Not the best crew. Extremely annoying with mask wearing. Even when I was eating and drinking they would come up to you to tell you to wear your mask. Extremely annoying.

Miinukset: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

Miinukset: "Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."
Miinukset: "They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet"

People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."
Miinukset: "Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."
Plussat: "Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."

I just loved it! The perfect flight experience! I only want to travel with British Airways! I highly highly recommend to choose British Airways if you can! Only on a small flight from Budapest to London, I got free snacks and water! I was really happy, the staff was really friendly, the entertainment on the long flight was just mindblowing for me, I could watch almost the latest movies on the plane! It was a really big surprise for me and I was really happy, I didn’t even sleep in the 8 hours there and back because I just wanted to watch what’s on there, and they had games too, and the food was delicious, we even had really good dessert on the flight there, and the experience was that I could cancel my flight until like 6 hours before the trip and get a full refund!!!!!!!!! This was a huge surprise for me, because I had another reservation and I didn’t even get back any money from it, so I was just like normal appreciation from their side, I am so-so happy that I chose them! I will definitely chose them whenever I can, because they are so much better than any other company!

Miinukset: "I booked flight for my parents from Kayak for the first time. The confirmation number was: KAYAK Booking Reference KE40651 British Airways Record Locator 3IMN38 Booking Date Jan 24, 2021 So British airways cancelled the flight may days before the flight date and they notified Kayak but Kayak sent me no notification. At the time of check in we found that the flight was cancelled. It was such a hassle. I called kayak to rebook frantically since it was very important to travel right away. Your customer service was pathetic. I was told to cancel my british airways reservation and then I have to wait 24 hours for another department to call me to talk to me about rebooking choices. There was no concern from your customer service that since u are at fault so make correction for it right away by rebooking it. You guys didnt inform us for cancellation of the flight that happened days before the flight. I didnt like what Kayak rep was telling me and called British airways again to see if they would do something. They then were able to rebook me the following day with 2 stops instead of one stop which I had booked. So my parents took the flight with one day delay with extra stops. I had such a horrible experience with Kayak. I will never rebook from Kayak again."

They never announced for people with disabilities to get ahead of others. It was a big "casino" as the Italians say when everyone charges the boarding area. People could be put in groups according to where their seating is, making it easier for all."

Logging in 24 hours ahead to get a seat was incredibly inconvenient--I happened to be in a museum and without WiFi. (It could have been in the middle of the night or on a connecting plane.) I then had trouble entering all the required data and was finally told I had to wait 24 hours to try again-- that made no sense because I had to be on my flight 24 hours later. As a senior citizen who struggles with using the internet, it is particularly difficult. PLEASE let people choose a seat when making a reservation WITHOUT charging extra. 3. I was shocked that I couldn't get a glass of water without paying for it!!!!"

Not cool to be forced to check my luggage at the baggage check and ticketing because they claim there's no room for it, then they lose my bag. All the other people had their carry-ons. We checked in 3 1/2 hours early, and apparently they did this to 6 other families on our flight! Not good to be losing so much luggage."

The flight was almost 3 hours delayed. The vouchers given were of 3.50€ which is absolutely ridiculous considering the time. Also it's less than the amount written on EasyJets own website. Also we couldn't even use the vouchers in the restaurant, only in a cafe and only for drinking.
Boarding takes too long like most planes. I checked my bag in but they did not inform me that when u have a step over you have to take your own bag. So my bag stayed behind.
O voo foi cancelado quanto a gente já estava no portão de embarque, e adiado para o dia seguinte, sem explicação aparente. Foi uma confusão interminável até conseguirmos um lugar para dormir. A equipe da companhia parecia perdida, não sabiam o que fazer, e alguns eram mal-educados. No dia seguinte, chegamos cedo ao aeroporto e o voo foi adiado de novo. Péssima experiência, teria sido melhor pegar um trem.

They are telling that first in the gate and then they charge for extra £50 for hand luggage. I'm going to avoid flying easyJet in the future."

I was even provided the boarding pass several days before the flight so there was no indication that anything was amiss. I was able to enter France by taking a train and had no issues with French immigration. My only problem was with the EasyJet gate crew member who refused to allow me to board."
Miinukset: "My wife and I were traveling to Paris for our Honeymoon. Due to traffic, an accident, and a flat tire, it took us 3 hours to get to the Airport, even though it was a 1 hour ride. We were not allowed to check our luggage on to the plane because we were 1 minute late. Our flight was scheduled for 18:00 and the cut off for the luggage check was at 17:20. The EasyJet employees were very rude telling us we were late, despite the fact that there were people checking their bags on to that flight as we spoke. We will never again use EasyJet. Completely ruined our Honeymoon."

Miinukset: "I sat in seat 1A, near the door, and froze. Changed seats with a lady so she could be with her children. I originally had seat 1D. I am surprised you charge extra for that seat. If one of the children would have sat in seat 1A I am sure they would be sick with a cold in a few days."

Miinukset: "The plane was very hot for most of the trip. The crew was running around a lot, tripped on me. The captain had no idea what they were saying and said uh a lot, did not inspire confidence. There was no entertainment available. No complimentary refreshment options like most flights have. I was only allowed 1 small bag and had to check my other which had fragile objects in it."
Plussat: "We travelled with 2 full-size acoustic guitars outbound from Toulouse to Geneva and returned 5 days later. Everyone was very helpful and understanding...I have rarely experienced such helpfulness in regards to carrying instruments on board full flights. Kudos to both crews and EasyJet."

Miinukset: "We waited too long in the line to check in (after we had checked in online). On our departure flight to Milano at the gate we were charged 60 euros for each of our bags, which was an surprise unexpected charge of 180 euros and none of our bags were over the weight limit. On our arrival flight we checked in online and paid an additional $5 euros each just in case we were over the weight limit (which we were not but we did not want to take the chance since Easy Jets Limits are less than all the airlines we fly with). No option online that said we had to pay for our bags again. Check in crew very unfriendly and rude... We don't like hidden charges, unexplained charges and being over charged. Please refund these bag charges. Thank you."
Plussat: "Baggage drop off was super smooth and easy. Everyone was nice and carried a smile on their faces. I liked that bit."
Miinukset: "Boarding was late as flight was delayed about 30 minutes. I was asked to put my tiny cross against inside my carry on and that had to happen on the floor right before boarding. I guess I misunderstood but so did tens of other passengers. Annoying and very unusual. Never asked of me ever before and I'm a very frequent traveler."

Plussat: "Got from A to B, no fuss about bag sizes - symptomatic of them needing us to board quickly perhaps?"
Miinukset: "1.5 Hours late; a typical delay with easyJet No real apologies offer of refreshment vouchers, although there was regular updates provided Pilot interrupted sleeping cabin halfway through - at about midnight - with long update On Departure and arrival plane was located away from gate and the bus journey seemed to take an eternity - in Edinburgh in particular"
Miinukset: "Poor customer service. Three people flying together. One person had accidentally booked a flight that left 2 hours later. We tried to change her flight but we're told this could not be done. The only option was to purchase a new ticket which we did. Went to check the luggage and it seems the had given her a second ticket on the original flight. Back to customer service. Third ticket issued. We go upstairs to find our flight is now delayed but her original flight was leaving on schedule. This was never mentioned at customer service. It would have worked fine for her to fly and wait at the airport fo our delayed flight and we would have saved the cost of a new ticket. We did not have that option because the first ticket was cancelled"

Miinukset: "i was told by Easyjet that no flight for me on that day. I had flight from lisbon to frankfurt also. The customer suggested to buy ticket of TAP portugal which I did. Told to apply for compensation by email. Please help me in this regard. It was bad experience."
