Plussat: Dc to Turkey flight. Great ++ Turkey to Delhi. Ok —

Miinukset: Flight from Istanbul to Delhi was nightmare. It was like a local flight. Nothing called as comfort was there. I had to pay my own $ for alcohol and some snacks and 1 extra burger.

Plussat: Food was not available for flight.

Miinukset: Food

Plussat: We left with hour delay but still made it on time for the next connection. Lufthansa had already announced they would have taken care of all inconveniences.

Plussat: Boarding was crazy and confusing. Ground crew poor communication and rude

Plussat: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.

Miinukset: All good up to the level

Plussat: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Plussat: Staff were professional and polite.

Miinukset: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Miinukset: Still don’t have my luggage yet

Plussat: We got to Chicago at least 45 minutes before the expected landing time. The dinner was pretty good and the crew came around many times offering drinks. The ground crew did a good job of evaluating luggage and tagging people’s bags before the overhead bins got too full so it didn’t delay our flight.

Miinukset: The snack sandwich was freezing cold...

Plussat: New spacious plane, great crew, comfortable seats, good wine and partiffs. Anything thing is better than flying over priced crappy American Airlines and will avoid giving them a cent anytime I can. Lufthansa did a great job.

Miinukset: I kid screamed all-the-way across pond all night. Maybe next force the parents to calm child down. Tough situation and had to really address that issue.

Plussat: It was my birthday and the flight attendant gave me a rose, gummibears and champagne and congratulate me and I was very happy to receive that gesture

Miinukset: This was one of the worst Lufthansa crews. You could not pay them to care. Many years of flying LH this is the first time I encounter such poor service.

Plussat: The leg room in economy class was average. Not too cramped. There were good selection of entertainment options to watch/listen.

Miinukset: The care and friendliness of the staff needs improvement. The quality of the food was poor. Additionally the boarding process needs to be better organized. Property sequence and queues need to be maintained and followed through.

Miinukset: very long check-in line. took over 1hr to check in. tried to check-in online in advance, but system did not allow me to do this.

Miinukset: Aircraft is worn out (Seats, interior, etc.). Could use some maintenance

Plussat: Incredibly good flight with excellent crew and good food.

Miinukset: The transfer from international flights to domestic is difficult. I came to Guangzhou with a joint flight of Turkish airlines and China southern but there was no one at the airport when we landed to inform us how to transfer our luggage to the domestic flights and how to check in. Considering I don’t know Chinese, this was tough.

Miinukset: The airport is not proper for travels , you need at least 2 hours to finish from the long lines and finding your way to the right location before the immigration and run to the gate if you are in good shape minimum from 10 to 15 minutes

Miinukset: I would definitely have vegetarian food. 30% of population is vegetarian
