Miinukset: Terrible airline, they charge for everything, but don’t give the client good service. I was yelled by a worker because I was having difficulties scanning my bag at the self-scanning-and-uploading-your-luggage that you pay $100 dollars extra Per bag. I don’t like this airline.

Miinukset: Flew SAS Plus. Extra seat width and leg room made all the difference versus SAS Go. Money well spent.

Plussat: Flight was fine....

Plussat: The Crew was great. Friendly and attentive.

Miinukset: Very small seat. Had a big person next to me and was quite uncomfortable

Plussat: I've flown SAS a few times and have always been favorably impressed with the service. On this flight we booked the "bare bones" fare and paid extra for checked bags and extra-legroom seats. The overall cost was still better than most other airlines.

Plussat: Crew on EWR to ARN was so-so. They lock restrooms at the back because they don't people hanging around the kitchen in the back. Also, the one cabin crew does not say Excuse Me when he needs to pass- he just touches you and pushes you aside Also, the one cabin crew

Miinukset: The check in staff at the gate could have been more friendly and paid better attention to customer care. I was standing in front of the counter with a simple Question but had to wait 5 minutes before the two agents got done with their own personal chat and thought about attending to me.

Plussat: Very enjoyable great staff,

Plussat: The seat was not as cramped as the Greenland Airways flight preceeding this.

Miinukset: It would be better if the plane was cleaned before boarding. The row where I was seated has potato chips all over the floor. Pls. clean your plane before boarding.

Plussat: Crew was good, especially from Beijing to Copenhagen

Plussat: The flight itself was fine. We had a two-hour delay due to a mechanical issue, but the crew took care of it as quickly as they could.

Miinukset: I ordered vegan meals and only one of the meals were vegan. Someone had forgotten to bring the second meal for me on the plane.

Plussat: Boarding process was smooth.

Miinukset: Cramped seats, at least it was a short flight.

Plussat: The plane was nice and comfortable. The flight was only about 40 minutes.

Plussat: The crew was very attentive.

Miinukset: The seats are tight and uncomfortable. Emirates and Singapore airlines have much more space in economy class. They also have better food. The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family.

Plussat: Ontime and efficient boarding with polite crew.

Miinukset: Can’t believe SAS charges for 1 piece of luggage Never experienced in all the years I’ve travelled internationally Also couldn’t accept UScredit card to buy a drink- yes you had to buy an alcoholic beverage on the flight to Europe Better to upgrade your ticket so you can check a bag and use lounge

Miinukset: SAS support and communication during the Copenhagen baggage handler strike, which cost us our connection and the family funeral in Scotland, which was the whole point, was abysmal.

Plussat: My first part of the flight, from SFO to CPH, was good. It was the second part that was terrible.

Miinukset: SAS never emailed the second boarding ticket and there was no agent at the gate to help me print one. I paid $20 days in advance for a front aisle seat (6E), but was boarded last (group H) and had to put my carry-on in aisle 26. The stewardess was very rude and seemed racist towards me.
