Never more flight with your company!!!
The boarding crew was rude, everything was disorganized with lack of information.
The flight was delayed at least one hour. The bathroom inside the aircraft was really dirty. On the other hand the cabin crew was really nice.
Delayed flight, it is noticeable airplanes noticeable aged
Almost the only airline that offers free coffee and bread even in short 1 hour flights

Miinukset: "Something did not go right with our booking so it took some work for the airline to get it figured out for us. Thankfully we had left plenty of time. But that was an unexpected stress."
Plussat: "Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport"
Miinukset: "No downsides at all"
Plussat: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Miinukset: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."
Miinukset: "My suitcase didn't come with the airline."
Plussat: "The flight AMS to MEX was smooth, very helpful personnel on board, we enjoyed a bit more space and the seat seemed a bit more comfortable."
Miinukset: "Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."
Plussat: "The constant smile conferred by flight attendants through the entire flight."
Miinukset: "The boarding was a bit disorderly. Lanes for zones 3 and 4 were not clearly indicated."

Miinukset: "There was a Force Majeur delay in Helsinki due to wings freezing that caused 20 minute delay to Amsterdam and made the interchange stressful."

Mainly because other passengers obviously don't read instructions re: weight/contents of cabin bags etc. Would be helpful if there was additional staff to deal with them away from check in desk. This would mean that others did not have to queue for 25 minutes because the check in girls also had to deal with them"

Plussat: "She was cheerful and genuine. I have dietary restrictions but was unable to preorder a meal. She went out of her way to find an available meal for me. I also saw her bring other passengers extra snacks and drinks."

Miinukset: "Actually the Welcome on board announcement. The part where they special welcome loyalty program members. I do not get that... I am an explorer holder my self, but really?? so other paying customers are not as welcome. This is leftovers from the older days.."

Miinukset: "Entertainment was dated and poor in function. Our bags were 99 dollars each and we’re both lost and didn’t arrive. I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Flight was delayed for more then hour
The usual BA recipe of premium pricing for what is now just a low cost carrier with better livery. Terribly uncomfortable, cramped seating. Unpunctual departure. Awful food. Cabin crew who would much rather be somewhere else.
Too many delays; flight displays should have better in heathrow airport. Also, fast lane security checkouts for short time connecting flights.
Not being delayed to arrive, and delayed for departure, and delayed to deplane.
Plussat: "From JFK to London, staff was friendly."
Miinukset: "From JFK to London, a large number of passengers were not wearing masks properly and the crew did not take action other than a reminder early on. From London to Edinburough, the crew was somewhat rude."
Plussat: "Very comfortable seats, lots of options for movies and tv to watch on their screens, lots of leg room."

For some reason the arm rests in the middle of the seats would not go fully back and I felt like the flight attendants were talking down to me. Miinukset: "I don’t like the configuration BA is using in Business class. The staggered seating with 50% rear facing makes griping in and out of seats"

Late departure for no good reason, watched our plane at the gate being prepared for over an hour, we finally took off but missed our connection and therefore missed our Cruise Ship departure. We were put up in a hotel but upon landing in Rome, we opted to wait at the airport in lieu of the second hotel because of the timing as we had to catch a 6 a.m. train to get to Livorno to meet the Ship, it's first stop. Up for 36 hrs as we got little sleep, and were very tired."
Plussat: "I found it amusing and disturbing that the crew seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than caring for passengers. I sat in the last row and was dismissed three times because an off duty employee who hitched a ride with her hubby/boyfriend. They just got back from holiday and the crew wanted to hear all about it"

Miinukset: "We had made arrangements for a wheelchair all the way thru our trip. Heathrow chairs never showed up and we ended up having to rush. Terrible"

Plussat: "Not much - the entertainment choices were good and the flight was safe and smooth. Plus my bag turned up from Helsinki, Heathrow, Singapore, sydney"
Miinukset: "The biz class seats on BA are just horrible. The biz class service - BA aren’t even trying to match other airlines. A stingy snenities kit and a blanket doesn’t come close to qantas or emerites. The food is an embarrassment - microwave dinners over heated is a a generous description. Crew do as little as possible (they don’t want to be they’ve either)"

Miinukset: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."

Miinukset: "fly attendants were kind of rude.. One completely ignore me while taking the order of the passengers sitting just next to me. The other one couldn't even say thank you when I did her job by bringing my garbage to her station. It was my first BA flight and I was not expecting those unfriendly attitude from british people."
Plussat: "The staff is friendly and were genuinely doing their best withwhat they had"
Miinukset: "The check in / baggage drop off took too long. There were only two workers in that section and for maybe arpund 10-20 mins there was only 1 person helping everyone. It was very frustrating, esp when there were 3 people working in the world club section when that line has fewer people in the first place. I suggest having the world club staff taking some of the regular customers and alternating with the world club members"

Miinukset: "Made me go in economy class que to enter the aircraft inspite of I having paid the 3 times more expensive business class ticket. Business class seats were too small and uncomfortable compared to the other airlines. Loos and facilities were not in accordance compared to the other airlines."

Miinukset: "Who ever took the decision to charge for food and drink but still charge BA fares must have been a Trump Supporter!"
Plussat: "On time takeoff and landing. Assistance was great and the crew was polite and friendly."
Miinukset: "Cramped seating. There really are people who should be required to purchase two seats. Suggest a section for parents too stupid to know how to control their children."
