Miinukset: "Boarding process chaotic due to conflicting flow of movement in the aisle. People don't like to step aside to let others pass. Additionally some of carry on luggage was oversized and should have been checked into the cargo hold. When flight landed in Nouakchott an announcement should have been made so that the Dakar passengers allowed the NKC ones to deplane, AND the NKC passengers should have been advised to have their boarding passes out for inspection. This caused a backlog in the jetbridge. AND no announcement regarding local time."

I then had to find a bus to take me to Lugano, another 25 Euros, and not to mention all the stress to me and my family. I then decided not to put myself through the same situation on my way back to Tel Aviv and purchased new ticket with another Airline company. Overall, the whole experience was a nightmare."

Plussat: "Well, let's see, I missed my flight with THY because of a connecting flight with American Airlines, and instead of helping me, they wanted to charge me $3,000 to catch the next flight out. They said it didn't matter who's fault it was. So my entire trip got cancelled. So I can't rate the flight, but unless you can guarantee you won't miss the flight, I would not recommend taking the risk of losing all your money and ruining your trip."

Miinukset: "The space on ALL airlines now are so claustrophobic it is not that fun to sit squashed into a tiny space. Air travel companies in general has teally made people who can't afford to go first class feel like livestock. But the trip was pleasant due to the crew's nice attitude."

Plussat: "They did get us other flights home and got us a hotel to stay in. There were meal vouchers but it was so late by the time we were rebooked we could not eat dinner and our flights left too early to be able to use them, but it was a nice effort on their part."
Miinukset: "They cancelled the flight due to mechanical issues which was understandable. The problem was the chaos at Frankfurt airport because the instructions given to us to get to the Lufthansa service desk were totally inadequate. At least we didn't have to sleep at the airport like some passengers did."

Miinukset: "The seats in the economy class are too small. Not once did I have someone sitting next to me who could actually fit in his seat. They weren't particularly large people, just average men but their arms were in my space all the time. Also if I drop something, I cannot pick it up, there's no room. For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

Plussat: "When it comes to traveling economy (prob 1st class too) , Lufthansa is the best . I have not been on a better airline thus far , and I feel like I've tried most of them. They are great for all flights , but especially long flights. The only airline where flying 12 hrs isn't a horrible experience ! I've used them more than once , and they are always great! Keep up the good work ."

Miinukset: "I have flown on many budget airlines that were more comfortable than this flight. Hard uncomfortable chairs with a lack of leg space (and I'm only 1.70m). The food was poor and the service was worse- i pressed my call button for a drink mid-flight and it kept getting cancelled without a steward coming. Finally, after pressing the call button about 10 times a steward came and begrudgingly brought me a drink. Choice of movies was poor."
Miinukset: "Flight was 30 min delayed . When we landed, the jetway was someone mispositioned and it took even longer to get us off the plane - nearly 1 hour late. Missed my dinner appointment as a result and generally bad start to my trip to Munich . Very disappointed ."

Miinukset: "the flight was delayed by 50 min reason was because the flight crew was stuck in a traffic jam from kiev city centre to airport by 1h. the flight crew stayed overnight in Kiev city centre which is 30-40 min drive away from city centre and had time to own accord to have a walk around the city centre in the morning. So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

Plussat: "Chairs were uncomfortable, mainly due to the front passenger was always in reclined mode, and the passenger behind me wouldn't let me recline... He would literally push my chair up, but that's probably because his chair can not recline!"
Miinukset: "We needed to place special request on vegetarian meal, couldn't do it at booking or at checkin, was told to let crew know, they said it's too late. They brought us an "unclaimed" vegetarian meal, but it wasn't, it was Asian halal meal with lamb! After I let crew member know wmy husband was served meat instead, she denied it and said "its not possible" as the wrapper says "vegetarian". I informed her it actually said "Asian halal", she the proceeded to say, well, "i am sorry if it's wrong, but I gave you vegetarian". That said crew member collected my husband's plates while I was in the bathroom and came back later with a "vegan" plate that they now have available."

This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."

Miinukset: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Plussat: "The crew was fantastic! Our needs were constantly being met and just about the time you thought you might want a snack or a meal, the attendants were already heading down the aisle. Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Miinukset: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."

Plussat: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."
Plussat: "Smooth boarding, clean seats/plane, nice small aircraft (2 rows x 2 seats each), surprisingly spacious (more legroom than expected - and I’m 6’2”)."

Plussat: "It was so easy to board and I had no inconvenience. It took 4 minutes from when I said goodbye to my family till when I was at the front of the gate."
Miinukset: "Nothing! It was all great!"
Miinukset: "Late Cabin extremely warm Full flight and centre seat means no room to relax or carry out work"
Miinukset: "One of the senior stewardesses we're very rude. Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."
Plussat: "Everything was good. The crew was very friendly and attentive. The plane was comfortable, with great entertainment on the personal screens. The food was delicious. Flight was on time and actually arrived early, but then we had to wait for a gate (not the airline's fault)."
Miinukset: "No complaints at all."
Plussat: "It was a short flight so it was O.K."
Miinukset: "Boarding was odd. Go to airport early and counters were not open, did on line check in so was able to avoid the self check in at airport. Also self check in luggage seems confusing with no ground crew to help. It didn't affect me but lots of confused passenger."
Miinukset: "Because of slow boarding process flight was delayed by 15 minutes. I had short connection in Amsterdam."
Plussat: "KLM Is an impressive flying experience. We enjoyed the comfortable seats, the in-flight entertainment, and the food. The flight attendants are top notch as well."
Miinukset: "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."

Miinukset: "The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came."
Plussat: "Seats are comfortable on Business Class. Service is good"
Miinukset: "Constant delays specially from CDG! Poor cabin service specially on this flight."
Miinukset: "No leg room at all, cant believe those seats met legal standard. The plane smelled, boarding was a nightmare because too many people had big bags. An announcement had been madd that vags would be collected, but obviously were not."
Miinukset: "More water provided during the flight. Also, the second meal was not very good."
Plussat: "The crew was friendly!"

Plussat: "Flight was delayed 4 hours with no explanation"
Miinukset: "Asked for wheel chair assistance and was not met in Paris. Had difficulty and barely made my flight. A gentleman who worked at airport assisted me"

Miinukset: "Airport experience was inefficient. Long unattractive walk, boarding was tedious: the automatic check-in was not helpful and required so many more staff. Random security check was redundant and chaotic."

Miinukset: "The food was awful and the option I wanted had run out. The entertainment was faulty and had to be reset several times. The comfort was below standard and needs to be improved."
Plussat: "Leg space was great, food was delicious, alcohol served 3-4 times, and the in-flight entertainment was spectacular. I saw 4 movies and slept somewhat comfortably for once!"

Miinukset: "I am not sure why this happened, but our daughter, travelling away from home for the first time, was targeted at every step of her journey. From the terminal in DCA to Cincinnati, to CDG. Delta/Air France clearly singled her out. i am outraged! I have traveled many, many times and have sent hundreds of students on nearly the same trip -- and none have had as rough a time as she had. They will be hearing from me."

Miinukset: "Worse food I ever had on a flight ( a small bowl of lentils and some bread) Movie selection was poor, although not a big deal"
Plussat: "The cabin crew were excellent"
Miinukset: "We were transported to the plane which was quite some distance to the plane via bus after climbing down steep stairs from the departure gate area. Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

Miinukset: "They lost my luggage and have no information as to where it is. It has been 3 days and no Information. There was only one meal for the flight and alcoholic beverages were not included."
Plussat: "Flight attendant was very nice."
Miinukset: "We got socked with 40 Euro fees for our carry on plus personal item being 2 lbs over. The biggest problem is they were picking and choosing which bags they weighed. 10 people behind us and before us got in without incident. Plane wasn’t even half full so they were deliberately trying to make more $."

Plussat: "Wheel chair service at LAX is run by the airport. Their priority is to get you to your flight, not to a VIP room regardless of how early you check in."
Plussat: "Excellent choice of movies. Great service. Friendly crew."
Miinukset: "I requested a lacto-ovo vegetarian meal, which I received. However, it appears the meal was also vegan. Normally, that would be okay except one of the two standard meal choices was also vegetarian and seemed much better. Since I had selected lacto-ovo vegetarian, it seems I was not allowed to select the standard vegetarian option. Hard not to have cheese on an Air France flight - just saying :-)"
Plussat: "It was as expected."
Miinukset: "Boarding was a bit tedious because we had to first board a bus to take us to the airplane."

Plussat: "The flight went smoothly from boarding to landing. The crew was helpful, kind, & courteous. I would definitely fly Air France again. Online check-in was also easy to follow and complete."

Miinukset: "One of the engine was smoking just as we took off. This should have been checked beforehand that it was working correctly. The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

Miinukset: "Food - two meals, one "hot pocket" item in each. Was not good. Noise level in the back of the plane from engines, very loud. Difficult to hear with headphones, volume very very high. Tray table was difficult to latch, recline feature of seat did not hold in place, bounced."

Miinukset: "The vegan meal was a plate of dough. All bread. Other flights have given fruit, vegetables, vegan yogurt, etc. But that's a small complaint. The extra leg room seats at the exit aisles I was offered don't recline. (This wasn't true on the next flight). At 5 feet tall, given the option, I would pass up on the extra leg room and take a reclining seat. This is something that should be made very clear before the flight!"
