No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."
Miinukset: "Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."
Plussat: "The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant."
Miinukset: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Plussat: "Overall, my trip to Cardiff via Amsterdam was smooth and delightful. I've flown a few short trips this summer and I was pleasantly surprised to find KLM still offered complimentary snacks. What a refreshing change!"

Miinukset: "Horrible. First, we lost a suitcase. It could happen but for two days they did nothing and only told us stories (so as not to use the word lies). Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

Plussat: "Everyone was very kind and approachable. My gate numbers weren’t included on my passes but when I asked personnel that works for air canada they were quick to help me and guide me to which gate I needed to go to."
Miinukset: "The only issue was the arrival of my luggage, it didn’t arrive in Charlottetown when I was told it was going to HOWEVER, I got it and the staff in the Charlottetown airport were very kind and eager to help me track down my luggage Overall great airline to deal with"
Miinukset: "I don’t like the head games air Canada plays when they know the flight is probably not going to leave for three hours and they purposely don’t update the flight details. Only update every 20 minutes for a three hour delay...."

Miinukset: "I knew the seat pitch in economy was tight, but nothing prepared me for how truly abysmal it is. I’m 6’1”. My knees were jammed into the seat pocket. The fun continued when the passenger in front of me reclined their seat. I had to angle both my knees to the side. Without a doubt the most uncomfortable flight I’ve ever done. On a side note, AC switched equipment on this flight several times. Each time the ‘system’ would split up our seats. I had to call in five separate times to pick new seats. Also, at the gate they were asking passengers to voluntarily check in carry-on as there may not be enough room on the aircraft. First time I’ve ever heard that."
Plussat: "Walking past the Turkish Airlines desk in Dulles and knowing I would NEVER have to interact with these monsters again."
Miinukset: "I am an experienced traveler. I've been to 17 countries and have flown over a million miles in both business and coach. My wife encountered a problem in Istanbul that involved an airport transit visa through Canada. I am certain that any other airline we’ve ever flown would’ve assisted us, since it was easily resolved. To Turkish Airlines, this is simply a part of their business model and a chance to make more money. It took about 8 hours of our time at 5 different airport locations to eventually buy new tickets to get back the next day. Our original tickets say: “REISSUE With 200.00 USD penalty. What I didn’t see was the fine print at the bottom: “Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change rules regarding ticket changes and refunds.”. They mean it. As bad as our personal experience was, the real reason we are so appalled is that we were there long enough to see this is the norm for them. In our single day there, we saw at least 100 other travelers going through similar things. The ONLY solution ever offered is to purchase another ticket. We witnessed several people weeping. Many losing control and shouting. Their own personnel were screaming at customers (in a separate office area though, it was all yucks and laughing). These were people of all nationalities. Africans, Asians, Europeans. We were lucky because we had the means to purchase new tickets. Others clearly didn’t. I really don’t know what happened to some of them. One moment was very symbolic of the entire experience. Another vanquished traveler was paying $843 for a new ticket with cash. He handed her $845 but she, of course, had no change. Instead of the $5, he gave her two $1 bills. I had one in my pocket so gave it to her as well. She held my $1 bill up and pointed to the corner which had a very small piece torn off…no ink was missing…and sneered “I can’t accept this. She did this simply because she could. We were powerless. She knew it and reveled in it."
Plussat: "One of the crewmembers (regrettably, I did not catch his name) was incredibly kind when I moved seats to accommodate a couple that wanted to sit together. He really made this flight great."
Miinukset: "Seats were comfortable but the row I moved to did not allow me to recline."
Miinukset: "No free snacks"
Plussat: "They did a good job and I enjoyed their touch screen entertainment on the flight. I enjoyed the wine on the flight over and back. I will fly Air Canada again"
Miinukset: "Nothing, they did a good job"
Plussat: "Actually, everything was perfect."
Miinukset: "I don't have any complaints at all. Except a ticket agent who tried 2 give me hard time, fortunately I handled the issue. After all, everything was well done."
Miinukset: "No movies to watch, they told us to download their app and we would be able to watch movies. Tried to download the app on my phone without success, then tired to download the app on my laptop, again no luck. The staff had no clue how to help me, really old plane."
Plussat: "Excellent service in business class: attentive, cordial, not intrusive."

Miinukset: "I always fly Air Canada but I guess I wasn't aware that Air Canada Rouge was a completely different species. No entertainment at all. When we got on the plane, the sun was shining through the window & floating in the air was a mind-boggling amount of dust, feathers, etc.. flying all around... like the air was completely FILLED with them.. you couldn't get a breath of oxygen. This irritated my respiratory system immensely. They also had children helping out the flight attendants which was cute, until the one girl who had just served water to the entire plane broke out into an awful fever. They were putting ice packs on her head, giving her meds, & eventually she had to get carried through the airport. This was 5 minutes after serving water to an entire plane of passengers. I ended up getting extremely sick & missed almost a week of work. Not sure if this was the cause, but it makes sense. I will make sure 100% to never fly air canada rouge again. For $400 a ticket... doesn't make sense to experience this."
Plussat: "The plane took off and landed on time."
Miinukset: "The food was terrible and the staff were in there own world and not particularly polite. Hand luggage was not managed so the bins were rammed. Some people had 3 pieces of large hand luggage. Food was the worse I have had on any flight. I would rather pay and have something edible. On 2 of my 3 flights the staff were so wrapped up in there own life's, they did not manage to finish the safety checks before taking there seat. Overall a poor experience."

Miinukset: "Over 4 hour flight. No food (not even pretzels). A few old movies. Flight delay with no communication. I only noticed when I was checking in at the kiosk and noticed that my one hour layover was now a 5 minute layover. Rebooked. When I arrived at destination, no notice that next flight was delayed, even though it was over 3 hours late. Thought I only had 1 hour to go through US immigrations and customs. Ran to the other end of the airport to be on time. Aircraft wasn't even at airport and flight was over 3 hours late. They couldn't have posted that so we didn't have to run across the airport? Changed gates, but no announcement. One other flyer was looking at the board and called out to the group waiting that there was a gate change. Left Vancouver at 8:00 am, arrived in Boston at 1:30 am. Won't fly with Air Canada again."
Plussat: "Inexpensive, got me where I needed to go."
Miinukset: "All food and headphones cost extra on a 6 hour international flight."
Plussat: "Once I made my flight (the next day) everything went smoothly"
Miinukset: "Online checkin does not inform passenger if their passport is suitable for travel. Although my online checkin was successful, once at the airport the attendant would not allow boarding because expiration was within 6 months of travel - a requirement for certain countries. It would be much more efficient - for airline and passengers - if the online check in system can catch this before arrival at the airport."
Plussat: "Awesome crew, very attentive"

Miinukset: "My daughter's first trip to Canada, with a brand new suitcase. By the time she arrived in Canada her suitcase was lost. Then ended up in the London Airport even though she flew into Ontario. When she picked up the suitcase it was wet and missing one wheel. On the return flight to Tampa when the suitcase arrived it was missing two of the four wheels in the corner was completely ripped off which was exposing what was inside. The handling of the suitcases is awful and she should receive a replacement suitcase"
Plussat: "The flight attendant were good and professional."
Miinukset: "There was an overbooking, so I gave up my place for someone else to travel in exchange of compensation. The flight back to Toronto from Atlanta was delayed by 2 hours and a half, which put me in risk to miss my connection flight. The plane was small and there was not enough space for mid size people."

Plussat: "When we departed from Vancouver to Tokyo, we were pleasantly surprised by how courteous the airport staff and flight crew was, and by how roomy the seats were. Food wasn't outstanding, but better than other airlines we've been on for similar flights."
Miinukset: "Two of our three bags did not make it onto the plane, and the staff at Tokyo Narita, while apologetic, were not helpful. We had to press hard to get our bags back the next evening, instead of 2 days later. The onus was placed on us to keep receipts for replacement items that needed to be purchased in the interim, as well as to make the claim for reparation money on our return. Not even a complementary toiletry kit was offered, despite the fact that I reiterated that I had literally no clothes or toiletries at all in the one bag that arrived. Crew on our return flight was borderline rude, did not seem to take any care at all wheeling heavy carts down the aisles while people slept on a transpacific flight, banged them into my daughter many times."
Plussat: "II was disappointed with the food. Last May when I used AC it was much better, even edible. I left my IPad on the flight and it was not only retrieved and properly identified but was delivered to me on my connecting flight. Most grateful."

Miinukset: "Cabin was hot, the passenger air controls did nothing to cool us, the staff kept the cabin lights on full, so it was difficult to nap or watch the movies/tv....the sound quality of the movie/tv is awful. My travel companion became ill during the flight (nausea, minor seizure, dizziness, hot, etc...), she did not consume any alcohol...she is 57, not old by any means ."sick bags" were not in the seat pocket, the crew barely got her one in time.....they did have her sit in the back of the plane, where it was cooler. It might have been a good idea to give her oxygen...upon landing, we were told that there would be a wheelchair at the gate (never appeared), and while we were waiting for it, the crew ignored us, only concerning themselves with the location of the nearest Starbucks in the terminal, then left us with a staff member who had no idea about the wheelchair, didn't give us any sort of ice pack. ....we finally just gave up and slowly and carefully walked to baggage claim"

People were scwarming Fidgety Quite terrible Please no longer recommend the ' rouge ' flights to people Regular flights are ok but the rouge They should be ashamed of themselves and you to for selling them"

Miinukset: "Flight delayed 2 1/2 hours with no credible explanation. Seating changed after booking. Seating space cramped. Plane uncomfortably worm. Excessive penalty for missed flight. Will not fly Air Canada again."

Miinukset: "We had a terrible time trying to get in contact with Air Canada. We spent literally hours on hold and multiple times we hung up without any answer. Customer service needs to drastically improve."

Miinukset: "The security at the airport kept calling me a prostitute and verbally harassed me at the secondary inspection room. They looked down on my because I'm an orphan. Plus my luggage got lost as soon as I landed on Vegas, the staff were rude to me and gave me attitude."
Plussat: "This flight left without us due to delayed arrival on Air Canada flight from Seoul to Toronto. The positive was that it was one Air Canada flight I didn't get on."
Miinukset: "Due to lack of available options to get to ANY DC area airport before the evening the day after we were supposed to arrive, I accepted going to Philadelphia. That flight was also delayed. From there I rented a car and got home at 3 a.m. instead of 9:45 p.m., about when we would have gotten home on the original flight. If we had waited for the next available flight to the DC area, it would have arrived some time after 2:48 p.m. the day after we were supposed to arrive. I know this because I was told this was the fastest route to DC--before the same Air Canada agent then told me that it was no longer available. A dreadful experience."
