over the top for a premium customer."
Miinukset: "Premium economy amenities were outdated, specifically the seats. My tray table was unable to lie flat so food/drink kept sliding off. Quite unacceptable. I’ll fly American next time in premium economy, much better at the moment."

Plussat: "The crew was outstanding. They were regularly passing by with water & juice throughout the flight and were very friendly. A+ Also notably, they kept the cabin comfortable instead of the sweat lodge from my previous flight."
Miinukset: "I get that it’s Heathrow and not BA, but the random extra inspection process is super annoying. Nothing happens while you’re waiting in the terminal, then they pull you aside from group 2 as you board and before you know it you’re boarding back in group 5. If security used the time wisely, they could check 10x more people and not screw up the boarding process."

Miinukset: "The biz class seats on BA are just horrible. The biz class service - BA aren’t even trying to match other airlines. A stingy snenities kit and a blanket doesn’t come close to qantas or emerites. The food is an embarrassment - microwave dinners over heated is a a generous description. Crew do as little as possible (they don’t want to be they’ve either)"

Miinukset: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."

Miinukset: "I thought I was supposed to get a free meal and was never offered that or even a complimentary beverage. The flight attendants allowed a group of four passenger to stand during almost the entire flight in the aisles and in my row, making it difficult for people to get around them and didn't allow for an enjoyable flying experience."
Plussat: "There wasn't any food or entertainment offered since it was a short flight. Drinks were available for a fee."
Miinukset: "I think you should be offered water without a fee on all flights that last over two hours like this one."
Plussat: "Although they left late , they made up for it and arrived only 5 min late. Although a huge plane, the boarding process worked out fine. Service was good and entertainment was excellent"
