My wife and I booked the tickets together, we don’t want to choose seats, but at least arrange us to sit together.
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.
We didn’t buy anything to eat and there was no entertainment on a short flight. We planned for this and brought a book. Everything was fine. As expected.
Miinukset: "Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked."
Plussat: "I liked nothing, even though I live to fly. Two crew members were decent. Two were forgettable."
Miinukset: "Lead crew memnber, on intercom, was shouting about duty-free and scratch tickets incessantly at the top of her lungs. Of course this is standard Ryanair fare, but with the volume at inhumane levels. Late boarding. Charging for everything imaginable and beyond. All Brexiteer fellow passengers, gross."
Plussat: "It was an ok flight, although late in boarding pilot made up time. Good landing."

Miinukset: "I am 6’3” I have been placed in the middle seat on four flights. The flight attendants and airport staff are the worst, they’re supposedly never wrong."

Miinukset: "Every group on plane seemed to have been purposely split up even though there were many empty seats. Difficult to book luggage on the website. They said there were strict size limits on cabin bags, but when we got to the gate they didn’t check any - we had to pay for an extra bag in hold when we could have just used a bigger bag for hand luggage. Everything was difficult. Bag drop didn’t work - we had to queue to to go to the desk 3 times and the lady eventually did it herself. Staff were polite and nice."
Miinukset: "The airline only allows online checkin and didn’t notify us through emails until a few days before the flight when we’re already traveling. During international travel, we don’t check emails. We ended up paying almost $200 to checking at the airport. will not use this airline again."
Plussat: "The crew was taking care of us and understood our disappointment although they don’t have any responsibility about it"
Miinukset: "The company delays those flights every time between 2 to 5 hours and I’m getting really annoyed about it. I’m thinking to use another company for my next trip"
Miinukset: "The gate for boarding was supposed to close at 1205pm but they didn’t announce the gate until 11:30am. The flight was supposed to take off at 12:35pm but there was no announcement of delay, all of the attendants said that everything was on schedule, yet boarding didn’t even start until 1230pm. They randomly took people out of line and told them their bags were too big and made them pay 50 euro, even though their bags still went in the same hold and they were no bigger than anyone else’s when later compared. It was an international flight and multiple people didn’t even have to show their passports. Then on the plane we sat on the runway for about another hour and didn’t takeoff until 1:40pm. The take off was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The seats were basically lawn chairs glued to the ground and the aisles aren’t large enough for the crew so they were constantly bumping everyone in the aisle seats. The landing felt like the plane was going to flip over and crash and then on top of everything we were told that Ryanair didn’t have enough employees to take our luggage off of the plane."
Miinukset: "Central Naples to Central London lasted 16 hours door to door! No proper explanation is given as to when to expect the flight to depart even roughly. People were kept standing up, waiting. Vouchers given for refreshments were valid in two places, one of them outside the airport! Somebody who couldn't use her voucher wanted to use it on the plane and it was not accepted."

Miinukset: "Staff seemed a bit irritated with each other. The boarding took so long - we were towards the end of the queue but still had to wait a long time for the dooors to close - not very ryanair as they usually have all of us waiting to get on the plane. This was especially weird as the plane was quite empty Might need to lower the up selling - the flying time was 55 mins approx and the poor cabin crew were wheeling the cart about 3 minutes after take off with the plane still climbing quite steeply. The crew are trying to sell the same as a 3 hour ryanair flight - hot food, snacks, drinks, scratch cards, and the perfumes"

Miinukset: "Received emails about baggage, the policy stated that any cabin baggage beyond 1 would be checked for FREE in the hold. My wife and I both arrived with a small carry-on bag and a backpack. Upon arrival to Lisbon the attendant told us we needed to pay40euro each for the extra bag because it was slightly bigger than the bag “tester” box. (It fit sideways but not long ways). We showed the email about the free checked bag and she said because it was too big we had to pay 40 euro each. After a while we agreed. She then told us just to go to the gate, it would be ok. At the gate we had the same conversation with a different attendendent, this time it was 50 euro a piece! She said there was nothing she could do and just like that we are out 100 Euro. Do not fly with these Crooks!"

Miinukset: "Things that went wrong; 1- gate switched at the last minute. 2- the flight departed 30 minutes later. 3. At boarding, as Americans, we were singled out and had to pay €50!! For our carry on. This was the third airline we in our European vacation. No one else was being asked and had bigger bags then we did. I told them that they had to be consistent with everyone that was going by to make sure that they also paid. But they didn't even bother to check People with European passports. We will never ever flight with this airline agin. We don't recommend it. The airplane was old. The seats were torn. And the landing was horrible."

Miinukset: "I was informed at the departure gate that my carry-on baggage cannot be brought to the airplane and I was forced to pay 50euro at the last minute for the baggage fee. The ironic part was I have gone through the check-in desk to ask for whether my carry on fits Ryanair standard or not. That was very unprofessional and inconsistent way of handling the issue."
Plussat: "Flight took 1.5hrs rather than the expected 2hrs, departed on time. Cheap as chips if bought at right time."

Miinukset: "This was really cattle class. We were herded onto the plane, held in tiny pens, and herded off. But it was cheap."
Miinukset: "They didn't have record that I had paid for extra luggage for my party of 7. Luckily, I had my paperwork so I was able to finally get my luggage on without paying again. The flight bordered 40 minutes late and then sat on the runway for an hour. They was never an announcement as to why. My mother is in a wheelchair. They didn't let her pre-board, and then put her wheelchair through with the luggage. She had to get to the luggage carousel without it. They told her to just walk. Luckily, she can walk a little with help. Yikes, if she was totally disabled."

Plussat: "Can't get any cheaper than that so I did not expect much. The check-in process was not bad, and going into the plane was surprisingly easy. Was expected to be treated as cattle, but was pleasently surprised to find otherwise."
Miinukset: "Last time we flew Ryanair, we did not check-in ahead of time, so we had to pay 53 Euros at the airport. We learned our lesson, so for this flight we checked in ahead of time and had our boarding passes ready on our mobile devices. When we arrived at the airport, we were told we needed a printed ticked so they could stamp it that they had checked our passport. It would be 53 Euros for them to print the ticket. The lady at the ticket counter directed us to the business center to print, but the Ryanair website wasn't working. I eventually printed a poor quality screenshot and hoped for the best. The lady stamped when she checked my passport. Nobody ever checked the stamped ticket beyond that point. What a waste. Ryanair is cheap, of course I'll fly with them again the next time I'm in Europe. My advice to travelers is to do your research and know all the loop holes they use to make money off of you."

Plussat: "Arrived at 5.45, checked in, gone through security by 06.30. Flight delayed by 15 minutes, due to passengers not Ryanair. Arrived 15 minutes early so would have arrived earlier at Palma. Staff seemed friendly. No real complaints."

Miinukset: "1.5 hours late on board, but they kept insisting it was on time. Don't know if hey were trying to avoid some kind of delayed statistic, but we landed in Rome over an hour late."
Plussat: "The crew were all very friendly. Smooth takeoff and flight, landing could have been better."
Miinukset: "We were late in boarding the plane, after we had our tickets scanned we had to wait almost 30 minutes in the tunnel to the plane just standing."
Plussat: "I was made to pay for my carry on bag ostensibly because it was too large. The person ahead of me and the person behind me in the line had the same size bag and were not charged for their bags. The employee definitely had an anti-american attitude. I never want to fly on this airline again. Boarding and disembarking from the plane was like the great wildebeest migration on the Serengeti. No thank you."
Miinukset: "2 days before our flight we received an e-mail telling us to pay for our bag or we would have an excessive charge. Also, if we didn't print off our boarding pass we would pay a 17 euro fee for each ticket. It's a bit hard to print things while on vacation. This airline is LAME."
Plussat: "The only thing to like about Ryanair is the price."
Miinukset: "There's no food available. The crew was difficult to communicate with even though they claimed to speak English. The seats are tight."
