When the hostess came, she spoke to the white lady sitting next to him, the person told her it is not be that ranged it is him. He wants water, she walked away did not speak to him and never gave him the water. The only food they served was pasta. If you don’t eat that no other options. They will pump you off a flight that you purchased because they are over booked and expect you to be ok with it. No customer service at all."

Plussat: "While in Barcelona, Spain I needed to change my departure time, there was the usual long lines ahead of me when a THY Associate questioned me about my travel plans. I explained to her that I needed to change my departure time and she took me out of line and escorted me to the correct window. Standing now at the correct window I was able to quickly make the desired changes. I was so happy I was able to avoid the long lines. THY is a Class A operation indeed. Thank you, Rudy"
Plussat: "Although there was only one option for meals, they were good nevertheless. The entertainment on Turkish Airlines is the best I've ever seen on any international airline. There are so many options and the layout is new and modern."
Miinukset: "Compared to my flight from New York to Istanbul, my flight from Istanbul to New York was less wonderful. The crew was not as attentive and was not helpful in assisting the grandmother who was sitting next to me with her 2-year-old grandson who wanted to know if another seat was available. There was only once choice for the meals, which I found odd on a long international flight, but I did enjoy the meals. The plane was older than the one I took from New York and were less comfortable. I don't usually have a problem with legroom (I'm pretty average height at 5'5"), but the legroom on this flight was noticeably smaller."
Miinukset: "I wanted to upgrade called Kayak that out me through to VAYAMA that then called Turkish airlines. Took hours in the phone (international call) they then told me I can't upgrade (payed upgrade) because the business is FULL, guess what??? Business was EMPTY"

Miinukset: "Poor crew service--amazingly slow (my general THY service experience has been great, but in this leg crew did not respond to calls for almost 20-30 minutes). After meals, most people took their own empty trays to return them behind (because the crew had not picked up after 30+ minutes). The meals arrived cold as well. My entertainment set froze after 4 hours in a 13 hours trip, and was not attended to after repeated calls. One conscientious Turkish stewardess was very helpful in the 9th hour (literally), even if the entertainment did not come back on. To top these, I was sandwiched between a teenager on front and teenagers on right, who were loud and generally weird (obviously not the airlines fault). So, it ended up being a mediocre experience overall."

Bread stale. Croissant stale. Person behind me was kicking me throughout flight. Boarding slow.
And again, the flight was late and made for tight connections. The seating was comfortable ONLY because we had one of the few empty seats next to us. When the plane is full, as they mostly are right now, the seats are simply absurdly uncomfortable. Dangerously so, since I have a bad knee and I have trouble walking for a few days after a long flight given the inability to stretch or even move much in the current air regime.
In Frankfurt we had to exit to the tarmac, bus and then re-enter airport and go through security again. There wasn’t any info and so it was a bit baffling to make the connection.
9 hour flight with the worst airline food I ever had- cheese looked like it got wet and dissolved into the dried out bread. it. Completely full plane. Paid $82 to check one of our carry on bags because it had some silverware with knifes in it then was informed that because the plane was full, we were advised check our carry on for free- but no refund for the $ we paid. Hot and stuffy. On the plus side, when the movie monitor didn't work, the stewardesses were right on top of the problem and fixed it even though it took some effort.
I will never book kayak again, it looks everything was fine, but when I got to the airport the informed they inform me that I have a reservation but not a ticket. I try to contact kayak never can go through anyone after over 1 hour of trying we discovered thar although they took our credit card information. The card was never charged and we have to buy a whole new ticket.
Except constant choice of pasta and horrible salads, Lufthansa was excellent. Post Covid optimizations a savings don’t work so well. Understand company needs to survive.
No screen map on in front of you to track the flight like Turkish air! No food or coffee for 2h30 just a small plain water and a very small piece of chocolate🤔

Miinukset: "The scrambled eggs for breakfast appeared to be powered eggs, or overcooked eggs. The storage bins for the luggage were very small for the middle seats (aircraft was an Airbus A330-200). After several hours of flying, there was trash in the aisles and on the toilet floor. The toilets were dirty and not cleaned. Finally, the toilets ran out of paper towels and tissues with 3 hours to go in the flight, and they were never refilled. The flight attendants put a roll of toilet paper next the sink to use for your hands."

After passing the long lines of security checks, you come to passport checking stations. only 1 out of 3 available stations is manned. Again, lines too long and barely moving. Probably many missed their flights while waiting to go through passport checks. We lost almost 2 hours between security and passport checks. Airport personnel were unfriendly, they did show any care towards the hundreds that are herded like sheep in long lines. They could have eased this backlog of people by manning all their available stations but they did not. Will try not to go through this airport in the future."

Miinukset: "screaming and kicking child behind my seat, with no way to "escape". I had a severe cold and that was certainly not something I needed, I tried to get some rest, but that was impossible. The seats are getting smaller and smaller, hardly any legroom whatsoever. Also, what I had planned on bringing on the aircraft as carry on (which was my work equipment, tablet/printer etc), I had to check in as luggage because it was "overweight" meaning more than 8 kg and pay ADDITIONAL $200 (in addition to the $100 I already paid for one suitcase). I've seen many passengers with "heavy" carry on, which they were apparently allowed to bring into the cabin without any problems. I had never had to pay for any carry on, and I am seriously considering using another airline for future business travel."

For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

Miinukset: "The entertainment system is a compkeyfailure and is unresponsive to touch screen. The entertainment feels like it was done to please everyone. In the process the selections are of limited interest. Movies are not interesting and often not available. If this entertainment were on the ground it would be a train wreck."

Miinukset: "The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!"

She kept pushing back and told me the other flight arrives at the same time which wasn’t true. It was an hour later. She had no interest in helping us resolve this issue until I had To get assertive and threaten to file a complaint. I boarded the flight and the flight attendants questioned us why Y wasn’t on the flight. I told them she was stopped. After lots of back and forth the woman at the gate realized the mistake. Y boarded the flight. We didn’t receive an apology for the horrendous treatment of a customer. At this point we had nowhere to store carryon."

I was to continue on the same plane from Miami and Lima to Buenos Aires, however, nobody mentioned I could stay on the same aircraft, so they made me go off the plane out the arriving area hall, again through security, which was a hassle, almost forgot my wrist watch..... all that to end up in the same gate to board the same plane. a total waste of time and energy...."

The first leg of my flight was operated by Wamos, though it was a LATAM flight. I know that this is something that happens often for all sorts of reasons, however I can’t help but think it had something to do with the transition of my luggage from one flight to the next. My flights home are similar ( One leg of it being operated by another airline) and needless to say I’m a bit nervous about that."

No online check-in, so not ideal for business travellers having to queue to check-in at Zurich airport
The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..
Plussat: "The crew was OK, but nothing special."
Miinukset: "Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :("
Miinukset: "Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."
Plussat: "Polite and friendly service"
Miinukset: "Not necessary to buy a business class ticket, as all the new planes have standard economy seats in the front as well."
Plussat: "Not much, seats are super uncomfortable"

Plussat: "Crew was good, seat was not, it was freezing cold and one little blanket was inadequate!"
Miinukset: "Provide another blanket when needed, was wearing shorts and a short sleeve shirt."

Miinukset: "Food could be better, or at least be provided an option to purchase an upgraded meal. Also, insufficient amount of drinking water provided to passengers."

Miinukset: "I paid extra for the seat, but there was a metal box under the seat in front of me that curtailed my ability to stow my carry bag, and my leg room. I am very diappointed that I paid above the normal seat charge as if there was a premium to this seat, but in reality it was a sb par seat."

Plussat: "The crew was efficient and friendly. The plane took off on time and landed on time."
Miinukset: "Boarding was slow and tedious. People still crowd around the boarding area despite there being row for the zones. Why they don't board from back to front is beyond me. The food was mediocre at best."
Plussat: "On time, staff was nice."
Miinukset: "Not many options and not even a glass of champagne. That’s a minimal requirement. No sparkling water. Just very limited"
Plussat: "The staff were very helpful and professional. The air hostesses regularly checked if I was ok and showed concern when I wasn’t. They made what seemed a bad situation seem bearable."
Miinukset: "The food was not very nice and the option I wanted had run out. The entertainment was faulty and had to be reset several times. The comfort was below standard and needs to be improved."
Plussat: "Not much but the staff"
Miinukset: "No room, boarding was slow, zero bag or legroom"
Plussat: "Flight attendant Ms. Sophie Picard made every extra effort to try to find a meal when they had run out of Business Class meals. She made up for the uncomfortable seating in Business Class."
Miinukset: "Business class seating on the AirBus 318 is very cramped."
Miinukset: "Because of change in plane..bad choice of seat for long legs of husband...then late in Atlanta and very late into DC"
Miinukset: "Entertainment screen did not work; in neighboring seat it could not be switched off when we wanted to sleep; sourly employees everywhere (re-booking counter an exception); food close not being edible and cold; I forgot my watch on when going through security in the Air France terminal; when I started to say "sorry" I was yelled at by the screener who said that she will do the talking; she sent me back through the scanner twice without my watch, then once more with the carry-on and made sure that I went to the end of a very long line to wait for another screening rather than having me just go through the scanner without my watch. Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"

Miinukset: "Business class seats weren’t comfortable and too narrow no entertainment."
Plussat: "Food was good and again, staff were friendly and professional. Flight was on time and efficient dis-embark mentioned."

Miinukset: "The gate changed 3 times and the terminal was very crowded. The staff seemed disinterested and distracted. The quality of the food has dropped dramatically."
Miinukset: "Airplane really old. Cabin configuration economy was in front of economy plus. Just 1 bathroom for economy and economy plus. Economy plus seats old and uncunfuttable ( more than it should be )"
Plussat: "The plane arrived in New York smoothly"
Miinukset: "They lost my luggage and have no information as to where it is. It has been 3 days and no Information. There was only one meal for the flight and alcoholic beverages were not included."
Plussat: "The noise-canceling headset is good."
Miinukset: "The premium economy seat is not reclined at all. The neighbor's seat is too much flexible. This is a maintenance problem. We report these problems to the crew, though there ignored... I should have chosen an economy class seat."

Miinukset: "The leg-space is very narrow The chair is very tiring No entertainment at all Food was tasteless But most surprising was that we were on stand by for our connecting flight. Though we bought the tickets months ago and we got our luggage checked in all the way to the final destination."

Miinukset: "Seat to seat space OK for anyone under 4 ft tall. Pressed intoth seat framein front, I couldn't even turn or get my feet under the seat to extend."

Miinukset: "we paid for two seats together (one aisle and one middle) an exit row with extra legroom from paris to LA. but when we got to Prague they had one of us in the middle seat in the exit row and the other in a completely different part of the plane, also a middle row. The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."
Plussat: "Good entertainment"
Miinukset: "For the continuation of this flight of course I was still in the same seat in the middle and I had signed up and reserved an aisle seat"
Plussat: "The aircrew are very friendly. The staff at CDG were very helpfull with our connecting flight."
Miinukset: "The seats are very cramped for tall people, especially when the passenger in front of you reclines their seat."
Plussat: "Bar/Coctail service on AF was excellent."
Miinukset: "Boarding area at CDG had almost nothing in the way of food and drink. Only one small Illy. Unbelievable in a major international airport."
Plussat: "The in-flight entertainment wad quite nice, even though the screens were old."
Miinukset: "The vegetarian meal was tasteless. I expected way more."
Plussat: "there were problems getting the tickets issued in Rome. the worker at checkin kept us for 20 minutes without telling us what was going on. the flight left the gate on time, but then we sat for an hr before leaving. no information was given as to why the flight attendants were rude. after landing we sat for an hr on the runway waiting for a gate to be available."
Plussat: "should let first board passenger in rear rows and not everybody together."
Plussat: "The food was one of the plane food I've had in a long time although the jamaican veggies weren't great .. The movies and choice of entertainment was amazing"
Plussat: "Comfortable, crew were fabulous. Food was fine. Champagne and they filled my water bottle happily!"
Miinukset: "Please be more clear about the carry-on luggage policy. I was able to take everything with me on my way to Prague, but the attendant forced me to check a bag at the gate. The requirements were very vague and I don't understand how you could bring something on the first flight perfectly fine, and then get stopped on the return flight."
Plussat: "Air France is always a great experience-Sure wish they would restart their nonstop service from Orlando to Paris or partner with a discount carrier to code share service."
Miinukset: "That i had to go through Air France for my luggage problem which was really not their fault, it was Condor/Thomas Cook who created the problem."
Efficient cabin crew, no issues with entertainment system, clean toilets.
Dakota get your mark get a second time McDonald’s that’s why I three times a month to Columbia experimented connected to New York either through Fort Lauderdale or Miami and I will never do either welcome back to travel with make up in one hour and the amount of walking washer 15 years old you couldn’t make it I need the Wi-Fi one minute same as the one before Never again
Entertainment did not work for us
No entertaiment at all, it can be a little better
The flight was three hours delayed and instead of having us wait to board we waited two hours in the plane before take off. For the future if they know connection flights are delayed they should have us wait outside

Plussat: "The customer service on British Airways is excellent. The meal served on the overnight flight was wonderful."
Miinukset: "My original flight was rerouted due to a connection delay. They lost our baggage due to rerouting our flight from American airways. We were told that our bags would be delivered the same day and we are still waiting on our bags."
Miinukset: "Flight was fine. Wanted to change ticket to allow more connection time between DCA and JFK and the first two sales representative sucked. I considered never flying American again. On board crew was great."

Miinukset: "Nothing to complain about On this trip, wich departed Kate due to bad weather in Miami, due to heavy rain adn storm, and in spite of that, the flight arrived just a few minutes behind schedule."

Miinukset: "I checked in in Miami airport 12 hs before leaving. I was told by the fake friendly attendsnt that our seats , my husband’s snd mine, were separated. When asked to see if wevcould bd placed together she sarcastically commented that we had bought our flight through expedia and if we had dome it directky with AA we might have been together. Shame on her comment! AA offers their flights to many companies snd I now wonder if her comment is true, which makes me consider next time I choose an airline. In Buenos Aires when We checked in something similar happened and we could not book our seats the day before bcause they were all taken . The answer was if we wanted a better seat we’d have to pay because only back seats are available in economy and AA waits forbthose whi pay first and only then they”ll give us a seat. I”ve travelled several times with AA and feel the service is not worth the money I pay for it. The food on our flight back to BA was not good st all. However , I have to point out that all my flights BA to N Y, N Y to Mia and Mia BA left on time. On the whole it was good but I believe AA cares onñy about money and I feel disappointed"

But that flight was delayed twice because of mechanical problems: the first time we had to go back to the gate and the second time we stayed on the runway just before take off Not enough room in overhead bins. They asked people to check small suitcase or bag."

Miinukset: "Takeoff was 2 hours delayed because we were waiting for the first officer. Surely this could have been anticipated and resolved earlier. The crew was inappropriately familiar with the passengers. We are not friends, and I prefer a bit of professional distance. The seats are designed for VERY tall people; my feet were swinging, as were those of everyone in my row. It was quite uncomfortable."

Miinukset: "I STRONGLY dislike how the airline acts as if they are the immigration and they demanded that I buy a very expensive plane ticket to show that I would be leaving Argentina within 3 months. There are so many expats in Buenos Aires and they all buy tickets in Argentina to go to Uruguay within 3 months. Upon showing the immigration of Argentina my USA passport at the entry, they have NEVER asked me for any kind of proof that I would be leaving within 3 months. At first I started to purchase a ticket to Uruguay by boat and the attendant even asked me the website of the boat because she told me that these problems come up all the time for expats going to Argentina for longer than 3 months. You are ONLY AN AIRLINE. YOU ARE NOT THE IMMIGRATION OF ARGENTINA. Having this said, I never plan to fly Avianca again."

Miinukset: "i decided to purchase a separate direct flight at a different time instead of changing my flight, only to be informed later when i tried to hop on the back end of my original flight, that they had canceled my ticket since i hadnt boarded on the front end of that flight. i had spoken to a customer service rep about my option before purchasing the extra ticket, and she did not mention that this would be an issue. then i had to pay extra to get back on my original flight."
