We had to stand for 25 minutes after showing our Boarding Passes before being allowed to walk to the plane. It would have been better if they delayed boarding until everything was ready.
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.

Miinukset: "Ryanair operations at Bordeaux Airport is extremely poor. I arrived 2.5 hours early and still stood in line to check in for an hour because two flights were checking bags with TWO EMPLOYEES! It's 120+ people, and they needed more people working! The flight leaving 20 minutes ahead of us was still checking people in 30 minutes from their departure time, so truly this was on whoever is managing this airline at this airport. I will never fly with RyanAir again."

Plussat: "Priority was priority boarding and crew was pleasant."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed for over a half hour. The flight crew did not say why."
Miinukset: "The airline called the passengers to stand up in line over an hour prior to boarding. Most of the wait was done indoors, while the last 15 min or so were spent outside, waiting for the plane and watching as the passengers from the flight that just landed were getting off.. immediately after they all got off, our group boarded... no one cleaned the plane... never flying Rayanair again...."

Miinukset: "They try to push you to buy all sorts of products on the flight, including food. Nothing is free. Separate fees for printing tickets, confusing process, disorganized boarding."

Miinukset: "My hardshell luggage was heavily damaged during the flight and the policy of the company makes it almost impossible to get a refund that is otherwise guaranteed by any air travel company. They have created a loophole that is impossible to exit in what I can assume is the majority of the cases they receive."

Miinukset: "Security and immigration lines were massively busy and incredibly disorganized. The solution was just to delay the main flights. And weird up stairs then downstairs again to get to the plane. Happens!"
Plussat: "Crew is friendly. Food and bevarede service was offered three times in a short period of time. This time they allowed to take a hand bag together with the hand luggage which they wouldn't allow in the past"
Miinukset: "Complicated checkin online since I booked through last minute.com and not directricly with Ryanair. I am concerned that each time when Ryanair lands they immediately proceed with the next boarding without taking enough time to check all the security measures"
Plussat: "Fine, exactly what we expected. No frills, but no hassles either."

Miinukset: "This was really cattle class. We were herded onto the plane, held in tiny pens, and herded off. But it was cheap."

Plussat: "Easy to check in online right time boarding and arrival ahead of time. No problems. I wonder why some people call queueing and check-in at airport "normal". If they enjoy it - it is fai to charge them extra."

Miinukset: "Printing my boarding pass at home to make sure I didn't have to pay a 50 euro fee. It's hard enough to do it right before you leave, but we couldn't print anything for the flight back to Brussels."

Miinukset: "Never-ending queues for boarding, as much as 40 minutes before the flight. You couldn't even see where you were going to have your documents checked. Chaos is the right word here."
Plussat: "Personnel is very friendly. Priority boarding is indeed priority boarding. Reserving your seat really makes a difference. Total extra cost: 66€."
Miinukset: "It's not really a comfortable way of travel; it's like taking the bus instead of a train. But this we knew up front, of course. I was a little surprised by the total price, because everything costs extra."

Miinukset: "My flight was cancelled due to strikes in Greece. I went to the airport to talk with a rep from RyanAir in person since they charge you to speak to in the phone and they were no help at all. They did not offer any type of rebooking. My initial flight was the following day at 6:15am. The strikes were called off and my flight was reinstated but I was sent an email after I went to sleep so I missed the original flight. I went back to the airport and was refused help to rebook on a new flight because it was my fault that I missed the reinstated flight when I was contacted by email at 10:30pm. I had to book with another airline at a much costlier expense, but they were much more pleasant and accommodating and even moved me to an earlier flight at no charge. i understand the strikes are out of their control but their customer service was terrible."
