Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

As we were boarding the plane from Austin to Phoenix, we got a notification that our layover had been delayed an additional 5 hours due to construction at SFO. I’d have appreciated more of a heads up than as I’m boarding."
Plussat: "Nothing I was traveling with my to kids and I ask if they can please provide me the setting for us together and they told us they can’t do it. I end up doing it by my self this is not good and didn’t get the help I need"

Miinukset: "Boarding was very slow with so many passengers wanting to carry on all their earthly belongings. I was unaffected as I had checked my bag at the gate, but for some there was no room at all. Some early boarders were allowed to exceed the one-bag in the overhead rules."

Miinukset: "AA cancel flights recurringly and has no ability to help their customers. Got I flight cancelled yesterday, and was move to another flight later (10:30pm) that supposed to leave ate (3:30pm). After several delays, they started boarding us at 1:00am, but the boarding process so messy and confuse, the plane couldn’t took off before 1:40 by 1 minute and they had to cancel the flight with 200 people inside the plane. An absurd! Flight was rescheduled to today at 10am and obviously took off 1h delayed because AA can't organize simple things to expedite the boarding process."

Miinukset: "A passenger caused a delay in security, and as I'm rushing for the gate, the agent closed the door and told me I couldn't board. She then marked me as a no-show, while she was standing right next front of her. I had to spend the next 4 hrs on the phone, trying to get my tickets sorted out. Then, upon arriving at Heathrow,... No luggage. They told me it was still in Chicago. Upon finally receiving my bags, I find them full of sawdust and sand, and several items damaged. I will NEVER fly American Airlines again, and I will highly recommend to my friends and family to avoid them like them plague. Horrible service! Nothing but a run-around and not once did the agents apologise, even after admitting that my problems on this journey were due to a mistake made by one of their agents."
Miinukset: "The A319 outfitted in this way is to freaking tight!!! There is not even close to enough leg room for an average sized American male. I'm no taller than six foot and not overweight. You must fix this issue. I will look for other carriers whenever possible."
Plussat: "My wife is hypoglycemic and requires food. The flight was so early that none of the terminal restaraunts were open, nor did the plain have food for any passengers accept first class. I've purchased a box on other flights, but this one did not provide an option for a box lunch or breakfast."

Plussat: "Nothing aside from that the flight wasn’t crowded so I didn’t have someone next to me which was a plus."
Miinukset: "Funky smell in plane something like artificial strawberry, farts and mildew. Crappy plane overall. Old and no power at seats. Horrible in flight entertainment for a long haul with no individual screens. American used to be so good and now it’s aweful."

Miinukset: "unfortunately just one exit , so took forever to exit the plane but otherwise great."
Miinukset: "You better hope you don't have a short connection. Sacramento fails to allow you direct access between the A and B terminals. You have to leave and hunt for the other building through the parking garage with no guidance and then go back through security. Unacceptable!"
Miinukset: "For first class, I was expecting a meal which I was told was included. I only got snacks. There was inflight entertainment. However, I was not able to choose what I wanted to see and it's a shared screen. Only other option is to purchase WiFi in order to view something else on my phone or other electronic device. For first class, WiFi usage should be included in the package."
Plussat: "Very nice, hot meal a bonus - didn't know we'd be given dinner :) Seats ok - leg room acceptable"
Miinukset: "Thought we were flying British Airways - even this survey says it's BA - went to wrong ticketing desk and was sent to American - had to let our friends in Germany know the change by email - worried they wouldn't get the email in the muddle of their night and they'd go to BA gate undead of American. It was a little disconcerting"

Plussat: "Great aircraft and a very attentive cabin staff. Food and beverages were served by friendly and pleasant attendants despite a full economy section. It isn't easy to be pleasant in such circumstances, but our cabin staff were - and this on an American airline!"
Miinukset: "Knee room was sparse but a considerate person in the seat in front of me keep her seat upright through the flight. I thanked her for that after we landed."

I've never been on an international flight where there wasn't almost a constant flow of water. I was so parched after 8 hours. It seemed unusual. Also the seats are so small. I'm only 130 and 5'7" and it was a tough ride"
