Vähän myöhässä muuten kaikki sujui loistavasti
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.
Teneriffan matkaselvitys tosi hidas ja ruuhkainen
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin

Thus had to kneel in order to use. This booked by UIA, but the carrier was Air Baltic, which led to some confusion as to which airline to go to for boarding."
Plussat: "Things moved along fairly well, especially once I was in Riga. The hour layover stressed me out because I wasn't sure if I'd make it to my connection in time, but the airport was not crowded so I managed to get through passport control fairly quickly and made my flight."
Miinukset: "Flight left a late, which was stressful with an hour layover in Riga where I had to go through passport control. Was very stressed, but made it with ten minutes to spare before my connection boarded because the airport happened to be not crowded."

I decided to get to the counter and the person charged me US$ 35 euros only for checking me in (even though their app had problems to check in). They charged me in total US$ 100 for checking in and checking my luggage. The service was terrible, especially from the person at the counter. In addition to all that, my luggage did not arrive to the final destination and was lost for an entire week. Every time I called the airline, they were charging me per minute even though they were the ones who lost my suitcase."

Miinukset: "The reason I gave a two for overall experience was that we were more than one hour late and I missed my connection flight from Los Angeles and for this reason I had to spend the entire night in LA.I even bought a travel insurance and when I went back to Norwegian airline to tell them I was late for my connection flight which was two and a half hour later than our landing,they told me there was nothing they could do about it. There are a lot of people who have connection flight and it's hard to rebook especially at night.Punctuality should be the most important over everything else. Ildiko Balog"
Miinukset: "I missed my flight waiting at the wrong gate( there was another flight to Stockholm, my connecting city, being conducted by another airline) I did not notice until it was too late. The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."
Miinukset: "I would definitively avoid using this airline again. Multiple fctors. One kf them is the poor attending by the crew. Really bad service, water..3$?? Blanket 5$?? If you dont pay for food before your flight, crew totally ignores you when the deliver. They should offer a cup of water as minimum"

Miinukset: "I did put my initial reservation on hold which cost me $150 and to have 12 months to use my credit then I was told after 2 weeks by trying to book a different dates that Norwegian will not fulfill my credit anymore....therefore I paid $150 and then got screwed by them after collecting an extra $150....what a joke! Stay away from them... low-cost airlines are not worthy when you add all headaches. Never did I fly with them never will."
Miinukset: "There is no organization when boarding due mainly to the staff's poor training/handling of groups. I also believe that when selecting seats, they should indicate where lavatories are. This knowledge is fairly reasonable to have when choosing where one is to (uncomfortable) sit for a minimum of five hours."

The entertainment system does not have a very good selection of films. The crew was fine, but didn't go out of their way to be friendly or helpful."

Miinukset: "On Monday September 11th I flew from Stockholm Arlanda to JFK on Norwegian flight DY7005. I was seated in 3J in the premium cabin. The couple in front of me began drinking excessively as soon as the aircraft reached cruising altitude. They were served by a flight attendant (who I then found out was the crew supervisor) called Vinnie, who served them doubles of vodka, cognac and bailey's, smiling and laughing with the passengers and giving them high fives. About 4 hours into the flight, the passenger in seat 2J turned around in his seat and began to harrass me. He claimed that we had friends in common and worked in the same industry and that we should work together. I remained polite and indicated that now was probably not the best time but that we should discuss it at a later date. Please note that I had never seen this man before in my life. I was working on my computer and put my headphones back on. He then began to shout and swear at me, saying that I disrespected him, I assume by not engaging him in conversation. He threatened me and at one point tried to swing at me from his seat. His partner then tried to calm him down. A flight attendant that was passing at the time (middle aged black woman) said something to the effect of "I don't know if YOU GUYS are from New York but you all need to calm down", somehow assuming that I was in collusion with this other passenger. I said to the lady "miss I don't know this man" but she ignored me and kept on walking. After this initial incident and seeing that the in flight staff were not interested in addressing this man's behavior, I put on my headphones and sunglasses and pretended to sleep. I could hear him issuing threats and swearing loudly. This went on for about 30 to 45 minutes (I was listening to a podcast and could hear him over the commentary) and then he again turned around in his seat and tried to touch me. At this point I panicked and grabbed my items and headed for the galley. I noticed that the lady in the seat next to me had vacated her seat and was having a concerned conversation with one of the flight attendants. I asked for the purser and a younger black fight attendant told me that "he was resting". I told her to get him and she turned to her counterpart and said "he's pissed off" as if I was over reacting to some sort of minor situation. The purser (Vinnie, who had been serving up doubles and high fives) arrived and told me that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin and there was nothing that he could do about that, and that they had cut him off after he started antagonizing me. I asked why it was that he would knowingly supply a passenger with over ten drinks, jeopardizing the wellbeing of other passengers, and he again responded that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin. The younger female flight attendant then told me that the cops would be waiting for the passenger on arrival - when in fact, the port police department was never notified, nor was the Norwegian"

Miinukset: "Norwegian airlines needs to tell their customers that their luggage was left behind in Stockholm. We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("

My ticket said light & tasty meal and when I tried searching for this on the Norwegian site all I could find is that I could purchase a meal on board or in advance. So of course I brought my own snacks on board and was surprised when the staff said they had prepared a meal for me. This really needs to be more clear. I'm tired of wasting money or food. I also had seen all of the movies already so I wish there was a bigger selection."
Plussat: "Family in front of me had a poorly behaved child. The stewardess didn't seem to care but once I informed her the child had poured soda all over my luggage she apologized and gladly told them to keep the child in his seat."

Miinukset: "They did not even give a glass of water for a domestic flight. It is the European way to make you buy bottles of water, but water should not be charged and a small complimentary snack would have been nice, but more important complimentary water was a necessity."
Miinukset: "rude staff, and ill informed and incompetent. Had to beg for water and food, even though I had ordered meal service. Unpleasant, I repeatedly complained about roudy passengers, who were occupying nearby seats that weren't theirs. these passengers were drunk and loud and hanging out in others seats and ailses NEVER FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR. The only folks who had a great trip were the flight attendants - they hung out in the large spacious kitchen eating the food that they said they didn't have for the passengers and doing little else. Worst flight experience of my life. And fancy expecting folks to carry all the food and hydration needed for an 8 hour flight. I think TSA needs to look into the this from the airport chaos - as it is clear that my experience is not isolated. DONT FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR"

Miinukset: "Our flight from Barcelona to London was delayed, but we were told they would hold the flight to Oakland for the 30 of us on the Barcelona plane. They had us leave the airplane first, hustled us through security, and as the most fit of us made it to the gate, we were told it had departed 15 minutes earlier! 2 unplanned nights in London was the result of this screwup; very unhappy and dissatisfied with Norwegian! Their handling of the situation afterwards was also very poor; you would think that by now airline's would know how to handle missed connections/flights"

Plussat: "The flight attendants did not spill any drinks on me! The ice did not smell like vomit! No one threatened to put my guitar in cargo! And the food was actually edible, even tasted good! No one woke me when I was sleeping. I thought I was in heaven."

1 hour late even before take off
For once in a long while, our flight was delayed - because the aircraft arrived late - but that was only delayed by about 30 minutes (which was bad). However, the crew boarded us very efficiently and quickly (which was good). But the original delay meant that the aircraft was directed to use a different runway in Gatwick than would normally be used - and that runway had less capacity apparently - so that added further to the delay (which was also bad). Anyway, the bottom line was we arrived in Dublin about 45 minutes later than scheduled. It might have been longer but I think the captain made up a bit of time in the air (which was also good). Having said all that, I would definitely use Ryanair again because this delay was not something that has not happened to us on other Ryanair flights in the recent past. in fact, my wife and I are due to fly with them to Dubrovnik next week so I'll be ineterested to see how they do with the outbound and return flights then.
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.

Bought the most expensive ticket I could to be in first row and have enough overhead bin space, but that still did not help the situation of a very disorganized boarding, very uncouth flight attendants, uncomfortable seats, absolutely no free drinks (not even a bottle of water), constant selling of useless things, people using the toilet in the front, obnoxious travelers, and getting yelled at. Also, contrary to what was suggested on the Ryanair web site regarding fast check-in, priority boarding and access to lounges, none of those Flying 200+ legs per year on Star Alliance flights in business and up, I truly hope I never have to take such a horrendous flight again."

They could have waived the suitcase through or offered to upgrade me to Priority, but they preferred to make an example of a passenger. They make you parade with your suitcase to the front of the line to "prove it." I will not fly on Ryanair again."
