I flew in Tourist priority, it was great.
No screen map on in front of you to track the flight like Turkish air! No food or coffee for 2h30 just a small plain water and a very small piece of chocolate🤔
My luggage got delayed, trying to reach out the airline and no updates for me where my luggage is and when it will be delivered to me.

Arrived almost 2 days late (the original was direct, the United had layovers) and missed a planned trip to Neuschwanstein castle. Flying from Munich- The entertainment screen was broken, completely unusable. After a hard reset by the flight attendant several times... Still broken. She said she thought it would fix itself once we were at cruising altitude. Nope. Notified the flight attendant who said vaguely "I'll see what I can do..." Never came back to check, never got offered any sort of compensation (even something like a free mixed drink would have been nice), offer to move seats, nothing. So- ten hours with no entertainment/nothing to watch, just a malfunctioning screen. Food was mediocre. We boarded late, and left almost 1 hour late because they had to wait for an employee (who was not working, just getting a ride back) to board. Literally there and back with Lufthansa was a fiasco. On top of it, we have been back for 3 weeks and are still waiting to hear back from Lufthansa customer service. Apparently they only communicate by email with complaints. Not over the phone. So after repeated emails, just radio silence. Terrible airline."

Plussat: "The crew was very kind and made their beat efforts accommodate our requests or help us with the issues we experienced in our seats. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food served during the flight."
Miinukset: "The entertainment system in my seat was not working. The crew was very helpful in terms of trying to fix the issue, but unfortunately the system was not fixed. The seats were difficult to push back. We tried several times to push back the seat for the passenger travelling with me, however the seat would not go as far as everyone else's. Unfortunately the flight was not as comfortable for her as it was for the rest of my party traveling with me. For such a large aircraft, Lufthansa should consider boarding economy by seat section. For example, starting with the persons who sit in the back first and then forward. It would speed up the boarding process and alleviate any lines in the aisles in the aircraft. Last but not least, my parties baggage was not transferred during our quick layover from Frankfurt to Krakow. Priority should be given to passengers whose final destination is not Frankfurt. We found out that our luggage's remained in Frankfurt when our names were called by baggage pickup in Krakow. The attendant who was helping us was very cold and treated us as of we were the ones who caused this inconvenience through his tone of voice, as well as his short comments. Lufthansa needs to work on their customer service in Krakow. We were rushed by the agent and it seemed like he wanted to get rid of us asap even though there was no line. We needed to understand where our baggage was and the options available to us, especially because our baggage was carrying important items for my sister in laws bacholerette party that night. We left not knowing when we were going to receive our luggage or if it would even make it to Krakow that night. We called the Number provided to us several times during the Day, however the line did not seem to be actively monitored by an individual. The website we were provided to track our luggage offered little to no insight on the whereabouts of our luggage. We finally found out that the luggage had arrived in Krakow and would be sent by carrier. The carrier arrived late in the evening, right before we were leaving for the bachelorette party thankfully. Better communication in these types of situations would greatly alleviate the stress one feels when their luggage is missing. Aldo surprised that the airline doesn't distribute a care package (I.e. toothbrush, paste, facewash) to passengers whose luggage was left behind."

Miinukset: "The seat pitch is inhumane. I could barely fit into the seat without hitting my knees on the seat in front. And that was before the person ahead of me reclined. It's not like Lufthansa is a budget airline. It's a full-fledged major carrier charging full-fledged prices. Seriously, I was expecting more."

Amsterdam as a hub is a mess, do not use Amsterdam and KLM as a hub to European cities unless you want to miss your flight.
The actual flight was ok. But was a mess before departing AMS. My previous flight was late, so missed my connection in AMS. Then I spent over two hours getting things settled to get another flight. I was unable to complete my request online, and no one at KLM in AMS wanted to help. They kept giving me the run-around until I finally convinced them K was stuck without their personal help. It added a lot of stress (and about 5 more hours of transit time) to my overall journey.
Almost the only airline that offers free coffee and bread even in short 1 hour flights
Overall a pleasant flight.

I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Asked for a little more water and was told by flight attendant that I’d have to get it myself from the back of the airplane. Not cool. Not good attitude either. Disappointing.
Miinukset: "I needed to change my ticket and Kayak had another agency issue the ticket. Kayak does not change tickets and the third party and the airline said only Kayak could make the change. Having to purchase a whole new ticket from the airline, save the money and frustration and avoid Kayak and just book directly with the airline. The ticket would have and should have been changed with no fees. $325 lesson learned."

What makes this particular flight so unbelievable, and maybe it was just a training day because there was a lot of airline personnel at the check in kiosk, but I have never processed on to a flight in Columbia, given up my baggage, and be walking to the gate so fast in my life! I truly hope this is something that will become standard, and I pray to God that the other airlines especially Viva will learn how to do!"

Plussat: "The flight itself was great. No problems with with the actual process of boarding or landing. The flight was even ahead of schedule. The problem was with the transfer."
Miinukset: "Normally, international-domestic transfers are pretty difficult to coordinate. This particular one (Bogota>Miami, Miami>San Francisco) seemed particularly so. On top of being just enough time to wait for our bags, drop them off with the next airline, walk across the airport, enter security (which went exceedingly slowly), we had just enough time to get to the gate before boarding. This is why I gave a lower rating."

Miinukset: "First of all I bought my ticket through Kayak, but apparently something called the flight network was the issuer of my ticket apparently they are and travel agency in canada , first i needed to change my ticket and they could not do it , then I dis not use my outbound flight because I needed to get to my destinantion one day earlier and yesterday i received an email saying that my return flight was cancelled. they told me that since i did not use my outbound they automatically cancelled my return flight, I ended up loosing 300 USD because of mis information from that travel agency , the people that answered my call were very disrispectfull, this has been the worse experience and ai ended up loosing all my money I had to purchase another return ticket."

Miinukset: "On a 10 hour flight (LAX to Santiago Chile) they should offer more snacks and drinks for people to help themselves to in economy class. Other airlines have water and juice available I felt like I was bothering a crew member every time asked for a glass of water, when I could have just helped myself. Also, maybe have a few light snacks available. After a very light lunch, 8 and a half hours is a very long wait till breakfast!"

Plussat: "The staff was friendly and very attentitive. The entertainment is available in a huge selection and works great. It was great that I was able to create my own playlist with as many songs as I liked from their music library, for the duration of my flight. Staff woke me up and asked me if I wanted food in the morning which I thought was nice. On other airlines, Sometimes they just let you sleep and you miss out. Lighting is great for sleeping. Food is OKAY (im a picky eater) with vegetarian options. Provided pillow, blankets,AND HEADPHONES! Headphones are a must have for a long flight so it's great that they provide it. It was my firat flight with Latam and I look forward to flying with them again."

It was not a good experience. The food was also just average with little options to choose from"

Have to assume the distance between seat and seatback ahead is now a safety issue should an emergency evac. be necessary. Had to argue over an imposed seat change despite holding a 2 hour old agent issued boarding pass. Gate agent plainly lied in claiming an equipment change was making it necessary. At start of trip (1/14), not allowed to board connection and suffered an additional 5hr. layover delay due to baggage transfer problem. No compensation of any type graciously offered for any of the inconveniences."

Kayak screwed me big time. I couldn't make my flight to Europe because I was waiting till last day for passport. I canceled my flight late and because I went through Kayak a second party booking agency the airline would not work with me on a new flight or give me a reasonable refund. Kayaks refund was $90. Out of the $1000. dollars I spent on the ticket. Never again Kayak you suck.
I like that I made it to my destination after 5 hours 23 of those hours sitting on the plane
The flight was three hours delayed and instead of having us wait to board we waited two hours in the plane before take off. For the future if they know connection flights are delayed they should have us wait outside
There was no entertainment monitor on this flight.
The mask policy is not enforced by the crew. Multiple people around us would not even wear the mask or have it on their chin. Flight attendants would walk past these people and not say anything. All they do is make overhead announcements about the masks being mandatory but they are terrible at enforcing the rules, very disappointing.

Miinukset: "Due to a computer malfunction we were stuck on the tarmac for some time, when it was decided to find a new gate to return to. /The tech crew eventually gave the all clear and upon returning to the tarmac, the same computer malfunction occurred, and again we had to return to the gate. This was all totaled 2.5 hours on the Tarmac. Finally, some 5 hours late we departed Miami in a different plane. Upon arrival in Phoenix, the captain wearily announced that there was no ground crew awaiting us, so we had to wait some time on the tarmac there to disembark. Never before had I heard a airline captain encourage the passengers to write a letter of complaint to his employer."

However the front person totally ignored me, and I missed my flight coming back. After that I had to pay extra $275 (or close to that amount) to reschedule the flight. Worst experience ever."

Firstly, there were too few kiosks, with several unused and at least one was offline. We then waited again for an extended period of time to drop of bags which should be less than 5 min. Please take lessons from Lufthansa - they really know what they are doing. This was one of the worst arrangements in the world. - One of the flight attendants, not all, seems quite bothered to serve us. I don't appreciate that. - No Wifi available - Flight was delayed"

Miinukset: "I fell asleep as soon as the cabin began to pressurize, which I often do. I subsequently missed the first meal, and was informed of light snacks in the galley bar - this meant mini pretzels. We experienced some light turbulence perhaps 2 hours to 1.5 hours before landing, after which we were informed that the turbulence had caused the food for the economy cabin to spill (first class was apparently fine). So that meant I had not eaten at all on a 13.5 hour flight, and all I consumed was water. To add insult to injury, I was caught in a 2 hour immigration line, despite the presence of one world employees in the hall responsible for ushering passengers with tight transfer times, but refused to give me assistance on 2 occasions. I later missed my connecting flight and was forced to pay for my own hotel, transfers and subsistence, with no apology from the airline. Outrageous flying experience."

Honestly I didn’t like this trip back and wish I stayed with Iberia. The counter person was not friendly and she did not accommodate me to get a window seat and then told me I had to pay. And if so I had to do it at the connecting flight counter. Over there they told me they don’t do changes of seat that I should do it at the counter. Seriously I was confused and went back and she changed me to an aisle seat instead of a window. I ended paying 140 online to get a window chair. The food was horreoundous and salty… only the cake was good. The crew has an attitude when passing the food… I feel AA is no longer the type of airline I liked … also I could not connect to the wifi.. just not a good experience.
Considering I paid over 2000 dollars one way .worst seat on the plane 53 next to the toilets...check in was over 2.5 hours so slow .....then going through customs they was blaming us ? Was there 3 hours before ....food was terrible. I have flown many times with BA also Iberia worst value for money worst check in ever. I do this trip 5 times or more in a year will not use this services again I dont mind paying but expect some service was the worst I have experienced in 5 years travelling this route.
I paid for adjacents seats and then changed that and i had to fligtht without muy daugther
I am still trying to recuperate my money. I giked claim with Kayak and the insurance company. The flight never happened. It was canceled and I never received the email for cancelation. We ended up buying 4 new tickets for my entire family to come back to the States. Horrible experience. Oh and Kayak is horrible on resolving the claim. I am still waiting for a call back. I will NEVER use them again. Lesson learned.

In this case they charged the first piece 50 dollars and the second one $200.00.- After I paid 1500 dollars for (1) plane ticket , it is unheard that there is not even one piece of luggage for free. When I booked the flight there was nothing on the site about this. This was my first and last time buying a tickets from you guys. The fact that the fare was 200 dollars cheaper than other sites, ended up costing, 300 more. Never again with you guys."
Miinukset: "Awful. My departing city (ZAG) was unable to process tickets for my connecting flight. Upon arrival to (MAD) the gate agent was distributing tickets on a 1st name basis. Literally just handing out tickets without verifying IDs. Not all us PAX received a ticket and were instructed to go to the customer service desk, all the while boarding was ACTIVE at the gate. While at the customer service desk, Iberia showed little attention and/or urgency for us folks who did not have our connecting flight credentials. I finally received a hand-written ticket to board an international flight. My original seat selection was not honored. The overall flight experience was poor and NOT enjoyable."

We had to spend the night in an airport hotel and buy new tickets for a morning flight. We lost our car rental reservation and hotel reservation in Seville we made 2 months prior with the consequent 50% increase in rate when we reissue them the day of arrival. WE WERE NEVER REIMBURSED. What is worse, there customer personnel at the airports (Paris and Seville) were rude and careless. They told us to file a complaint thru the website in Spanish because they did not know the address of the English site and because they said '"in Iberia customer service, nobody reads English"."
